Drive-through people service are always pleasant. Food is good and everything‘s a little more expensive in Alaska. OK a lot.

Always clean. Always friendly service. Two lanes to expedite orders.

Ate a burger there yesterday and got sick the rest of the day, never again.. Food Poisoning... Wash your hands Employees !!!!!!

Mobile orders for pick up at the counter should not go through if your lobby is closed. Had to wait for an employee to come out with someone else’s order. The employee was so rude. Please change this feature on the app if you’re going to close the lobby.

Super fast kit kat banana split mcflurry is a must

Always messing up orders and blaming customers for their own mistakes, saddest McDonald's ever. I'm just so glad we have so many fast food options in Juneau.

They taste like any other McDonald’s. Most of the time the order is right, but there’s always a legit chance it won’t be, especially depending on the shift. If you go before 10, it’s usually dependable. After that, I’ve had entire meals missing from orders lately. Or just a single burger from a two-burger meal. It’s been kinda wild the last few months, really. Considering it’s like $15-20 per person now, it’s very disappointing. I can pay that much for food that doesn’t require quotation marks around it.

Appreciated the new tech but also loved that I got to be face to face to place my order old fashioned.

Better managed for a McDonald's restaurant, friendly staff and a working ice cream machine! The morning staff manager makes the best coffee!

Quality is good, people are good. Price and speed are not so good, even using the app in advance. Call in to a legit restaurant, and you can get better food, quicker, for a little more money.

They are always extremely busy. I adime people who work there.

Your best bet is to use mobile ordering and go through the drive-thru, otherwise the experience may be disappointing or frustrating. They will close their lobby regularly, likely due to lack of staffing. If I have an issue, I have found it is better to just take it as-is because it’s not worth it to try and get it fixed. The best I can say is that it’s a McDonalds. At least we have the Denali Mac on the menu here. They need to bring back full-leaf lettuce though. Shredded lettuce on a hamburger sucks.

Terrible lines waited - 15 min and didn’t move - so much for fast food! It would have been 45 min to get a burger. Figure out how to take care of the evening rush - just because we live in Juneau doesn’t mean we to accept long lines!

McDonald's has changed the way they do the play area, it's all digital now. Definitely a lot more sanity with the games being projected onto the floor but it's just not nostalgic and feels like and empty shell of what once was. Food quality was alright, it's fast greasy and unhealthy. The French fries are always the best.

Excellent customer service everyone was friendly and that's a first for me in going to a McDonald's. I'm not saying other McDonald's are not friendly but just to experience every staff person in the three or four times I went there in the last couple of days as being helpful and friendly was refreshing

Not a regular customer but the few times that we have been there, wrong orders or missing items on the order. Fast service but bad one.

Ordered a cheeseburger. They forgot the cheese. They were a bit rude about getting my slice of cheese. This is the only chain restaurant in Juneau. They have totally lost the customer service. Sad.

This was a nice meet and greet for people we had never met before. The staff at this McDonald's were really on the ball. The store was really, really clean. The staff was very commending and personable.

Unfortunately the only true fast food joint here, is very inconsistent in the quality of their food. Cold and stale fries shouldn't happen during prime time hours. Long wait times and wrong orders happen frequently.

I used the drive thru, repeated my order 3 times . Yet still missing 2 burritos and my egg Mcmuffin sandwich

McDonald's is my favorite place for quick eats on the run.. this location has a lot of online order parking spaces and two lanes for the drive thru. Clean and we'll maintained

The drive thru is convenient. The food is not very good. There is not mayonnaise on the sandwiches any longer. It's a quick, filling, very salty meal. The playroom for kids is rather boring.

This McDonald's is the only fast food place here in Juneau. Although it's normal MCD food, they do a good job of keeping things clean and well staffed, even at times when it's super busy.

Honestly it's foods have its up and downs but, it is fast food so there's that.

You've got to be a great place of your spokesperson is a Clown, people are eating happily, no scary music, and no 1 goes missing.

This McDonald's gets my order wrong every single time, or they forget food. Normally, small stuff that is not even worth the drive back. They just need to open another one, so this one it's not so busy all the time. I'm sure they would make fewer mistakes then.

I ordered not to long ago, my order wasn’t correct as I ordered from the mcds app. Even if I go in to change order again still don’t get my order right. I am not a fan of anything on my burger other than jus pickles an bacon.

My burger was good but to have someone argue with me not once but twice about how to phrase my order was absolutely ridiculous. How hard is it to say no veggies and they have no clue wht the means on a burger. Ridiculous and the attitude from it was just as ridiculous. 18 bucks an hour and they think they can talk to customers however they please

I stopped going here the quarter pounders with cheese are no longer the same burger that I used to buy 10 years ago, the meat is really dry and harder to swallow and taste awful. I do occasionally run through for friends if they request me to drive through and with that trying to lead a healthier lifestyle in McDonald's doesn't really condone anything healthy as far as I'm concerned. However there is one thing that I really love about McDonald's they're french fries I love their French fries especially when they're hot.

I find restaurant policy inconsistent, they close without warning and don't update their google web page, they took out the play place and replaced it with video games, but, hey, it's the only fast food in Juneau so we deal! 🤷‍♀️

McDonald's is #1 for being the world landmarks for everyone (double arches). So deliciously consistent and owns the FF-crave. Craves can digs graves, and I thank McDonald's for helping me understand to feed my crave when I need a boost in tasty smiles. The McD in Juneau is so cozy and clean.

Best experience of my entire life. This McDonald’s changed my perspective on what it means to be a great business! I became friends with the employees as we watched Netflix and ate our yummy happy meals. This is not a joke when it comes hospitality this is by far the best McDonald’s in the world.

Can never get the order right and there’s hair in food constantly

Sometimes the big mac is not made up to par, but not toasted. Cheese not melted, like only thing that hit grill is burger. Fries better now than b4.

Food came out fast. Food was good. Play room was really neat. There’s also a self order kiosk thing inside as well.

The lady at the drive through window was very rude! She interrupted me during my order didn't listen to anything I said and cut me off when ordering.. finally I was paying and her customer service was horrible " you get the cheeseburger and stuff?".. I have never experienced anything like this before.

Good breakfast as always, the McDonald's way! Clean and quiet place. A view of the bald eagle from my vantage view was a real treat!

Absolutely no one listens to your order you never get what you're supposed to get and then they argue with you when you tell them that they messed up your order

Terrible service. Paid for a large Sprite got a medium water. Fast food sucks, but this McDonald’s is by far the worst.

The service here is consistently very slow. When you go inside they have what looks like a full staff so I'm not sure why they can't serve food even half as fast as all the other mcdonalds seem to manage fine.

Wow over 10 bucks for a cheeseburger meal ! And you will have to wait 30 minutes in drive thru ! And the poor staff just aren't trained at all. What happened? Are they trying to go out of business?

Worst ever on a Friday night you get old cold McChicken sandwiches that you have to go ask at the door after closing because they were forgotten. Then ordering a Denali Mac one you're two biggest burgers and ask for extra pickle and you get two stupid little slices. You're food is great if you're workers cared to make it fresh and with dignity. Only fast food in town and get double triple quarter lb Fd with you're food you get. Thanks for keeping it real.

Horrible on prices everything went to the roof it's unreasonable and trying to get something for you and your friend and the cost is outrageous internet is horrible and very good signal and it's really hard to hook up to it
