Their drive through was closed at 10:58 and their hours say that it stays open until midnight. Need to update hours online.

The restaurant is clean and not too busy at times. The workers are nice and friendly. Overall experience has been good here 😌

They never get my order right took three times .

Place had me waiting for 15 mins only to not take my order , Place sucks to a different one .

McDonalds, it's the same anywhere you go so you always know what your getting. This one has a great kid play area.

it's not the best location but has been recently remodeled and is a clean functional McDonald's and has a play area for kids. service was a little bit rude but most expected from the location it is in.

Never have ice cream always out of everything. Horrible service and app never works with codes here for some odd reason.

Trash. Cant get any orders right. Not even 2 double cheeseburgers and a small fry, no fries with my order. Not busy, at all. Cant get basic orders.

Me and my family came here for our first bike ride of the summer and this is what we see a drunk person passed out with a broken glass liquor bottle on the floor. I told the manager and all they said was “she has been there for a while”. I will never be back to this location.

Food was almost perfect prices extremely high! Neighborhood is awinter ghetto.

My backpack, wallet, id, cash was stolen from McDonald's on spenard, and the front desk customer service wouldn't even help, they wouldn't even help me call apd to apd.

Since we're out of towners my son wanted to go McDonald's, the food wasn't too bad but since it was winter it was slightly chilly because if you're only used to certain temperatures it's otherwise cold for you, other than that the workers were of help if you needed to go to the bathroom they have to key entry for you, they were nice and delivered our food to your table.

Service was bad. Person who served me seemed like I was keeping her from other things. (Like talking to her friends). Food was like someone threw it together. I'll go to any other McDonald's but this one.

Bun was microwaved. Lettuce was brown. Chicken was cold. Soda was flat and no taste. My wife's big Mac was ordered plain, only cheese, but had onions. Gets worse everytime I go. No more spenard mcdonald's for us.

Although the kiosk machine gave me the discount for my food. The discount did not show on my receipt. This happened like 3 times in the same night. Other than that everything was ok.

Was first of the few patrons of the opening day and I was nicely surprised that the restaurant was on the Ball and on top of things that I was looking for. Even when I was just getting my brain to wake up 💤 I am going back to this McDonald's for sure! I will be certain that I recommend this store to anyone who has the same occurrence for a slow to wake brain as I have...lol I hope you get a chance to go visit the McDonald's soon and enjoy.

Always be a fan of McDonald's. I miss the characters from the 6 Like Grimiss, hamburgalur, and Ronald McDonald.

The service at this McDonald's was super fast just as I was getting done with my order I moved out of line and my order was ready.

Service is always great. Quality of the food is a toss up. Just got a sausage mcmuffin, got home cheese not melted, patty is cool to the touch, and the bun was not toasted.

Celebrating National Cheeseburger Day was no easy feat. I had to go to two McDonalds before I could reasonably get thru a decent drive-thru. Upon ordering, the order taker was rather short of speech, not quite rude but close to it. The food was WONDERFUL, service this visit not so much. I wasn't McLovin it this time.

I’ve stopped in here several times to simply get a milkshake and EVERY time I’ve had to wait… the counter service is TERRIBLE !! yesterday there were 4 people in line in front of me and everyone was looking around and commenting on the lack of service !! there was no one at the counter taking orders let alone greeting Customers… McDonalds Corporate, you need to do an undercover visit and talk to the Owner about this crap service !!

I always come to this place because its closer but probably 80 percent or more of our oders had mistakes. They should check it well before giving away especially by the drive through as people are in a hurry most of the times. Last night we had very dry meat, probably in a warmer for a long time and still served it. I used to work in this company so i know how it works, the only difference was, quality control, discipline and good management back in the day but seems to not apply these days.

Chicken and spaghetti..? Yes they do here haha and the food is way better than in America

My girls burger was literally dripping with grease and when she took it inside to hopefully get another one with a dry bun they said "it's juicy" not greasy.. wow...

Food was good, they were short staffed and the atmosphere was pretty tense. Fast service though.

Too much of a line inside and outside meaning drive tru

I mean its a McDonald's. But the playplace is pretty clean and recently renovated. My kids really enjoy this one and I like that's its one of the cleanest indoor playplaces in town.

I grabbed dinner from here while in Anchorage. They were located next to the hotel I stayed in. I had a big mac meal. It was hot, quick and tasted like your typical McDonalds.

So... it's McDonalds. Um don't know what else to say.

Very rude supervisor that refused to put my military discount in on a $43 order.

Hey. It's McDonalds, right? But, this is Anchorage and, it was right next to my hotel, so I was there quite a bit. First thing, install the app, you get great deals. A few days the dining room was closed due to short staffing, but, you just head to the drive thru window, even if you are on foot. It's spotless, the workers are all friendly and they really are on the ball. I give these guys a lot of credit for doing such a great job.

Want to get talked about like you're not there! This is the restaurant for you! Messed up the order 3 different times in 1 visit.

Locally owned McDonald's, usual menu. I asked for a certain amount of sauce and received way less than I asked for.

Can you tell me why most the workers have an attitude no matter what time of day? The app ordering is convenient. But not when the restaurant wifi is out. And mcdelivery is a mcripoff even worse than the other food delivery places that have a delivery fee, service fee and tip plus pay extra per item. 🙄

Breakfast is consistently great! I love the variety of economical choices!

The burger seemed thrown together and the fries tasted old already...which is weird for an 11am time. The frappe was.good though. ^_^

Love this playland but my little girls just too young to play; she big for her age but only 2. I gave 4 stars cuz I wish there was an area for young toddlers and infants, as well. Food always satisfies.

I find it incredible that this McDonalds is still in business. The level of incompetency of the staff in beyond belief. Why have a drive thru if you don’t staff the order station. I have been thru twice in as many months and both times have driven off without placing an order as there was no one available to take it. When I have previously ordered food there more times than not I have to pull forward to wait on the order and then find the wrong items in the bag. Too bad they don’t have negative rating on this site.

This McDonald’s has the absolute best vanilla cone I’ve had at a Mickey D’s. Hubby had the Struppewaffel or whatever it’s called, the seasonal caramel McFlurry, and he said it was awesome as well. Freezing cold inside, staff was prepared for it and well bundled up but guests weren’t so dress warm even if it’s nice outside. (I think they do this to discourage loitering) Sandwiches were very good as well.

Order double bacon smokehouse, got a single, soda didn’t have syrup, and the fires taste like ocean.

The workers here were very personable and attentive. We went here every morning for breakfast since it was walking distance from our hotel and always had steaming hot McCafés along with our meal. I don’t really dig McDonald’s but because of the excellent customer service and somewhat ‘fresh’ food, I will be returning when we go again to AK.

OK, OK... Its just McDonald''s EXCEPT that in Alaska they offer a Denali Big Mac. Try it and you'll wonder why only in Alaska? Warning! It's a mouthful and a meal.

What you get in one you can get the same in any, or at least you should. We grabbed lunch here and it was as expected --- good.

McDonald's Restaurant was just across driveway to hotel. Workers there were very friendly and patient with customers service was great surprisingly the food was good and warm and they even brought it to our table
