Drive Thru is VERY SLOW, this restaurant has failed me twice, NEVER coming back.

Out of all of the McDonald’s we’ve been to on road trips, this has the best view stopped for iced tea, clean restrooms and lobby, prompt service ❤️love that they recycle!

I want to give it more stars but i cant, this is a horrible place run by bad people. They smash the burgers and hand out sandwiches in pieces, they mess with the customers and laugh at ruining their day. It smells bad. The people are never in a good mood. Ive been going for months because its all i can afford and theyre just getting better at disrespecting the public. Its not hard to pay a homeless man from Albany to come up here and throw a molotov at a childs face. I wont do it but ive seen it happen. Im kind, im hurt at how they treat people that come because theyre hungry and they have no other options. As the bus doesnt come most of the day and to be honest, the entire town needs a rapture to come to their senses. I hope i dont ever see them out in public. A former employees father has also informed me that they spit in the food all the tiem, theyre those type of high schoolers

I got a steak egg and cheese bagel meal which includes the drink I didn’t get my drink then you have to stand there for another 10 minutes till somebody can assist you and then they act all checked cause they couldn’t red a piece of paper. People come on you Work at McDonald’s it can’t be that difficult to read a slip and fulfill it, the whole McDonald’s chain has gone to crab, no one wants to work all lazy mess up orders weekly at least, have some pride in your job and if you Don’t like it then quit make room for someone potentially better

Standard McDonald's experience. 5 stars because it was the platonic ideal of McD's experience, not because it's a 5 star restaurant.

This location was THE most gross and trashed McDonald's I've ever visited. ALL of the tables and the entirety of the lobby floor were nasty, sticky and covered in garbage and food scraps from earlier customers.. it was just about 5p when we got there and there was no other customers in the lobby. Drive thru didn't seem to have too many customers to handle. Just such an underwhelming experience. Will never visit this one again. Ick!!!!

Multiple times now, food has been completely wrong, burnt and it hard as a rock. Went back to have them fix it and not once but twice the same day they messed the order up again. Ordered coffee and it is never how I order it. Placing online orders is a nightmare and wait 10-15 min after it says it’s ready and chances are it’s wrong. Employees are rude and completely ignore customers standing in line to order. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs if you can.

This is the slowest McDonald's in the history of McDonald's. Holy moly.

Would give negative score. Took over an HOUR but it was so busy I couldn't leave the drive thru.

The shamrock shake was more cool whip than shake. Ordered a 20 piece nugget and only got 18. The lobby is not open either which made it difficult and a long wait in the drive through.

Our visit to the McDonald’s in Randolph left us pleasantly surprised. The staff was not only helpful but also incredibly friendly. In fact, they stand out as the best staff we’ve encountered at any North American fast-food restaurant.

So on my way to stowe left my house 4am been at this mcdonalds since 540. Going on 613 im still in drive thru waiting so i call to see what going on. Not only did the lady lie and say there open at 6 but when i said im in the drive thru whats up she just hung up on me doesnt have the decency to idk apologize for tnconvience of there incompetence or idk not charge me 5 dollars for a small orange juice idk ill never comw here again im probably just hangry which is why im even waste the time to write this.

Horrible service because you closed your lobby and I watched at least 20 people be turned away because of your laziness. Open your lobby so people can get food and not just drive through. I'm driving a 15 foot box truck the lobby is my only way to get food.

Going to the same McDonalds for over 20 yrs nothing really has changed except the atmosphere.

There's a manager named Kim that works here. Probably the most awful employee this McDonald's has. Every time I go through the drive thru she's so rude and nasty. 1 star for me. Do better McDonald's

I really want to love this place. So convenient off the highway. Often seems short staffed. Lobby closed last 2 times I visited. Still always a pleasant experience.

I've gone there a few times recently, and they consistently get my order wrong. Whether I order online or through the drive up. The service is terrible and perhaps there needs to be less socializing between the employees and more working.

I got a burger with onion's and I put no onions on my food. It was wrong, people should look at what people order before they make it.

It's McDonald's, so it's always going to be mediocre at best. That said, their restaurants,as a whole, are really freaking depressing. I miss the old brick McDonald's from the 80s/90s. Addendum: Curbside order, waited about 10-15 minutes for food. When I got it, it was cold. This has been a constant issue with this location for 2 or 3 years now. Just took a sip of my milkshake, and unless corporate changed their recipe, it had a cigarette ash aftertaste. Avoid at all costs.

Could be better could be worse. Understaffed for the volume of customers. Parking lot is tight if you have a truck or SUV. Park next door.

We bought 2 chicken sandwiches (4a and 4c) and both were overcooked. Which, I guess, is better than undercooked.

Fries not fully cooked, food thrown together not stacked- most condiments didn't make it with diagnally stacked burgers. Girl dropped my card and needed someone else to retrieve it from her feet, trash outside, illegal exchanges in parking lot, I cannot recommend this experience.

Took FOREVER in the drive thru. Fast food should not be almost 15 minutes.

Ordering here is Like playing on a slot machine: Sometimes your Quarter Pounder Deluxe (2C) has mustard. Sometimes not. Sometimes it has onions (even though I always ask for none.) Sometimes, it's just meat, cheese and bread. Sometimes your sweet tea is Coca Cola. Sometimes your Coca Cola is Lemonade. Sometimes your large drink is medium. Sometimes the fries are salted, sometimes not. Sometimes they're hot, sometimes cold and wet. The real surprise is when you hit the jackpot and all three of your meal items are correct. It's pretty rare though, so enjoy it if it happens, but don't hold your breath. (Honestly, I'm not sure what more I could expect from people being paid $17/hr)

The fries were cold and they had to sub part of my mobile order. Overall very average experience.

The food is the food. But this McDonald's tends to get it wrong more than right. There is no counter service. They ignore you when you are inside, so when they mess something up, you have to yell at them to get their attention even though they see you standing there waiting to ask something.

Lobby closed! Tried to walk through drive through- was completely ignored. After a long hard day, I just wanted a grimace shake. I stood out there for hours yelling at the speaker. This is unacceptable

We don't like: how they source their meat & potatoes; the amount of unrecyclable trash they unnecessarily foist upon us; their targeting of children. We do like the speed, convenience & prices. Why do we go? Well, it's VERY seldom - we're always ashamed - & the alternatives in-the-moment aren't readily available. Our thoughts about Burger King are the same.

Somehow this McDonalds is the best McDonalds and it perplexes me. Definitely check it out lol

One the worse mcD in the area. Drive the extra minute and half and just go to the west Lebanon NH one for much better food and much cheaper then VT taxes as well.

I used the drive through for iced coffee but it was quick and delicious.

It's fast food. You can't expect much. Except for the fact that it's not really "fast," anymore. They always mess up my order as well, but if you're hungry, in a rush, but don't mind waiting 20-30 minutes for your food, it's okay. The best part is if they ain't busy, it still takes forever.

Excellent. This is the best McDonald's I've been to hands down time and time again. For the last 8 years I have driven back and forth from Vermont to New Hampshire every other week to pick up my son sometimes a lot of times actually will stop here to get lunch or something to eat on our long ride. This McDonald's has consistently time and time again I have the best food of any McDonald's I've been to. On top of that it is always clean and the staff has always been friendly. Excellent McDonalds

This place is usually pretty quick about getting the food out. The downside of that, is not getting the food how you ordered it. Great customer service though.

All the doors were locked from the outside only 2 hours before they closed. Had to knock from the outside to get someone to let me in

Hate it being just a drive thru

Given that this MD's location is right off the freeway, you would anticipate being able to go inside to get food and use the restroom. This location currently does not allow inside seating, and no message that explains why or when it will be open. I have eaten here before and the food is as you would expect at a McDonald's and the people I have interacted with have all been nice. Hopefully, they will reopen in the future.

Do you want Fast food? Do you want EVERYTHING in your order wrong? Look no further than Randolph McD's. We do it all, we mess up simple things like double cheese burgers and McChicken add Cheese. We go as far as putting the "ADD ON" sticker on your wrapper and STILL forget the cheese. How about fries? Like them nice and toasty? To bad, won't get those here either. On a plus side, my soda's haven't been messed up in a couple trips. Needless to say, don't go to this location unless you really like disappointment.

Drive through and had to wait just so I could get a very cold burger. Went in and got it replaced just for that one to be cold. Last time I eat there again.

Arrogant manager made it difficult to use the restrooms. Sure the lobby was closed, give us a break, the restrooms and drive-thru were open according to your signage. Very poor.

I give it 1 star only because I couldn't give it zero

They would not let anyone inside to order or eat or even use the bathroom. It took forever to get in line and go through the drive-thru and forget part of our order. The only thing that saved it was the food was good and fresh.

It's McDonald's. I definitely docked stars because it's the typical McDonald's experience when using the drive through. It's important you check that every item you ordered is actually in the bag and you get ask for whatever they forgot that day. I'd estimate 9/10 times going through the drive through there's something missing or wrong.

Dining room is closed-again! There is obviously a problem if they can't hire/keep staff. Just as well. Last time I got a McChicken the chicken was gross.

Poor food too often. They always seem inconvenienced. I will say ... The manager was helpful after I called to complain about my biscuit being so hard you can hear it bang loudly on the counter.

Chicken sandwich deluxe was disgusting
