So, I had to travel for a horrible company I worked for. I was so stressed out and locked my keys in the car at the gas station across the parkinglot. I went inside and they couldn't help (nor offer anything to help me). Same for the crappy motel there. I went in McDonald's and sat down, stressed and defeated but someone asked of I was ok. I said, yes...then no. Then explained. They had a maintenance mam from McDonald's (or the franchise) and he told me..."when im done, ill help you out." Between thr manager and that guy, restored my faith in humanity as it was freezing out, I needed gas AND I was now late to the job (that I took this as my final que to quit). He helped, didn't judge me. He was so patient in giving me instructions to assist him assisting me. Ill never forget this experience. 🙏🏽

We have all had a bad experience at a McDonald's but this was by far the worst. Got ignored in the drive thru and then tried to go inside and order and got ignored there. Ended up having to go elsewhere just to get service. Will not be going back to this one. And do not recommend anyone going here. 0 of 10.

Just a McDonald's, but the service was really good, food was quick and hot. Nothing fancy, but they were doing their job well and it was a welcome little stop on a long drive.

Dirty, had to clean our table off. Wash it. None were clean. The drink station had spilled everywhere and napkins were out on the side I tried. A lot of employees yaking. Put the light on for help but no one came, we had to ask. The entire time we sat there to eat no cleaned anything. The AC didn't seem to work, very warm inside. August 31 2024 3:15PM

Absolutely terrible service, sat in the drivethrough for 10 minutes for a burger meal that costs $11, to be handed a large soda 3/4ths full and no ice. I asked for a soda with ice. Was handed one packed with ice and has over rloqed everywhere in my car. Seriously awful service, make it right Mcdonalds. I just spent the morning cleaning my car you jerks!

Drive thru order was incorrect, I mentioned it to the young man working the window. He said, “it’s not on my screen,”. I offered to pay for the item that was missing and he stated I could not pay for it, I would have to drive around and get in the already long line to reorder. All over a drink. Horrible customer service and lukewarm food.

Messed up our order. Gave us $2 short in change, after we told them it was wrong the kid behind the counter told us there wasn't anything he could do about it and walked away from the counter.

Horrible the parking lot is full of trash which it doesn't get any better when you get inside. Food and trash on tables and floors. Staff standing around doing nothing.

Honest the food was greesy but fresh. The works both trips rude and Messed up our drinks then fixed it after giving attitude. Over all customer service was their down fall both times. But the quilty of the food was better then 4 months ago.

I ordered coffee milk and sugar. I got black coffee. I asked this young worker for milk and sugar he told me NO. I stayed in the drive thru line until someone gave me what I asked for . Coffee was old and barely warm. Would never go back to thos location.

The sausage McGriddle did not disappoint, made as ordered and tasted delicious. Price was expected and order was quickly ready.

It's hard to believe that a person can't be at the cash register when there's three of them back talking. The kiosk takes longer than ordered from a real person. Where has customer service gone. The MC flurry wasn't even full but it was to McDonald's "standards". Good to hear they have standards for food, just not customer service.

Stop serving breakfast at 10.30.

I watched 4 people get their food and drink orders waiting to get my macchiato,3 people came and asked what I was waiting for.It took way too long just got a drink while employees are just standing around.

They regularly close the drive through early here, guess they just dont like money! How annoying. Suppose close at 11pm. 10:41pm as I write this closed again. Absolutely terrible.

I stop by here once a month on Saturday morning before work. Never a bad experience! I order from the app outside, give it just a few minutes and walk in. There is my order ready and waiting. It’s always hot and fresh as you’d expect! This day and age it’s almost odd to have employees being friendly, but everyone here is always all smiles and polite. A+ all around!

3 sides of large fries not full. Also gave code for discount but staff insisted it was too late since they had scanned card. They would not void the transaction and Re submit with the code so customer could get $8-9 discount. Spoke to both young staff members that handled order at both windows, they did not involve management to fix the problem. Also did not give customer sweet and sour sauce for kids tenders as was on the list on the screen. Also only 2 apple slices in kids bag of apples. Normally there are about 4-5 slices.

I waited an hour for one McChicken, and once I asked about it Lori the manager threatened to call the cops and said she’s denying my service, once I tried to show her my receipt.

Ok first all! We ordered 3 mchickens and got 2 and ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets and got 7 did yall even try?

Very good service and cleanliness is unique, very good work by the people who work here

Went through the drive- thru and ordered 4 10 pc chicken nuggets with honey bbq dipping sauce. We drove away and realized we got "tangy BBQ so went back to the store and went in to get the correct sauce. The counter help was rude and threw a bunch in our bag. We left again and this time it was honey mustard!! Needless to say, we didn't go back a third time and don't plan to.

This place is very clean and the girls who work here are very good

It seems like when I go through the drive through like today. There were only 2 of us in the drive through but I did not get all that I ordered and when I called in. Well, we'll work on it. Is what they told me with service like that. I probably will not go back.

The app isn't as friendly as it could be. It can be difficult and time-consuming to change drive thru/pick up locations when redeeming deals. Once that was figured out, the pickup was good and the food was hot and fresh.

The Gretna location is run very well. Great food, polite service, and restaurant was very clean. Management has the store a place you want to return to.

On line Deal order mixup and even if due to my mishandling, the Manager should have made right quickly, even if my small order was free. What I heard that made me walk out empty handed and after paying for the incorrect order was "you messed up your order" I haven't been back to a McDonalds since, certainly will eventually, but not to that one, ever.

Fast friendly service. Emoloyees were helpful and also cleaning in down time. The food was accurate and fries were not over salted.

I say goodbye to McDonalds today. I'm tired of paying DOUBLE what I did 2 years ago for lower quality food and service. I wish I would have come to this conclusion decades ago. There is nothing nutritional about this product.

I get the same thing every day, well I order the same thing, I don't actually get it. This happens at least every couple of weeks. I don't get it. When I do get the right order it's amazing.

Quick as usual which is awesome. Food was fresh for the most part, but ordered two double cheeseburgers and what I got was two cheeseburgers with 2 slices of cheese...... Edit: Quite a few visits later and still not change in quality. Except this time the only thing decent was the soda, out of a spicy deluxe, 10pc. Nugget, large fry. Usually use the app to order. I ordered a diet Dr Pepper. Chose curbside. Sat waiting 25 minutes. Had to go inside to get it.

Props to the staff today! They said they were short-staffed because it was the weekend and there was one manager who multi-tasked swiftly, but everyone pulled through.

Food was good - order was messed up but they corrected it quickly and the new food was just as fresh

Andrew was wonderful, I’ve never felt so welcome at a McDonald’s. A warm smile, friendly greeting, or kind compliment is key to great customer service and really appreciated.

Andrew was charismatic. I've never gone to a mcdonald's and had someone who deals with customers actually be good at dealing with customers. It's almost like he didn't 'deal' with us, but 'helped' us. Recommended!

Clean bathrooms and predictability make this a solid stop as you are road tripping. The old staples are as they have always been but the prices seem inflated.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s they mess up my order every time by either giving the wrong sandwich or just not putting food in the bag

I have never been to this McDonald’s before. This occurred on June 15, 2023 at approximately 7:00-7:30 PM. I ordered a 4 piece McNugget Happy Meal, which came with the nuggets, fries, apple slices and a small coke with no ice. I also ordered a plain hamburger on the side. Everything tasted fine until I got to the nuggets. They tasted a little off, but not horrible. I know depending on the McDonald’s or the oil they use it can alter the taste. So I ate them. I know I shouldn’t have though. I was with my family. My husband and daughter’s boyfriend went to the nearby Pepperjax Grill. My daughter ate McDonald’s with me, but did not have any nuggets. We next stopped at the Hy-Vee. I was starting to feel a bit queasy there. Then we went to Target and by then I was pretty miserable. We went straight home from there. Within moments of getting home I was in the bathroom. I was vomiting to the point of it was just stomach acid coming up. Next came the diarrhea. Then the horrible chills that no matter what I did I couldn’t seem to warm up. I was so miserable that I ended up just going to bed. I ended up sleeping just over 12 hours. When I woke up, I called the McDonald’s to let them know what happened. The manager I spoke with seemed indifferent to what I was saying. She did not ask for any details. She really just seemed to want to get off the phone. I have felt clammy, weak and tired all day. Some nausea off and on. All I can hope is nobody else gets sick from it.

Stood at counter waiting for 10 minutes with NO acknowledgement. Dining area was crumby all over & drink station a mess.

Stopped by for a Dr Pepper and burger. They didn’t have frozen Dr Pepper. The drive through was pretty busy. When I finally arrived at the first window to pay, it was closed and no one came to the window to take my cash. The cars behind me started honking so I drove on to the second window. I handed my cash, and the employee returned and dropped my change, which went underneath my car. I tried to open my door to retrieve it but I couldn’t find it. I drove unhappily away.

The lady taking my order through the drive through said that she couldn't do Carmel frapes for the drink in a meal. She is wrong. I have been to plenty of McDonald's, even this one, where they do that no problem.

Ordered 2 combos and 2 happy meals. 22 minutes later the food arrived. Everything was correct, but there is no fast in fast food here. The place was super busy, but 20 minutes is unacceptable. The parking lot is poorly designed and too small.

You go through and order. They repeat your order back to you but still manage to mess it up & not give you everything you order!

3 employees in this store was trying to scam her in a day light saying all her cash is fake,even though is not...she have $300 cash they check it,but all of the sudden they don't like to gave it to her,and they saying fake.when her daughter started trying to call the police he handed her money back to her to all costumer be ware.

Drove through and couldn’t hear the person at all…they were mumbling…asked for him to repeat himself twice. Got to the window to pay and I told him that I could not understand him. He just shrugged his shoulders and said, “OK.” I then asked him if he didn’t care and he said, “It’s just like that.” I handed him my money he took it and gave me my receipt and my change. He didn’t bother to acknowledge me or tell me to have a good day or anything. I guess the review is more on the personality at the window rather than the food/establishment. 2/21/23 11:23am. Fast and pretty good. I can't believe the price of things now but that is the way of the world I guess. 11 bucks for a 10 piece nugget and fries-no drink just came as a bit of a shock.

Haven't really had a negative experience here concerning food or staff. I guess the only reason it's not 5 stars is because whenever we go through the drive-thru and I ask for ketchup packets, I have only received packets once.

I ordered four lg hot chocolates with whipped cream. As expected of fast food, it was packaged, but no criticism there. The cocoa was hot and the service was fast. Not the best, but fast. However, the whipped cream was light, very light. I only knew it was there after taking the lid off and seeing the sad dollop sat on top.

This morning I ordered an Egg McMuffin meal with no cheese. What I got was NO hashbrown, an Egg mcmuffin WITH CHEESE and NO MEAT. I was already on the road when I opened my bag, so I didn't turn around. Not only was I missing my hashbrown, I couldn't even eat my sandwich. Congrats McDonald's, you stole $7 from me this morning. I am sure glad you pay your people $15/hr to completely screw up orders.

The manger wouldn't serve anyone because she was mad that there were high school students in there and she wanted them out so she told us all we had to get out and go to the drive through not professional at all☹️☹️
