The manager working 8/26/24 at 5:00 pm was absolutely amazing I haven’t seen anyone working that hard in a long time and her attitude was amazing also.

The manager on August 25th about 1:00 pm was very rude. She refused to give me a receipt. I'm a veteran and we are trained in military politeness. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I will not be going back. Anyone going there be prepared to be disrespected.

A human took my order, not a kiosk, and the order was correct. Fries were hot and the ice cream machine worked.

Clean location, bathrooms, friendly staff. Same great taste of McDonald's as always. This location has a drive-thru and a kids' play area.

Horrendous sanitation. Hair was found in my fries, lobby has flies, food is poorly made. There was an employee that has been tweaking off drugs in the bathroom and still see him employed

I was ordering for my kiddos she was being rude on the microphone and when I pulled up to the first window she was really short with me, I asked the next worker in the second window who I can report her too and her name she just laughed told me I couldn’t talk to the manager cause he wasn’t in today being crappy to the customers aren’t ok I will never go there again and I will be sharing the word to other people friends and family

Rude and disrespectful employees, paid full price with no offer to substitute the order. Asked for ketchup, young female said it's in the bag and walked off. (Left McDonald's 3:00pm 9/13/24) None of the employees have name tags (including managers).

Manager is so bad general manager

homeless people hanging out, out front. bathroom floors were covered in a substance that could hold the exhaust cones on the space rockets. the staff has absolutely no clue what going on 90% of the time... ive seen better but have seen alot worse

The employee that handed me my food was rude. I get it, you dont like your job, whatever. That alone isn't why i left a bad review. I've come to expect rude fast food employees nowadays. My order was incorrect as well, though. The combination of those two things I believe merits a poor review.

Line was long at drive thru, but knew that pulling up

Attempted to get breakfast. We waited 5-6 minutes for someone to take our order. At least 10 employees made eye contact with us but didn’t come to the register. I had to raise my voice to ask if someone was working the register. Someone finally came over, rang up our meals individually causing an extra $10 to be added to our bill. Waited another 10-15 minutes for another employee to come back to the register so I could address the bill. When I asked for it to be fixed, the employee yelled at me and stormed off. Waited another 5 minutes for the manager. At this point, we didn’t have our drinks or any food out and we had a flight to catch. We asked for a refund and left. We were amongst several disgruntled customers having similar experiences.

Service was great, I believe we were served by one of the supervisors. Food came out quickly, too. It's just that, the burgers were so dry and disgusting. Provably stood in the window for hours.

They must of dumped all the salt on the fries. I couldn’t eat them!! When I asked for mayonnaise instead of ketchup I was charged an extra .59 cents. I guess .. because they can.

Been to Airport McDonalds hundreds of times in my life. Never has it been this bad. Service is consistently plummeting downhill. Last 4 times I’ve ordered Double Quarter Pounder and they dependably forget 1 out of 2 patties. Fast food workers want to be paid more but if your employees can’t count to two because there’s 6 cars in a drive through line, at least drug test after you give them raises. They say they’ll make it right, but making it right is not the same as redoing your order correctly. Making it right would be reimbursing a customer for the fuel it costs to drive all the way across town because they didn’t get to opening the bag until they were already home, or at least offering some extra food for the inconvenience.

They threw the nuggets in the bag, it went to the bottom of the bag, it wasn't even bagged correctly. Talking from a former fast food employee.

Food was good and right but the bottom bun of the burger was stale on bout 1/2 of it

A lil bit of a wait in drive thru but wasn't bad. The employees seemed pleasant and focused.

We came here because the store by Wal-Mart had a line out into the street, but we should have stayed in that line. There was a shorter line here, but it took close to 10 minutes for us to get to the window and then we sat at the window for over 5 minutes before they brought out our food. Then, once we got home, they had screwed up the order. A Quarter Pounder had the proper sandwich written on the sheet on the box, but there was a chicken sandwich in the box…AND, a Big Mac on the order had been made with 3 patties. WOW!!

I use to work here but after being wrongly fired why not? The restaurant is FILTHY. Fryers go for weeks without being dumped and cleaned THOROUGHLY. The grills are also Disgusting. Only one grill gets cleaned on the regular and that's the Egg grill. We normally have kids come from across the country to work with us in the summer called J1's. They hired roughly 15 J1's. After working under General Manager Robert and Owner Frank for about 2 weeks they quit because they reported they were being wrongly treated. Disposable is the word majority of the group used. Their is NO communication between the Owner and the General Manager so I'm pretty sure this will be news to you as well Frank. PLEASE save your money and take it a Family Owned business that is ACTUALLY family oriented.

Took 15 minutes to serve the man in front of us, an ice-cream. The burger was raw. Server said that they weren't cooking more chicken burgers that night even though there were 2-3 hours until they closed. The fries were cold and burnt. And the person at the cash register seemed annoyed.

Was visiting Fairbanks when the van we were using broke down after going through the drive-thru. The manager, Tapia and GM, Henry both went out of their way to assist in helping us. They were able to help us identify the problem and point us in the right direction for help. They even let us park our van there until a tow truck was able to come the next morning. That’s high quality service if you ask me, would definitely recommend this location. Good people.

I am here for food and aliens. The only thing I found here was aliens and they took me to outer space.

You guys have to be the dumbest people in all of Fairbanks. I asked for extra "Mac Sauce" on the side - you give me Tarter Sauce. I asked for a Quarter Pounder without cheese - you put the cheese on the burger. I swear, I've seen higher intelligence from people with Down-syndrome!!

The night crew is terrible. They mess up my order every time. I'm beginning to think they do it on purpose because they don't really care. I'll order a Cheeseburger burger with only ketchup. They will put the special order receipt on my burger wrapper, and then when I open it, it's a regular cheeseburger with everything on it. Save your money, go to Wendy's or Arby's. At least they make an effort.

It is cheap and convenient. Honestly, I wish the staff was more polite and easy to deal with. They despise door dashers and will yell at you during rush hour, but that's that. nice a quick bite, but use the drive-through. And then you're fine. The wait inside is horrible. Overall 2 OUT OF 5

check your order on drive through because they will give you the wrong order

I had put a bad review but I have gone recently twice and they changed employees and all tht and those 2 times I've gone I've had great experiences and food was great workers are nice too. This was at midnight ish or later . Keep up the good work

Picked up my online order about 6:20pm made it home to one of my mcCrispy sandwiches not in the bag

the hash browns was overcooked update. They only fill your French fries half way. I took pictures but it's not allowing me to post a photo. I even tried to delete a post from before and put a new one hoping I can share a photo

They don't pay the employees enough to even buy a happy meal

We bought 2 quarter pounders and 3 drinks. We enjoyed our meal after church.

Nothing edible after they took away the chicken wrap. All too over processed. A raisin oatmeal cookie and smoothie. But corn syrup and added sugars. Tea is about it. If the fries aren't HOT they bottom out like rocks if I eat them. Anyone else have that experience?

Do not even try to go here for drive through at night. It will take over an hour for three cars. I placed an online order and they said I have to wait in the drive through. I waited over an hour for a very short line of cars. Insane.

I ordered off the McDonald's app for delivery. The delivery service was excellent. The Food was what is expected of Macdonalds. But the drink is underwhelming, I ordered a Dr. Pepper, and this is what I got.

Ordered food tonight and they messed up my order, wanted my Mc chickens plain and they put the mayo and shredded lettus on them also charged me for a 6 piece I didn't receive. This McDonald's is the worst one to go to. Regardless of when you go they always mess something up.

Whoever was running the drive through register first window December 8th at 9:14PM was absolutely one of the rudest people I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with.

The lady that handed us our food was extremely rude and just made the whole experience terrible,if I owned the place she would be fired on the spot. It was around 345 on December 5th,and she was the lady who handed us our food. Asked her how are you today and she replies terrible and then just acted really strange. Made us very uncomfortable. Will be a very long time before i go back to a mc Donald's again. Does anyone care about customer service anymore.

There is no fast in food from McDonald's anymore. Whoever hires the breakfast crew needs to hire the night crew. Drive-through is agonizing and disappointing. NO MORE COLD FRIES!

Whoever that 5ft, blonde highlights having, loud big lipped girl was taking orders at around 9:30pm on Nov 19 discriminating against disabled customers saying that they weren’t taking dashing orders through the drive through is making not just other people’s jobs difficult but also being super rude to customers over some type of power trip saying she’s the highest ranking manager there at the time. McDonald’s please do better

Never seems to get the orders correct. I am now editing this review. Getting an order correct isn't the worst part. The dining room and restrooms are the most disgusting thing I have seen in any restaurant in Fairbanks. I wonder how the back looks like for cooking food. All I got was coffee, thank goodness. Don't get me started on a worker who says he owns it and how he treated customers was shocking. I heard another person say he doesn't own it. So I don't know.

I drove up to the drive thru and was forced to wait for over 2 hours because I was pinned in by a truck that was sleeping and a car in front of me that couldn't get anyone to answer on the speaker. Then when I got to the window the rude man who answered me handed me 40 very cold, old nuggets to deliver to my door dash customer. When I asked if they were fresh he said he didn't know because they had just thrown away a bunch of food. I then asked for fresh ones and he said they would do that. He then handed me the same bag back. I was exhausted after waiting for my delivery for nearly 2.5 hours and just decided to let it go and deliver it. My customer didn't complain so I assume they didn't eat them until much later.

Slow service and cold fries. Had to get my own soda cup. Never called out my order number.

The drive-thru speaker was very monotone and un-energetic, but after paying and pulling up to the second window, i was greeted with a smile and great customer service, including an apology for the wait(lunch rush). Although the food quality(For McDonald's) was outstanding! I got a spicy McChicken deluxe meal and had extra large piece of chicken with adequate amount of topping and even was loaded up with more than plenty fresh and hot fries, by far best quality and quantity ive ever experienced from a McDonald's

Ordered fries at the drive thru only for my daughter to eat the fries and found this dirty nail in her fries. If you want your fingers to look nice and stay nice don’t handle food! I don’t know where your nails have been.

I pulled up to the first ordering menu sat for itleast a minute another car pulled up to the menu board after me itleast a minute right away he started taking her order so wen he returned to ask me what I wanted to eat I asked him how he was able to take her order before mine he claimed he didn’t hear a ding wen I pulled up well if that was the issue how did he know I was there after he took the woman order that arrived after me what changed him knowing I was there he said abruptly n rude well that’s why I’m taking ur order now I only ordered a Big Mac meal cause I waited in line that long anyways so I was just gonna get what I wanted then go somewhere else for my husbands food but wen I got to the window a manager was waiting there to talk to me first thing I noticed on her face was a big smiling smeark she was ready for confrontation her eye lashes were almost falling off while speaking to me very unprofessional thinking one of them could fall into some ones food she right away said to me we’re not serving u today I was beside myself embarrassed n confused cause I wasn’t gonna say another word about it cause he told me once he didn’t hear my car pull up so ok mistakes happen but these two employees including one as a manager representing Mc Donald’s leader how unprofessional n unpleasant she really was she also lied saying she heard him tell me more than one time he couldn’t hear the ding wen a car pulls up well then he should have never known I was out there at all I will never go back to that McDonald’s location until they r not employees because this behavior only creates negitive impacts all around I feel like they were looking for an argument but I didn’t give it to them I just smiled n said ok n now I’m calling the office n writing a review of my experience w McDonald’s on Airport way.

The short staff has really slowed down the balance.

Just waited in line for 30 minutes for my quarter pounder only to get home and realize it didn’t have a burger patty on it AT ALL, just bun and dressings, incredibly disappointed.

This is the worst filthiest Mc Donald's I have ever been to. Trash is always on the tables, the staff will spend as much time away from the counter as possible and the manager here is the rudest person I have ever encountered in the food industry. Nothing ever changes here either. Just as trashy and rude as 2 years ago.

We waited at the counter for awhile but no one came to ring us up or simply say they would be with us soon. I finally used the order screen which I dislike. People came in after us, got waited on, got their food and left. We only ordered 3 drinks!

The young man working in drive through With long scraggly hair flip me off and told me to f off when I simply requested a new ice cream after him handing me a melted One. this was all caught on my dashcam. One of the managers had addressed it at the window asked me if I wanted something for free then shut the window. I did not want anything for free. I just wanted this young man addressed for flipping me off with my under age child in the car confused. It is sad how customer service has come about these days. I hope none of you have to experience this with a young child in the car Just wanting an ice cream cone. Hopefully management can do their job and take responsibility for their employees action.

Recently renovated, this Mc serves cafe style. New touchscreens take the orders, food is brought to the table. Be sure to ask for the condiments you want as they're no longer available in the lobby. There is a quiet dining area behind the kitchen. Kidspace is amazing, multi-story, spacious. McFood is as expected, but the crew is overwhelmed with chaos and workload so be nice.

I love my elders, so this breaks my heart. This older couple walked in at 1028 to order breakfast, and the girl at the counter told them they just missed it. They mentioned the time to her, but kindly ordered hamburgers with coffee. They went and took their seat, near the counter and discussed if they were supposed to listen for a number or if it would be delivered "like the others." I myself had problems with this as I played my order for table service, but it waited and got cold at the pick-up counter. Before I could offer help, their food arrived. The man ordered a soda, and his cup was delivered with the food. He had trouble with the ice machine and went to the counter to notify them ever so sweet, "I'm sorry to bother you, there seems to be a problem with the ice machine. It's not working right. " The girl at the counter proceeded to ask him 20 questions versus thanking him, offering him ice from their side, and then investigating it themselves. After he finally returned back to his food, he stated, "I've only been gone a few minutes, and it's already cold." The lady apologized to him and said this wasn't a very good choice this morning. We need to get up earlier next time, I guess. Do you want to go somewhere else? He says, "Oh, no. This is our treat for the week, " and then holds up the hamburger and says," Look at this tiny thing. It'll be gone in 3 bites. " They laugh and, as predicted, ate his food in 3 bites, then quickly left. After sitting here and observing the manager assist multiple other customers, it's obvious why the employees didn't/dont know simple and basic customer service skills. The manager constantly made excuses and impolite responses to customers. This location needs a corporate evaluation.

Sat here on the right side of the drive through for 20 minutes as the lady worker just continued to ignore me as she kept taking orders from the left side,when i was finally acknowledged i was spoken over and rushed cut off before i can even finish my order

Ordered online got to the store and waited 15 minutes when I asked the employee in charge she giggled and said their short handed couldn’t give a eta entire time I was waiting coukd here her complaining about the ordered she had to do

Food was great, Service was great but table and play area was really dirty.

Wait was long but understandable since it was busy. We were missing food and drinks and the iced coffee was made very wrong but when called the store to let a manager know and see about coming back tomorrow to get the missing items, the man who eventually stated that he was the manager (Robert) was extremely rude and down right nasty. We have been missing the drinks in the kids meals going on twice now but not one to really complain on something little but this gentleman clearly did not care about customer service in any way possible. The lady taking the orders was very nice though.

Customer service was nonexistent- nobody talked to me, simply took my card and handed me the food, I never hear anyone say “have a good day” anymore just smug looks.

Fries are always really cold and it takes a long time to drive through. Not quite as long as Wendy's though!

I go here probably way too much, but it just always gets the job done! I recommend anyone download the McDonald's app right now if you haven't already. Literally will save you so much money and reward you with free food, you can pre order for Pickup or delivery all through the app it's super easy. And you're missing out if you choose to not install! Anyways they doing good stuff here 😁👍

It was very busy and the wait was super long we ordered 2 apple pies they told us it was gonna be a 12 minute wait we waited 35 minutes we went up to the counter twice and they had only dropped them the second time we went up and asked the inside of the store was very backed up but the drive through was moving swiftly the front counter person (Chelsea) was very rude and had no customer service whatsoever and also made us feel as if we were intruding on her time We could hear the manager (lei-lei) yelling at her staff from the back of the store as well as speaking to them in a very domineering way. The only polite person was the young man named(Jona).

My family goes to this store every weekend to get breakfast and occasionally for lunch or dinner throughout the week. Recently the food has not been fresh made tastes like it sits there for a while and this restaurant location seems more concerned with door dash customers and not with the customers that continue to actually show up at this location. We order for a family of 4 usually a couple burgers, nuggets, and fries. It is unreasonable to have to wait 30 minutes or more to receive our food because the employees are more concerned with the door dash orders of customers who don't even come to this location. You would think customers who actually show up would be given more of a priority.

got cut off by someone in the drive through line and had a mix up of orders, when we started to explain to the manager (because the girl at the window was confused as to why we were asking for the order that was mistakenly given to the person that cut us off), he was very rude and interrupted us with “if this is how it is, I’m just gonna walk away” when we had just started explaining that the orders got mixed, that was it. was told to pull to the front and the girl that brought us our food rolled her eyes at us. very rude. wasn’t even blaming them, it was the guy that cut us off in line. but the attitude from the staff was very unnecessary… i’ll go to a different mcdonald’s from now on.
