Worst service. Sat in the drive-thru lane for approximately 10-15 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me that left within the first 5 minutes of me being there.

This McDonalds is always hit and miss for me. They’ve messed up on my order a couple of times, but I know they are a busy place, so I don’t complain about it that much. The biggest complaint is communication to the customers. There have been a number of times where they were closed to the public out of normal business hours due to maintenance work. No signs of that nature were put up, so customers who ordered online neither got their food, or a refund.

The burgers were very greesey. Tasted terrible. This was in Sidney Nebraska by Cabelas.

It would be a lot better to order our food with a person instead of computer. We got what we wanted but was not able to get a medium orange juice. Could not pay at the ordering place so still had to pay at the register. Place was moderate clean. Person delivering the food was good customer service. No wonder that the McDonalds we go to there not that many people that come anymore.

I have never been treated so badly at a Mcdonalds ever. I stood at counter over 5 minutes before they would even acknowledge that I was there. It took one of the regulars getting there attention. He called out to Duane ( the name he used). The response I’ll be there in a couple minutes. I laughed and said to the customer who called out, should I tell him I’ve been here 5 mins already. Lady comes to counter, said can I help you? I said there you are, smiled, before I could tell her what I wanted, she started in with I aint got time to stand around waitin on you. That’s what we have kiosks for. I told her I will never use a kiosk, before I could tell her I never get a correct order from them she made another remark about her not having time for me. I told her, you know I really dont need to be here. I told her she doesn’t have to be so rude, went to the rest room. When I came out she was still standing there visiting with the regular customer, which was getting a coffee refill. This was the trigger that brought this negative review. So I left without ordering anything. Mamma always said if you cant say something nice say nothing. But I had to let you all including McDonald’s Corp, the treatment I received here in Sidney, NE this morning 8/24 after driving from Washington State through Powers Lake ND on way to visit my uncle in Brush, CO

Imagine paying for your food not getting it made right and not even getting your large fry correctly. It’s pathetic, and they need to do better. Owned by kirk, running it into the ground. Jeff was the only one to make that place good to eat at, he’s in sterling now btw, unless he retired.

100 times better than the one off I80 in Kearney Nebraska. We bought sandwiches and ice tea. The food and tea met our expectations, the restaurant and restrooms were clean and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this McDonald's.

Lots of seating. No play place but there was a boulder in front outside that my kids liked to play on. Clean bathrooms. Food was classic McDonald’s quality

Went in at 9 pm. Ordered, was the only person waiting for food. Waited over 20 mins with only my order on the board. Crew was only interested in talking to their friends who were coming in, not one person making food in the back. Walked out with no food and went to Dairy Queen

Had a craving for a McChicken. All these morons had were the abominable hot n spicy. News flash brainiacs: not everyone that lives and breathes likes the skin taken off their tongue. And we're NOT going to pay $9 for your stupid crispy chicken. You're not Ruth's Chris's steakhouse ffs. I'm done with McRipoffs. Peace out.

Today is the last time we go there my son ate french fries 🍟 from there at the bottom was a sticker filled with hair and all they had to say is sorry this stuff happens u will get something like this once in a while. I felt horrible for my son who is 10 and was so grossed out and all they said was this happens really McDonald's. Don't eat here 🤢

My Steak Egg and Cheese bagel was messy and not hot, but at least they offered it.

I quit going there for so long because the food has gotten worse, but I was really hungry and thought it couldn't be that bad. I was wrong! I only ordered breakfast burritos and HB, but even my dog wouldn't eat the burritos. No cheese in any of them and dried up half empty tortillas, not to mention just plain tasting. Maybe the lack of cheese? I know salsa didn't help either. The HB was almost raw and so full of grease that I couldn't even touch it a second time because I didn't get a napkin to wipe the steering wheel off from my fingers the only time I picked it up. I also believed the price was ridiculous for such small things, even if they wouldn't have went in the trash. Almost $12 for 3 burritos and a HB.

McDonald’s sucks. Biggest rip off. 👎🏻 Who even goes to this place anymore. 🤮 What the hell even is that atrocious “new and improved” interior design. Disgusting.

Perhaps the worst McDonalds in the chain. Honestly, I am not exaggerating at all. The service is bad even if you are the only car in the drive-through. It's pathetic.

Hair in my food how gross. The employee cooking in this McDonald’s don’t wear hair nets or gloves. I asked isn’t it a requirement they said no and began laughing at me. The employee are rude.

Iv been here on and off over the years. OTR trucker. I place my order on the app and pick it up minutes later. Have never had an issue with anything or anyone. I went in on a Sunday once and had never seen so many people at McDonald's at once. I even think the owner or upper management was there, and the food and service were still spot on even with what seemed to be the whole town there. To the comments complaining you forget it's McDonald's, so I'm sure you're the problem and more than likely cant be pleased 🙃.

It was ok. The lady in the drive-thru seemed a little snippy. Lemonade was all water and zero lemon. 1.20 upcharge for a medium drink is crazy. California and West Virginia don't charge that much!

Every time I go there either the food I'd cold hamburgers put together sloppy and I ask for half cut tea with lemon most of the time it's not half cut no lemon and when it half cut its more regular then sweet

First time at this location, so maybe a one-off, but the two kids' meals we ordered were missing the burgers, and all of the cheeseburgers didn't have cheese. We got the kids' meals situated before we left with no issue. The guy that was cleaning the dining area was super friendly.

Like zero plant based / vegetarian options and the staff is RUDE and disparaging towards the customers. I would have been better off ordering at the computer myself instead of supporting the humans that work there

25 grueling minutes I'm waiting for my food while they just let some little kid run around running into tables and being generally irritating, this should not be allowed in public spaces and I can't believe nobody said anything about it. On top of the fact that it doesn't take that long to make two breakfast sandwiches, ridiculous to make people wait this long for some simple fast food.

I went to McDonald for breakfast because I was hungry for a chicken McGriddle sandwich. Then unapologetically told me they don’t sell chicken in the morning. McDonald in a lot of other locations does.

Woman's bathroom is a pig stye. No TP-Soap-garbage needs dumped-Floor needs swept-Mirrors & Stainless steel filty-toilets look like haven't been scrubbed for a month!!! YUK

It depends on the day whether or not the food will be good. A few of the times I went through the drive-thru, the lady on the other end taking my order was always rude and acted as though I was wasting her time. I won't be back 🙂

Bathroom was dirty but food was great!

They messed up my order completely, I ordered a regular chicken sandwich , fries, and cookies with a coke but they gave me a hot and spicy, ten peice chicken nuggets barbecue sauce instead of ranch. The service was good and all but they gave me the wrong food.

Always give me a wrong order give me on cook food always make me sick in the managers don't believe me and take it to them but look I guess I got to post it

The dining area were infested with Flies, the Bathrooms in this facility down the street from Cabelas was nasty and smelled as if the toilets were not cleaned and sanitized in about a week. The Male urinals smelled of old left over Piss and the Urinal on the Left wasn't operational and parts were missing from the Flushing mechanism. Their Franchise should be terminated. I am sure that I am not the only ex customer of Mc Donald's that has expressed that opinion of that facility.

They are over priced got 4 breakfast sandwiches and it cost me almost 40 bucks

The older lady at the register did something and couldn't seem to get anything done. The line kept growing so after a few minutes I got in the car and did the drive thru. I got my order and looked in as driving away and the line was still standing there.

Found hair in our food and stuck to the side of our sauce packets and the food was very bland with the drinks not being very great with a slight funk to the taste

Flys around the drive through window which was slightly opened so I saw the flys on cups of soda 😶.. just stopped on the highway for a quick bite but took 15 mins minimum.

Don’t try to order a milkshake! On the menu but their icecream machine has been broken for three months at least! If you try to order one you will get a “talkin to”. I’m really small print they will let you know it is “coming soon” so they won’t admit they don’t have icecream! Ha!

I am relocating West, and I stopped here at about 11 pm on 9/5/23. There was one female employee running the ship alone. I was not fortunate enough to get her name. But to whomever this may concern. This woman deserves a serious raise. She ran the whole restaurant flawlessly while having few customers in the restaurant and myself in the drive-through. On top of running everything alone smoothly, the food was well made and packed perfectly. I feel this person deserves praise for having a strong work ethic and dedication to her job. I really hope upper management see this and rewards her accordingly because this isn't a common occurrence. I have traveled all over this country and It is refreshing to experience. My thanks to you, anonymous employee. You are a credit to the McDonald's brand.l and the service industry. I wish you nothing but success!

Service here is horrible!!!! Me and my wife came in here for coffee and food. Tried to get slugs in the backs' attention, which was hopeless, the food was not freash. TRASH !!! The atgroom was disgusting, covered in Flys, and looks as if it was not cleaned on a week. I even saw the manager struggling trying to get someone in the backs' attention. Pathetic service. 0 stars if possible for this restraint.

I thought this was a good place to stop. Compared to my hometown McDonalds, who throws the meat cheese and egg in the general direction of the wrapping, this place was really good.

Floes everywhere in restaurant & dead in bathroom all over the floor. Cold hard fries, quater pounder smothered and oozing with mayo, never going back, disgusting!!!

It is this restaurant that is slightly above the average American McDonald's. Waitresses bring and put food directly on the table to the client. Which is good for McDonald's. Preparing orders takes a little longer than we would like.

The environment is nice but needs cleaning. I come through here twice a week and the shake machine has been broken for how long now??? And only certain staff apparently do all the work. Posted pictures on Google of the two staff that just act like they dont have to work.

Clean place..... the worker's are lazy and very slow. 4 people just standing around while people are waiting for thier orders. One lady walking around wearing a McDonald's shirt and lose sweatpants.... pretty professional. They want paid 15+ a hour but can't dress the part. Never did get my order after waiting. Asked for a refund. Avoid at all cost!

Cashier was very disrespectful to a few customers making comments like “this is what puts us behind!” When customer asked for a water after ordering. Also made other comments and snarky remarks to customers!

I drove through for coffee this am. The sun was in my eyes and I was squinting. The woman taking money instead of saying "hi how are you" "good morning", she said "you don't have to give me attitude". Lol So if you want a good scolding for what you look like, visit it the drive-through for your coffee! Lol No thank you! I have been alot places in Sidney. It appears that this is just not a friendly place. Just like the Nebraska state motto says" Nebraska, its not for everyone!" And the customer service experience will definitely prove that to be true

Staff made a standard McDonald's even better

Quick, hot breakfast for the road. Very satisfied.

Service was fast, employees were friendly in the drive through but the special order of a triple cheeseburger with only Mac sauce was not as I've had everywhere else... Burger patties were overcooked and dry with little sauce. Won't order here again.

Traveling nice clean place staff very nice

The absolutely most disgusting fast food experience I've ever had. I know we went late in the evening, which is risky, but we were cross-country traveling and hungry. The fish sandwich and 20 McNuggets were rubbery and not only didn't taste like the food they represented but also had a terrible, funky taste we couldn't name. It was clear by the consistency that the food had been reheated. We choked down what we could, due to hunger, but I'm off McDonald's for the foreseeable future. Don't waste your money here.

Egg Mcmuffin was hard as a rock, hashbrown was stone cold & coffee tasted like milk.

We came over the weekend and the service was ridiculously slow! It took them over 30 minutes to get our food brought out to us. In that 30 minutes, they let 2 workers take a bathroom break and then later those same 2 employees took a smoke break outside. Order wasn't correct either.

The food is good the service is good. The only reason why I'm giving it five stars is because I lost my debit card in my car and the manager at the time was kind enough to pay for it and I think the rest of the staff there could learn something from her. I'll be paying that forward.

Based upon the time I arrived and placed my order inside, over 7 vehicles went through the drive thru and received their orders. Do they not fill orders in the manner they were placed or will the drive thru always be fully cleared before they process the lobby order? Next time I will not be coming to McDonald's if I'm required to wait 23 minutes to receive a simple chicken sandwich.

Check your bag! Many times food is missing. Hit and miss on quality. Hit and miss on friendly workers. Unless Jerry or Kayden are working...they are both excellent in the drive thru!!

The last 2 times we’ve gone, the order has been wrong or terrible. The chicken sandwich I ordered was so over cooked it was hard to chew. The last time we went the drive thru lady didn’t even let my husband order my food. We got to the window to pay and he told them my order, and they were incredibly rude about it. It was still wrong, and the burger was still pink. We never get fresh fries, and if they are, they aren’t cooked all the way.

Placed an order thru the app for a large coffee and a McMuffin. Came inside to pick it up, when I see small sr coffee and a something else in a bag with different order number. Waited there for a few minutes, guy came in from the outside with my stuff, set in on the counter, pick up his senior cup and a bag, and left mine there. Would you still eat this ? Me neither. Workers there need to use their common sense. It was to hard for them to redo it. Waited 17 minutes for a refund.

Friendly staff, great chicken Sammie. Food arrived steaming, coke was icy. Perfect salt on the fries.

Currently the card reader at the store has something in it. (A coin). Therefore we couldn't insert our card to pay for our order. The manager, Ms. Michelle, payed for our order. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST.

All right so I just showed up there's two drive-thru lines there's one closest to the McDonald's and the one further away I was on the one closest to the building and one car in front of me one car behind me the drive-thru furthest had four orders ordered before they even took an order from the closest drive-thru so it's okay to have to drive throughs and only take orders from one five people got an order before you took an order from the other drive-thru not very good customer service sorry you take one you swap to the other one you take one you swap to the other one you don't stay on one side of the drive-thru for 5 orders and after you get a complaint still take two more orders and then take an order from the drive-thru I was in I had to leave five orders were taken before you got to the line I was in that had three people waiting three people waiting in one line and you're taking five orders from the other line and then I go to call and complain and you guys didn't answer the phone what kind of customer service are we doing here not taking the orders properly letting your customers just sit and waste gas for five orders the good 10 15 minutes right there and then you don't answer the phone

My elderly parents and I ordered food from a 5 foot Hispanic lady and when she was trying to take the payment, it would go through so she tried a second time and it wouldn't go through but neither time did it decline the payment, it just wasn't going through so she called over long haired blonde and she tried to get it to go through, which it did the same thing to her so she tried it a second time and that time it was declined! So, out of frustration my dad decided that he would use a different card and it went through! Long haired blonde looked at me and said that it was our card and not the machine becausethesecondcardwentthroughthefirsttime! If it was our card and not the machine, it would have declined it every time, not just after 5 times of trying to run it through! It was your machine, not our card! Then when they brought our food to our table, they brought our drinks with no straws! My dad likes to get a refill on his drink when we leave but they don't have the soda machine available to the customer at this location so he didn't get it! The only reason they are getting a 2 rating instead of just one is because they got the order right and actually carried it out to us! But long haired blonde needs more training with her people skills and for that reason on top of the fact that the soda machine is not available to the customer, we won't be back! There's plenty of other restaurants in that same area to visit! Next time we will go across the street to Arby's!

Tried to get dinner from two restaurants in the area and they were both so slammed with customers that no one greeted us while we waited for more than 5 minutes and decided to leave. We decided to go to McDonald’s and they took our order online via the app in a jiffy and we were able to get our order items in less than 10 minutes and the family was able to eat right away without any further drama. Thanking whoever it is that invented McD and fast food.

Lady was causing a scene. Very rude. Not the workers fault. If your going to complain about and your money back don't threaten to do it every time you go there. Or better yet don't go back. The staff was great with everyone else.

25 minutes after ordering finally got my order Watched 3 people walk out who didn’t even get waited on. And nobody working there even looked up or acted like they cared. Very disappointing.

Ordering was easy, food was made to order and fresh. Waiting time was minimal.
