Don’t waste your money on a large fry. Just order the small, you get more anyways. Clearly someone lacked sense here.. either employees on drugs or they’re demented. Not sure how you could even give this out

The kid with glasses and no common sense at the register refused to take my order. Apparently, it's store policy to force customers to use the kiosk.. I told him that I was paying cash and would just have to return to the counter anyway. He refused and called it store policy. There were no other customers at the counter, in line, or behind me, he's standing there at the register telling me that he cant take my order .. I went over to the kiosk and he literally stood there from the counter and watched me order thru the kiosk while doing absolutely nothing else but making comments to me about it being store policy (the entire time I was ordering) Seriously, standing there at the register watching me order, waiting for me to come back to the counter with my cash... Make it make sense. Lazy with no common sense, go work at JF MCDonalds, you'll fit right in.

It's very clean, but your order is guaranteed to be wrong, cold, or old. The atmosphere is not great. It's kind of racist and don't get me wrong, It's not the staff it's the customers. The staff is always in a hurry so check your food before you leave.

They get your order wrong or forget to give you what you ordered so make sure to check the bag before leaving the drive through.

They can't make an ice caramel Machiato unless the manager is working.

Truly disappointed. The kiosks barely work and are frustrating. The employees here, honestly, lack basic common sense. Expect your order to take much longer than other McDonald's locations and expect it to be sub-par. Fast food is not a difficult job, but watching them spaz out over whether or not pickles belong on a burger is just ...... it shows you how far down in intelligence human beings have come. I can't wait for tesla bots so I can get a fast and reliable order again.

This used to be my Fav McDonald's but staffing has gone way way downhill. The food is just as it has always been, Bad for you but super convenient, pricing is higher than the quality. I wish I could say I do not go there but.....its quick

It was clean and different for a McDonald's

The place was clean, the service was fast enough, and the food was good. However, every time I come here something is wrong with my order. This time, I ordered a large fry...get home...no large fry. I should have checked, I know...but this is in the farms and it's dark as hell. Besides, the responsibility to get my order right is still on the employees.

It's McDonald's drive thru..... Glance at your receipt if they give it to you, and check the order before you drive too far.

Staff friendly, quick service. Smoothie machine is usually out of order. Could be cleaner.

Updated: This location continues to be a good one. Using the location with the mobile app guarantees a better experience. Lots of deals and freebies when you get that hankering; Old: A better location than most.

Store is using COVID-19 as an excuse to avoid opening up in the morning. Drive Thru is open but many get turned away if they try to eat in the restaurant. The store by I-95 is much better managed.

My sister and I went to this location and had a great experience! Our cashier was very helpful and we had great service. Our receipt said his name was Sidel so I hope he gets acknowledgment for this as he made our experience very pleasant!

Stop at drive thru every morning to grab an english muffin. Crew are great! Be polite and don't sit on timer..they don't open till 6 sharp. App is flakey at this restaurant.

Best mcdonalds I've been to in a long time! Food was great and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Manager delivered food to table andasked if I need anything. I wish everyone was this awesome! I never leave reviews but they definitely deserve this one!

Sure isn't like what you see on TV, seems every time I order fries there's never any salt on them, unusual, don't you think. Big Mac's were lacking, to bad. I use to like McDonald's and you never get any condiments

Bad vibes, inconsistent food. Personally don't want to eat McDonald's, but my children are picky and I'd rather them eat junk food than no food.

Cheeseburger and fries are always good. Convenient and close with good breakfast.

Horrible customer service or actually non existing service. We stood and waited for one of the four workers standing right there. So we ordered from the monitor while listening to them talking shot about the customers. A father with her young daughter came in behind us and we told them the workers sucked here to order from the screen and they got drinks she didn’t bring them to where they were sitting she sat them in the counter. Lazy I’d go threw drive thru and make them earn thier money. Lol

McDonalds Jupiter Farms has a new way of serving up smaller ice cream for the same price - the best part is I mentioned this to the champion assistant in the picture who showed me the normal cup and said “look it’s the same” but clearly he doesn’t see what I saw because it was considerably bigger! Just wish I was quick enough to get a picture and besides if he had the correct cups why give me a small drink cup! Always awful don’t expect from McDonalds anymore which is sad

Ordered counter pickup, the lobby was locked, had to wait in tge drive-thru for OVER 20 MINUTES! They obviously are understaffed, so be warned. Short staffed business cut corners.

Here at the jupiter Farms location, you can take your pick between soggy, grease-soaked, partially raw fries, and old, dry, stale fries. If you want a burger of any kind, expect the bread to be weirdly card board and the toppings to be wrong. That's assuming it makes it in the bag. Don't tell the people inside when they forgot something or something is wrong. Did you know that here, you, the customer, are the inconvenience and not the employees who do the bare minimum? The group of humans who have a fry timer but clearly never took lessons on how to set it. Or the people who make sandwiches who put dents in the metal work table as they slam the petrified bread open to construct a sandwich that is in no way how you requested it. If you like pure trash and bad attitudes and to feel like a complete inconvenience while spending your hard earned money....this is the place for you! Otherwise, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Today, I ordered a large fry and a plain double cheese burger. Here, you see raw fries and all the onion and pickles my burger had when I got home to eat.

I’m deaf, and this time of hour (7pm-8pm) I tried to come in McDonald’s and all the door is locked and there is a employee (female in blue sweater) just totally ignored me. I thought it closes at 10pm for lobby. I won’t be purchase food from this place anymore. Thank goodness for McDonald’s in Jupiter!

Drove 7 miles to have breakfast in the dining area... It's not open. I generally WILL NOT eat at McDonald's, but I wanted an early breakfast (is 6:15 AM and store is supposed to be open at 6). If I were President, we'd operate these wayward corporations properly, or just shut them down entirely. The U.S. is swirling the drain because of stupidity like this.

Mcdonalds has definitely changed over the years. This one is particular was very limited to employee interaction with customers. But maybe I've just haven't been inside a Mcdonalds in a while. Service was phenomenal & the atmosphere awesome, very clean & neat. The manager that helped me was very polite & prompted with my meal. Would definitely recommend trying the Jupiter Farms McDonald's. Great job by the management company.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The service is trash. There has been multiple occasions after sundown when they just won't take your order or come to the window.

I had initially declined to make a comment on this location, but as there is another McDonalds east of I-95 that is literally the poler opposite of the service of this restaurant, here it is. Keep your money in your pocket. This store is consistent in poor (actually very bad and borderline rude service). There's a 50/50 chance your order will be significantly wrong or missing items. What finally pushed me over the edge (I was going here more often than not in a work week on my way to the job) - the folks are just rude (anytime between 6AM and 8AM they are acting as though customers are an inconvenience. In these post-COVID times, I am on a mission to only spend my money in establishments that welcome me and my patronage. GO EAST OR GO TO BURGER KING, but don't spend your money here!!!

This is the cleanest and fastest McDonalds . I almost never give 5 stars ,but, this one deserves it right down to their restrooms. Jupiter Farms !!!

Absolutely amazing experience, the gentleman that took our order was not only a delight but consistently checked in to make sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. The food was amazing, as usual but the experience definitely tops most of many McDonald's I've visited. Definitely coming back here in the future. Fast and efficient food. Out order was up before we even paid.

Used to be a great McDonald’s. Lately the fries and food are not fresh at all. I went yesterday right at the switch from breakfast to lunch and my fries were hard and not hot, same with the nuggets. I also do not want to think about the possibility of this but I was in the car and there was not a roach near me, and then I got my food and a little bit later there was a roach near me. Hoping it was a coincidence. Miss how it used to be!! It’s so convenient and the drive through staff were so sweet that day. Hopefully corporate will see the bad reviews as of late and do something.

Had McChicken,hot and fast 5 minutes

Incredibly rude and lazy employees. The drive thru employees make it know that you are a bother and don’t want you there. We were told they didn’t have coffee so when we got to the window we asked if there was a cut off time. The worker responded “no we don’t, we just don’t brew any.”

For some reason different things tastes better at different locations McDonald's in Orlando tasted better than the one in Okeechobee and when we went to this restaurant was about the same as Okeechobee

Always have to ask for condiments even sauce that too with nuggets. I get it save a buck but IDK anyone who doesn't want salt, ketchup and napkins. Then you ask for them and get a face. On plus side Usually quick on orders out of drive thru so I'd give it a 50/50... Also since when is coffee $1 upcharge on a meal with drink. Milkshakes or lattes yeah totally understand but plain coffee... really. Boo!

I called to asked if they had any slushes and the lady on the phone said yes and assured me that they did . Then when I arrived there to order I was told that they didn’t have them after already going to another location. I was sick and all I wanted was a slushy not to be mislead and told something else . Super frustrating and awful customer service on there end .

My drink was diluted, so I asked for a new one. But they served it, knowing that it was water (almost clear) and they had to switch out the tanks. So then I grabbed a fry from meal and it was stolen cold, as was my BigMac. I asked for fresh fries very quietly and through I got a dirty look, they made new ones. This was at noon. I didn't dare say anything about the cold sandwich with crusty, hard bread.

food was alright, but they gave me two happy meal toys that r a year old (space jam) and when i asked why pokemon was advertised and not given she said "i dont know." lol also dont think they gave me my extra fries in substatution of apples.

I can't keep letting this happen without letting people know. This McDonald's is garbage. Every, and I mean EVERY single time that I try to order a burger, the bread is literally as hard as the wall. This time I decided to call and complain about it. The rude woman would not let me speak. She just kept repeating that I need to come back and get another one. I'm on my lunch break. I don't have time. I kept trying to ask her WHY the buns are always so hard, but she keeps interrupting me. I hate this place. I hate how much money you all have stolen from all of us with your stale bread and abysmal standards.

I arrived to this McDonald’s from South Carolina at 9:30pm. I placed my order and was told to drive up to the second window. They weren’t very friendly over the monitor to begin with. I get to the window, and the man speaks broken English with a mask on, so he’s very hard to understand. I payed for my meal and he gave me back all nickels for my change! I looked in my bag before I left, and noticed I didn’t have the chicken nuggets that I ordered. I ask for them, and the man said I did not order them. I told him I did and asked for my receipt that he didn’t give me🤣. They were not listed on the recipient but I still wanted my nuggets. He started being rude with me and told me that I was caused for cars to pile up behind me. I let I’m know that it shouldn’t matter and he needed to take care of my order. A short black lady brought me the bag of nuggets, held on to the bag tight, ripped the bag, and threw the top piece of the bag on the ground between my car and the window! She did put her elbow on the window and glared at me. When I asked why she was staring at me like that and ripped the bag, she told me because I was being rude and terrible to them! I went off on her and then she slammed the door on my face and told everyone to leave the window. It’s amazing how bad customer service has become and when the employees are confronted about it, how they handle it. I would like to be contacted by corporate about this issue.

Worst McDonald's in the county. They hide in the restaurant after 10:00 p.m. and don't answer the window. It's laughable.

We just got home from with our online order and opened up the box of a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and a MASSIVE roach came out. I tried calling and the store does not pick up the phone. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!

Twice this week I really wanted an egg McMuffin and I went around 9:00 and I thought the first time I couldn't be that bad and I think the second time was worse this morning and it's even more expensive than the McDonald's by 95 and indiantown I can honestly say even living out here I won't never bother stopping in there again I'd rather drive a couple extra miles it's never been good I know I've tried in the past and it's hardly bearable and I couldn't or wouldn't force myself to do it again ever

Good coffee, and I like to have Bacon, Sausage, Egg McGriddle as a treat every few months. I like the Double Chesesburgers too.

Fries could have been a little warmer. Customer Service was just ok. Could have been a little cleaner as well.

Easy to order in app with options to either pickup drive thru, curbside, or indoors. Several curbside parking spaces for online orders and they come out in under 5 mins. Friendly staff.

I ordered a oatmeal this morning and received it mostly raw than It being hot and moist like how I usually order 🙄 I guess everyone has their days but I'm not going to bash them for this I love that location it's close to my job and they had never messed up my order except today but it'll be ok it's not the end of the world lol 😆😂

Was in the area on a weekend getaway at an Airbnb and although there seemed to be 10 McDonald's within 5 MI LOL this one we stopped at because of the outside appearance. It just looked pretty cool almost comparable to the way cracker barrel looks on the outside. Never seen a McDonald's look like that.

Usually pretty good. Haven't put all my food in the bag a COUPLE times. Last week ordered burgers and nuggets. Got home. No nuggets. I'm sorry, but I shouldn't have to check orders when I only order 3 items. Waste of 8 bucks!
