Bruh I ordered me the $5 meal deal where I get FOUR nugs and I got a whopping ONE. Wak.

Just got coffee that's the only thing they don't mess up.

This is the worst location to visit. Something is always broken! Y’all too new to have these problems smh The service sucks and the food sucks just close down and re-open when y’all get it together June 2024 Still a horrible location the McJerks are rude the manager is unprofessional never came to address my issue I hope it gets closed down soon or replaces the entire staff one of the employees said all if the customers get on her nerves I will never go here again

Recently, when we ordered from here, we were either missing food or it was completely wrong. Every. Time. I understand it can get busy, but there have been times when we have ordered food from here, and there were few people in the store, and we STILL get the wrong food, or it is not in the bag entirely. I don't know why this happened, when just a little while ago we would get the correct food and great service. Maybe they changed managers, and that's why everything is messed up? I dont know, I do, however, know that we will not be wasting our money here anymore. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Mcdonald's is consistent. And fast. That's what I'd look for in fast food. I don't want it to be made when I order it. I want it to be waiting for me. Love the girls there. They're all sweet

Terrible, drove thur here went to the 2nd drive Thur pulled in for a good 2min, no one answered before the another car pulled in to the first one and they got serviced first, the intercom I guess, so then we backed up and went to the first drive Thur and no one answers and then we pulled up to the window to order and they was just taking their sweet time

Precisely in this place I recommend that you check your takeout order, they always forget something 😡 ...apart from the fact that they are not very friendly to serve you!

Very bad service, I do not recommend this place, bad service to eat in the place, I had to wait 15 minutes just for 2 bags of sugar.

Slowest drive thru I have ever been thru. I'm actually in drive thru right now. I've been here for about 20 mins. I want to get out of line but there's only 2 cars in front of me. Should've abandoned this mission when I saw the line wasn't moving after the first 5-10 mins.

Last year everything was a lot better.. Now the Drive thru service is insanely slow on the top of it employees are very rude and inappropriate. They reasoned it up saying that management had some let go and staff is out numbered which downgraded their service quality. There were many customers leaving because it's taking too long and food is not worth waiting for. I suggest you to look for another spot.

It's a new McDonald's, but there were no napkins or condiments for customers, I had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to attend to me with sauce on my hands.

Pancakes were cold. Syrup was out of the refrigerator. There for my hot cakes was cold. Please take the syrup out the refrigerator. Need to pay more attention with the order. Never fails I order coffee with 4 sugars and 1 cream. Order come back 4 cream 1 sugar… How hard can this be. Please train your staff to have better customer service

McDonalds is generally the same everywhere. This location is in serious need of assistance as it pertains to client engagement, front processing. I have attempted being a patron here on more than one occasion. My first visit here, I left without evening placing an order after waiting so long. Today as I waited 14 minutes for a basket of fries only... I wanted another client do the same, leave without ordering due to long wait. No line, just a long wait as the staffs main focus is the to-go orders.

At this location they need better time management . They take entirely too long to prepare and give the food to the customer. Once you receive your order the food is gross. They food is either overcooked or cold. They throw the food together.They give great customer service & this location is always clean.

Quick service. But WAY TOO SWEET on the drinks (iced coffee & sweet tea). Fries are served hot which is a plus.

I'm guessing this is a remodeled location. 1 thing I noticed was there was no soda machine so I'm guessing that you have to ask the cashier for refills. The downside of that is their is a bell that you have to ring so 9 times out of 10 you will have to wait. Also I believe their is only 1 register which is kind if dumb because I know it gets busy during lunch rush . Bathrooms were ok. I got a big breakfast with hot cakes. Did not eat it all which is not a norm for me.

I sat in the drive through for a long time for the coldest oldest cheese burger. I’m so aggravated waste of money

Not. There fault. I only wanted the spicy nuggets but can't seem to ever get it. The burger was McDonald's nothing else to be said.

The girl tending to the drive through was incredibly rude.. aftercutting us off the mic while ordering, (we hadn't finished giving our order and she left us hanging) we then tried finishing our order and she said nothing.. not even pull up to pay. So thinking that maybe her mic had cut off we pulled up to the pay window. Then when we asked if she got our entire order, all she did was give us our change and close her window. No acknowledging our question or even a simple yes or no.. Never experienced such a rude attitude like that at a McD's. This place didn't pass the vibe test. Never coming back again. UPDATE: Gave them another try. Came in during the day this time around 3pm and the staff seems friendlier and knowledgeable. 4/5

Bad attitude service. Also, I asked for no salt welldone fries that weren't welldone like I asked. It's sad that you have to ask for welldone fries now to TRY to get crunchy fries. Undercooked soggy fries are DISGUSTING! These fries weren't undercooked but they were not crunchy. They were soggy.

First of all, the drive thru line is doesn't even move.. Not exaggerating. I was sitting on the line for nearly 20 minutes and didn't go up a single car. And I know it's not just me getting unlucky. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location. I haven't been inside this location much, but I wouldn't expect it to be that much faster. Second of all, they get my order wrong 80% of the time. Pretty self explanatory, I probably would just skip this location.

I sat there and waited and drive through for over 10 minutes only to have somebody else drive up on the other lane and get attended to first. After repeated times of trying to get in contact with the drive-thru personnel, I drive through. I'm immediately greeted with attitude, which is not my fault you chose this career if you're not a people person maybe you should try something else. Wasn't going to have it I just took off and went to Jack in The Box right down the street.

My order is always wrong that's why I check before leaving but I didn't yesterday thinking 3rd time to this McDonald's my order can't be wrong again surprise it was drive thru always thinks its OK to give customers the wrong order, I will never go back to this McDonald's even if it's only 1 miles from my house gas prices high or not I'll go to the one on 518

This restaurant service is a total disaster no care for your order no thank you playing at the window no condiments and no napkins just hand you your food and walk away no professionalism.

Rush me thru my order, Was so Rude and Mean. When she talk you could tell she didn't not want to be there. That is a really bad employee to put to work for a Morning crew. Literally just left and the meat on my burger is extremely cold! Buns was dry as if nothing on the burger was fresh! Called twice no answer! All I wanted was fresh food which I deserve if I spend my money!!! Some one please contact me! I definitely want my money back!

Worst McDonald’s ever! 1.Ice cream machine is almost always broken. 2. They’re “app deals” never go through or the “system “ is down 3. Asked for a coffee today (8:50 pm) was told the machine was already being washed and couldn’t make anymore. FYI they close at 11pm! 4. bad customer service. They don’t care how they speak to the paying customer. Most are disrespectful.

Went at 12:40 when they close at 1a. Guy said they were already closed. I asked what time do they close on Saturday so, I won't come this late again. He responded, 12:30. I was correct... they are open til 1a. Unless they need to update the hours. Edit: Went on another night at 11:30p - again I was told they were closed. Asked when do they close... the guy said he doesn't know, it fluctuates. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Fresh cookies and apple pie! Just what I needed as a "pick me up'.

The fries were FRESH, perfect amount of salt, and yummy. Did not ask about ice cream. It was 9 pm and I did not want to be disappointed.

Order through the app pulled up to curbside for pick up since there was people in the drive-through waited almost 20 minutes for my order. I was very upset and the manager seem to really not care her name is Katia. I’ll be contacting the customer service number to speak to someone in corporate because this is ridiculous

By far the worst McDonald I order 2 kids meals they upcharge for ordering HiC orange I order 6 piece nuggets and both of my girls got 5 pieces. The 1st time I came to this McDonalds the gave an uncooked quarter pounder. I will NOT be returning to this location. I called both numbers on the receipt and no answer.

This place never gets our order right and we always have to wait. For this to be a NEW McDonald's they need a whole NEW team.

The staff here is very pleasant and accommodating, even with my request for 10 packets of creamer for my coffee. LOL I also like their maple oatmeal. It hit the spot on a particularly cold morning, and I didn't have to add any sugar or creamer. They include optional packages of apples and Craisins.

Discovered this location a few months ago to escape the richey location and the 288 long line. Just like another review it's the typical McDonald's attitude. I dont expect overly happy cheerful, but dang act like you want your job to thrive. This is a new location don't let your attitude scare away the customers.

Tonight August 6, 2021 I didn’t have a good experience at McDonald’s. My mom and I went for Dinner tonight she had her meal combo quarter pounder with the exception they messed up my quarter pounder plain, no cheese it took me 45 minutes for them to get me my order, other tons of people in the lobby and tons in drive through. The guys in the back using the F bomb and that was unacceptable, if you don’t like your job go home. We asked several for assist with no help to get my burger so we got a manager she finally just made me a double quarter pounder plain, no cheese. My mom was done with her meal before I even got burger. Just so disappointed with the service tonight and it was like they didn’t care if they made it right or not.

All was good only problem was my sprite taste like water

I haven't eaten anything else from here except breakfast. Hash browns is never greasy and always fresh and crisp. I usually get the sausage egg McMuffin meal with the oatmeal. Always a delight eating here (so far,)
