Have been here many times. Always great service and excellent food! Love the paella! For us, this is the best restaurant in Naples!

We went here for our 15th anniversary and Elizabeth was amazing. She was extremely informative and hospitable. The food was fresh, delicious and vibrant. We had such a great time and we were so happy to eat here. Definitely worth a visit when in Naples.

This was our first visit to Meriterrano. It was excellent in every respect. I'm a very picky eater and my wife is a vegetarian. We were both very pleased. The lamb meatballs were particularly tasty. Rating = 5 stars. We will definitely return. In season ( winter ) reservations are a must.

Went there with a group of friends. Great atmosphere, the food was delicious, good wine selection, friendly service. Left full and happy.

The bean soup special appetizer was a tasty small portion, which is good. I did not want a huge bowl. Very nice. Three of us had the tenderloin kabobs and one had the fish special. All the dishes were very good and seasoned nicely. The beef was tender and tasty. The rice was also very good. The desserts we shared were the baklava and key lime pie. Both excellent. And the server was very attentive but not too much so. We will return.

Four of us took advantage of the summer special, all with outstanding meals. Highly recommend the meatballs and filet kabobs. The lamb shank also delicious. Our server was fabulous!

We had dinner at Mediterrano July 28th. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere was authentic. We order humus as an entry. It was very very tasty. Then we ordered the lamb shank and salmon. The salmon was dry. The lamb shank was a complete disappointment. Not tasty, very dry and very Americanized. Was definitely not Mediterranean. Dipped into a heavy sauce and flavorless. The risotto was over-cooked. I wanted to love the place but I will not be coming back nor recommending it.

Ambience so European, food fresh and delicious (we both had the fish of the day-triple tail-cooked perfectly), beet salad perfectly dressed, gelato for dessert so yummy. Our waiter, Joel, was attentive and friendly. Plus, the music was so enjoyable, we could’ve listened all evening!! This is what fine dining should be!! We’ll be back for sure.

Cute restaurant with very good service. My husband had a pasta with artichoke dish he really enjoyed. I had a seafood stew dish with nice shrimp and mussels except the fish was a little too fishy tasting. I would have really liked a martini, but it was beer and wine only.

It's very rare that my wife and I return to a restaurant multiple times; this is the exception. Mediterrano is excellent in every way, nothing more to say. It is one of the most sought-after in Naples, and it doesn't need much elegance for the result to be like this. Excellent ambiance, always impeccable reception, more than satisfactory service, and not to mention the food. If there were a way to explain it, I would, but "excellent" falls short of what we always receive.

The Prix Fixe 3-course $49 menu, available before 6pm, was perfect for me and my Mother-in-law. She likes to dine on the early side and the quality of food and selection made this dining experience an excellent value. The lamb meatballs could use a little spicing up, and the branzino was a bit saucey and salty, but overall the food was delicious and well-prepared.

Still a Gem! This restaurant never disappoints. Excellent food, excellent atmosphere and a wonderful waiter. Camillo always makes our dining here a pleasure! Can’t wait to dine here again.

We dined here last Sunday and everything was great. We ordered the seafood paella with lobster and the watermelon salad. The paella was delicious, the lobster was overcooked but everything else was amazing- the food, the service, the ambience. Might be our new favorite paella in Naples. We would definitely come back on our next trip to Naples.

An ok restaurant. My friends LOVE this place. It seems average to me. He is a regular so they give him “special” treatment. It doesn’t have that appeal to me. Food was good but not remarkable.

Had a great experiance ! Service was top notch ! I never mentioned we had 2 Birthdays at the table but included it on Open Table reservation. To our surprised they brought out a Happy Birthday treat! Complete with a candle and chocolate syrup Happy Birthday.

We’re Naples full time residents. First time dining here but I’ve wanted to so since it’s off season we decided for our usual Friday date night to try it. It did NOT disappoint! We had a wonderful time. We sat outside and it was beautiful. Service was excellent and the food delicious. We will be back!

I'm never disappointed in a meal at Mediterrano! The server did a great job and the food was delicious. The branzino had an unusual preparation with dried dates, apricots and raisins over a yummy risotto. The garden setting of upside down flowers is also very unique.

You couldn't ask for a better staff to customer relationship. The food was delicious and the ambience was perfect.

Mediterrano is my absolute favorite restaurant in Naples, and it's easy to see why. For the longest time, my wife and I drove past it, mistaking it for a flower shop due to the abundance of beautiful flowers at the entrance and hanging around, which contribute to its awesome atmosphere. Once we finally stopped in, we were hooked. My wife and I come here for dates, anniversaries, and special occasions, and it never disappoints. My go-to dish is the fish soup, which I always order spicy—it's simply the best. The charming ambiance and delightful cuisine make Mediterrano a standout choice. My clients also enjoy dining here, and it's become a favorite for many. If you're looking for a restaurant with fantastic food, a lovely atmosphere, and excellent service, Mediterrano is the place to be. Highly recommended!

10th Wedding Anniversary! Perfect place to celebrate it. Amazing Paella, beautiful company, and a magical time!

Overall nice pleasant experience. The food was good but not great. Pains me to say it because the service was nice. Pita is dry and straight out of a grocery store supply. Again, staff were great and attentive. We had some bugs buzzing around the tables which felt like we were at a picnic. It happens, just trying to be honest.

No exaggeration, this was one of the best meals of my life. The service was incredible from beginning to end. Boris our waiter was especially accommodating and even suggested a great wine for my wife. We had the hummus, lamb meatballs, Mediterranean pot roast, and beef tenderloin kebab. We are from NJ and will absolutely be back one day. Thank you Boris and the rest of the staff at Mediterrano.

Terrific dinner at Mediterrano on their wonderful patio! Boris was a wonderful server! Sangrias were delicious… delicious hummus is the perfect way to start.. especially with the fresh veggies! Branzino, triple tail, lamb shank, and carne paella … all delicious! And perfect cappuccinos to end the meal… (no room for dessert.)😋

I ordered the mussels as appetizer and then the seafood stew/ cioppino. Looks like they have one base sauce . So my appetizer wasn’t any different tasting than my dinner. They should change their mussels to cook in white wine and garlic. Sort of disappointing

Fabulous find in Naples! We just stumbled on this restaurant. Enjoyed a fabulous meal…. Apps, dinner and dessert all did not disappoint. The wait staff were busy and not as attentive as we’d like but it was understandable. Loved the setting, open air, hanging plants and flowers.

As other have noted, the service is incredible. The culture of excellence can be seen everywhere. The lamb dish was delicious.

This spot is a gem in Naples. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the ambiance was lovely and the food was fantastic. I ordered the branzino and it was the best I've ever had.

Wife and I wanted to visit this place when we were in town in winter but didn't want to have our four freeloading kids with us. So we visited on a trip with just the two of us. Maybe our expectations were too high based on ratings. The octopus appetizer was very good. The fish special - triple tail - was awesome. Personal preference was wishing it had more sauce but still excellent. But the real reason we came was paella. We had high expectations and wound up very let down. All of the seafood was overdone. Some of the octopus tentacles in the paella were so over cooked you couldn't chew them. We were VERY disappointed in the paella. Service and other dishes were very good. Prices are quite high. Especially on the wine. Some bottles are 4x markup from local retailers. We can stomach 2.5x. But $100 for a bottle that we saw earlier in the day for $27 is hard to handle.

The service here is the best, the waiter timed everything perfectly & the food is some of the best in Naples. Try the flaming cheese saganaki or the braised lamb.

Food was delicious. I had the special fresh halibut. My sister-in-law ordered the beef shish kebab. We told the server we were going to share and he brought out the dinners and placed them in the center of the table with serving utensils and extra dishes so we could serve each other a little bit of each. I thought that was very thoughtful. the food was prepared perfectly with nice sides. Our server was very attentive. I have been there a number of times it’s always really very nice.

Had another meal at Mediterrano and once again left incredibly satisfied and happy. Everything we try and everything we drink (their sangria is fabulous), is absolutely delicious. Service is great and the place is lovely. A definite stop on your food crawl through Naples.

We were given a gift certificate here and before heading back to Boston we thought we would try it for dinner! We thoroughly enjoyed the food, we shared a Greek salad, I had Chicken Francese, my husband had beef Tagine (Mediterrano pot roast) and of course, we had Baklava for dessert. The portions were very generous and the food was excellent! Mediterrano is very good for dining and it beats the hustle and bustle of Fifth Ave!

Believe all the other reviews. Went there for our 5th anniversary. Every aspect of the experience was great. The service exactly on point, everything always at the right time. For starters they bring pita with 3 dippings, olive oil, basil butter and balsalmic driz. Loved the first 2 particularly. Great wine list as well although we did stick to a CA chard. Note they do not serve spirits here, just beer and wine. We split the beet and arugula salad as an appetizer and was fantastic. Perfectly dressed and perfect to split. We also split entrees too. The daily fish special was triple tail which i never had before. The sauce was sooo good as was the fish itself. And then the seafood paella for 1 ... which was enough for 2. Flavors were great, nice smokey paprika and saffron, all the right proportions. And speaking of portions, tons of seafood. We could not get close to finishing. And to top it off they gave us a free key lime dessert (which happens to be my favorite) for our anniversary. See pics. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful restaurant with service and food to match. We had the Greek salad and the Chef’s selection of homemade papperdelle with seafood. Both were over the top good! We lived n Naples for 10 years and have our vintage favorites. This is now added to the list of must visits on our trips to Naples!

The atmosphere is beautiful colorful and comfortable. The food was excellent. I would recommend the slow roasted Lamb shank that falls off the bone. No knife is needed.

This place is fantastic. It’s in the old town area which is very quaint. Flowers are hanging upside down above you. The pita bread served is warm with balsamic vinegar reduction olive oil and a spread. We both got the early dinner special the carne paiella and the tenderloin cabins. Both were excellent. This is a must stop for an excellent dinner.

Low key and welcoming but make a reservation or you will be unlikely to get a table. This place is seriously popular and rightly so. The setting is lovely, the services is friendly and efficient, and best of all the food is outstanding. We visited on chance and enjoyed the salmon paella so much we came back for a repeat later in the week. Our favourite restaurant in Naples, less pretentious and better services than the 5th Avenue venues, and arguably better food. Deserves every one of its 5 stars

Expensive but probably par for the course in Naples. Very delicious shrimp risotto meal and Mediterranean salad. My friend had the filet and said it was also delicious. Very sweet and courteous wait staff. An overall good experience!
