The food here is great, it was our first time coming in. But the atmosphere, cleanliness, and service will not bring us back. We sit down, order our drinks and food, then there’s a bug crawling towards us on the wall next to my fiancé’s left. He kills the bug, then about 10 minutes later, another bug just like the previous one is on the same wall. We didn’t feel like causing a scene or trouble because the restaurant was pretty busy with other tables dining in. It’s also not the customers job to play exterminator. We left pretty quickly and unfortunately will not be back.

It's okay Mexican food. Not my favorite. Quesadilla hardly had any cheese and very dry.

Really good place to eat, Lunch specials are cheap and fast....also great al pastor tacos y carne asada on homemade corn tortillas. The salsa and chips are fresh made and good ! The waitress Rosa is a dream 😍 and takes care of business quick order to table and nice people. Eat here when I'm workin in the area

Great food! Service was a tad bit slow, but the quality of the food made up for that. Prices are well worth it too! It wasn't bad expensive at all.

Service was prompt and friendly, and the food arrived quickly. Unfortunately, much to my surprise, the food was very bland; no spiciness whatsoever. I have never had Mexican food with so little flavor and lacking any kick to it's taste, unless the guest specified they wanted nothing spicy. Maybe this suits the local palette?

Always my favorite place. Every dish is so flavorful. Prices fair to come back. Handmade tortillas..a big hit 👍🏼

Good dining experience. Service was good and food was good. Actually, food and service was much better than the local competition. It was also much quieter and a more enjoyable environment altogether.

I should know if the chips aren’t good then that’s not a good indicator for the food to follow. I ordered chicken that was supposed to have cheese dip on top but it was just melted shredded cheese and rubbery chicken. My husband ordered the steak burrito and the meat was very chewy. Only thing they have going for them is the homemade flour tortillas.

The food is delicious, the service was friendly and helpful, warm family environment. Our new date night spot for sure. ♡

The food is very tasty 10/10 recommends the fajitas mix meat and chicken handmade tortillas. I hope to return soon.

I have been eating here since this restaurant opened. Simply WONDERFUL. I enjoy the food, the atmosphere, the lovely waitresses, and feel good about patronizing a family restaurant because the owners are usually there if the doors are open. This food is part of our life: It is the first place we go when we get home from a trip and the place we try to go to on our way out of town - nowhere else compares to this friendly, happy place with wonderful food and great people.

Karina is a wonderful server. The food was very tasty, and the salsa was spicy. Everything you want in a Mexican restaurant! Definitely eating here again.

A great place right off hwy 341. Salsa was kicking !! Do their own tamales. Service was great. If your in the mood for Mexican this is a stop to do.

The quality of the food is not what it use to be, but rather mediocre this past Sunday 11/12/2023. Not nearly enough servers although I applaud them as No One was just standing around. There were 3 of us, each received our food one at a time. We received the first plate and about 10 minutes later the 2nd and then the last plate was served about 15 minutes later. The wait for our bill was in an untimely manner. We use to enjoy eating here, but it may be a long time before we eat there again. I'm sorry that it seems to have gone down in it's ability to create wonderful food and have great service as it did a few months ago. I would be willing to pay more for these things if they were up to the quality as before. I hope they rectify these issues soon.

My goto place. Small, cozy and great food. Over the years they have always had the same great tasting authentic food. Not many places around that leave good things alone. We've had everything on the menu over the years and it's always like having it the first time. Can't wait to go again.

I went here yesterday for a late lunch and had the Carne Adovada. It tasted good but before I even finished I vomited everything up in the bathroom. There's nothing else it could've been other than bad meat. This needs fixed. If I didn't have this experience I would have left 5 stars.

The pick service was great and calling in the order. We ordered fajitas, one steak and one Texan. The meats were lacking! The steak was in the tiniest pieces and half a hand full. The same for the second order. The rice and beans were good. The salad was not fresh at all and the gacumole terrible. This was on a Saturday.

Food was great. Service on the very slow side. Will go back for the food.

The best Mexican food I have ever ate!

We have stopped at this place for several years while passing through Ft. Valley. This place is well known to many people from the Columbus, GA area and they too stop by when passing through Ft Valley.

I got a taco salad & as I was eating it a freaking ROACH crawled out of my food!! I can’t believe that!! I’ve never experienced that before. Wow!

I had chimichangas and they were all right. I was with my dad and he ordered a tilapia. It was the whole fish pan-fried and he loved it.

Food is great and they are always busy. I wish the service was a little faster but I understand everyone has staffing shortages lately.

5/25/22 still have great food and great service 8-27-20 great customer service, prices and portions are reasonable and the food taste great. Don't go between 11:30 and 12:30 on Sundays, that's our reserved time, LOL Previous post - Great food and they accommodated our large group.

Excellent food and outstanding service. Not your typical mexican food. The food here is fresh, tasty, and served at a perfect temperature. The salsa is fresh and better than anywhere else. The serving sizes are huge, but the prices aren't. Don't let the old building scare you off. Park, enter, and enjoy the great food!

My new favorite restaurant. The chile relleno was the best I've had in many years. The place is clean and the service very friendly. The prices are low considering the high quality of the food. I'll definitely be coming back often. Update: In a year's time, I've been back many times and have never had a bad meal. The chiles rellenos are still excellent and the quality of the food has remained high through all the pandemic supply shortages. I highly recommend Mi Ranchito if you like real Mexican food.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have eaten at in my life. Would be at the top of the pack even compared with similar authentic spots in Atlanta. The birria is incredible and the birria quesadilla was perfection. This restaurant is in the area where I travel for hunting and will now be included in every trip.

We went here after church and it was crowded, but not so crowded that they didn't have a booth for us. It was a very joyous atmosphere. One girl was celebrating her birthday and they played the guitar and everyone at their table sang La Cucaracha! I had enchiladas and they were perfectly made with plenty of sauce. I'm not sure what the others in my family had, but they were all very satisfied. They all said so in the car on the way home. This is the place to go if you want real authentic Mexican food prepared just right!

Literally quite possibly the best tacos I've ever had and I eat tacos constantly. The best homemade tortillas! My wife and I were driving home from Columbus and saw this place and stopped for lunch. I like to try every authentic style Mexican place I come across. I am so happy we stopped here. Don't let the appearance of the outside deter you. The inside is clean and spacious and the staff is so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Homemade tortillas! The tortillas alone warrant 5 stars in my opinion. Just the right firmness that doesn't fall apart on you with a nice hearty corn meal flavor. Everything else was also good. This is going to be my family's new go to for Mexican food.
