Great food and service! Everything is always great here from the dough to the dinners!

We ordered a mild wings and pizza, got home and there was no sauce on the wings. We called the store and I kindly explained there was no sauce on the wings and could I come back and get an order with sauce on them. “Didn’t I give you a cup of sauce?” Yes, I asked for an EXTRA side of sauce. I didn’t ask for the sauce on the side and not on the wings! Not to mention it was a tiny cup of sauce. That does nothing for a 10 piece wing. I said yes but that was supposed to be an extra sauce so can I come get a new wing with sauce. “You can come get another side of sauce.” Are you kidding me? At that point the wings and pizza were going to be cold and nasty. We live 20 minutes away and were already home. & on the phone call not one I’m sorry about that or an inkling of remorse. She could care less. Very poor customer service from the lady that answered my phone call. There was no reason to have an attitude, and I’ve worked in customer service, the simple fix would of been to just say oh yeah no problem we can do that for you and to at least pretend you care. Without being in sauce the chicken is very dry. My boyfriend didn’t even want to eat them so it was a waste of our $, gas & time. I never ever leave negative reviews like this but after how I was treated on the phone here we are! We go here usually every week too so that’s even more frustrating. There are so many other pizza places & We will be finding another one.

I ordered 2 meatball grinders to go which cost almost $28.00 dollars and got 2 small 6” subs ridiculous price for what you get the pic below is one sub.

I can’t say anything about the atmosphere because I had ordered a pizza delivered to my home. But I have been in search for a great pizza place for a long time about a month ago. I ordered a medium meat, lovers pizza and it was great my next-door neighbor came over and enjoyed it so I said finally. I finally found a great pizza place. I ordered a small pizza today Came to me an hour and a half later was cold and the pizza wasn’t even cooked. The dough for the pizza was gummy. I had to reheat my oven to put the pizza back in my oven. I’m so sad because I thought that this was gonna be my pizza place and now I have to move onto another place , what you order maybe larger pizza but I live alone so I don’t order more than what I can eat. Very sad will continue looking.

Ever since I had pizza in New York I’ve been really picky where I buy my pies. This place is as close as it gets to a great New York style pizza and the staff is really welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT food, DELICIOUS pizza and PHENOMENAL service. My family and I were visiting relatives in the area and we’d driven 3 hours from our home, so we were famished and needed to eat something before our drive back home. We ordered pizza (with spinach, mushroom, artichoke), meatballs, and Greek salad, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was also incredibly friendly and punctual. As someone who’s been living in Boston/the Northeast area, I can confirm that this is true New York pizza, with a staff that takes pride in its work.

I was told of the place by a co worker and wow was not disappointed. Food and service was awesome. I would highly recommend them. They are my new pizza place going forward.

I ordered the Wednesday special a large cheese pizza 16" for 11.95 for pick up and a large house salad. $24.13! What a bargain! The pizza was great! Salad fresh, generous portion of the ingredients and dressing. The staff was friendly and efficient. We'll be back. I'm excited to try the rest of the menu that I received last week in the mail, glad I held on to it!

ONE GUY MAKING THE PIZZAS REALLY? No wonder it takes an hour to get a pizza. !!! Ridiculous. The wings were made right away and so they were cold. The pizza bottom is always soggy. You guys can do better and I can’t see people staying with you because it takes too long to get a pizza. I only ordered here because it’s Tuesday and NY pizza on 192 is closed on Tuesdays. It really shouldn’t take and hour to get a soggy pizza and cold wings… and 2 hours for a delivery of a cold soggy pizza and cold wings.

Family-run, Michelli's is our go-to for pasta, calzones and cannolis. Salad is fresh, pasta always cooked al dente and the different sauces are great. I think the meatballs could use more garlic, but honestly no complaint from me. The Cannolis. Oh my!! So GOOD - crispy shell and creamy filling - fresh..! Sometimes I order nothing but those. Delicious!

First time in awhile coming here. Was not happy. Calzone was burnt. Mozz sticks not cooked all the way thru. Very upsetting as I use to love them

The customer service is decent, the place seems clean, the pizza is thin and the sauce is on point. This is the pizza I like. The garlic knots were soft and tasty. The wings were okay, but I am spoil with making my own wings. The can cokes were no cold, hence the 4 star review. This will be my go to eat pizza while residing in the area.

Ordered a Popeye's pizza, eggplant parmesan, stuffed shells, with salad and knots and 2 cannoli. The food arrived HOT, the sauce is to die for. There really isn't any place in the area that even comes close for genuine, amazing sauce. Everything was fantastic. I should have taken pictures before we ate it, but I was so starving, I wolfed it down. Truly excellent. Have never had bad food ever from this place. Decent prices, good specials, and consistently high quality prep. My mother wears dentures and most other garlic knots are too hard for her to chew, but these were amazing, soft, well seasoned. The only negative is the time....if you order or go to Michelli's, make sure you have time, because I usually do wait about an hour for delivery, and in the restaurant, takes a bit longer than a chain sit down, but so worth it. I can't really complain about the time, because good Italian food takes time. Their staff is also excellent, and if they have a question, they call you. They have never messed up my order and my order is always excellent. Like I said, the only drawback is "time" and so if I'm in a hurry, I don't get Michelli's, but we sincerely LOVE it. Best sauce in FL. No lie. If you want amazing food and you have the time, THIS absolutely is the best place locally.

I wish I could give it zero stars. We ordered a supreme pizza. Not only was it cold with soggy crust but for 34.00 total for a medium pizza plus tip…. all the toppings tasted like they were bland or expired and it was the sorriest excuse of pizza making I have ever had. Not to mention their medium is more like a small, but at least we had less to throw in the garbage for the environment. Even Hungry Howies would have been better. Save your money. Disappointing service and product.

In reality as I was born in New Jersey but live in palm bay 33 years now...I've seen pizzerias come and go all around me...so as far as this place I ordered a pizza like 5 years ago...yuck...thin soggy terrible...today I ordered another large pepperoni pizza...so I got it to my car and yes gonna gonna have a slice..I pulled a slice out folded it half and it dropped everything off the slice into the box like rubber soggy..ya post signs on the walls new York style pizza...seriously nope...so the owner needs to order a pizza pick up a slice and see what happens...so simple

We ate salad & pizza at lunch today & it was excellent! The small salad is enough to feed two & comes with two garlic knots - they even offer a second dressing flavor if you want it. The pizza is not a real thin St. Louis style crust but not a thick crust either where you fill up on only crust. I have to give a huge shoutout to the two ladies staffing the counter & eat in area today. They were so friendly, kept our table clean of used dishes, checked on us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything else, etc. There is a small eat in space but these two were also very busy with takeout & delivery orders. The pizza & salad tasted great & the service was amazing! We are from out of town on vacation & found the place doing a google search & reading reviews.

Ordered a pie tonight October 21, 2023. Was one of the best pizzas I’ve had since I’ve been in Florida. It was cooked to perfection. Also had the chicken parm with Alfredo on the pasta and let me say that Alfredo was out of this world! The girls at the counter were so kind and helpful. Looks like they are bringing back the dine in experience which I’m super excited for. If you’ve tried all the rest now try the best! I can’t believe it’s taken so long for me to find this hidden gem!!!

They have made my day plenty of times with such delicious pizza I mean the other reviews aren't lying when the right cook is making the pizza it's like I'm back in New York BUT there is one white girl I forgot her name that is usually at the front or takes orders over the phone that has a hateful attitude and makes me avoid them bc of her negative energy. She was careless the last two times my order was wrong and pretty rude. Everyone else I've dealt with there is super pleasant and always made my visit a pleasure. I stopped ordering delivery because they do get busy and once I waited over 2hours and they are like 6mins from my house but carry out has worked out great for me when the pizza is made right.

We were staying at a nearby hotel & were too worn out from a long day's drive to care too much about dinner. A local steered us toward Michelli's it turned out to be a real treat. My husband ordered chicken parmesan & I selected the pasta primavera. The sauces were light & flavorful. My dish was laden with fresh veggies. Each dish came with a good-sized salad complete with black olives & crunchy good stuff. Dinner included 3 well-flavored garlic rolls. Our meals were delivered to our room quickly & steamy hot. On a return trip, we would definitely make an effort to go into the restaurant.
