Mickey and his team are fantastic. My favorite part of the sandwich is actually the bread; it's crispy on the outside, yet fluffy and full. I wouldn't be surprised if they source from a local bakery. I come here every time I'm in town. I wish I could give it 6 stars!

Insanely delicious sandwiches!! My boyfriend and I were so impressed when we went for lunch on Saturday, that we were back for lunch again on Sunday. The London Broil is my new obsession. The Italian was amazing also. Never again will we eat another pub sub!! We are on a mission to try all options.

Amazing flavor, just one thing. You need a bigger sign because it took 5 minutes to realize you are inside of the duckweed market. But flavor and service was phenomenal. Definitely coming back every time I am in the area

Went today and got a Boar’s Head London Broil with their signature sauce. Bread was soft and not overly toasted. Toppings were super fresh. Perfect size too. Even the wrapping paper was super neat. Best sandwich I’ve had in a while. A little hard to find as it’s in the convenience store, happy I was able to figure it out.

OMG I just devoured Micky‘s Cubi sami and let me tell you off top my dome peice… absolutely DELISH! Boars head meat, super fresh veggies, and some killer secret sauce! The bread was so soft and yummy I just wish I could pack my self in a little ball and live in there. Yo, this place slaps! 👋

Tried for the first time today and really enjoyed my experience. Talked to the owner for a while and he was great. Very welcoming and passionate! Got the Italian sub and it was delicious especially with his Italian parm dressing. I will definitely be returning!

I was so excited that I forgot to take a picture. I ordered the Italian sub toasted and my GAWD it was pretty darn delicious. John is pretty awesome and offered great recommendations. This will be one of my go to spots for lunch even though it’s far away from my job it is worth the drive. Thanks for a good sandwich and even better customer service.

Pretty dope to sit and chop it up with the owner and to see him running a Sub Shop out of a Upscale bodega, kind of gives you that northeast back home taste and feel . Sandwiches were hands down on point . Will definitely be returning to check out the other items on the menu .

This place is not it. I just had turkey but it was dry and flavorless. The random large pieces of romaine lettuce on my sub were awful compared with a shredded lettuce sub, that was perhaps the most disappointing. I’m a bit shocked others rated this place five stars with sincerity because I legit thought it was so bad. I was excited to see a new place in the marina and was hoping for the hometown hero but… this sub place was terrible.

I crave the sandwiches here. Easily the best spot in Tampa. Boars Head London Broil is a must try. Fast and worth the money! Love this place

If you’re looking for a great sub look no further than Mickey’s!!! (Located inside Duckweed Grocery in Westshore Marina) I know most people swear by P****x subs, but honestly, Mickey’s blows them out of the water on all levels. Amazing taste, only quality ingredients and AWESOME homemade sauces!!! Mickey the owner is awesome and his whole staff is there to greet you with a smile! So glad they came to the marina!!

FYI - LOCATED INSIDE OF DUCKWEED. I had the London broil sub toasted. 10/10, and the house-made horse radish sauce was perfect with a milder horse radish strength. I can't wait to try the other subs!

This is inside the Duckweed convenience store next to Cru Cellars. There's a parking lot next to it. I had the 6 inch London Broil and 6 inch Italian. When I unwrapped the London Broil I couldn't see any ingredients due to the bread. The first bite was meh but after that it tasted good. I didn't get the horseradish sauce but next time I might try it or get the oil. If you like roast beef I think you'll like the London Broil. Italian sub was good too. This place is a good option if you are near Gandy and Dale Mabry.

Never given any restaurant a review before… Never really cared enough to do it. Mickey’s is different. Went here after walking around ZooTampa for hours— have regretted not ordering a second sub for months now. Next time I’m back in town, Mickey’s is the first place I’m going. It’s well worth it.
