Positives: The owner, Keith, met and hung out with us after we drove all the way from Florida to visit Memphis area. He was very kind and generous!! He even played Elvis music for me (going to visit Graceland tomorrow). The food was good. Negatives: We had to wait on our food for an hour and we were really hungry from traveling. Thank you for the good pizza & wings!

I went up to milanos not expecting much, but whenever i arrived i was absolutely blown away. The service was amazing, food was phenomenal and overall just a great food spot. Special shout out to peyton, he did the best out of everyone.

Nice atmosphere. Small place. Lots of tvs and has live music occasionally. The food was not good at all to me or my mom. My dad didn’t enjoy it either, but ate it just to not waste. Maybe the biscuit and scones were good but they were out of most breakfast by 9am which they stop serving breakfast 10:30. Probably due to school rush. So maybe those items are good but the Stromboli’s are very greasy and tough. Almost too tough to cut with plastic knife. The koloche was greasy and just didn’t have a good flavor. The coffees were however very good.

Best pizza in the area. Sandwiches are good too. Service is great and dining in is pleasant. Highly recommend.

I tried to not write a bad review but trying to eat the leftover pizza is rehashing my immense disappointment from this place twice. My first experience was a couple months ago and I ordered through doordash or uber and spent $70 before tip. I got 2 pizzas and 2 cannolis I believe. I really hate chain pizzas and am immensely fond of New York pizza so I splurged. Well I never got my pizza. But I was charged for it. Apparently- they got the order and the delivery driver was unable to get there in time and the restaurant never cancelled the order on door dash/uber and so I ended up getting charged by a driver who pretended to pick up and drop off my order. I have worked in restaurants my whole life and we CANCEL any orders that haven't been picked up when closing. I called the next day and spoke to the manager and she had my order with my name on it right in front of her from the day before. So they know I never got it and so I asked if they could remake it so I could pick it up and she said no. I said that their business received my money and I never got my order- as was apparent because it was RIGHT in front of her. She refused. I asked why didn't they cancel my order when they knew I wouldn't recieve it because they were closing and the delivery driver hadn't made it there- she said she couldn't do that. So I basically was ripped off for $70 and she said I wouldn't get my food, I basically should have ordered through their own delivery service. So I was not happy and suprised I ever gave them another chance. Second chance: a couple months later I was sick and my son wanted pizza and so I decided to try to get their pizza because if there actually was a good New York pizza place I would want to give it another shot. Boy was I disappointed. OMG- the whole pizza- which I got their giant 18 inch- had virtually no sauce on it- so it was like a giant cheese bread and the cheese or something tasted like butter. The whole pizza tasted like nothing but butter and salt from the Canadian bacon- pineapple had zero flavor- I literally had 2 bites and spit it out in my dogs bowl. There was a ton of cheese on it and it is definitely not fresh mozarella- there is some sort of preservative or anti caking agent in it because I will grate mozzarella and that is not what it looks like or tastes like. I honestly don't know what has happened to the place since it opened- maybe rising food costs because there is no way that is the same pizza that got great reviews, if so they need to lose their jobs. I'm just mad that I wasted over $100 for a giant cheese bread that tasted like butter. Yikes. I would have called but they had no care or concern after my first order so I doubted they would want to make it right. Maybe this is good pizza for lewisberg ppl because they don't know what real NYC pizza is. I dunno but dang horrible experience. I would sooner go without eating ( and I'm 8 months pregnant) than have to eat another bite from there.

Last 2 pizza's we have gotten were extremely salty and our first time ordering the boneless wings and they turned out to be plain ole chicken nuggets and they were Not tossed in the buffalo sauce! Had a cup of buffalo sauce and cup of ranch dressing in the order! Pretty pricey for chicken nuggets!

Great place and food, but can you please make the turkey provolone sub with Italian dressing like the Milanos in Bartlett off 64 (original Milanos) so im not having to drive 45 mins away.

Called in an order for delivery to my hotel as I have for a number of times in the past. At the beginning of the call was told 25 minutes at the end of the call was told 35 minutes. After four follow-up calls and waiting over an hour passed the named delivery time was treated poorly by customer service, and I canceled the order. Will never use them again! No excuse for an hour delay on a Wednesday night. What had been a great restaurant has obviously had some real issues with personnel.

This food was great and the service was amazing with delivering the food right away and especially mrs hallie who was incredily nice our friend group and we had such a great time with the amazing food options and drinks that were available to us. I say Thai food place is must for family nights and for freinds who need a place to hang out.

We had a medium bacon cheeseburger pizza, you definitely get your money worth! Is it the best pizza I ever had no but is it convenient and alot of pizza yes.

Lewisburg is not up to the standards of other Milanos restaurants. Was forced into ordering a whole pizza because they don't sell specialty slices after 4:00 PM. A veggie slice we can get at any time at the Southaven location. The spinach calzone isn't the same either. Too much ricotta and the three I have had from here have all been burned. It's not bad but it's also not the Milanos flavor and quality of the other stores.

$41.25 for 1 pizza here people. I’ve ate pizza in over 17 states traveling and this pie wasn’t worth $20 let $41. Hell even delucas or lucalis( both world class restaurants) doesn’t charge $41 for 1 pie. Pie is full of frozen sausage and few pepperonis or ham. Also paid extra for jalapeño and half the slices had 1 sliver and a few had none. Overall as a pizza connoisseur, this place is pretty lackluster and that is disappointing because I live a mile away. If your in the area I highly recommend TriBeCa alley in Sardis, outstanding hand crafted, home grown and wood fire pizza,,,,, annnnddd it’s not $41.25 a pie, try less than 20

We ordered online it said it would be done in 30 minutes. So my husband went to get the food an it was not ready at all. One employee asked him if he would like a free cheese cake. I had the spaghetti with garlic knots that were burnt an hard. Not pleased with the service. Had wait another 30 minutes to get the food.

We have been eating at Milanos for over 15 years now. Joe has watched our kids grow up and we have watched his business grow! It’s great to have a location in Lewisburg now. The best pizza I’ve had in the US, and the best tiramisu I’ve had outside of Italy.

Oh man! So glad they've opened up here, so convenient for us and a great option for any meal. We've mainly had dinner from here, but I stopped by for coffee and breakfast to-go, and I'm glad I did. Got a Salted Caramel & Mocha Iced Coffee with the cold foam on top with a caramel/mocha drizzle - Very good! - with a Chicken Biscuit, and that thing was BIG! For dinner, our favorites have been the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza and the Grilled Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo - YUM! Thanks for the good food and good service!

We Love Milanos! The pizza is Amazing and the staff is always friendly. If you order on a weekend call in your order early because they do get very busy and you will likely wait a while for your pizza. For the people leaving bad reviews, keep in mind that this is a small business and they are experiencing high volume while trying to adjust to an all new staff, kitchen and location. So again… call well before those kids start yelling that they’re hungry! 😉

Milano's has always been my favorite pizza place and it's so nice to have one even closer to home now. We got a Meat Lovers and a Bruschetta pizza. Loved both, but that Bruschetta might be the best pizza I've ever had! The staff was prompt and friendly. I called earlier in the day and scheduled for pickup at 3. My order was ready when I got there. Nothing but good things to say about the place

This place is brand new and very nice. They are extremely busy as the best new restaurant in a pretty rural area so you have to be patient. The food is worth the wait though. I highly recommend adding some cheesy bread, garlic knots, or a salad to your order. I’ve never had anything bad from Milanos. Support small business. 👍🏼

They were very busy when I came in but I assure you it is worth the wait! The employees are great! And the food is great!
