I love eating here but almost everytime I try they say only cash. After almost a year it feels like you would think this issue would be resolved.

Best pizza in Tipton County!!!!!!!

This place continues to go downhill, unfortunately. The pizza lacks sauce and I dont like extra cheese due to choking on it when I was a child so I never ask for it. When I order cheese pizza and ask that they don't add extra cheese it's a 50/50 chance that I'll get what I expect. Lol I think today is my last time trying.

We catered for my daughter’s graduation party. Plenty of food and guests raved how delicious it all was! Thanks for making it an easy and delicious celebration

The pizza could have had a bit more sauce and left in the oven a little longer. The vegetables were very raw like. And seasonings would have been nice. Went back on 5-22-24. Had a super large pizza with marinara sauce instead of pizza sauce. It was cooked really well. Thank you very much for making our experience worth it.

For those who don't know, Covington is a small town an hour east of Memphis and 2 hours west of Nashville. And no, Milanos is not worth making the drive from either place. But if you find yourself IN Covington, it's not a bad place to grab a good bite. The place is small, with maybe a dozen tables but had no problem finding a place to sit. The staff was friendly and quick and the prices were pretty reasonable. No booze though so if you like a glass of wine with dinner, find somewhere else to go. We stayed in Covington for several days this past wee and we found Lil Milanos on our last night. I only wish we had discovered it sooner!! And I have NEVER found a good pizza in Tennessee. Until the other day....when we discovered Lil Milanos. One of the first questions I asked the waitress was what the texture of their garlic knots is....That typically will tell me everything that I need to know about whether the item is an authentic restaurant. You want nice soft garlic knots. And her response was that they are soft and delicious. Well let me tell you - we ordered the garlic knots first, when trying to decide what to eat......and the next thing we knew, they were gone (EVERYBODY loved them) and we were ordering more!!! My husband ordered a hot sub - I'm not sure what kind, but he loved it. And my daughter and I decided to split their small (15-inch) pizza. We did half cheese and half pepperoni, with no special requests. OMG the pizza was HUGE!!! And that was their small size!!! We ate until we couldn't eat anymore and still had half of the pizza left to bring home with us! It tasted phenomenal!!! And I am not kidding when I say that it was better than NY pizza - it was literally better than any pizza I have ever had. It's like they took all of the great aspects of delicious true Italian pizza and combined all of them to make the perfect pizza. I only wish that I lived closer to Covington - this would definitely be our go-to restaurant and I assure you too that we will go out of our way sometimes to eat here. It's THAT delicious!
