Friendly people and awesome pizza specials.

Nasty People smoking weed and delivering for door dash delivered our pizza half eaten to us. ABSOLUTELY scum people but thank God Milanos are awesome people to make it right. Still best pizza in the area I'm furious about this but Milanos handled this perfectly and I will be a life long customer!!!!

My GF and I ate here just a few days ago. We were greeted by an enthusiastic young man at the door and shown a comfortable booth in the dining area. Alex was friendly, courteous and quick with the food. We really enjoyed our dinner at Milanos.

Pretty sure they are closed down. Haven’t gotten an answer there in over a week and they never confirm orders on door dash. I’ve had to cancel twice. Once the driver got there and they were closed but hours on here and door dash said open.

Found a earing back in my pizza plus it was salty as ever not a good business trade

Always have great food from Milanos! Love the service & the environment every time!

They use a company called slice who takes payments. They advertise on their menu certain items and charge you the amount only to find out once you get it that they have reduced the quantity. Also, instead of the manager making it right because of their internal fault, they tell you to reach our to their third party payer to explain and hope you get your money back. How unfair is this for the customer. Poor customer service. Don't order online.

Had a great Italian cold cut sub

First time going here. There was so much seasoning on the fries that I couldn't taste the fries. The pizza tasted old so I don't know if the dough was old and it was in the shape of an egg. The lady said it wouldn't stretch out for some reason. Then to top it off there were kids running around.

I love their food. It's a bit of a drive for us, but worth it.

Great NYC Style Pizza. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean.

I ordered over the phone, a large pepperoni pizza. My son mumbles in the background ‘I don’t want pepperonis!’ Our pizza gets here in less than 20 minutes, & there’s a single slice with no pepperoni on it! This place is awesome, foods delicious, & staff is always friendly.

If you need atmosphere, this isn't your place. If you want really good food and hard working service oriented staff I recommend Milanos! I had the Ziti. It's a hefty portion and it was the luncheon size.

Amazing cheesesteaks, fantastic pasta dishes, and a super friendly staff. Milano's is definitely one of my go-to's for quick filling meals that don't break the bank.

We visit this restaurant often to order the chicken tenders, seasoned steak fries, and hoggies. The bread used for the hoggies is very good. We tried the pizza and thought it was just mediocre.

My husband brought me here for the first time tonight. He has been there many times after getting his hair cut at the Delmar barbershop next door. I ordered a small Philly cheese steak. It came out and it was huge. It was so stuffed with meat and all the fixings. Hubby was right. This was the best cheese steak I ever had. The prices can't be beat. I will most definitely be a returning customer.

Milano's Pizzeria restaurant! The 🍕 has a thin crust & is a little soggy; they use a special brand cheese which is a little greasy; especially, when I eat it late night; for me it can causes acid reflux. The cashiers and other employees are very friendly.

Milano’s has delivery and that makes it convenient when we don’t feel like leaving the house. Their subs are offered in a large variety. The rolls are always fresh.

Great pizza and especially pasta options for delivery around Delmar. Not a huge dining room or tons of ambiance, so you may be more likely to order carry out or delivery. This is usually our go to Italian/pizza/pasta/subs delivery place in Delmar.

MILANO'S PIZZERIA HAS THE BEST PIZZA AND FOOD INCLUDING ALL SUBS, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AROUND FOR YEARS FOR PIZZA. TASTE LIKE NEW YORK PIZZA AND THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE FOUND THAT THE PIZZA IS JUST AWESOME. THEY HAVE THE BEST FOOD THAT I HAVE EVER HAD ESPECIALLY FOR FAST FOOD TAKEOUT, AND YOU COULD NOT GET ANY BETTER UNLESS YOU LIVED IN NEW JERSEY AND NEW YORK.

Amazing small town pizzareia, everything I ordered was great, chicken fetachine, soup, salads, pizza, chicken wings. All great.

My granddaughter and I wanted to try something different. This small town favorite was pretty good. You get plenty of good food for a reasonable price. Don't shy away from the calamari, I loved it!

A little dirty looking but foods good

After moving to Delmar, my family and I needed a good take-out/delivery spot for our busy days. We have had something from every category on the menu with only one very minor complaint. A bonus for this establishment is that they deliver to other neighboring towns, so we can be taken care of while we are visiting friends and family.

Nice small town pizza shop. The downside is there's no beer. Their delivery service is fast and the times they give you when they're backed up are accurate, which is crucial. Inside is clean, I've never had anything other than the pizza here, which is fine.

This place is always very welcoming and community friendly, and they have honest, timely, and great quality food and service. I've been going there since... 10 years ago! Cafe Milanos Pizzeria always tastes great. I went here quite often when the big wigs (PH, PJ's, LC's) decided to change their recepies. Plus they were a lot closer to me anyway. Don't believe I ever went here? My name is on the wall in terrible handwriting from High school days :)

Delicious food. Philadelphia native now here in the eastern shore County and I have to say best cheesesteaks and hoagies better than Philly.

They are really friendly, and the food is great. The prices are very affordable for the amount of food you receive. I sometimes have it delivered to my house. We probably go there at least once every two weeks.

Gran pizza y sandwiches. Si puedes pedir sopa o Chile como un aperitivo que te llenará, enormes tazones por $2,99 . verdadero cheesesteak de pollo de pollo.

The pizza is as good as any New York pie I've ever had! And the subs, which we order 1 or 2 times/month, are wonderful. BTW...best fries this side of the OC Boardwalk!!! We've never had a bad meal!
