It was great, but went for dinner 22 July 2016 and discovered a note on the door saying they lost their lease and were closed...

The restaurant is clean with beautiful decoration, quiet atmosphere. We ordered only Pho so I don't know how is other food but the Pho we had didn't have a good taste.

Great place for a nice big bowl of pho

I have been going to Minh for many years now and this is become my regular place for Northern Vietnamese food. The restaurant has not changed during in so many years but somehow it does not look dated :). Food has been consistent too that makes the decision to come here that much easier. I have many of their noodle dishes and even the pho and have not been disappointed by any of them. Service can be a hit or miss but the food more than makes up for it

They have great lunch prices and excellent food. I ordered the lemongrass chicken with the soup of the day. The soup of the day was a beef broth soup and was very tasty. I go to Minh's for the Pork Vermicelli (northern and southern). I love the flavors here and we never seem to have to wait for a table. We were disappointed with Minh's. Hotpot fish was fishy and far too overcooked. Pho was heavy. Ginger chicken was the highlight of the meal. Service was friendly although reluctant to take back a dish that was misunderstood/not ordered. Although dated, the restaurant itself is comfortable and welcoming. The bathrooms, however, are quite grody. With such an extensive menu and available seating at prime time on the weekend, Minh's seems like a no-brainer. Alas, its execution is lacking.
