What an amazing experience in dining. Great food and service.

Had another great dinner here with the “Boss” (Celebrating 56th Anniversary). After some wine our server Pat brought our appetizers of mini Crab Cakes with a creamy aioli sauce and a delicious Caprese salad. This was topped off with a mouth watering bowl of Pasta Fagioli. For our main courses she selected the Ravioli while I chose the Loster Ravioli with a split tail on top and covered with a lump crab cream sauce. This was all topped off with a surprise dessert of homemade Cannolis topped with a dollop of whipped cream and candles. An absolutely great tasting meal with outstanding service again.

Our server Skylar was great, that’s about it. The prime rib was tough, tasteless and horrible. The shrimp scampi was poor like soup and the shrimp was more raw than cooked. Waste of $100. Will not be back.

Tonight my husband and I had the most enjoyable dining experience. The service was great (turns out she’s the owner’s daughter in her last semester of nursing school). But the real show stopper was the food. The lobster ravioli (homemade loaded with lobster in a champagne cream sauce topped with lump crab meat OMG, scallops menure (scallops in a brown liquid SO SO GOOD), the meatballs were moist melt in your mouth and the Rib eye steak were all incredibly delicious and very affordable! If you are in the Ocean City area this place is a MUST!!!

I was impressed with the service and the accommodating staff. Had the pasta Bolognese and they asked if I wanted to add a couple of meatballs or sausage. Asked if there was a way to get one meatball and a piece of sausage so I could try both and they weren't sure. The waiter came back and said they could do one of each. Made me happy and satisfied as the Bolognese was superb and the addition of the meatball and sausage made me want dessert so I ordered the tiramisu which was fantastic. If you are in the area and looking for authentic Italian cuisine you have to give Mio Fratello's a try. You won't be disappointed

On our first evening in town for a family vacation, we stumbled upon this restaurant - and boy, were we lucky! Our food was amazing! I'd recommended the lasagna! And Kaylee, our server, couldn't have been more friendly and attentive! She anticipated our needs, made thoughtful suggestions, and made our experience all the better. We will definitely come back!

Nice little place. The bread was amazing and was super fresh. The drink menu was also good, with the smoked old fashioned being my choice, and it tasted great. The server was doing her job well. My problem came with the steak. Being labeled as an Italian Steakhouse, I figured that would be the premier dish. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the flavor since the steak seemed unseasoned. It was cooked perfectly, but no char on the outside or any seasonings, so it was essentially just a plain hunk of cooked meat. We were also a little disappointed in the size of the lobster ravioli that was closer to the size of an appetizer. The veal parmigiana was by far the best meal at our table.

One of the best places off the beaten path in Ocean City-Fenwick Island area .Amazing Italian food and seafood with daily specials and 1-6 p.m. bar side specials as well.Excellent service and reasonable prices for a resort area.Great atmosphere with a private area upstairs for catering and special events.

We ordered trays of food for a rehearsal dinner. The food was excellent. If you haven't had their meatballs, try them, they are the beast around. I have been to several events in the Loft as well and every time the food and service are the best.

If you're looking for something other than the seafood focused fare (albeit very good in this area) generally found near Fenwick, you REALLY need to try Mio Fratello for great Italian food. Just a bit west of Fenwick off of rt 54, this truly qualifies as a bit of a hidden gem. They are great with large parties, take reservations, and will split checks but not for parties over 8. You can easily share these large, wonderful platters, but you will have to split them yourselves. Dont expect them to ruin their dishes by chopping them up before you see how great they are. They will gladly provide the extra plate for you. Brianna is a great server, very congenial, has been there for years, and is throughly knowledgeable about the menu, wine list, and everything Mio Fratello. For an appetizer, if you like sausage, you must try the Sautéed broccoli rabe. Every dish in our party was exceptional! Lasagna, chicken parmesan, cheese ravioli, lobster ravioli, fettuccine with meat sauce, and eggplant parmesan. We were there celebrating a birthday, but had cake waiting at home for that. I was a bit sad that I didn't get a chance to try their enticing dessert offerings. We are already planning our return trip with other family members. Clearly, we will be going back, quickly, and gladly.

The bread brought to our table was delicious. The Caesar salad was a decent size salad and had the perfect amount of dressing. I had the Rockfish which was a special this evening. I have never tried Rockfish before and thought it was delicious! My husband said his lasagna was really good. I was too full to eat my cannoli so I brought it home with me to eat later.

This is our go to / favorite spot. Every time we are in the area we make a point to stop here. The food is consistently excellent. Most of the time I order extra for the leftovers as it is so good. The people there are always very kind and welcoming.

Live local, so visit a few times a year. Went for dinner and had the Sea Bass, brown butter sauce, along with salad. Cesar salad was good, enough for two. Happy I got the dressing on the side as my friend's was drenched. Sea bass was not good. The fish was cooked well and seemed fresh. The sauce was not good, vegetables ok and the risotto ok.

Went here for dinner again for my birthday Weeknd. My Birthday May 27th Always Falls Of Labor Day Weeknd This Year On Labor Day. They Were Busy‼️ There Was No Line Or Chaos, We Showed Up With Not Reservation. We were still able to get a bar table and exceptional fast service. The Oyster Imperial Was Sooooo Good. I Wished I Had Gotten An Order To Go For Later. I always get Lobster ravioli, but got the Eggplant Parmigiana For A meatless meal, And My Husband Got The Chicken Parm. My Eggplant parm was seasoned well , It Looked meaty , You could not tell which dish was which 😋 I Got A Birthday cannoli and A Tiramisu to go home. Both were rich and creamy. A Sidenote As A Southern Born Girl I appreciated the delicious butter and fresh bread as well. The butter tasted homemade. The owner checked by the table very nice guy. The server was knowledgeable On the menu my meal was by her recommendation excellent recommend. I also talked briefly to the host and a few other servers all beautiful, sweet with good personalities. And Again they managed a hectic day on a holiday Weeknd with quick kitchen and service👏🏽✅ 10/10

Not much of a food selection and the pasta dishes are on average $28. Also, I didn’t taste any wine in the sauce of my chicken picante. My childrens pizza had a strong plastic chemical taste on all 3 of their pizzas which came from the bottom so not sure what they cook it on. My ice tea was strange and didn’t taste like fresh brewed. Service was excellent though and the atmosphere appeared very tidy. I want to add that I seen a roach crawling outside before going in and that set a bad tone for me.

Had a really good time at Monday's Family Feud. I had their fried capellini. It might sound weird, but man! It was delicious! Their food is always fantastic!

Service was excellent. Very disappointed in the crab cakes. Not much crab meat. Friend had rockfish and very good, but my crab cakes were less than average. We were there for Valentines Dinner. I may try again when not so busy.

I’m not a big person on slamming a business or talking bad about one in my small town. But when you come into a restaurant that is not busy at all at 5:30 you would assume that you would be in and out maybe an hour. The staff and manager only wanted to cater to what seemed to be the more dressed up crowd and the party going on in the “loft” section. We waited 2 hours for our dinner, we got a 14 oz steak and a chicken parm. Unless you are killing the cow in the back and the chicken I could see why it would take that long. The manager never came out once to talk to us, the waiter kept pushing us off just another couple minutes. People came in after us got fed before us and left before us. This place is horrible my first time here and I’ll never be back and a 1 star is not even worthy.

I love this restaurant!! We go as often as possible when we’re in town! We have a place in Delaware and we hold our annual Christmas party there ! Food is always incredible! The staff at this restaurant are always the best !! Thank you!!

On my first visit 5 yrs ago, I noticed the bar staff serving tables..Bad Sign until I had a bite of the bolognaise. Then became hooked..a reg customer for 3 yrs until recently. What used to be Bolognese is now meat sauce and the meat sauce has no meat. Adding insult to injury, the linguini was overcooked. Still, it's a nice Italian restaurant just steer clear of the Bolognese.

My wife I went last night to celebrate anniversary. Our salads never were delivered. My veal was over cooked. The waitress gave us one desert for missed salads to bring home. Disappointed meal...

Went on $24 lobster night. I got lobster ravioli. It was in a very rich sauce with jumbo lump crabmeat chunks and a small 4oz tail. Very tasty, but tail was overcooked and lobster meat was tough to remove. Wife’s full lobster was cooked correctly, her mashed potatoes were homemade and the asparagus was perfectly grilled. Bread was so good we ordered a second loaf for $3. House white pinot grigio ok, draft cider beer good, but smoked old fashioned was no good. The drink used cheap maraschino cherries and I did not taste any smoke. Key lime pie dessert was ok but won’t order again. Service was ok but slow -maybe short staffed. Dining room overhead lights seemed too bright.

Food is good. Some service is poor. A review of current staff is warranted. Especially one female bartender/waitress encountered Sunday and Monday. She is rude and vindictive. Just not a nice person.

Food, service and atmosphere are excellent. But for a real treat stop in for one of Brian, Clark’s shows usually every other Friday upstairs dinner, and a show that is unbeatable and if the owner Brian gets up on stage, Be Prepared for a Treat. Brian Clarke is a Must See at The Beach!

We sat at the bar it was wing night so we ordered 30 the wings, they have the buffalo wing sauce just right and the wing size is perfect, next time I'll order the wings naked, not with the floured coating on them, I should know, I'm from Buffalo, the best wings in Buffalo (Duffs )are served naked, they are not server with a coating.... That's why I only gave them 4 stars, well be back and get them naked the next time.

Last evening was a miserable experience. I’ve been many times, love the food and loved the New Years Eve party held upstairs 3 years ago. But…. Last night I was asked by a group of women to fill in upstairs for Family Feud type night. New this year, no separate checks - cash preferred. Would’ve been nice to know that in advance. The waitress was very nice, but she did say we could all use our credit cards. So, one woman collected everyone’s money and when I asked her if she had enough, she assured me she did. I went downstairs to talk to the manager and explain how hard it was for 9 unrelated women to do this and would he consider separate checks. He continued to harass me about how the waitress only got 10% tip. I more than once explained that I wasn’t in charge of that, but he wouldn’t listen, followed me unprofessionally from behind the bar to the dining room and told me he hoped I never came back. Wow - I can’t believe the treatment, good luck if you ever try to talk to a manager as some of the above comments suggest! Expect to be embarrassed or harassed.

Really good food. Loved their bread. Waitress was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely go back when in the area again. I signed up for their email specials. Now I’m tempted with each email! Great atmosphere.

My husband and I were at mio fratello. on Saturday evening for my birthday. We were seated right by the incoming door to the restaurant. Guess that was the only 2 seated table in the place. "strike one" We ordered drinks and a appetizer . That came perfect. we than ordered dinner. i ordered shrimp scampi and my husband ordered clam and linguine. we waited some time to received the meals and when that did come they were cold. we sent them back and asked to have them prepared again. they told us they would. when they returned it was the same dish that had taken back. "strike two" when i asked why it took so long to have our food i was told and i quote. "your waitress was pulled to run food orders to other tables. " Strike three " and your out........ This was the worse dinner i had. we paid and took our food home with us. we are residents of Delaware and are here all year. I will make sure i let everyone know of the service we received.

Cream of crab soup way beyond delicious. Lobster ravioli was fantastic, came with lobster tail aside from the ravioli lobster meat. Staff was great and friendly.

Absolutely disappointed in this place! I had a reservation for my birthday, took over 10 mins to get seated. Finally sat down and over 20 minutes still no one even took our drink order or even apologized for a long wait. Not how I imagined my birthday dinner. Very unprofessional. So after all that we left with no service!

This place is AWESOME! The service was great (but it was a slow night). Our server Austin was attentive, a good sport with two men telling "dad jokes," and also gave good wine recommendations. The food was excellent. I had chicken marsala, my husband had the crab cake special, our friends had the pasta bolognaise and pasta with meat sauce and meatballs. The bread was served with butter and an offering of a nice olive oil with garlic. The atmosphere was nice with modern photo murals on the walls and just a pleasant place to dine in. I think there was a bar but I didn't pay too much attention to it. Our friends introduced us to Mio Fratello and I am so glad they did! It did not disappoint.

Went to dinner tonight with my husband. We haven't been in a while. We were looking forward to date night. My food was very good until I found a hair in it. I couldn't eat it after that. We were with family of all ages and we thought that there was no fish filet sandwich on the menu. The owner or manager came out and asked what it was we were looking for, we explained and he said I have kids I totally understand and we can make you anything you want. We went back in and we all had a delicious lunch. We really appreciated his effort coming out and saving us finding another place. We will be back to visit Mio's again! Thank you.

The pastas we had (one scampi, the other with clams) were very tasty as were the min-crabcakes and the bread pudding. The service from the busboy (whose name we didn't catch) and the waiter (Miguel) was exemplary. This visit was our first but we intend to keep returning.

I had a birthday/Celebration of Life luncheon and Curtis and the staff were very helpful in setting it up. Especially when it was Mothers Day weekend. The food was fabulous as usual but our waiter was so slow and inattentive it ruined the meal. We had to get someone to take our order and cancelled our dessert because it took him so long. This was my birthday dinner and chose to have it at Mios because we have had so many experiences there that are wonderful. My family and I can't say enough good things regarding our most recent visit to Mio Fratello's in Fenwick Island. We reached out to Curtis, the Catering Manager, and let him know we were looking for a place to host our son's 1st Holy Communion Party with around 30 adults and 10 kids. Curtis emailed me back almost immediately and worked to get us a date and menu items picked out. The staff was so professional and courteous the entire party serving food and taking drink orders. Jeannie behind the bar did an outstanding job and the Orange Crushes were delicious. Their new venue upstairs, The Loft on 54, is a must see for anyone looking to host a wedding, graduation party or special event. Many thanks to Mio Fratello's for making my son's day so special we really appreciate it!

We dined at Mio’s with a set menu for a dinner show with a local performer. The show was great and the setup was perfect. Also served with zucchini which was fresh and wonderfully cooked. We also had Chicken Parmesan which was also very good. Our beverages consisted of 2 beers and Cokes. Sat at the bar on a Monday during prime rib night. I got the chicken parm and boyfriend got the 16 oz prime rib. I really like the sauce they use. Pasta perfectly cooked and chicken was delish. I didn’t try the prime rib but i did eat the mashed potatoes that came with it and they were soooo good. I drank an espresso martini (and added Baileys) and it was delicious. Would return. We were there on A Wednesday when the Date Night dinner is offered. $25.00 for a 3 course dinner! We started with a Caeser Salad and warm bread, I had the stuffed lobster with grilled vegetables and my husband had the steak. They also offered Salmon Francessa. We finished with either a cannoli or rich chocolate cake. Fabulously prepared and delicious! Austin was our server and did a fantastic job describing the dinner choices. He served us promptly , professionally and with charm. A definite repeat!!
