The service and ambience was good but the price is ridiculous. For one round of gold label, they charged me $27 which is crazy.

I can not recommend Mirage enough. Every food option is excellent, service is personable, and the atmosphere is either chill or exciting. The head bartender is a master mixologist with a wide variety of selection to drink from!

Went here while visiting Knoxville for my best friend's bachelorette weekend, and we had the time of our lives! The staff and management are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our night.

Kennedy always takes care of me and any friends I bring!! Definitely recommend the salads, but all of their food is delicious. Noah always makes the perfect drink to compliment the evening and their hookah is smooth and high quality. 10/10 every time. Atmosphere is perfection… esp on the hooter summer nights.

Behind the bar is disgusting first of all (see pictured). Bartender/“master mixologist” is making lemon drops with peach schnapps. Nuff said. Nothing is halal. They’re lying and only want your money. If you’re obviously tipsy already they’re serving you half shots if there’s alcohol in the drink at all (yes they will serve you pure mixer @ $15 a pop if they think you’re drunk). The hookah is marked up 1000%. Check your receipt cuz they probably added an auto gratuity when you weren’t looking. They close mirage when the health inspector shows up. Quite literally a scam of a business. Cockroaches. How do I know? I worked there :D the owner (Omar) mooches off his girlfriend and the real owner of the place, only reason they’re still “alive and well” as a business. I’ve got more of anyone has questions :))

My husband and i always go to a new hookah bar when we travel. From California to New York this was by far the best hookah bar experience we’ve ever had. It was my husband’s 27th birthday today and he even said this was one of his favorite birthdays so far because of the amazing experience. The food was authentic, fresh, and packed with flavor (also made in house), the hookah was well made, the atmosphere made me feel like i transported to Egypt, the drinks tasted great, and THE SERVICE the service was impeccable. I can’t remember our waiters name but he said he was trying to get into med school so hopefully he gets the credit he deserves. Next time we are in town this place is on our bucket list to revisit and this time we will go on a night there are belly dancers to really elevate the experience!

Such a unique and awesome atmosphere! Amazing, friendly, helpful staff. We decided to have our wedding reception here and it was everything we could’ve asked for or ever wanted. Saturday afternoon, party of two. We were the only people in the restaurant. Waited 45 minutes for food. No condiments for fries. Place was desolate. Food was mid, dry and disappointing. Atmosphere was dark and disjointed, many TV's displayed ads and photos of the restaurant showing people that were having what appeared to be a much better time than we were.

Average quality of food and drinks with high prices. Had the lamb gyro and falafel sandwich, was amazed that a restaurant can mess that up too. Charge $1 for any additional dips (ripoff on top) ambience was the only thing that was good.

Been here twice and it’s always so much fun. The hookahs are great and the atmosphere is so entertaining. Beautiful decor and the belly dancing is so cool.

This is not just a place to go, this is an experience. The staff are on top of their game, they have an attention to detail missed by most other restaurants in Knoxville and the atmosphere, I can’t say enough. The craft drinks, the servers, the staff. The food was amazing, reasonable in price and we never had to ask for anything, they know the true meaning of service, and definitely with a smile. We started a night out and was supposed to be in another location for a proposal. Plans were changed and the engagement happened here. Thank you Noah, Starr, the dancers. The hookah was bad. Lacked flavor and was very harsh.. We only had for 10 mins spent 5 min trying to get help. Management said that if we want to swap it we have to pay for refill. Not a bad place just poor experience.camt say I would return.

Just went on New Year’s Eve and it was amazing! Laith (sorry if misspelled) was awesome and gave us great service despite it being super busy. The food was top notch and overall vibe is immaculate. Definitely will be a regular spot.

Right downstairs under Skybox, Mirage’s atmosphere is somewhere between a casual dining restaurant and bar and a journey to the middle east. Want to sit down and recline on a couch while you eat? You can - I did! The inspiration of persian influence is everywhere. They’ve got hookah too!! One of the best spots in downtown Knoxville!

I love this place. Only been twice, but both experiences were fantastic. Service is great, friendly, funny, and personable. Not a big menu, but what they serve is pretty great. Stuffed grape leaves ... IMO ... came out of a very cold can. Otherwise, food was fantastic. Crispy wings! Don't forget the hookah! My favorite is Arctic Melon (watermelon mint).

Great little joint the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was to die for. One of the few places the wife and I could come to an agreement too in Knoxville. If you’re visiting town I highly recommend popping in for a drink or even give their Trullo fries a shot. We started things off with some cocktails as usual then switched to shots after the food came. The Gyro & Greek Salad were phenomenal & to make things even better the kitchen stays open late. The truffle fries essentially disappeared as the basket was passed around the table, those are the best fries in town period. This is a hooka bar and restaurant. We made special plans with niece her husband and 10month old. No mention on the website as being a hooka lounge. We were informed on arrival it is 21 and over. When I did get the bill, I discovered the extra drinks and the automatic tip plus what I had intended for the tip and thus far have not been able to discuss this with anyone!! Long story short, they added $53.57 plus the $80.36 intended as the tip. LESSON LEARNED as should have figured something wrong when we did not originally get a copy of bill!!!!

Googled Mediterranean food amd this place came up. what a wonderful surprise! Would not have ever found this place if we hadn’t been looking soecifically for it amd I’m so glad we did! Friendly staff, outstanding lamb chops, food presentation, and customer service. The vibe is boho hippy Mediterranean... very relaxed and beautiful. We sat on the floor to eat on the comfy cushions and short table and it was excellent!! Highly recommend! I don’t have a hooka but you can bring yours if you desire.
