Great meal in Miami before my cruise, thanks to Yuri for all his enthusiasm!

Had a lovely dinner for my first night in Miami. Food and wine were great and Yuri was an amazing server!

Rosa was a delightful waitress, kind, patient and very accommodating. The atmosphere was very upscale, relaxing, good music, glamorous decor. Food was a little slow to the table but it was well worth the wait. Every dish cooked fresh and the presentation was beautiful. Especially enjoyed the grilled Atlantic salmon, very tender and mild. The mushroom barley risotto was also a vey good!!! The French fries are incredible, more like truffle fries. Rosa was so helpful to us with the menu. She guided us to the key lime cheesecake which was topped with a passion fruit cream which was a delightful surprise. The paper memo doesn’t really show all the cocktails available so don’t miss the lemon drop martini!! Just visiting Miami but if we lived here, we would bring family and guests here often!!

08/23/2024 Being an entrepreneur in the gastronomy industry is incredibly complex, and when you add the determination to do things well, it’s doubly impressive. I visited this place a year ago for a wine tasting, and today, I’m sharing my experience as a diner. Food: The star dish was the lamb, cooked in the Spanish style. However, the sides might not have been the most suitable. I’ll reserve further opinions on the other dishes for my next visit. As a suggestion, I recommend offering a wine list; any distributor would be more than happy to develop one that combine your dishes. Service: The staff always attentive and focused on our table. Even when we sent something back that we didn’t enjoy, they handled it with a smile and a commendable level of professionalism. Special thanks to the restaurant managers for personally checking on us. Ambiance: Despite being located in a hotel, the atmosphere is perfectly cozy and intimate, making it an ideal spot for a romantic evening with your partner. Conclusion: I’ll return after some time and delve deeper into the food offerings. Thank you for the excellent service, and keep up the great work!

We were staying in the EB Hotel and as it was such a rainy evening we decided to just eat downstairs and found Miranda Cuisine and Bar. Well let me tell you. This is not just a compromise eat downstairs restaurant. This place is first class. The service from Yankiel was professional, friendly yet discreet. We had the salmon with a light curried coconut milk sauce on the side with stir fried vegetables and French fries. All outstanding. At $21 very fairly priced as well. We finished with the tres leches. Delicious and a nice light end to the meal. Bonus was wonderful live music from a Cuban songstress. All in all a great evening and this is absolutely a destination restaurant. Don't hesitate just book. Here's a tip. Mirandas is 10- 15 minutes by taxi from the airport so if you have a long layover head here for a meal Hope you found this review helpful

We had breakfast first thing in the morning, 6:30 a.m. with the family and even though they don't have a buffet, it was one of the best breakfasts of our life. The American breakfast, pancakes, juice and coffee were very good. Rosalía Jorge's attention was excellent, very kind and attentive to the children. We will definitely return if we stop in Miami.

Unfortunately we were delayed from airport for 3 days and very upset . But coming here made it a much better feeling and the staff in general was awesome . Had issues with room service, the restaurant manager remedied the situation and showed great customer service. Cannot speak on the restaurant itself since we never ate in it specifically.

I am so happy I found this Restaurant!!! As a local I never would of imagined such a Gold Mine of a restaurant would be located in a Hotel, The Decor & Ambiance are Lovely. I had the New Zealand Lamb shank with gnocchi, I must say Lamb is not my favorite, although after trying it at Miranda's it might be my new favorite dish, both the Lamb and gnocchi were cooked to perfection!!!😋 I ordered a Mojito, and it was by far the best tasting one I have ever had. Rosa was amazing!!! She is the definition of an excellent Waitress, She was so attentive, prompt, sweet and knowledgeable! I look forward to visiting again very soon!!

Went to the EB Hotel to visit a fiend. Decided to try the hotel bar and was greeted by the amazing Yuri. He was very attentive, friendly and kind! I just moved to Miami and will definitely be back to see Yuri! Thank you to the EB hotel for hiring such an amazing staff.

Food was delicious! We wiped our plates clean. We had the cesar salad with grilled chicken, the salmon ceviche, salmon entree, and the tres leches desert. Gustavo and Viviana were amazing wait staff, so attentive and kind. We will be back for sure!

This is the second time I have come to this hotel and the service in general is excellent. We also went to have breakfast and from the moment we arrived at the hotel restaurant, Yanet and Rosalía served us with incredible human quality that made us feel super comfortable from beginning to end for this reason I wanted to share my experience!!

All staff (Ada and Yury especially) went above and beyond to make our stay so welcoming after a stressful day of delayed and canceled flights.

You couldn’t find a better spot in Miami to work and enjoy a fantastic budget-friendly lunch. Their new weekly lunch special ($19-All-Inclusive) is great for people like me who do remote work sessions and want to have a quiet place with an excellent atmosphere on a budget. I highly recommend this place! Shoutout to the fantastic waiters Gipsy and Janet.

We stayed at the hotel and came to Miranda for my birthday dinner. The atmosphere was very classy and Rosa was very knowledgeable about the menu and was ready with suggestions. We both enjoyed our meals and drinks, the lamb shank that Rosa suggested was incredible! To top off the evening, the bartender played Happy Birthday on trumpet and the staff came out together to deliver a beautifully plated dessert! I highly recommend the restaurant and hotel!
