Probably wouldn't go back. Fast food pizza at best. It may appeal to some, but being used to NY style pizza, this wasn't my thing.

ordered pizza to go and did not check it. That’s what I got (see picture). My husband called and they re-made it. But we had to go back to the location to pick it up. On a separate note: when you call the location you have to go through a phone tree first. Super annoying.

Hands down best place for pizza outside of the usual! Good prices and lots of variety of toppings. Great place to hang out.

I went here on the advice of a colleague. I ordered a gluten free crust, which was as thin as a #2 pencil. The toppings were great and the fact that they didn't charge extra for them was nice, but the crust was as the Run DMC songs says, tougher than leather! I like a thick, buttery, (with just the right amount of oil) fluffy crust that leaves a great aftertaste. This wasn't it. The crust wasn't horrible, and it wasn't great either. It was just so-so. I think I'm gonna find a pizzeria place that makes thick, fluffy, gluten-free crusts. Maybe MOD Pizza will put that in their menu in the near future. I'll definitely be back to try you guys again.

The pizza is okay there are definitely better pizza places but it's convenient and quick.

We ordered two pizzas through DoorDash. We decided created them. One was a regular dough with mozzarella, bacon, salami, artichoke, red onions, roasted garlic, diced tomato with red sauce. On the scale of 1-10 (being 10 “perfect”) this one was 7 because the dough was burnt (some slices were black). Mine had: red sauce, arugula, roasted garlic, red onions, mozzarella and feta cheese, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, pesto drizzled and I should say It would have been perfect if: 1) I asked artichokes and it didn’t have any 2) I asked cauliflower dough and could happened that you made a mistake and made mine with the regular dough or the cauliflower dough you offer has a big percentage of regular flour. Disappointed about it but I really love the tasty.

Get the thick crust or the thin crust. You have 40 choices of toppings! Fast forward to 6 minutes later, your pizza is piping hot to your mouth!!! enjoy the num nums!

Got here at 9:40, says they close at 10PM but doors are locked up and no one is opening them… not good business at all, extremely dissapointed.

Fresh and fast! Sometimes the staff need to slow down and smile. Staff should wear a hair net dealing with food!

Greg the Manager was great, Had everything under control and was personable with our kids. Things certainly have changed for the better at this mod pizza. Happy to see it.

Fair prices for gourmet "build your own" "unlimited toppings" pizza

Normally great !!! Not this visit … no one wanted to take an order had us standing there while they ignored and then fought who had to take the order and it was not late when we went… once they did take the order the girl who did it flung all the ingredients on the pizzas and had attitude . No one had anything covering their hair …the restaurant was filthy so we had to take our food to go … never had such horrible service from this location …

Ordering is always quick regardless if it’s Monday afternoon or Saturday night, and I receive my customized pizza within 10 minutes every time . The fresh, high-quality ingredients with generous toppings, made for a delightful meal. I choose a crispy thin crust and find the pricing very reasonable. The staff, particularly Ocean and Fred, provide outstanding service, helping me navigate the menu and ensuring a prompt, friendly delivery. Their dedication Ads a personal touch that sets this place apart. Kudos to Ocean and Fred for their continuous exceptional service. A forever customer!

Dear god. We had to wait such a long time for the person to get the dough ready! And for them to prep the pizzas in all took about a half hour for him to get it all done and another 7 minutes for the pizza to get in and out of the oven. I know we ordered 3 pizzas but this place is described as a fast place to grab some pizza. I do admit that the pizza was good though and it was just the slow service that makes it a 4

I’ve always had a consistently positive experience here until tonight. Started with us walking in at 9pm and wondering if they were open cuz half the booth chairs were stacked up, all the bar stools were turned upside down on top of the front high top counter, and all the Mod Pizza signage was turned off. Then we waited 12min for the girl behind the counter to take our order cuz she was busy making to-go orders w/ the only other person working just standing there on his phone. No one else in front of us with 1 person at the cashier. The stations of toppings were a hot mess (big turn off) until the guy on the phone decided to come off his phone and help the girl and scraped the mess of toppings from the prep counter onto the floor before he started. The lemonade station had dirty dish rags spread out under the spigots instead of the usual drain pan (even bigger turn off) and the blackberry lemonade (my favorite) tasted beyond nasty and had to be dumped for something else. And although we were eating there, all pizzas were put in to-go boxes. When I asked if I could get mine on a plate (there were stacks of clean ones, mind you), I was told they weren’t “doing plates”. Huh? Final straw, everyone’s crust was burnt. Never had a burnt crust here before. These kids working here clearly had somewhere to go this Saturday night and working wasn’t in their plans. Can’t say I’ll be going back there anytime soon. Definitely not later than our usual 6-7p cuz anything later on a Sat night means zero service.

This is a great place just to hang out and have some good pizza. My family loves it. My kids always enjoy their pizza and I really like the fact that they make it in front of you just like you want them to and your pizza comes in a perfect size whether you want to finish it there or take it to go. The place is always clean always busy bird they get you taken care of on time. Plenty of parking and free. A lot of place to sit inside and outside there is fans outside so it’s never too hot.

The restaurant was Clean and well stocked! Great Menu (a variety to choose from) Crew was Friendly and Very easy goin when requesting for certain toppings on pizza's! Bathroom was Clean and well stocked as well... I got the California pizza (Buffalo Chicken) and I LOVED IT!!! Definetly will visit more often!!

Pizza is always on point. Hot and tasty. Service is fast and friendly. Great price. Strongly recommend for a quick delish pizza. Don’t EVER get the no name cakes! They are terrible. Hard frosting that taste like wax and the inside is dry and tasteless. Took one bite and threw the rest away.

Former squad member here. Ocean was a fantastic help. His energy was amazing, and he was helpful and enthusiastic throughout the entire process, helping me from ordering to expo. He reminded me of what drove me to MOD in the first place several years ago. Positive environment, positive attitude, extremely personable and friendly. I’ll keep coming back to this location.

I love the mod pizza. Thin crust that gets nice and crispy, not soggy like much of the competition. Great toppings selection and they are unlimited. I'm very happy that they have spicy pizza sauce and anchovies.

Well being a native New Yorker I love pizza. First time here and was very impressed. Super thin crust and a seemingly endless amount of toppings. I had spicy marinara, spicy sausage,pickled jalapenos,and red onion. Lightly baked like I like . It was perfect. Fast and delicious. Good job mod. I'll be back.

I purchased my usual, the make your own with gluten free crust. I had salami, bacon and spicy chicken sausage added. I had pesto sauce and arugula and blue cheese added first. The meats were next. Then I had olives, chick peas, onions, basil, rosemary, oregano and pepper. The meal was cooked well. Overall good

Delicious no name cake and great pizzas!

I normally frequent this location when I want my pizza very crisp and light (kind of like a cracker). It is usually a pleasant experience - love the staff, even if all of them are different every time we come in, the service is great, very friendly. The place is clean, too! Maybe it was just an off day- but when we got there around 1pm, there was barely any dough made, and there were hardly any veggies available. Now, this could be a supply issue, but it seemed more like a prep issue. I ended up taking more than half my order home and putting our veggies on it to complete it. Again, we will go again as it may be just a glitch, but I am hoping that this is not the new normal because that would be disappointing given these locations' previous service.

Really good pizza cooked fast. Not the place if you like thick doughy pizza, but if you like a thin base where you taste the ingredients, this is the place.

MOD was my go to pizza place because you are able to customize your own personal pizza. This makes it a good option if you are going with your family or friends. The price is reasonable as other local pizza joints are charging NYC prices for their pies. However, my last trip to MOD pizza was disappointing. I usually get what I call a lasagna pizza that has red sauce, mozzarella, parm, spicy Italian sausage, and ricotta on it. Come to find out they no longer have ricotta cheese for their pizza. I know that this may seem a bit picky but I will not be going back for this reason as this is an integral part of my pizza. If anything, have a small container in the fridge to accommodate those customers wanting that option. In the future, I will be going to Pieology as they have ricotta as an option.

I like the idea of having a personal size pizza with what I want in it. The crust was very good, and the pizza came out fast. Service with a smile. Definitely will go back

First time I had pizza from here. I chose to build my own pizzas on their website and ordered for delivery, and everything was so simple and delivered to me on time. Very happy with the pizza, one of the best I have ordered in a while. I only wish for bigger pizza sizes haha. I ordered a 6 in. and an 11 in., which fed 4 people at a fair price. Will be ordered again soon!
