Very basic eat-in set up but the food!! The queso and chips are amazing, I think the best for the money. The serving size of everything is huge, you will not leave hungry it disappointed

The food is tasty Tex-Mex, a notch above Chipotle but with similar serving-line, customized style. I had the Stack, which was so large it required utensils. This store is a little hard to locate, in a section of the mall surrounded by vacancies but conveniently close to the Regal Brandywine movie theater for a bite before or after.

Enjoyable visit, I need to learn how to use soda machine 😅 The coke machine is awesome!

If there was something less than 1 star I could give I would. Very unprofessional it felt like the employees didn’t care about working there. They had headphones in and I was giving my order and they couldn’t hear or they wouldn’t respond back. They had everything packed and ready to close by 7:30pm. I asked for salsa with my chips and they are like we are out.

It accommodated a very large number of guests comfortably. Food was very tasty, not boring.

this was literally the worst moes experience I have ever had. When you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted by teenagers who don’t care about their job and just want to flirt and play around. There was a line of people because they weren’t doing their job and decided to just talk to each other. They could not get my order correct at all and I had to repeat myself several times. They didn’t even know how to redeem points and that’s their job…. the teenage girl that works there also fanned herself with the man ahead of me’s bowl… she picked it up fanned herself and proceeded to put his food in it. get you store together and stop letting teens run it.

Service and atmosphere of this location is rude and disrespectful. Denying me online coupons simply because they are lazy. They do not even say hi or look at you while you order.

Since when is it OK to lounge around at the workplace? I walked in to two ladies, talking amongst themselves while I am standing at the counter, waiting to be served. The employees did not seem to be in any rush. And there was one girl working the whole line by herself, which is unfair. No wonder why this location is part of a abandoned shopping center because they could care less who comes in their store. also, if the chips are so called free, why are they being stingy and giving not even a full scoop of chips with your entrée? Not coming back to this location. I rather just get it delivered and they might not even do that right.

Fresh ingredients nice portions

No matter what you chose to get or not get on a burrito, you get a seriously full burrito

The food is excellent. Nice and fresh the guacamole was fire. Best Mexican restaurant hands down. Only had delivery havent experienced the customer service yet, but from how the food tastes, i would expect the customer service to match

The individual that handled my food was rude and did not listen to a word I said. I ordered two entrees, and only given one bag of chips. When I asked for the second bag, he told me there was two entrees worth of chips in the one bag. The bag contained a half entrees worth of crushed chips

I always like to walk in this and hear them say ... "Welcome to Moe's" The food is always good and the Associates are always courteous.

The staff all hate their jobs, so monotone and sad, the girl making my food sprinkled on like 3 onions lol. Food was good though.

I usually love Moes but todays visit left a lot to be desired. Came in and no employees were behind the counter. No welcome to Moes today! Chips were stale, lettuce was a day old or just an old head browning on the edges and a little wilted. Also rice seasoning was in clumps leading to over salty pockets. In addition no salsa was out and no lemonade. There was also no music playing. Seems like the employees were bored and hung out in the back for the entire time we ate. I don’t think I’ll come back here anytime soon.

So I wanted to give moe' a second chance but unfortunately things have not changed, prep area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while especially behind the equipment & surrounding glass, from tables,vents & floors to all the stainless steel are in need of a good cleaning/wipe down, workers were handling money & food with the same gloves they also were on cell phones, no one had on hair nets I witness a worker who was on her break sneezing coughing into her hands & went back to the prep area without washing her hands. So until corp. takes responsibility for this place I would say "ABANDON ALL HOPE"

Came in for lunch today. They have music blaring out from a JBL speaker so we can't even hear what the employee is saying and we have to yell our order back. Also no hair net, Bev/salsa area is a mess, and Starbucks coffee is in the prep station. Place needs stronger leadership or better employees. Coming from a guy who loves Moe's this was disappointing to see.

Great specials. BOGO burritos today was a great reason to come and eat. And Moe Mondays is great, and the rewards program helps out.

The food wasn't as good as it used to be, it was very disappointing. For what we paid, we won't be going back.

Used to love this Moe’s but the last experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was in a state of disarray and there were fruit flies all over the walls. Had planned on dining in, but the flies were such a turn off that we just left. The food tasted fine, but the cleanliness of the restaurant had me concerned, won’t be returning to this location.

This pains me, I loved this place! Their fall from grace is unprecedented!

Updating this review after ordering today. Terrible, our experience was absolutely terrible and it's a shame cause they did have really good food for the price. Their nachos aren't nachos anymore, they put a drizzle of queso on them and call it a day. You can tell the employees dont want to work, they complain to each other in front of customers. The soda machine was out of syrup, the manager said in front of a line of customers that "they're just gonna have to deal with the soda machine being down, tell them to drink tea." So sad to see a place go down hill like this.

The place was dirty and poorly managed. The food quality matched nowhere to what I have seen at many other Moe's SW grills. May be staffing issues. Scope to improve a lot - both food, service & atmosphere.

The new look from remodeling looks great. However, there may have been a change in recipes as I was disappointed in my burrito bowl. The rice and Adobo Chicken lacked zip from seasonings. The Sweet Tea was either old or made incorrectly, it had to be tossed and another beverage chosen.

Sadly, this time Moe’s did not live up to expectations. They were understaffed, and I was waiting in line to order for a long time. Also, they were out of a couple ingredients and the ground beef didn’t taste very good. The two people running the restaurant were nice, but sadly, they didn’t say Welcome to Moe’s.

First time at this location. Regular moes customer. First thing I noticed was that the place was dirty. Sticky floors, all the tables were not cleaned off and trash on the floor where the employees walk. You can tell they don’t care about this but is important to me. Food was just ok. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. Lastly, they were out of white meat chicken.

Service was friendly and prompt. The food was hood and hot. The only thing I can say is I wish they had more staff as the tables were becoming available there was no one to clean them right away.

today’s experience was far from good, place was dirty and they where fully staffed, what does tell you poor management.sparse with the food for the amount you pay. Sorry first time back since Virus hit, ill stick with chipotle.

Always good food. One of my favorite taco places. Fast service and always friendly staff. Any time I have an issue with my food they fix it right away.

The food is ok Way over priced for what it is

Finally reopened after a year. (they closed for remodeling and then got caught up in the COVID mess) My one of my wife's favorite fast food places, mainly for the salsa bar. She is a lover of salsa's of any kind and with a choice of several different styles it is tailor made for her. The remodel is nice and has given it a fresher look. Menu has changed slightly but I think for the better. Food is good and service is pleasant and quick.

Have only been here once so I don't have anything to compare it against, but today's visit was great. I had a huge burrito that was so delicious! Not too spicy, but just spicy enough to make it interesting. Will definitely be back.

New place I recently found, the protein here(not including tofu) is always well cooked and delicious. Tofu taste like nothing, so if need a healthy way to fill you up it's a good alternative to meat but it could be done better. They have sweet and unsweetened tea which is my favorite to drink, tend to get a quarter sweet, three quarters unsweet, salsa selection is good enough. I do have to mention the protein again though, I think it's a huge standout compared to places like Chipotle and Qdoba.

The food was amazing!! My granddaughter ate a crunch wrap and that thing was huge!!! She absolutely loved it!

The food was fine. The drink machine had to serviced. So it was down for awhile. The tray they serve your meal on stuck to my fingers, so can't help wondering when was the last time it was washed.

The food was pretty good and I thought it was cool we got free chips and salsa with our meal. Yet I had food poisoning about 8 hours after eating here. Could be from something else I ate or touched, yet the dining area does need to be cleaned and the fan and wall above the salsa bar is very dusty and needs cleaning.

Gave me instant bowel issues, but it was good.

There are 2 locations near me. (Don't confuse the Moe's on Kirkwood Hwy with the Moe's on Brandywine Pkwy.) Brandywine Pkwy Moe's location is great! The food is always hot, fresh and from a friendly and fast staff. Their Moe's Monday deal is always handled properly too. As for Kirkwood Hwy Moe's location, none of the above. I have experienced both and am disappointed that they are not comparable to one another, in the least, in both service and quality. Maybe they'll improve at a later time, but I will drive further to give my business to the Brandywine Pkwy location for now. Keep it up Moe's on Brandywine Pkwy! Delicious as always!

Nice , salsa has too many onions, they are extremely strong, try using a sweet onion.. would go much better..

Comencemos con las ventajas: burrito de gran tamaño, nachos gratis y recambios de refrescos gratis. El burrito estaba completamente sin sabor, tuve uno con carne, guacamole, crema agria, tomate, etc., pero no pude sentir un solo ingrediente. Los nachos estaban bien, nada especial, ya que también eran bastante sin sabor. El lugar se ve bastante desolado ya que hay pocas mesas y grandes espacios vacíos, un ambiente muy pobre.

This was my first time eating here in 10 years, and I loved it!! This location was super clean and the staff was friendly and fun. The foot was delish (strongly suggest the chicken bacon quesadillas!).

Great employees and good food. The reason for 4 stars is oftentimes I come get a burrito and depending on the associate, it isn't wrapped right and falls apart when i get home. Other than that, everything is great.

Wow stopped at Moe's for a late lunch with family after the movies and found out kids up to 13 eat free - awesome! We ordered the Housewrecker burritos and a kids burrito with drinks and chips all for under $20. Burritos were great and the chips were crunchy and fresh. With unlimited drinks, we all left full.

Moe isn't a guy, it stands for "Musicians, Outlaws & Entertainers" which is a reflection of the company ownership that started out in music and got into the restaurant business. That being said, it's Tex Mex, people. Good stuff but not authentic Mexican food. Relaxed atmosphere with fresh ingredients. There are a variety of choices for kids and vegetarians as well.
