Moe's Southwest Grill in D'Iberville - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Didn't follow any of the directions. When asked to correct it they all stood there just staring. Order still wasn't correct and food was unappealing. Ended up throwing it all way. I will say this is probably the worst entire staff I have encountered in this area. Should have went to chick-fil-a where people are nice and helpful.

Need new staff, or better training. They don't have a clue.

Didn't know they closed at 9pm. I walked in at 8:40pm. That shouldn't havr mattered though. Employee was rude to the customer before us because that customer referenced them being out of things. They were "out" of chicken, steak, and queso. I wanted a stack with those three items so I couldn't order. I left without ordering.

Busy, but not packed with people. Easy to get in and out of. I recommend parking closer to the office store and walking instead of directly in front. Food is good, and service has been top notch.

Stopped in while in town for work. Hadn't been to a Moe's since 2017 before last week. The menu had since changed and I was a little disappointed that the quesadilla was no longer a menu item, but still found a good lunch item. The staff were surprisingly friendly, which is something I am not normally accustomed to. The overall atmosphere had been toned down a little over the years, but I guess just to broaden customer appeal.

They used to give good portions. Now you get scraps. I ordered the homewrecker steak bowl topped off with queso. Flavors were decent, but my meal sure wasnt worth the $15 i spent. Pretty sure this will be my last visit.

I did a doordash order, but they forgot to put queso in my bowl. I called, and they didn’t even apologize. Clearly said “call doordash”. When they made the bowl, NOT doordash.

Excellent experience at this Moe’s today. Warmly and genuinely greeted in to a clean store, well stocked. The guy serving was great, could tell he loved his job and working with people. He recommended the birria when I asked about it and it was so good! They even came by to check on me and how the food was. Great hospitality, beyond standard customer service. It was clear that the team worked well together.

This Moe's is always clean and staff is always friendly and efficient. Portion size and price are at a good ratio. I'm giving the food 4 stars only because I can't wrap my head around the fact they don't offer brown rice.

The food is not great and honestly tasted chemically. Service is nice and efficient. But the food is not good. No value for the $20 I soent.

Id give 0 stars if i could. Ordered online said it was done. Dove up there. Wasnt even started. Had to ask about it 2 times. Got it got out to my truck an its missing the protien. Go back in tell them an have to wait for them to cook it. Then they just add it to my cold soggy nachos.

Ordered veggie burrito but there was no corn or peppers. Just beans and rice.

Great food, plenty of flavor can be busy at times, but the crew keeps the line moving.

I usually go for Moe's Monday which is a discount on menu. Add ons like bacon, queso, exta meat will drive your total cost up quickly.

They are infested with roaches!! They are even crawling around the food you eat!!! The GM comes straight to work goes to bathroom for 30mins to and hr to get high in the bathroom and then nods out while standing there claims its because her “sugar levels” they use the same nasty mop and water to clean bathrooms and restaurant they never sweep the floors there is mold growing under tables cheese stuck on booths because it’s been there so long only good thing I can say is there food is good and prepped fresh daily but be aware there just might be a roach crawling around in that cheese your about to ask for or one that just came out of there oh yea and also if your gonna tip make sure it’s on a card cause the “GM” collects and counts the cash tips

Store hours at the door states that they close at 9 PM, their website online states that they close at 9 PM, but why do they say they are close when you arrive there at 8:20? Not a fan.

Need to clean up in between making orders

Ordered salad & asked for more lettuce on top & was told would cost extra!!! What really, chipotle doesn't charge extra. Plus all I had was lettuce, protien, rice & beans. NO cheese, sour cream or anything else that was offered but Im going to be charged for a little more lettuce!?????😞 Disappointed!

Went for dinner and explained that we had a gluten allergy. Everytime I get food to-go from this particular Moe's it's incorrect I've worked as a takeout specialist in many other restaurants and I know it can be difficult when orders come in around during a lunch rush, which is usually when I order since I work during the day, but there should be someone checking. There is a particular spot when placing online orders to specify who a meal is for and there are have been several instances where my coworker ate my meal because it was labeled wrong and they assumed it was theirs. I go to school in the afternoon so I'm not there to point out it's mine and I can't eat my coworkers meal due to dietary issues. Update: Me and my fiancée revisited this location and had a much different experience that the first time. When we ordered the young man taking the order had to ask us to repeat our order several times only seconds after us telling him. He was also very sloppy in how he got the ingredients, throwing bits of some ingredients into the bins off others. He stopped putting our orders together several times to talk to the other staff. The cashier was only half listening, which caused him to ring up the wrong order, so i asked to get the difference back for the over charge, but by the time he figured it out, our food was cold. When we did eat our food, non of the meat was seasoned. Positives from this trip though, the queso was pretty good and the managers were nice. Bumped my review from 5 stars to 3 based on this trip. Unfortunately both times that we have been to this location, we have felt rushed through the line and the cashier has felt distracted at the end. I ordered the Steak Homewreaker Burrito, with some chips and a drink. LET ME TELL YOU: that burrito was literally THE BEST BURRITO I've ever had in my life. Granted, they ask you what all you want on it. I wanted mine to imitate that which was advertised on their menu. However, I didn't want to overload it - instead, to keep things at a minimum. But it all looked so good!!! 😏 To the steak, I had added cilantro rice; a TINY amount of beans (You know why!!! 🤭😏); some sort of pre-mixed amount of diced tomatoes, onions, etc; guacamole; a thin layer of vinaigrette; and the juice from a slice of lime. To each his own, but that random combination of ingredients, along with the perfectly-cooked steak that the staff here at Moe's Southwest Grill prepared, created a plethora of awesomeness in my mouth that I haven't been able to experience here lately at food joints.
