Took my children here for an early lunch. We ordered a few different items. The nachos were big enough for my daughter and I to share and still had a half tray left(very tasty) My son ordered a Quesadilla and loved it. Youngest ordered soft taco kids meal. Drinks are self served and plenty to choose from. When there was no sprite or box to refill the staff offered him a bottle which was very nice. I would definitely return to this location again.

Over all I was not impressed. Food was not fresh at all. You could tell the rice had been sitting for a few hours as well as the adobo chicken. The chicken was rubbery and not enjoyable. I will say over all the place was clean. When I went it was slow and the 2 employees were cleaning and keeping it tidy. Being to different Moe’s locations I did have some decent expectations, but unfortunately, this place did not meet them.

The food is always good! The service and conditions are sometimes less than stellar!

Came here for Cinco de Moe's and the store was staffed by a bunch of grumpy older men who made us feel unwelcome after we were interested in the free promotional shirt after buying some queso and guac. First thing about this place is don't talk amongst yourselves in front of your customers in a foreign language, especially after you gave them a hard time about a corporate-sponsored event. Even if they didn't mean anything by it, I can't help but feel like I was being talked about behind my back, right in front of my face. We practically had to force them to give up the free shirt, which made me feel silly, but I should not have to explain myself when Cinco de Moe's is a nationwide promotion. This is not the first time this location has let me down, so at this point, I will definitely avoid and just go to Bear or Brandywine in the future. Also, their hours differ from the website/app hours.

I've always loved Moe's. Years ago when I first started going, it was staffed more like a Chik Fila. Enough people were working, and you'd get your food hot and fresh. The drinks, salsa's, and condiments would be stocked. The dining area would be clean. Moe's put a lot into remodeling their stores and changing their menus, and didn't invest in labor. Now I go in and 2 people are working out front and struggling to keep up. It is like this at every Moe's now, although way worse at other ones. You know why there are lines around the parking lot and out to the highway at the chic fila drive through and the dining room is always packed? You get your food quickly, and everything is clean and stocked because they are fully staffed. I wish these fast food corporations would stop being penny wise and dollar foolish about labor costs. I am afraid I have to be done with Moe's after falling in love with it all of those years ago. Since COVID it has been so disappointing. I just cannot justify spending this much money for the aggravation of not being able to fill my soda or find a clean place to sit and eat.

I stopped coming here more than a year ago because the service was depressing. Idk if they got a new manager or a pay raise, maybe both, but the service was fantastic! The inside is cute and the food is what you'd expect from Moe's. I will definitely stop in more often now that the service has improved.

Not the best place to go better off going to El Diablo poor workers food not the best and the skimp you on the food I had to disgard my food the lady started to put the lady in front of me stuff on my food so end result my food had juices from the lady befor me food bad place to go el Diablo would of remade it for there customers poor customer service

Cold, dried out foo. They were out of steak and out of pinto beans. Condiment station was messy. Overall a bad experience.

Never ordering here again. They're app is never in sync with product they're out of. You drive over there and that's when you're told they don't have what you ordered. How can a taco place run out of ground beef???

This review is not one I wanted to make. Prior to coming in for the first time, I was so excited to eat here and try their byrrito, my fav food. As my food was getting prepared, the tortilla broke and the worker had to get a new one, and I think this is where the fail came in. I sat down to eat my food but as I'm eating it, I started to taste ... mildew washcloth ... I took another bite to figure out what exactly it was, and couldn't place it, then my sister-in-law mentioned the whipping of the machine to warm the tortilla ... yuck ... so I went up to the workers and explain to children, cause that's what it felt like due to them not at all understanding 'mold washcloth taste", told them need to wash/clean your clothes and or throw them away, none of it was registering. Didn't offer a refund, New burrito, nothing, I ended up just asking for a bowl to put the rest of the inside of my burrito in so I can at least eat that. Didn't feel like arguing with these ppl. When I went to eat again, the remants of the old wash cloth taste lingered and I just decided not to NOT eat it. Enjoy the awesome music though. That's my first experience at Moe's. Terrible, gross, negligent and food safety hazards. Be safe eating here folks.

Loved how fast the staff responded when I walked in the door, Tyler was great. food was perfect and I love the new guac!! Also, love that the machine had LIME Coke! Thanks, Moes!

First time here, it was not bad but it was not good. Food was cold. Workers were lazy and did not care about anything. The soda machine did not even have half of the options and you tell the workers and they don't do anything about it. Would not recommend and I won't be going ever again.

Every time I go the steak is not done I have to wait and today due to the attitude of an employee they took out the raw meat and served it to me like this, it is totally unpleasant!

Went here with friends. Not my normal go to place. But depending on what you order, it pretty good. Still not on my top 5 list, but I would return.

Ordered online and when we got there the food was not ready and the place was empty. When we got home to enjoy the food everything was cold. Like our choice of proteins were taken from the refrigerator. We only live a short drive from this place and we ended up having to microwave everything which just made the food not as good. I used to eat here every now again. I think I will avoid this location from now on.

They work so hard in here it's amazing I ordered the bowl and let me tell you I had food for the next day as well amazing pricing and delicious filling food can't recommend more.

I'm going to start going to this, they know how to treat their customers, unlike the Kirkwood Hwy location whereas I was ripped off of 13.00 butluckily Door Dash refunded my money.

My first time trying Moe's (Bear location) was last Thursday. I got an adobo chicken bowl to go. When I got home and started consuming my bowl I bit into a raw piece of chicken. I separated all the chicken from the bowl to discover it was significantly undercooked. The flesh was raw and very pink. I sent an email to management about this situation and they were slow to respond. While they were very apologetic and gave me my money back, I do not intend on coming back. This incident really turned me off and has me concerned regarding food safety at that restaurant. I urge the store to ensure their food is properly cooked before selling it to customers. Moe's Southwest Grill is food poisoning waiting to happen. Watch out and be safe y'all!

I ordered online last night & swore I hit "Delivery", but I didn't and had to go pickup my order. It was now 9:03pm and closing time. I called & asked if I could still come retrieve my meal and they were very happy to wait for me. When I arrived, everyone was cleaning the restaurant thoroughly & packing up ingredients. I was kindly acknowledged & provided with my food which was as always PERFECT!

The cashier was handling food without gloves. I understand that she’s cashiering but if she putting chips in bags or touching people food she needs to wear gloves. This place really has declined

The first time I went. I had the quesadilla, chips, salsa, guacamole and queso, they were good and tasty.

Last time I ordered online. I get there to pickup and they have no queso, I ordered a bowl of queso. I ask for my money back because there is nothing else I want, and they say that I have to call these people and explain to get my money back... so they give me cookies and a drink instead. Next visit, shame on me for not checking my bag because they didn't even give me the queso at all without saying anything. I tried for salsa while grabbing my bags and all salsas are empty. And I tipped %25?!?!?! Learned my lesson

This establishment was un acceptable. I ordered a kids meal for my beautiful son and they charged me 10 dollars when it should’ve been 5. unacceptable 😡😡. The place was not clean and the fountain drink machine was not working.

Tried to give it a chance… downloaded the app and got a Moe’s Monday. Didn’t realize they charged 2.50 just for a little bit of queso but ok. When I ate it I noticed the beans were not cooked. Every bite I took I had to spit out a bean. It reminds me when we used to eat watermelons and spit out the seeds. Lastly, it didn’t feel like the friendly atmosphere I get at Qdoba or chipotle.

Too less chicken, too much rice in the burrito. Will be sticking to Qdoba.

Very clean restaurant at 8 PM on a Saturday night. The staff was excellent.

I placed an order online. I showed up when they said to and had to wait over an hour. For 3 burritos? I would’ve left but they already had my money. This is the 3rd problem in a row. I’m not coming back.

Ordered a bowl with brown rice and 3 tacos the bowl was made but no hard tacos available. This is the 2nd time I have been in this establishment and what I requested is not available. I'm done, won't go back.

I first rated this place with 5 stars one year ago, but I had it again today and I was pretty disappointed. The staff were still nice and quite quick like the year before, but the restaurant was pretty messy, not just behind the counter but by the drinks and salsa bar. The floor was really sticky as well. The food also was very mediocre, it was tasteless compared to when I had gone there a year ago. Overall, it was still palatable and not the worst moes I’ve ever seen, but I don’t know what happened since I last came.

Delicious food but I wonder what goes through their mind when filling an order. We order 2 cups (not sides) of queso and only received one thing of chips to go with it. We had more cheese than chips.

1.They need staff 2. Fountain drink area a mess. The only good thing was that the person who was not taking my order was smart enough to bring out the fresh no wilted lettuce.The server was going to serve me something that possibly could have made me sick. I would not dine in or eat from here again.

Chips were soggy, portions were small even after paying double, employees seemed... Very disinterested. Moe's was supposed to be a more expensive but better chipotle but it's work in every way.

Bear Moe's was superb,very authentic also very fresh. I told them I hadn't been to a Moe's since Miami beach.I was quite pleased and offered his menus to our Hotel for meal options. Two thumbs up.

Ordered pickup and ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes in the store for them to make the order well after the time it was supposed to be ready. When I got my families order home, the bowl I ordered was completely wrong. No meat and missing other ingredients. We used to come to moes and this was the last location we would order from. Unfortunately, Moes has lost our business going forward. It is more of a headache to eat at Moe's then it is worth.

your pico causes welts in your customer's mouths! please bring back regular tomatoes! They also don’t open at 11 they stare at you at the door, they do not get their stuff set up before they open. This place needs a HUGE turn around. I’m a regular here, I will not be returning.

This is just Taco Bell with lipstick on it. I wouldn't even feed this food to a dumpster. The "food" deserves to just be jettisoned out in the universe to be tested by aliens. I ordered a Crunchwrap variation/"Stack" and I am so upset I wasted my money on that travesty of a meal... overkill of beans and the bottom of the bowl it was served on had stale chips. Lastly, a pickup order should be just that.... a pickup.... I understand staff may be short but it would be great to be greeted by a worker to let me know that orders are taking a bit long. I would never patronize any Moe's ever.

so my boyfriend and i went to Moe`s on Tuesday it was my first time going and it was AWESOME! there is a sweet blonde girl that works there who served us, she was amazing and helped me out! she also made it so thick that when she was rolling the burrito it tore open a little so she doubled wrapped it with another tortilla for me. if you happen to see this im so sorry i cant remember your name but i was with the guy who said it should be name Moe`s ranch instead of chipotle ranch. we loved the food and thank you very much we will be back!

Walked in was given a welcome call. Then ignored for 5 minutes by person behind counter. Someone from the back came and said the where closing 2 hours early with nothing posted on the door or anything. Closed at a weird time too. 8:50. Who does that?

Ordered some food the other day man I was about to give this place a 1 star, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I went to the store and let me tell you I was angry. This gentleman named hamod calmed me down and he reassured he will fix the problem. He gave me another burrito, let me tell you that was the best burrito I've ever tasted in my life I was so happy almost teared up a little. I had to give a 5 star. Shout to hamod very good talker I'll tell you that.

Great portions, good pricing, good food.

Service has gone down a lot from what it used to be two years ago...very young kids in there working now and talking more to each other than making the food correctly..they forgot to give me part of my order luckily I hadn't left yet when they realized. Food tastes great still at least just the service needs to be worked on.

This is the second time I've eaten here and I was not impressed with the food. I had put an online order in and it was not ready until 10 minutes later. They did not put silverware or anything like that in the bag, which made it very difficult since we were eating outside. The food is always just mediocre, and really doesn't taste that fresh.

I used to work at Moe's many years in the past, not this one but still under the moe's franchise. Over the last decade it seems like it's really dropped in quality for sure. Didn't feel like Moe's was anything special after my visit. I used to think Moe's was leaps and bounds better than chipotle and now the difference is very small. To reference this Moe's overall the service was average, food average and restaurant quality average. Good but not great, just middle of the road. I believe Moe's just needs some TLC but haven't seen that in any of the Moe's I've visited in the last 5 years.

Typical food, clean location but not enough staff to effectively serve customers. No where near the speed of Chipotle in serving customers

UPDATE 9/23: went back here at 11:30am and the food was fresh and tasty - so going back up to 3 stars now ... I guess the lesson is go earlier in the day? Got a chicken bowl and veggie bowl with queso... the staff was cool, place was clean, portion size good but the most important thing, the food had no real taste and the rice was dry and chewy... I’d rather have a bowl from Taco Bell tbh... I really don’t get what’s special about this place... sticking with Chipotle and Qdoba going forward

I've only been here once, the food was really good, however it was not clean, the floors seemed like they hadn't been swept/mopped in weeks. Greasy/slippery at some parts of the floor, and sticky in others. Kinda gross. If they clean up I will be back, no complaints on the food or service though.

Excellent service. The manager took it upon himself to make a new order from scratch when he found out they left mine on the grill for a little too long. They could’ve given me an overcooked order but instead he went above and beyond to remake it and compensate me for the wait.

I ordered on family dinner at 4:30PM for curbside pickup at 5:30. My son arrived for pickp at 5:30 dinner was not ready. They kept saying it would be ready soon. AT 6:30 an hour late he received our order. The order was missing our black beans and pico de gallo (my favorite topping) Every other tortilla chip was hard and very stale. Terrible

Omg! 🙃🤪😋 . I haven't tried Q'doba yet but I would say this is the top tier for fast food ( Mexican style ) takeout. This store in particular has a great staff and management. They were very helpful as a first time'er in a Moe's

Welcome to Moe's!! Getting greeted at the door makes you feel welcome. Moe is/was a smart man. I go here often. Food and service are good enough that I ignore the trash cans being overflown (at times), salsa out, or tables crumby. Really for the last one people should do a better job of cleaning up after themselves.

It's a normal moes 🤷🏾‍♂️ No one said welcome to Moe's when we came in, and there was an employee sleep in the dining area. I think he was off or something but it still looked crazy. Food was what you expect though.

My husband & I had a few errand to runs so we decided to stop here to grab lunch to have at home. I had the Joe Quesadilla & it was good. My husband had the rice bowl & it was also good. I would return for the food & give that 4 stars but the service needs HUGE improvement which is why I'm rating my review . The lady at the first station who was a shift manager was a little rude. She also didn't fill my husband's rice bowl enough as he's eaten at other Moe's locations getting the same thing & the bowl was filled. The employees after her were nice. The cashier didn't seem too bright as he forgot to give my husband his change as well as letting a huge container of water overflow. The service was EXTREMELY slow. Finally the register has a gas can with an opening cut out for "tips for gas." Totally unacceptable.

It's American Mexican food. The meats are always dry but it's cheap.

This is a chain restaurant. Food was just ok, nothing to special. The service was just fair. Not personal touch to the service. The food price is high for this kind of food. Worth a try. The service was fast. There is a station that has six different kinds of salsas from mild to hot. They are worth trying them all...
