The BUMBLEBERRY CRUMB pie is one of the best pies I have ever eaten. The crumb has a hint of cinnamon I think. It's bliss. The APPLE CRUMB was really delicious with Cinnamon ice cream, and the STRAWBERRY RHUBARB was wonderful too. Their pie is, by far, my favorite in the area. And all three are some of my all-time favorites. We took home some individual Chicken Pot Pies that were frozen to bake at home. They were amazing! Yum. I am gonna make the drive out just for those. And their APPLE CIDER is my favorite in the area. This place is a little oasis away from the crowds. There is a beautiful garden to experience! What a treat. The whole visit did my soul so much good. I can't wait to return. Speaking of nourishing your soul...the drive there is really special if you are a nature lover. There are gorgeous mountain views, cows, horses and even a camel farm! We saw and heard lots of Red-Tailed Hawks. So if you like that kind of thing, and you eat their delicious pie and wander their garden...you might feel like you are in Heaven. Thank you so much.

Small mom-and-pop bakery with some of the best pies ever. The bumbleberry pie is to die for it is a mix of blueberry blackberry raspberry and Apple so yummy

Delicious pie and equally as delicious ice cream. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to stop if you want...pie and ice cream.

Not busy which makes it a good alternative to other overly busy pie shops in downtown Julian. Fresh with a wide selection of pies. Easy on / off highway, and plenty of parking.

The apple dumplings are to die for!

You have to get the savory flaky moist sausage and apple empanada. They also have spinach and artichoke! I will try this next time. By the way their pies are top notch! Apple cherry crumble is my fav.

The hard truth is, all of our pie places make great pie, we know bc we are locals. But the Mom's in Wynola is their actual bakery, and the crowds can be a lot more manageable here than "up" in Julian. Anyway, we stopped in with some friends recently when it was very busy and they were all pro and very nice to everyone. Are pie there again today. Wicked pie.

First time getting Julian pie and we left Julian to do it! The crumbly crust was fantastic and the pie was sweet and delicious. My favorite part (and new favorite thing) is the cinnamon ice cream! Friendly staff, no wait, clean. If you're riding, the parking lot is loose gravel so be careful. Otherwise, fantastic!

Pie/ice cream only, okay but expensive.

Had hot chocolate and cherry pie. Maybe my expectations were too high. The pie was watery and didn't have good flavor, just the cherries were super bitter. The crust was mushy on the bottom as well. The hot chocolate wasn't hot enough, so the chocolate shaving just became like a jelly substance, and the wipcream was not thay great either. Needless to say, we won't return. The staff was great though. The tables were super small and short my husband didn't fit at the table lol

Always great pies! Fresh and ready. You can have a slice with ice cream or get a whole pie to take back home.

The same as Julian without the long lines, most go to Julian for the experience but this one is just as great.

If there is a long line up at the towns pie shop, stop by here on your way out of Julian. A must for good pies

Cute place super busy, the line was out the door, and for good reason, apple pie was delicious!

The staff were so friendly and just very accommodating. The pie were so beautiful so we got lots to bring to our families since we live in San Diego main and Julian is once in a while trip. We enjoyed the picture taking outside the place and the indoors so neat even outdoors where people dine there too. The restrooms are so neat too. We enjoyed taking pictures by the windmill and small barn like.

Love this pie shop. They make some of the best pies in Julian! It's also a really good cafe and they sell really good hot apple cider. Also, you can eat pie by the slice there.

We decided to try this location instead of the one on Main Street and there was no wait and the pies were still delicious. The store was cute and I recommend stopping here if you don’t want to wait in a long line.

This is great! A place to get authentic Julian pie without the lines and wait. Love mom’s it is the best caramel apple crumble pie! Make sure to get the cinnamon ice cream on the side and sharp cheese if you dare! Cheddar acts like a palette reset.

This is such a cute little place-always friendly help, clean and well staffed. This year I ordered on line for pick up the day before Thanksgiving. I arrived about an hour early. No line and my pies were ready to go. Well worth the drive to skip the Hassel and get the best pies around.

I used to live in San Diego and we would visit Mom's Pies a lot because the Pies are simply delish now I live in the Central Valley it is kinda far to visit SD however recently I visited SD. To attend a much-anticipated concert 🎫 that the last minute was canceled yes we were upset because it was canceled we decided to visit our favorite place in Julian Got some of the best pies ever so you see our trip was not ruined we love those pies and are getting ready to order some for the holidays thank you Moms Pies for this awesome family tradition that your company started for us you guys/girls are wonderful do have a wonderful and safe holiday season Best regards The Romero family

Lovely stop, delicious pie options with other surprises/treats, nice indoor seating, great outdoor seating. Totally worth a stop and it's a fun atmosphere if you're in Julien and overwhelmed by people, just a bit more relaxed and you can sit in a beautiful garden area

My family and I love Mom's Pie, specially in Fall and Winter time. They have the best pie and apple cider.

The pies are overpriced but good, nothing special but make a nice gift. The cashier was friendly. We were thirsty from being out in the sun; it was nice to see them selling cold bottled water for $1.

Apple pie was great. Didn't have any chocolate covered caramel apples. Inside of store smelled like a barn with animals. Service was great.

Welcoming and much calmer than the spot in Julian. Pies were fantastic as always and the setting was tranquil despite location next to the road.
