Working with Ethan was the best part of planning for Olivia and Joey‘s wedding reception. Ethan is very easy to work with, he communicates well and his follow-through is spot on. We had the very best time with Ethan and the crew serving up the delicious passed appetizers, fresh and flavorful salads along with so many fabulous Mountain Crust pizza selections. The food is made with high quality locally sourced ingredients and the presentation was on point. We appreciated the added bonus of gluten-free, nut free and vegan offerings for some of our guests. Our family and friends had the best time! We received multiple compliments on how awesome Ethan and his crew were. If you want to simply be a guest at your event, hire Ethan and enjoy the fun!

A lot of big decisions helped make our wedding day special but perhaps working with Mountain Crust as our caterer was one of the best decisions yet. The guys at Mountain Crust are not there just to serve food to you and your guests - they are actively a part of the party, dancing behind the counter and with your guests and letting you as the couple serve food with them to your guests all the while having the most positive vibes doing so. Not to mention the food is actually of the highest quality having been made in their oven literally on the spot. Say no to generic wedding foods and yes to fresh pizza and apps lol! Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about Mountain Crust. I'll just finish by mentioning their gorgeous venue that they have built also. Mountain Crust has my HEART! Not only did I use MC for our wedding caterer, my brother and several of my friends have too! They never fail to disappoint. Best pizza we've ever had, and the apps are incredible too. Ethan's communication and help throughout the planning process was fantastic, and the entire staff always has such high and fun energy. They sent us home with 8 boxes of leftover pizza too! Book them, book them, book them.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Ryan and his team truly went above and beyond for our 170 person wedding. They showed up early and handled everything—from setting up tables and chairs to arranging the bar and ceremony space, and every little detail in between. They served all our guests quickly and smoothly, with no long lines, and kept the party going all night long. Plus, the pizza, appetizers, and desserts were absolutely amazing. Our guests are still talking about the food! Ryan also helped us finalize our timeline and drink quantities, even bringing their own ingredients for our specialty cocktails. Hire them. When my family, who flew from all parts of the United States to celebrate my husband and I, speaks of our wedding, they mention Scooter and Mountain Crust first. They say things like, “Your wedding day was so wonderful! The pizza truck was so great!” And they actually like me a lot, so for this to be the comment they prioritize is saying a lot. Scooter fed me. You may be thinking “duh, you hired them to cater your event.” But what I mean is that this kind soul of a human being found me while I was getting my dress bustled, insisted that I eat, and placed food into my mouth like I was a Greek goddess. He brought our guests pizza on the dance floor. The team sent my husband to our after party with extra pizza. I am not exaggerating when I say that our wedding would not have been the same without Mountain Crust. Additionally, and importantly, the pizza is delicious. If you are between caterers, don’t be, pick Mountain Crust.

The BEST catering company!!! The staff is so attentive, lively, and friendly. Not only did they serve some of the best pizza we've ever had, but really brought so much positive energy to our wedding. Looking for a catering company for your wedding, look no further than Mountain Crust! My husband and I decided to go with Mountain Crust for our wedding after seeing all of the 5 star reviews. By far it ended up being one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! They were so responsive during the whole planning process and the team was so fun to work with! Specifically, wanted to shout out to Ethan who was so personable and brought the fun to the catering experience! Also, our wedding happened to occur during an unprecedented heat wave and the team were troopers and did not have it impact their work at all! Outside of the amazing people, the pizza is delicious and they have so many different flavor combinations. It was so great that guests could be assured to find something they would like! Weeks later we are still being told that, although a pizza truck is a little out of the box, guests loved the food and thought it was an excellent decision. Also, it's just so perfect for Colorado. Can't recommend them enough!

They went above and beyond to make sure that all guests had as much food as they wanted, coming up to tables with unique and delicious pizza creations as well as having an ample selection in front of the truck. Ryan even came out after the ceremony to bring us water before we took all of the photos we had taken during cocktail hour. The team is so personable and upbeat and brought an infectious energy. The food comes out so quickly and there was plenty of late night pizzas to go including two that were put in our getaway car. We were absolutely thrilled and cannot thank them enough. All of our (~170) guests got firsts, seconds, and even thirds and definitely did not leave the evening hungry. To top it off, the Mountain Crust crew was on the dance floor with us at the end of the night with fresh, hot pizzas! Ethan even sent some with our party bus for our after party. Ethan and Mtn Crust knocked it out of the park for our June 2024 wedding at blanc. Food is amazing, staff is fun, absolutely zero complaints. Ethan always made sure my husband and I always had food and a drink in our hands and had an amazing energy that just radiated through the whole team. He even delivered pizza to the dance floor! We had an amazing time partying with the Mountain Crust Crew that catered our wedding! Ethan was very responsive and so easy to work with while getting everything sorted for the big day! We were a little nervous about not doing a tasting beforehand, but we had absolutely nothing to worry about! The appetizers, salad, pizza, and cookies were absolutely delicious! We were wedding guests at Mountain Crust and were so impressed with everything from the beautifully landscaped garden, peaceful mountain views, amazing food and overall fun vibes. Plenty of space to dance under the stars or mingle with friends on the lawn. My husband and I both worked in the service industry and have worked weddings so are particularly critical knowing both sides of these events. We were blown away by the amazing attentive staff and owner who made sure everyone was happy, fed, and having a good time. You could tell they take service seriously and obviously treat their staff well too because they genuinely appeared to be enjoying themselves too! Of particular note, my husband and I both don’t drink alcohol and were prepared to drink boring seltzer water. We were pleasantly surprised by the many high quality non-alcoholic options (beer, wine, and Prosecco!) that were proudly displayed on the bar so we didn’t have to go out of our way to ask for something NA and this was such a treat. Thank you for allowing us sober people a fun way to be included in the celebratory atmosphere with drinks in our hand, it means so much! Can’t say enough good things, book this place.

They are much more professional than some other food truck options (I feel rude even comparing them to food trucks because they are so much more than that...they are are super helpful with set up and breakdown, etc.) and as a planner, I can always rely on them. We love Mountain Crust Catering!! They were fun in so many ways. We had them for our daughter's wedding. Our guest loved the fact that they could get the type of pizza they wanted. The employees were outgoing and fun. Our guest loved that they could go back for more and more pizza when they wanted. It wasn't like your normal wedding. The truck stayed open until we ate all the pizza we paid for. The salads were good. They helped clean up the wedding venue too. Disser was great to work with. Would use again!!!!!

Catering our wedding with Mountain Crust was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We worked with Kath during the planning stages, and Disser was our main contact on the wedding day. They both, along with the rest of the Mountain Crust crew, were so kind, reliable, professional, and so much fun. They helped us design a menu that was perfect, unique, and fun! They accommodated every dietary consideration our guests had. The appetizers, pizzas, salad, and desserts were all so tasty, and there was such a variety that all of our guests were satisfied. We could’ve very easily not eaten had it not been for the attention and care from the MC team. We even had unexpected weather; it snowed and was cold, and that didn’t affect food quality at all. Mountain Crust is just top notch. I knew they were gonna be good, but they made our wedding next level. I need to start by just saying thank you. Our wedding day moved so quickly, but what we and our guests keep coming back to is how absolutely blown away we/they were by Mountain Crust, Ryan and his team. When looking for catering for our wedding, we knew we didn’t want the typical “wedding food”: chicken, steak, fish, or bbq. We wanted something fun and different. We threw around the idea of a food truck for a while but never really falling in love with many of the options we explored… that’s when our venue posted about Mountain Crust for another wedding they were hosting and I INSTANTLY knew I needed PIZZA. From the moment I started talking with Mountain Crust, they were extremely transparent about what they offered, they responded quickly, but most of all they never once made it feel like it was a business deal. I worked with Kath quite a bit at the beginning to understand who they were and what they offered. She was willing and excited to answer all of our questions, especially the ones about having family that questioned having pizza at a wedding, and not only that but having it served out of a food truck… to that she put it simply- “they’re a catering company that just just so happens to work out of a food truck”. That stuck. Once our date got closer, we began working with Ryan who is one of the most energetic people you will ever meet, I mean that in the best way! From the moment he first emailed me it felt like I was talking with a friend. He gave us the lowdown of the process, he needed a little bit more information on our choices and then we were rockin’ n rollin’!!! I (Sam the bride) pulled up to the venue when Ryan was beginning to set up and with the biggest smile on his face he asked if I was Sam (not sure if it was the white dress that gave it away) and pulled me in for a hug excited about the day and what he was providing us. From that moment I knew it was more than just pizza he was providing, it was an experience and memories. Every chance he was grooving with his team and you could tell each of them were just as happy to be there and it shows in the quality of food we had. It was INCREDIBLE (this is also coming from a girl who grew up eating Chicago pizza). The best pizza I’ve had in CO since moving here almost 8 years ago and it’s hard finding good quality pizza. After our ceremony we did a “take 10” where it was just us two and Ryan came in making sure we had appetizers to our selves and boy oh boy were they AMAZING. We had the lamb meatballs and lettuce cups. WOW. I have never met someone more passionate about what he does. Ryan truly made our day something special and left us feeling like we’d known him forever. If you’re looking for more than just a catering company and looking to serve TOP QUALITY FOOD and vibes. Just know that you won’t get that experience from someone serving boiled chicken and mash potatoes… Ryan and his team are absolutely going to bring your event to the next level!

We went with Mountain Crust after our initial caterer put us on the schedule for the wrong day for our wedding (that's a story for a different time). They were a blind hire but since they were recommended by our venue we thought what option to do we have....what a blessing in disguise that our original vendor dropped out. Mountain Crust was FANTASTIC. First of all just about everyone at the wedding commented on how amazing the staff was; one girl even remembered names and favorite pizza slices of one of our guests). If their crew leader Scooter ran for President I'm pretty sure everyone from my wedding would vote for him-he is a legend from our wedding. Secondly but just as importantly, the food was AMAZING, I would call it upscale Pizza. Mountain Crust is fine dining of the Pizza world. I recommend them highly! We had such a wonderful experience working with Mountain Crust and their team. From the first interaction with them they were easy to work with, incredibly thorough and accommodating. HIRE MOUNTAIN CRUST!!! Kai and the whole staff was incredible! Will helped my husband and I with making our pizzas. I will note that we probably didn't ask to make pizzas at the best time haha. It was right after the head table was called for food and then the rest of the tables were starting to be called one by one.....so the team was busy! But without skipping a beat, Kai gave me his apron and Will gave his to my husband. Will talked us through each step and helped us make incredible pizzas. Leading up to the wedding, Kath was our go-to person for all the planning and details. It’s truly impossible to put into words how AMAZING Mountain Crust is. We had been at a couple of wedding with MC. When we decided to get married at a family ranch we knew we had to have Mountain Crust! We reached out and by the grace of God they had an opening for our August date. Working with Ethan was an absolute pleasure! He was so professional and positive and made the wedding planning process so simple. He was able to get us Big Red for our truck rather than a trailer, we were totally surprised on the day of the wedding and It fit in so well at the ranch! The whole MC crew was the life of the party! Much more than just a pizza food truck. Mountain Crust had an entire staff of friendly people that took care of setup/clean-up as well as provided appetizers at our wedding. The service and assistance was great and the pizza was all-world. A "must have" at your wedding/event!

Mountain Crust catered our wedding back in September and I'm still hearing comments from friends and family how good our food was!! The seasonal appetizer of beef wellington bites were SO good as well as the spinach gnudis. The MC team is fully ontop of everything from setup, cleanup, bartending, partying on the dance floor and everything in between. I will always remember getting ready to walk down the aisle and Ryan pops in with a slice of pizza for me to wolf down to make sure I had something beforehand. We had booked Mountain Crust before even trying them because my gut told me they were the move, and they 10000% were! Now I just need my company to host an event in their space! :)

We hired Mountain Crust Pizza for our wedding, and they blew the lid off of our reception. The pizza was popping, and the pizza-makers and servers were out of this world. We were told that "Mountain Crust Pizza is a lot of fun," but we weren't prepared for how much fun Scooter and co. brought (i.e., dancing while serving pies on the dance floor?!?!?). We would work with Mountain Crust again in a minute, and we couldn't recommend them more for their delicious food, incredible energy, and kindness (they seriously gifted us a wood brick oven pizza paddle). When your guests can't stop talking about the food and the service crew (by name), you know it's excellent. P.S.—The MTN Crust crew was very accommodating of guests with dietary needs—vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, allergies!

Omg where to even begin. If you’re dreaming of having the most fun of your life while also eating mouthwatering pizza and tasty bites, BOOK THEM NOW! The woodfire pizza was so fresh, everything was amazing. Everyone was also freaking out about the seasonal fall lettuce cup! The staff is so cute, such amazing energy. Truly the best vibes!! We had so many guests mentioning how funny and fun the staff was! Kath even remembered to find my mom on the dance floor with a personal pizza just for her! We can’t say enough amazing things about Mountain Crust. Hiring them was probably the best wedding decision we made, they made the night extra special and magical. Being a queer couple, it was very important to us to find wedding vendors that represented us and that are part of our community, and we felt very supported and safe with Mountain Crust <3

We had the most amazing experience using MC for our wedding!! They reallllyyyyy have the best and most energetic crew! From the first communications with them, about a year out from our wedding, to the wedding day itself, they were absolutely amazing. We worked closely with Ethan, and he really made sure we were taken care of through out the whole process. He was super speedy in answering any/all of our questions over email leading up to the wedding, but was also just really great the day of as well. He frequently checked in on us, brought us drinks, chatted us up, and even made us our own little personal pizza before actual dinner was served cause we were starved (you really put eating on the back burner during your wedding day!) Aside from all of that, their pizza is also just AMAZING! We had so many compliments from our guests saying this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We seriously can not recommend them enough!!

Mountain Crust truly took our wedding day up a notch! We had multiple guests rave about how delicious the pizza was, as well as how relieved they were to not be eating the "basic chicken or salmon" that plague most weddings. Ethan was super great to work with - accommodating our many questions with infectious optimism. I'll be dreaming about the bacon-wrapped dates (that were stuffed to the brim with goat cheese) and mini beef wellingtons for years to come, and am SO glad we worked with this caterer! 10/10.

Ryan and his crew at Mountain Crust were the perfect fit for our wedding! You’re not just getting pizza when you bring them on, it’s a full service experience from set up, serving, clean up, and great energy. We had the charcuterie board, two passed apps, salad and pizza, and everything was so masterfully executed. Ryan was so fun, as was the rest of the staff. He even passed out apps on rollerblades!!! It was such a welcomed surprise since we were married on a skate ramp! All the guests were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food, the service, and were told by many in attendance that this was, “not your average pizza, it was magical” and that the truck they served out of was beautiful! They were very accommodating of guests with food allergies and produced pizzas for every taste and dietary needs which was very thoughtful and appreciated. I'm still blown away by how obsessed I am with Mountain Crust. They were beyond incredible. We are so grateful to have used them as caterers/bartenders for our backyard wedding. The pizza and drinks were 11/10! The crew was fun, kind, organized, professional, efficient, and all around rockstars. The whole day ran smoothly because of their hard work and love! Mountain Crust felt like they became apart of our community. Our guests loved the food & vibes, and most importantly, it felt like the team was genuinely happy for our love story. As a lesbian couple, it was so important to us to find vendors that were LGBTQ+ friendly, and Mountain Crust was safe and fun to work with start to finish. I can't recommend them enough. It’s impossible to express just how great Mountain Crust is. They catered our Denver park wedding and every detail was perfect—the food was amazing and FUN and they kept things so smooth, every guest was impressed and happy (we got so many compliments), they said “yes” to every possible request we had for them (they went above and beyond when we asked for a pork-free menu and found amazing substitutes), and, not least of all, they just made sure we never had to worry about them. Since the moment we first reached out they were 11 out of 10 helpful from securing our date to planning our menu to making adjustments all along the way. Let me sing some serious praise right now. We could not have asked for a better experience with Mountain Crust as our wedding recpetion caterer. Our guests LOVED the food - we had two wonderful appetizers, gourmet pizza (obviously), and freakin wood-fired smore's for dessert! My dream come true. So many compliments from friends about how delicious everything was, and some extra special kudos from our gluten free guests who got their own personal pizzas with toppings of their choice. The Mountain Crust staff set up all our tables and chairs at the venue, which was massively helpful, and checked in multiple times to assist with whatever else they could before the party ever got started. Special shoutout to their team leader Kath - she went out of her way to find us (bride and groom) wherever we were, and kept us well fed throughout the night; even with all the shuffling around and activites to accomplish, we didn't miss a single bite of anything. Bonus -- her dance moves are siiiick! And to top it all off, Mountain Crust gave us our own pizza paddle to keep as a special momento of the day. It was a dream come true to have Mountain Crust cater our wedding on July 15, 2023. They really are the coolest, most kind and fun vendors ever and the amazing food they provided is just the cherry on top! They had an amazing and tasty variety of pizzas constantly out for guests to pick from along with the beautiful salad and charcuterie board. Everyone was so happy with it all. Where to start?! We hired Mountain Crust Catering for our Denver wedding at the end of August 2023. They were the exact vibe we were looking for - FUN, unique, and delicious. Thinking mountain crust is just a pizza truck?? Think again, they are the best caters we could have gotten for our wedding! Everything was perfect. Scooter was our manager for the day, and he went above and beyond for us! We got the venue a little early before our ceremony, he got us pizza! It was so nice to have a snack before the most important walk of my life. We asked them to have a few specific pizzas ready for dinner and they delivered! We had such a good time partying with them all night. Come 9:30pm everyone was dancing away, Scooter and the Team joined us for some pizza on the dance floor. Honestly one of my favorite parts of the night! Our guests raved about everything mountain crust did. The Apps were amazing, the salad (my mom is still talking about it almost a month later), and the pizza!! Everyone was impressed with how fast we got our guest served (we had nearly 200 people).
