MQT Nutrition catered our wedding and the meal was amazing. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed working with them. We highly recommend them for special event meals and will gladly ask them to cater for us in the future.

Have tried a few meals, cookies, and the carot cake. All very good, and handy for trying to control my caloric intake. Had an issue with an order and they made it right :) Will continue shopping! Can’t wait to see what they come up with next. Nice staff every visit.

I just experienced the shrimp dinner, very good! Only complaint is that I wish this company was closer to L'Anse! : )

Awesome place for smoothies, pancakes etc. Was impressed by the quality of the food and the ingredients they use. Staff was also very friendly. My only advice would be to consider using more reusable or compostable containers, cups etc. My wife and I each had their pancakes and a smoothie and the amount of plastic waste from just that was kind of a shame. That aside everything was fantastic though!

All I can say is I love each and every employee at Mqt Nutrition, plus I love the food and smoothies. I am gluten-dairy free, so if I want any quick food, this is one of the few places I can go. My only wish is they were open 7 days per week! 💙🌼

I have Crohn's disease, and am currently experiencing a flare. This means that most food is extremely painful to eat, and I really can't have fruits or veggies unless they're blended well. I thought I would stop in just to see if there was anything that I may be able to tolerate. I let the employees know about my situation, and they were able to provide me with a list of many options that I could try out. I got the butterfinger smoothie, and I could not be more grateful! This is one of the most delicious smoothies I have ever tried, and the fact that it's super filling, and not unhealthy is a complete game changer. Thank you, MQT Nutrition! I will be back for so many more of these, and to try all the other delicious sounding options!

I really enjoy shopping at MQT nutrition. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable about all their products. They also make great recommendations if you are new to pre-work out, supplements, or different types protein.

Great smoothies. Love the meal options. Great food for good prices. Was told that they try to do organic food in their meals, but sometimes they can't due to cost of certain items. Still a healthy choice.

They do a nice job of offering fresh, clean juices and smoothies and their new cleanse options are nice and convenient.

This place is amazing. The meal prepped option are so good. And the blue juice is a must grab. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Hooked me up with free samples of some of the stuff I was interested in.

Brittany from MQT came highly recommended by the owner of the Union Station Depot. We rented the Depot for our wedding and hired Brittany and the MQT staff to cater a private dinner for just the two of us. They were so professional, friendly, and paid attention to every detail. Our dinner was unbelievable. The best stuffed mushrooms we have ever had, the scallops were cooked to perfection, and the best cut and preparation of a filet we have tasted. Our steak melted in our mouth how tender it was. We can’t thank them enough for topping off the perfect wedding day with an exquisite dinner!

Staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. Food is portioned out, tastes amazing and is healthy. Smoothies and bowls are great, love their fresh juice options. Awesome place. Highly recommended.

GNC closed forcing to find a new home for health, Found it! Staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. More then I anticipated! Wish they had extended hours during the week but, opem Saturdays. If they don't have what you need, they will order it for you! ❤❤❤
