The best authentic Mexican food here in Seattle! The service was great and portions were huge, definitely recommend the shrimp ceviche, the fajita quesadilla and the carne asada! My husband and I dined there and they were so nice they even gave us cherries to take home in a bag which I thought was so sweet! We will definitely be returning to try other things on the menu!

This is one of the last authentic Mexican restaurants in the area! The owners are super nice and the place is very intimate. I come here quiet a bit when I’m in the area and the food is consistently amazing and their happy hour could be one of the best deals in town! I also try and practice my broken Spanish with the owner and she’s very friendly! 10/10

My partner and I came here several years ago and it was a pleasant experience. However, we just stopped in again for dinner, and they have improved beyond our wildest dreams! I had the steak chicana and my partner had the steak fajita. The chicana was moist and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. And the fajita - I have had A LOT of Mexican food in my life, but these were hands down the best fajitas I've ever had. Ever. Eat here, die happy.

Pick up order what's wrong. Beef tasted incredibly vinegary almost to the point that it was intolerable.

First timer-popped in to quickly grab a bean and cheese burrito for my 9 year old. My usual place sells a kids bean and cheese for $6. This place charged me double! Seems like a simple kids bean and cheese burrito should not cost $12. Felt like the cashier saw we were in rush, and took advantage charged us for a full burrito with the works. Won't go back there. Plenty of family owned Mexican restaurants to visit!

Fantastic meals served by an attentive staff.

Had my husband pick up the order. He gave them the name and they still don’t know what the order was . He had to tell them what the order had. Wasn’t ready even tho I asked for 630 pick up and I ordered one hour prior. Anyway the food was not ok we found a blue hair or string or something in the rice . Then the tortillas were all stuck together and broken ! The steak was not carne Asada or skirt steak like it says it is. We payed 80 plus and it’s very disappointing because we don’t eat out much so I guess I won’t be trying any other food from here or I wouldn’t recommend. I feel bad for not cooking for my family today. The kids did like the chicken taquitos tho but not enough for me to come back. Called the restaurant to informed them about this. Dint get offered a refund but that’s ok ! Good to know not to waste our money here again.

Really enjoyed Mr, I mean SEÑOR, Villa. Food seems to somehow keep getting better. Loved the nachos and mole enchiladas. Margaritas were perfect. They have an awesome happy hour from 3:00 to 5:00 as well!

A group of us want there and we all enjoyed our meals and we expect to go back again in a month or so.

I eat or order from here close to weekly. Some of the best food I've ever had. There is nothing on the menu I wouldnt reccomend. I often take a tub of salsa home to go. Authentic taste. Great environment. Friendly staff. And drinks are superb!

The best Mexican food is here!!

The food is great, but unfortunately the last two times we have ordered take out, it’s been given to a different customer, so we have to wait for them to remake our food. And then the order both times has still been missing things, which we don’t see until we open everything up, so we have to go back to the restaurant to get the missing items.

Our new favorite place. The queso is amazing, and my husband loves the molé (he considers himself a molé expert). Bathrooms are clean and staff is friendly. The only issue is that there's always a lot of sun in the dining room at sunset. They have shades, but they're not perfect

I just placed an order by Uber . I ordered a carne asada, they didn't give me tortillas. and I ordered an order of tamale plates for my protein I asked for pork and they gave me one of pork and one of cheese. but I clearly said in the note. no cheese please. what kind of people work there that don't pay attention to their work

Great steak plate with shrimp and mushrooms! Super filling and especially delicious packed with hot sauce in their warm corn tortillas. Very friendly patient staff too. Just a cozy neighborhood eat with a good happy hour too :)

I had some fish tacos, I liked them, they had the right seasoning and were fresh. And I always enjoyed their'Agua de Jamaica' I will be back for more.

Great friendly service, with plenty of parking in rear of building, making it an easy stop along the usually busy Lake City Way. Have a Margarita while you're there, you won't regret it!😉

This place really change its ways after new management, sadly it took me a while to come back but it was well worth the wait. Excellent authentic Mexican cuisine and a beautiful experience with the staff.

Such a delightful cozy place! The Fajitas are delicious! The staff are efficient and so friendly. Such a great vibe all around. The prices are fair and the selection is wide. Get out here on date night!!

This has been one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in North Seattle for many years now. We would dine in pre covid and get delivery during. The thing that stands out to me the most about this restaurant is how consistent the quality is. They never have a bad night. The prices are very reasonable also. The beef fajitas are so good but my personal favorite is the Chile Verde. If you've never eaten here I suggest you try it. I promise you'll be back for more, just like me.

Always pretty good. They’re fast. Ordering prices are inconsistent whether you order from the app or in person or on the phone, but only by a few bucks. I usually get the mole, pretty good.

Great value, quick service ,and wonderful cooking. I'm a fajita kinda dude and when I saw that in their menu it was already decided, had to have it. Within 8 minutes I had a freshly cooked meal in front of me and it was amazing. Coming from Indio, California I've had a lot of Mexican food and this contends with the cooking down there. The meat, Incredible. The veggies, top notch. And then there's Rey. They're not just a great host but just a cool dude to talk to when you're bored and dining alone. Definitely will be going back.

We've been eating at Villa for many years. It's changed names (and I assume ownership) several times, and this is our favorite iteration yet. The food is still fresh and well prepared (vegetables in the veggie burrito!), and the service is still attentive and welcoming. But the decor is brighter, and the margaritas are better (no sour mix). They seem to have a pretty extensive Mexican beer selection too.

A friend and I went to a late dinner. I had two chicken enchiladas with crema sauce... fabulous! Rice and beans also had lots of flavor. Service was great.

The taco salad is so good. I got the steak and it was seared beautifully. The staff remembered us the next time and were very friendly. The burrito with cotija cheese was yummy! I can't wait to order it again. 🤤

Great place for Mexican in Lake City!

The mole here is intense and very flavorful. All of the sauces are homemade. Even their Verde sauce is made from fresh tomatillos.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Seattle. It seems hard to find comforting and tasty Mexican restaurants here, but this is the one for me. I miss coming here before Covid. But every lunch and dinner date were memorable. Always sat at the same table, lots and lots of fresh chips and salsa, with huge plates for the meals leaving enough for leftovers. They always get the orders exactly right. If you have room, the churros are good too.

First of all let me start by saying how happy and impressed I am that they actually read my Uber eats order they gave me all of my sides individually they put no ice in my beverage like I asked completely amazing food presentation was great everything is super fresh my avocado is green like it should be everything was amazing this location is easy to find there is parking in the back the staff is friendly I even called ahead of time to answer my questions about ordering ahead of time I have been to this location several times before in the past but kudos for actually Reading my order and my special request I am so impressed

Local lake city restaurant. They have excellent ratings on their door. They are local family owned, Ok for parking , decent sitting open area, no booths, prices reasonable. looks clean.. I've only picked up and delivered. Which is why on 4*.. Worth a try though..
