Roach found in bag, beware!! Spent $23 dollars on two items just to find a ROACH in the bag my food came in. Should have known based on the state of the establishment. Sick to my stomach and now hungry for the night.

Mr. Wonton in EHT is by far our favorite Chinese food place. We’ve tried a few other places locally, and nothing really compares as far as the general chicken quality and taste. They also have a better dipping sauce with the steamed dumplings, and they hook you up with a bigger container than the other places would. For as long as we’ve been ordering, we’ve never had a bad dish from here. Five stars! :)

Update: It's still one of the best Chinese take-outs around I absolutely love this Chinese Food. I've tried almost everything there besides any pork products and I was never disappointed!

Was traveling through Egg Harbor and asked some locals for good afforable Chinese and was extremely surprised. We ordered thinking we were closer but was not. We called and they said no problem. When we arrived our food was hot and fresh. The egg roll was a little darker then I normally had but it was tasty. I will go back to Mr. Wonton anytime.

I love this place, the food is great and it's ready quickly but the real treasure you have to try is their home made ice tea 🤤.

Not bad as in not fresh but very bland food. Dumplings are a favorite of mine but even those are not even lightly browned/fried and oh so bland. Same issue with each item, bland bland bland, missing melange of veggies that give Chinese food flavor. Fast and hot but not for me.

Food is really good. We order via DoorDash and Uber eats and it’s always on time and always made right. It’s always as specific as we put in the notes! And the plus is that it’s always fresh 😍!! We Love this place. I normally get broccoli in garlic sauce, extra spicy w/ playing fried rice with scallions, onions and eggs only and plain Lo mein. The food is always prepared well. My go to Chinese food. I highly recommend!

Definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in all of Atlantic County second maybe to Northfield Garden, they have many unique menu options the General Tso's chicken wings are out of this world, the eggplant in garlic sauce is also very delicious.

We just finished our meal and WOW!!! My boyfriend & I both agreed it was the best Chinese food we've had in a really long time!! We ordered General Tso's Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, a Roast Pork Egg Roll & a Shrimp Egg Roll, and everything was phenomenal. The entreé portions were HUGE & I even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!! 😎 It took us over a year since we moved here to find a good place within delivery range, but I think we've found our new fav Chinese food restaurant!! I reserve 5/5 stars for truly exceptional restaurants, but for takeout and delivery this place is as close to 5 stars as you will get in the area. There's no transaction fee for ordering online. A nearby business started doing that and by the time I got done tipping, paying the delivery fee and the online transaction fee I felt like I got ripped off. Sorry, it's 2020 and not everyone has cash on them at the time they order food or have a paper menu. The food was very good. The General Tso's chicken tasted fresh and crispy. I ordered it as a lunch special which came with either soup or rice and an egg roll. The amount of food you get for $7.25 is an excellent deal. We all like deals, right? The window for a "lunch special" is 11a.m. to 3:30p.m. which is more than fair. I also ordered a shrimp toast appetizer which was just right. It wasn't too greasy and it came with a dipping sauce which was a nice touch. Now I feel like I won't go back to ordering at other places nearby which I have been loyal to for years. My order arrived in a timely manner during a busy time of the day. If you're reading this during the covid-19 pandemic, I will assure you that the delivery driver was wearing a mask and was very polite. Online ordering was more straightforward than other places from which I've ordered in the past. That's another plus in my book. I'm looking forward to eating my leftovers today. The only con I have with Mr. Wonton is very minor. I didn't care for the prepackaged soup/chow-mein noodles (the cracker type things they send along when you order soup). That's not their fault. It's the manufacturer that makes them. I prefer fresh, deep fried ones. No big deal. I gave them to my dog and she was ecstatic. My fortune cookie said "be a winner". Well, Mr. Wonton must've followed the same advice. If anyone asks where to go for Chinese food takeout in Northfield or nearby, that's where I'm telling them to go.

The food is so full of flavor and they give you ample portions. This is our spot for Chineese, we drive from Mays Landing to come here for takeout.

Mr. Wonton is my go to Chinese restaurant. Whether I pick up or have my order delivered, the customers service is always on point and friendly. The restaurant itself is clean, especially in comparison to similar restaurants in the area. The food is delicious and well portioned for the price.

I ordered Wonton noodles once and it tasted like they used Taco Meat.. it was pretty bad. No complaints other than that

Lowest prices in the area with good taste and quality. Their hot and sour soup is good, their lunch combos/specials are great sized for the under $6 price. The pork fried rice actually has pork in it unlike many places where it's just browned rice.

Usually very good, been ordering here for years. Today was very, very disappointing. $11.25 for Walnut shrimp, they filled the container (half) with lettuce!!! I've ordered this dish a minimum of 100 times over the years; it always has rice as side/broccoli is included with the shrimp/walnut, never ever, ever has it had a bed of lettuce and no veggies.

Just a little Chinese place in the mall. Sit in or take away. I had sweet sour soup, and shrimp with veggies. Fresh, fast, and clean. Worth a try for reasonable cost and quality of food.

We were on vacation and gave them a try. Delivery driver was super friendly and they didn't get annoyed when we had to call a couple times with questions before ordering. Prices are great. They have a family meal with giant portions. Where you get three sides and pick two entrees for only $23.99 (I believe. If not, it's in that area) Food was very good! Their delivery guy is so great! He is friendly, respectful, and even brings doggie treats! I will continue to patronize this business !

I recently was at a college's home working on plans for a Police Unity Tour Benefit. She had just recently moved to the area and hadn't found a single Chinese restaurant that was up to par. While searching Yelp we came across this establishment. Our order was exactly, on time and even better it was delicious! When the driver for Mr. Wonton arrived she had placed her dogs in another room as to not jump on him. When he noticed she had dogs, the driver pulled out biscuits for the dogs and handed them to her! This sealed it for her! She will always be a loyal customer of Mr. Wonton and I as well when in the area!
