I absolutely love Hershey's ice cream and had only been able to find it in North Carolina until I stumbled upon this charming little spot. The owner is incredibly friendly and they have a fantastic selection of Hershey's ice cream, Blue Bell, and Dippin' Dots, along with assorted chocolates. It's a delightful dessert shop offering vegan, organic, gluten-free, and sugar-free options. Why do they cater to such a wide range of dietary needs? The owner, a Georgia Tech Alumni, and his late business partner, a disabled veteran believed in giving back to the community. The owner has a neighbor with special needs, and his business partner had a niece with special needs, so their mission is to support those who face challenges beyond their control. Paul is an absolute angel. Not only his banana pudding ice cream, macarons and chocolates are out of this world, but also he’s a kind, caring and nice human being. He’s one of those people who’re constantly looking to help others in any ways. With a little bit of research I figured out they give a large portion of their profit to adults and children in need who have developmental disabilities. He has many moving stories to tell. We need more people like Paul.

One of the best places to enjoy an icecream with the family.. Mr. Paul is an amazing humanbeing, always cheerful, pleasant and kind. He makes the kid feel at ease, has a lot of options for cookiedough, ice cream, candy, popcorn, fudge, macaroons (delish!!!) , gourmet chocolates etc.. and there are some good choices for non-diary options too... The store is clean and hygenic and what makes it worth is the ingredient quality.. A place one must visit and yeah for some like us... keep visiting over and over...

My Gourmet Parlor is unique from the incredible assortment of gourmet treats like edible cookie dough, ice cream, and candies to chocolates and popcorn. The store is clean and fun. Paul was so kind and let the girls taste whatever they wanted. My Gourmet Parlor supports multiple local schools and special needs groups. Makes you feel good to be there supporting a local business that supports our children!

Had the pleasure of dropping by today after picking up some Mu Shu Pork to go from Sunshine II 2 doors down. Got some macarons and ice cream -- delicious! I am going to go back to try other flavors and also edible cookie dough. Apparently, there is much more than I initially saw. Incredibly nice owner with a heart of gold. It is a Hidden Gem for sure!

We saw The Gourmet Parlor from the street and went inside for a snack. Little did we know the gem we would find. Mr. Paul is such a kind soul. it is clear to see how passionate he is about supporting the special needs community and spreading joy to all. As some of the other reviews have mentioned, you will leave feeling like you’re part of a family. I especially love knowing your purchase goes to a good cause. We will absolutely be back!

Gourmet Parlor has so many options of treats from ice cream, popcorn, candy, and chocolates. The store has a variety of diverse flavors including gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options. Mr. Paul is such a kind man and is so passionate about his business! He is extremely caring towards all customers and makes sure they are taken care of.

Mr.Paul the owner, is so amazing! He is so sweet and treats each and everyone if his customers like family! I'm so glad I came by and definitely going to be coming back!

Exciting store to be in for someone with a sweet tooth! Nice, clean place, and the ice cream and popcorn are on point. I wanted much more but I had to stop myself. Paul is a genuinely great guy and looking forward to coming back to see him and try some more sweets!

We stop by after reviews on a fun place to visit before heading back home. The girls loved it! The man inside was soo nice and helped us to which chocolate truffle the girls would like and some candy. Definitely a hidden gem that’s a must. Will definitely be going back soon!!

This is not just a candy store but it is a neighborhood jewel! This was our first visit to My Gourmet Parlor but certainly not our last. The ice cream and the truffles are truly delectable. Mr. Paul is more than the store owner but is more like a dear friend. He is so warm and friendly and is passionate about his shop, his customers and helping the disabled and veterns. I recommend supporting this neighborhood treat! My children and I look forward to returning very soon!

My Gourmet Parlor Dessert Shop is an absolute gem for dessert enthusiasts like me. From the moment I stepped into this delightful establishment, I knew I was in for a sweet treat like no other. With its charming ambiance and friendly staff, this place exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

Paid a visit on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Lots of options, from ice cream, chocolate truffles, candy, flavored popcorn, fudge, and macaroons. The owner, Mr. Paul, was very nice and went out of his way to try to make my daughter happy. He's a genuinely nice person who supports disabled and special needs folks, and people with food allergies or restrictions. Check him out for a nice treat and to support a great local business!

We had our first visit tonight and the service and products were exceptional! We got ice cream, edible cookie dough, macarons, and sour powder! All were delicious and the owner was so kind. We will be back!

The definition of a hidden gem. It’s worth the trip. The truffles, ice creams, and cookie doughs are delicious. That’s right, you can get flavored cookie doughs served like ice cream. They also have novelty candies, fudges, chocolate-covered pretzels, and probably some other stuff not listed on their web site. And they support the disabled.

Phenomenal Experience ! Love this parlor :) This parlor specializes in non-GMO, gluten free, and allergy conscious desserts, all of which tasts spectacular ! My father and I particularly enjoyed the Playdough ice cream, very unique and tasty! The owner, Paul, is naturally and genuinely hospitable. Such a joy and pleasure to meet/get to know. Thank you so much Paul for creating a cheerful experience for my father and I :) We will be back soon !

Sweetest owner shared his life story and how he opened up his ice cream shop. Truly passionate and kind and all he wants to do is make people happy. He very much cares for people who are less fortunate in life and provides vegan, non GMO and non dairy options. Very welcoming and hope to see his business flourish!!

What a great place! The owner Paul is passionate about his products of which many are gluten / dairy free and made for those with food allergies. He does so much for the community and really gives back! Had his cookie dough, Oat based ice cream, popcorn, and incredible chocolates! Great place for kids, Grandparents, and all ages between. Go visit Paul and try many good products! One of our favorite new dessert places (and Nathan's Hot Dog products).

I recommend coming here for the large ice cream selection, popcorn, chocolates, and candy. I have also never seen such a large selection of cookie dough either! The owner is so nice, if you are going to spend you time and money anywhere- go here!

An amazing candy store with a completely unique selection of candies and other sweets and treats that are made by family-owned businesses. The selection includes organic, gluten-free, and vegan products so that as many people can enjoy sweets as possible. They've also got the most flavors I've ever seen of Hershey's Ice Cream, and now they sell Voga Italian Gelato too. Plus, they sell Nathan's Hot Dogs and Nathan's Pickles, and organic free-trade coffee, so you can have an entire meal with your dessert! The owner, Mr. Paul, is an incredibly sweet and friendly man who is very passionate about the store and all his customers, and he's especially passionate about supporting people with disabilities, special needs, and veterans. Coming to the store and speaking with him always feels like visiting an old friend. He loves to look for new things to add to the store, and he takes customer feedback seriously - - if a customer asks for a new flavor for a candy, he'll do everything he can to have it for them the next time they come in. There's no better place to get sweets and treats - - they're all delicious, and you'll be supporting a wonderful person and a great cause!

So many choices for treats like truffles, popcorn, cookie dough, ice cream. There's something for everyone. The owner is so kind and takes a lot of care to support local or family owned businesses, and to support special needs. He's always making additions to the shop and listening to customers. I love chocolate so I usually get my favorites from the Hershey's ice cream or the chocolate truffles. But he recently added Voga gelato and Nathan's hot dogs, which I am excited to try soon!
