I usually get the miso soup, chirashi bowl and yam tempura roll. It’s really good. I think the fish in the chirashi bowl is fresh and the assortment is good. I’ve also tried the takoyaki which are yummy as well.

The food was really good. Went there for my cousin’s birthday and also to spend time with family before we head back to Philly.

Great food in a great location at a great price. We had some appetizers (fried/agedashi tofu, edamame and tempura vegetables) and some great rolls (Mark roll was really good!) with cold draft beer while sitting outside and enjoying the great harbor views.

Had the absolute best date night here last night after leaving another restaurant in Fells Point because the server was just so cold/rude. Came here and our date night was saved. Amazing food, incredibly kind and welcoming staff and very reasonable prices for everything. The little considerate touches like the well equipped baby changing station in the very clean restroom. The views here are stunning and the energy is calm yet fun. We got to watch the pirate ship board and it was just an overall great experience. Can’t wait to come back and try different rolls/apps and definitely coming back for the Nabeyaki Udon.

An easy 5/5. Right by the water where you can admire the beauty of pirate boats dock before your very eyes. Choose between indoors and outdoors. Great service (say hi to Jan “like January”). Parking could be a bit hard to fine. Keep in mind and build a buffer.

The weight staff was stretched a bit thin for a busy weekday.

Best spot in fells point for casual sushi! Lovely service and tasty sushi, good for groups or just sitting at the bar, and some nice outdoor seating when the weather is good!

We received multiple luke warm appetizers today as if they were microwaved rather than cooked. Huge disappointment! The waitress laughed when we told her, that being said, we will forget this place and check out Bruce Sushi Ya which has not failed us and is a much better option in Fells Point.

So good, I wasn’t expecting it to be so good. Fresh large portions and the rice was perfect too. Loved it! Among the best I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and try the fatty yellowtail

Be warned: they put wasabi under the fish in all of the nigiri. It’s the true Japanese way after all, but I just wasn’t expecting it. The location is amazing right on the water, and they even have tables where you take off your shoes and your feet go into a large hole under the table. Cute inside for sure. They also have a lot of veggie rolls too!

As a sushi connoisseur:)…. This place delivered an “A” plus food and service expe. all of the sashimi was really fresh, and they accommodated all of our unusual requests without question. The wine is good and food is even better. And the price is also very reasonable!

We ordered a sushi boat and had waited for 40 minutes before asking our server for an update on when the food will come out. She said it would take another 15-20 minutes. This means we had 30 minutes to finish our meal before closing time. When we politely complained that the wait time was too long, she was not at all apologetic and passive aggressively said we could leave and she would cancel the order. We left after wasting almost an hour of our time doing nothing but waiting. I understand it’s a busy Friday night, but we would have appreciated if the server had at least checked in on us ONCE instead of being snappy with us after making us wait for an hour. Needless to say we will never come back.

Ordered a boat and left to our own devices for about 45 minutes. When we asked about the order, we were told it would be another 20 minutes. Said no thanks and bounced.

Very average sushi at best. The place is a nice little building. The menu is not to crazy but the flavor is average. A bit pricy for the portions. Very attentive and friendly staff do their best! The ginger dressing is also unlike most other places, it is salty and very liquid. I would eat here again sure, but it would not be all the time.

The steamed pork gyoza and Thai spring rolls were delicious appetizers. So flavorful and tasty. The entrees included the habachi filet mignon with scallops and the habachi filet mignon with salmon were outstanding. The meat and fish were cooked perfectly with the sauce, browned rice, cooked vegetables and noodles were delicious.

Amazing sushi.... Great atmosphere and location right on the water. A nice and relaxing spot, perfect for a nice dining experience. Beautiful view as well. Food again is a amazing, fish is fresh, and top quality.

We ordered several appetizers including the Thai spring rolls and Japanese crab Rangoon. We also shared several entrees including the shrimp and scallops hibachi and the filet mignon and salmon hibachi. So delicious and tasty.

Can't recommend this enough. Always solid!

The atmosphere was great and would recommend one of the tables where you remove your shoes 😋 I ordered tempura (a bit colder then I wanted but yummy flavor) and 3 simple rolls (spicy tuna, eel, and salmon) but the real standout was the chicken dumpling soup. I will be dreaming about this soup and hopefully returning for it in the near future.

I have only recently gotten into sushi, but this restaurant is excellent! Cute spot on the water with a nice variety of dishes to try at a decent price point. Would recommend for a date night!

Loved this place for dinner! Great specials for the day, with everything being very reasonably priced. Vinaigrette on the cucumber salad w/ crab was amazing, never thought I'd enjoy cucumber so much. Takoyaki had a perfect sear all around. They had a large variety of sushi, with several premium options like different fatty tuna and salmon. The atmosphere and service was great, and you're right on the bay. Can't ask for more, 10/10.

Good sushi, fresh and delicious

Completely average “Japanese” restaurant - we ordered takoyaki, unagi and salmon rolls - the unagi was decent, average, but the takoyaki was very chewy and fishy - I’ve had much more tender and delicious takoyaki elsewhere. The house salad literally was sitting in an inch and a half of water-based “dressing” - some iceberg lettuce topped with carrots sliced circular and a paltry handful of grape tomatoes. Pretty pitiful and flavorless. The service was okay - if not extremely rushed, we had three separate servers come up to us and try to get us to order before we ended up putting our appetizers in, all within 5 minutes. After placing our appetizers order in, we were approached two more times in 3 minutes to put our entree order in, the waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu and couldn’t answer if they had tempura in anything other than shrimp or vegetable. By the time we got the entrees it was shocking how every dish was worse than the last. I almost never give bad reviews - like some thing on the menu must be redeeming - but honestly I could not have been more disappointed, and regretted my choice to eat here. Please avoid, it’s just not worth it. Go to any other Japanese place.

Not impressed at all. Service was subpar- felt very rushed to order and then completely forgotten about. I ordered a salmon roll(okay), takoyaki(just awful), and salmon teriyaki(very bland). Very disappointed as Japanese food is my absolute favorite and this place has pretty good ratings. Definitely would not eat here again.

Restaurant très bien situé en bordure de l'eau avec une terrasse. Mais il fait tellement chaud ces derniers jours que nous avons préféré manger à l'intérieur. Pas de réservation possible mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour de la place pour quatre personnes. Mais c'était mercredi soir et je crois que les locaux ne sortent pas le mercredi. On a pris le bateau A, qui est déjà assez bien fourni pour 2 ou 3 mangeurs. Ça dépend si vous avez un grand estomac ou pas. Mais on a beaucoup aimé la variété et la fraîcheur. Les tempuras sont très bons aussi. Par contre j'ai été un peu déçu du Dragon roll fire. Très gras et lourd en bouche. Service sans chichis. Simple et rapide. Prix raisonnables pour un japonais et si bien situé. Quartier très chouette.

Very authentic feeling sushi restaurant, there is even a place to sit with the authenticate style tables. I shared 4 rolls and it was a perfect portion to split. The fish tasted fresh and each roll was as delicious as the other. The service was polite and timely. The price was great for the quality. I highly recommend this as a sushi restaurant right on the water!

Food: - fried tofu for appetizer: this was really great and I would definitely get it the next time I'm back. - we tried a couple of their rolls (spicy tuna / sunshine etc). you get about 8 rolls per plate. I did think the price was reasonable - it all tasted really fresh and they don't overload the sushi with ingredients; the seafood still comes through very well. - yaki soba vegetable noodles: for $9 it's pretty decent. Would I go back? Yes!

Great sushi! We got take out and it was so good. We got a salmon avocado roll, sushi donut, mango rice, and more. They were all tasty and well made. Takeout was mostly on time.

Ordered Salmon Sashimi on UberEats on Wednesday. Ended up having to throw it away because it was rinsed in saltwater to reduce the fishy smell from being in refrigeration for too long. Tried one piece and it was super salty and had a horrible after taste. Consistency is very important to us and just because it's a Wednesday doesn't mean old fish should be served. Either serve fresh or don't sell at all. Won't be returning.

Delicious sushi and a nice change of pace compared to the pubs, bistros and other restaurants at Fell’s Point. All of the fish was fresh and we had a couple of their appetizers which were great. My only advice is to be conscious of the rolls with Old Bay, it was good but the flavor overpowered the sushi.

Nanami sort of have a traditional Japanese restaurant vibe. The food was pretty good. Also the staff was friendly

One of my favorite sushi places! It's pretty low key, the surface is always friendly, food is always excellent and the prices are great.

Been going here since ‘99-00 back when it was Kawasaki. Usually the food is good but not sure what happened-sushi got smaller. Crunch roll should be called mushy roll. Presentation has gone down a bit. Lost 1/2 my soup in the bag☹️.

We come here at least once a week; we love it for the food and the comfortable atmosphere. I mean you're right on the harbor! The sushi is amazing, and I can honestly say we have not had a bad meal or item ever. And the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating! I would recommend this restaurant over several of the more high priced/fancier places around town that we have tried!

Amazing fresh sushi rolls. Very authentic Japanese sushi place with a beautiful view of the water. Its a nice quiet place and the servers were very soft spoken and attentive to anything. I ordered the Flaming Dragon sushi roll, Amy's sushi roll, and California roll. The attached pictures have the Amy roll and California roll in one picture and the second picture has The Flaming Dragon sushi roll. Needless to say, the Flaming Dragon was a show stopper. They basically have the entire roll wrapped in an aluminum foil with sauces in it and cook it in a low flame right in front of you.. The sauce with which the Flaming Dragon is served with is so good. Very cute date and family spot. They do serve some nice sake too :)

Loved the Tokyo sushi on the menu with fresh wasabi and gari!The original is quite different but improvising it made it equally yum. Yaki soba with fresh veggies was good too. The location is just perfect for a lazy weekend lunch. Do check the Sunday opening times for it is @2pm. You can enjoy the pirate ship views if you sit outdoors.

Beautiful location! You can sit outside and enjoy the water front view. There is a Pirate ship that starts from there. The sushi was awesome and the taki sona was also ok(could have been better)

Great bang for your buck here (especially for a waterfront location)! My wife and I split the spicy tuna and crunch rolls and a seaweed salad. I got a beer as well and the total still only came to 26 after tax! Service was fast and we had everything we needed without asking for a thing. Patio view of the harbor was lovely!

A $65 dollar worth of sushi can fill you up. Fish are fresh and they take there time of making your food to make sure your 100% happy. Service is polite and respectful. One of the top sushi place on my list. Best of the best in canton area.

The sushi and sashimi at Nanami Cafe are very authentic and delicious. Tucked away down a cobblestone side street in Baltimore's historic Fells Point neighborhood the restaurant feels oh so inviting and cozy. Try and get a seat by the window so you can watch the people and sailing vessels go by while you eat. We love it here which is why when we want sushi it's the only place we go.
