The food is really awesome here, especially the wings!

I had ordered ahead. I placed the order at 607pm Their confirmation email said my order will be ready at 6:21pm. I arrived at 630ish pm. They did not bring me my order till 648. They were not that busy. Plenty of open seating, plenty of staff standing around. No reason to wait close to 20minutes to recieve my order, especially when I ordered them about 20minutes before I arrived to pick them up. Wings are also undersized for their asking price. I will be avoiding this place with a passion and telling anyone I know to avoid this place too. This is ridiculous. This was originally a 1 star review. Update- their Assistant GM ( Tim ) called me, asked what that they could do to make it right. This shows me that they want to have good customer service. I agreed to come back sometime October to try again, and provide a review based on that experience. The fact that Tim their assistant GM called me, proves to me that they do care and there is hope. Time will tell.

Hannah was our server and did a great job! She had a smile on the whole time and helped with recommendations.

If you have not been here, highly recommend. Great food, came quickly. Our sever Rae was super friendly and provided us great service.

OK, so the food came out on point especially the pizza just the way we ordered it. The Beers were cold and quick to come out. What a good night at Native . Thank you Kayla for the great service!!

We frequent this Native. I would say they could use to hire another server or 2 but overall food is always hot and good.

Went in during lunch today 8-23-24 to have a few drinks we had 8 draft beers total between us. Sign says 3.00 domestic. Then I get my bill and it was $46.95. I said we had 8 beers at 3 dollars why is it so high. She said it was for the pints. But we had tall pints. I said who said tall pints and I said why would I pay 5.80 something for 24 oz when I could get 2 16 oz for 6. And that makes 32. She then said u should have said small. I said you never asked small or big. But why wouldn't you say that to your customer or at least say one is a better deal. She walked away. If I was a manager I would have a serious talk with my bar tender. I would put the name but don't want to blast someone. Just think that was horrible. I see why the review reflect a low score. I wont be back until they fix it.

I frequent this location pretty often, the last time I came here I had less than a centimeter of a brownie for the brownie sundae and my wings were so overcooked they were dry and no detectable meat. They did replace the wings but I didn’t want to mention the dessert. They did give me a $5 off for next time. I miss my usual server I haven’t seen her around.

Had a great first time visit with some friends. Service was quick, and food was good. Would recommend Native Grill & Wings. I intend going back.

It's always nice to walk in to a restaurant and have a server with a bubbly attitude and knowledge of the menu. Everything was ordered accordingly and served with a feeling of priority. Great Job Laura!!! You are the reason of return customers.

The restaurant was kept very clean and service was wonderful. The waitress was extremely attentive, kind, and was always ready to help. The food was great! You get a good amount of food for the price too. I definitely recommend this place.

Love their native style strippers, very lightly battered and meaty, they are My favorite dish from them and will always order them, their food is also great to enjoy with a beer or two, great sports bar makes native grill a place to enjoy food and beer, excellent service and food and they were short staffed!

Meh, boneless wings weren't breaded whatsoever. Pretty sure they're just frying chunks of chicken breast.

Man do I love wings. And this place was it for me! Great atmosphere and vibes all around. Raeanne was our server for the evening. The service was excellent . She engaged the whole time. Was personable, offered us lots of suggestions ....which ended up being 🔥 fire. She had a great smile on the whole time, made us feel welcome and provided excellent service to the delicious wings I recieved. Definitely will be coming back! Hopefully Raeanne will be there! Gotta love az

We love our San Tan Valley Native! And Kayla who always is an awesome server making sure everything is perfect and our beverages are kept full! We have always agreed Native’s medium sauce is the best tasting out there (and we have been patrons of Native locations for over 30 years). They have never hesitated to make it right if it’s not. It’s our Tuesday stop and sometimes we sneak in another night.

My server Raeanne did a great job in getting our drinks and food out as quick as possible!!! Excellent service, would come again thank you!

Good wings and you do get the sense that they are NOT steroid infused! Wing day is good for a discount but the menu also has a good variety of options

TRUST THE REVIEWS. WE DIDNT AND WE PAID THE PRICE. Wings were undercooked and super dry. The chicken wings looked like they were kept in the fridge and smelled like fish. The pizza was extremely dry and also old. Never again.

This is my third trip here in hopes of it beeing a better experience, but still disappointed. The food is mediocre at best. It's a good place to go for a draft beer. This is what happens to a bar / restaurant that's has a management team that has very poor choices in staff and doesn't make there top priority customer service. Theres not a whole lot of competition near this place and they seem like there still not very successful. Tried again on 06/10/24, no changes

I think this place has the potential to be great but has fallen off over the years. The wings seem to have declined in quality, and there seems to be a lack of pride in the food. The first thing I always think when my wife mentions this place as an option is how unclean the inside seems to be. ITs not terrible, but you don't get the sense that it's been deep cleaned very often. It has that nasty bar rag smell at times. The saving grace here is the staff has always been great and the wait time for dine in food has never been terrible for us.

I love wings and would love to say these were great. They were good nothing to rave about. The food took forever like 20-25 minutes. Service was ok not the friendliest people. The place looked a lil old and not clean. May not be returning.

They have a varied menu that everyone should be able to find something they want. The feast mode selections are kinda cool you get a salad, wings and pizza. Burgers are also very good. Great place to watch a game and get some food. Of course they have drinks and beer. As far as wing places go…. This is our favorite and if you give them a try you will probably feel the same.

Absolutely awful. I ordered dry rub buffalo and salt and vinegar wings. There is no salt or vinegar taste at all and the dry rub wings taste like old rancid grease. I ate here two years ago and got partially frozen fish and chips. I had not gone back until today. Total waste of money.

My first time trying native and I was disappointed. The native Buffalo fries did not come as pictured. There was only about 6 to 10 pieces of chicken no native sauce, but we did enjoy the chicken wings. When we tried to call, nobody would answer as to why I’m leaving a review I will attach photos.

. We had avoided coming here based on the reviews. It is hard to understand how the experience varies so wildly. Our server did a good job. She kept our glasses filled and checked on us regularly. Food took around 17 minutes. Not fast but not terrible. The wings were good but small. Fries were not as crispy as I would like but not bad. Place was pretty busy. We will try again and see if we have a different experience next time.

I came in and there was only one server. Her name is Gabrielle. She is the sweetest server ever and even though she was the only server she made sure to make us feel important and kept checking on us. I will always recommend Gabrielle as a server!

Had the fish fry Friday. Not very good. Fish was mushy.

So, for a love review. I ordered online and said pick at 615pm. I arrived at 630pm called in to pick it up. Here we sit, at 714pm, no food, still. I have been here many many times and each time, it is subpar but I always try and give them a chance. I went inside and barely anyone inside. I'm not sure what the issue is at this point. New management? Better employees? I have had staples found in my food and always cold food and next to no sauce on the wings. Let's get it together Native. This isn't rocket science.

Friendly staff. Slow service from orderig to getting food. Wings were dry, and cold. Extra charge for dipping sauce should have been told that when ordering the wings.

We waited 15 minutes just for someone to get our drink order. When the food did come they forgot to put in the pizza order and our wings were cold. On a good note the fries were good.

Ordered the chicken and waffle and lemon pepper wings today for carry out and they were horrible! the chicken and waffle wings tasted like they just put grease and salt on them and the lemon pepper tasted the same. the wings were chewy and soft at the same time. definitely not a good thing! Had to throw the 30 wings out. nobody would eat them. totally disappointing. I will never order from here again and based off of most reviews this is a common thing at this restaurant. you can tell whoever makes the food doesn't care or have pride in what they serve and that management is lacking!

Good food can be loud and way Spicer than it says whould have again

This location is quite busy, but I can't say that's any excuse for the terrible experience I had. I've been to the Signal Butte and Baseline location multiple times, but made the mistake of not going there this time. :( While we were sat almost immediately, the aura of the other customers was very unsatisfying. We were greeted by our waiter, he had asked what I wanted to drink, left without asking my partner, and came back with two of the drink I had asked for. Luckily, my partner was ok with my choice of beverage, but this was only the beginning. All we had ordered was a large two topping pizza and fifteen wings, and yet, they still took about a half hour, forty five minutes, to arrive. When they did, the pizza was burnt on the top, and the wings were overdone. If it weren't for the good ranch, I would have send both entrees back. *The ranch saved the entire meal. In addition to the mediocre food, three surrounding tables all complained of not receiving their food or the wait, spoke with the manager, and received discounts on their ticket. I'd say if you choose to eat at Native, enjoy the location on Signal Butte in Mesa! It's much more worth the drive than this one ..

We went in and stood there for quite awhile we decided to sit ourselves and then after ordering I never got my ice tea so I asked for it again politely still never got it then we get our salad ok great…. Then waited for 20 minutes for our wings and pizza the wings were cold pizza was burnt and warm! Then a couple comes in and ordered wings and they came out steaming hot!! Very bad experience and it wasn’t the first time! This place has gone down hill!!

The wings were meaty and tasty. Server was tentative and friendly. Lots of TV's. Family atmosphere. ...the seats in the booth were totally blown out and uncomfortable tho. Recommend a high table or the bar.

Food was mediocre at best. We sat down st 6 and were not served until 715. My friend ordered the unlimited fish 6 chips, they kept bringing him 1 tiny piece of fish at a time, with 5 minute waits in between. I would never go back

Buffalo frys were awesome. My 15 wings were apparently forgotten in the fryer for an hour or so. They were so dry the meat was crunchy. Wings used to be so good here.

Dirty, incredibly slow to get food and no paper towels in bathroom or on our table. We had to take one from another table. Food was tasty though.

That photo is $18 of food plus tip. That's ridiculous. The portion size is for a child! Also the cheese curds were delivered with HALF of what was pictured. I feel like they stole from us, that's how bad it was.

New server did good, she gets 5 stars. Food was slow but very good. In a booth if the person in the next booth moves around a lot it's very uncomfortable.

I have lived nearby for about a year and have never been here. Was craving a burger so I decided to order the thousand island burger with tots. It was ready in 15 minutes and tasted incredible. Although I didn't eat in, the staff was attentive and helpful.

We love going to Native on Hunt Highway for 7 years now. We always have good service, especially when we have Kaylee. Kaylee always greets us with the most wonderful smile and makes us feel like family. Kaylee is such a beautiful person and absolutely the best server. Tonight we also met Kevin, the new manager at this location, who is a very nice young man. As long as Native keeps Kaylee and Kevin there I think they have a goldmine at this location. And I absolutely mean that.

This place is good when it’s good but that’s a gamble, most times the wings are over cooked and lacking in sauce. Every time we finally decide never again we get a good batch that gets us back for a few more times. If you want a for sure thing when it comes to hot wings this is not your place, in fact this is our last time for sure. When your chicken wings are as chewy on the inside as they are on the outside and there is more grease on them than sauce it’s just time to say no more.

We were there for an hour and never received our food. The waiter said the grill wasn't working and the manager said they were under staffed and everyone else was getting served coming in after us. The manager offered us 10.oo off if we came back another time. We didn't want that.we came in to eat not go somewhere else. The attitude was appalling No one cared. We have been there before.

I am sitting here and freezing. This place is ALWAYS so cold you need a jacket on at all times. There are 12 people at the bar all in jackets. Everyone at the tables are wearing jackets. The waitresses and even the darn manager is wearing a jacket. This is crazy! TURN SOME HEAT ON!!
