The bowls and smoothies are great! Our favorite is the paddle bowl. Highly recommend and the service makes this place even better. It is the best service I’ve had in EP.

This is my usual morning stop when I want a healthy breakfast/post workout bowl! Their protein bowl is my favorite and their service is awesome!

I personally love this place! I will say I’ve only tried the bowls but I look forward to trying out their smoothies. It’s a nice lightweight ‘meal’ for after the gym since it is close to one. I recommend this place to people all the time for their yummy bowls :)

Place was clean and very inviting. My favorite flavor is the paddle boot....delicious. I am so glad is 5 minutes away from my home. A great summer dessert....delicious!!!!

Great açaí but very expensive for the size, I got the medium and other places have a greater value for the size, over all, pretty good food and cashier was extremely nice

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff was extremely rude and abrasive. I honestly have no clue how the ownership allows this behavior. I did call you and personally private message you. You never responded. Don’t bother. It clearly shows it starts from the top. Obviously. Update: I can’t believe you really wasting time. I can post the screenshots to make you look worse if you prefer. Taking accountability and apologizing to your customers goes a very long way. I am sure your staff briefed you of the situation the moment it happened. Nonetheless, YOU as management continue to act oblivious. Let me know if you’d like me to post the conversation for the rest of your potential customers. Please show me where you responded after you clearly saw the message? Regardless who posted the review you were clearly contacted and you clearly chose NOT to respond. You’re obviously lying. Had you reviewed the footage you would have had a different opinion and take accountability for the staff behavior. Allowing your staff to degrade customers is on a very low level. Like I said it starts from the top. This is exactly why I would never return and intend on never recommending this establishment. Good thing is that you pay a service to scrub the negative Google reviews and you push the customers for good reviews. Facts: I’ve read some really bad ones that no longer appear. Nonetheless, I wish you well :)

Kelly was a ton of help! Being my wife’s and I first time here she made us feel very welcomed! The Sunrise bowl was also very refreshing and filled to the brim with toppings. Highly recommend if you want something new and fresh!

There were two girls there around high school age. I was the only customer there and they were speaking to each other about what a waste of money it is to buy nautical bowls, they were talking about how it’s better to just get a combo at chick fil a, etc. they were also having very political conversations that is not very comfortable to be around when you just want to have a nice bowl and relax. Bowl was ok, cannot be compared to the real thing, but grateful to even have it as an option in ep.

Too expensive to have such rude management. They have the worst management. If you don’t believe me go and see for yourself. Or even see how they give attitudes to customers in the reviews. They’re doing it right in your faces. The bowls are also nowhere near filled to the top the way every other location does. Every other location fills bowls to the top and looks like the pictures advertised. This location cheaps out and cuts corners by doing less then the rest. It’s ok. I’ll take my money to Tropical.

Worst customer service! Rude associates and management is exactly the same. You can count on me to never return or recommend. By all means try it and you will see exactly what I have experienced.

Update: I still recommend this place, healthy snack or meal replacement, however you see it, and friendly staff!! The hours also work for me. Shop local, it's definitely worth it! Great first experience! Happy we have one here in el paso, I look forward to many more visits.

Love this place I get it once a week! My favorite healthy alternative.

These people are false advertising!! The Berry Beach smoothie is advertised on the menu and the website as an acai smoothie. There is no acai in the smoothie at all! The store used pitaya in the smoothie and did not know until I got home. I let my son try the smoothie who is allergic to dragonfruit. He had an allergic reaction but nowhere does the restraunt say they use pitaya base in what's supposed to be an acai smoothie. This is a lawsuit and wrongful death waiting to happen. Not coming back because now I have to question what other ingredients are being falsely advertised. Never coming back. Why am I paying for such an expensive smoothie that doesn't have the ingredients I ask for? Also the store smells super bad.

I had an incredible experience here at nautical bowls. I got myself a paddle bowl and it was super yummy. The pretty girl with red hair named Alexis helped make my day even better. She was very personable and professional. Definitely will come back to this location.

Sadly the bowls offered locally are very inconsistently made. We loved the bowls when we first discovered Nautical Bowls in July of 2023 and have even earned 3 free bowls, so we did frequent it. However, sometime in November of 2023 the bowls started being made with minimal amounts of food product.. Now, the bowls no longer look like the bowls advertised on the Nautical Bowls site or the store’s digital menu. We purchased 2 bowls this weekend, yet the bowls had more toppings than base and looked nothing like those advertised in the store as plentiful bowls. Moreover, we even frequented Nautical Bowls in Austin, Texas, during December of 2023, where the bowls DID match the pictures on the website; unfortunately, locally, Nautical Bowls desperately needs to be consistent in offering a quality, abundant bowl. We want the same quality bowls that were offered in the summer of 2023, please.

Pricey and customer service isn’t up to par. As per your response, I’m not referring to quality. It’s the service. I’m glad to pay for quality but when the service isn’t good, it makes you think twice about coming back.

There was a bad odor outside and inside the building. Maybe a sewer line issue? The clerk was professional and created beautiful bowls. Scheduling a second person would have been helpful. The clerk was super busy with the steady stream of customers on a Saturday afternoon.

I came here for the first time and had the best experience! I’ve been wanting to try them for a while and was not disappointed. Mayra helped me out and made my visit so amazing! There were a few things I didn’t know about certain bowls and Mayra kindly took the time to explain them to me (as I’ve never had an açaí bowl before). She was so patient and kind and I could tell that she really put effort and care into her work. The bowls were great but even if they weren’t I would come back for the great customer service alone! Thank you!

Delicious Healthy Organic bowls, dessert like but actually meals. Gluten & dairy free. We see it as instead of spending money on an unhealthy meal why not spend it on a meal that’s healthy for your body! Our whole family really Enjoys them 😊

Is it cold outside and you have a cold snack craving? This place is for you. You have the option of adding natural toppings if you would like to get creative. You can get it to-go, in a bowl or as a smoothie. Check out their menu with all the available options they have. I tried the nautibowl and it was delicious! Simple and inexpensive snack for a date. Great for a quick family outing. Definitely recommend!

I was so happy to find this place!! I have celiac disease and it's hard to find celiac safe places in El Paso that are gluten free. The paddle bowl was delicious!! Will definitely come again!! They also have a cute question game you can play if you sit down with a friend or a date, never seen a place do that before!! 10/10
