Such a huge disappointment. We have ordered take out from here 3 times. Every time has been a huge disappointment. The first two times I got Pad Thai, it had at least an inch of liquid in the bottom. I figured it may have been my fault for ordering Thai from a Chinese restaurant. Today, I decided I would try something new, I ordered the Lo Mein, (to me) it was inedible. It looks nothing like Lo Mein...and it was also sitting in about half an inch of liquid.

Nice if you like a dim ambiance. Food is very average, nothing special. Most servers interact at minimum/not very friendly. Okay place, nothing to rave about.

Can’t believe reviews are good service very very spotty and ignored us. Wonton soup strange and bland, egg rolls hard as a brick so weird, main dishes greasy and salty also waited almost 10 minute bring back my check and this was $60!!! Very bad

This place has gone downhill. Last few times Ive been, everything was tasteless and bland. Won't be going back. Edit: So have been giving them a chance and I have to say the last few times have been great. Dishes have been very tasty and service has been excellent, thank you for making things better.

So I stop by tonight just wanted an egg roll I usually spend tons of money here on a weekly bases for months and the manager gets an attitude with me since I spent 1.86 on my credit card! I eat here at least once a week ! Never again his attitude was beyond rude I nor my friends and family will be back!

Food was fine. Service was strange. They forgot an entree. Never checked in on us. We literally had to flag the owner/manager down just to get our waitress to come back to the table. It felt like the staff was angry or annoyed or stressed out. Not sure which - but definitely put a damper on the evening.

Unbelievable ppl are rating this place so highly. First clue were lack of front line AAPI workers and AAPI guests at the restaurant. The food tasted like I attempted to cook Chinese food. For perspective, I think Rainbow is decent but tried this place wanting more authentic, more upscale experience. I think Jiang Nan Noodle is decent but food isn't consistently flavorful (though noodles are on point!).

This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant around. I’ve only ever gotten take out, but the food is always ready when they say it will be, and everything I’ve tried here has been delicious. Unlike what I read in another review the portions are more than generous. My husband and I always split an entree and still have leftovers.

We live 4 hours away and whenever we come downstate, this is our first stop! The 5 pepper chicken is our favorite, but everything is fantastic! It’s a beautiful place and the service is always top notch!! So delicious! We are never disappointed!!

Excellent Chinese Restaurant. Beautifully remodeled three years ago. My son and I shared dinner for two from the menu. It included a large bowl of at least two servings each of sizzle rice soup followed by a large appetizer plate of egg roll and crispy Rangoon then two large entrees of chicken and green beans and spicy beef in a black bean and onion sauce.The entrees came hot with green beans that were fresh and firm and meat that was well seasoned and tender. The dinner ended with traditional fortune cookies that correctly predicted that we would be back again. Forgot to say the cost was just $33.00 plus tax and tip for the two of us.

I've eaten or had take-out here about 5-6 times. Owner is there to make sure everything runs smoothly. Food is consistently good. Wait staff is very polite and accommodating. Owner is very welcoming.

Very disappointed! On Christmas Day 2023, I had a 100th birthday party for my mom in the private room. There were 12 of us. Our reservation was from 3:30-5:30. Fifteen minutes after being seated, the waitress came up to us to take our order. I told her that we didn’t get menus yet, which she seemed surprised. At around 5:20, a waiter came up to our table, and said we had to hurry up because another party was coming in at 5:30. He was pretty rude about it. He also said we were supposed to be out by 5:00, which I said we had the table till 5:30. We finally got out at 5:40. I also told him that if we had gotten our menus on time, we would have been out on time. This was the first time I was at this restaurant, and it will be my last.

Clean fish tank👍 Didn’t get 5 stars overall because it is a little pricy vs. the amount of food you get, compared to other similar places. With Chinese you always have enough for leftovers, but the portions here are borderline ‘I can probably just eat it all here if i tried’. We come to this restaurant all the time and have absolutely never had an experience like we did today. The first egg roll was cold and the second that was brought out tasted like it’s been sitting for days. The glass noodles were tasteless, and the meat in one of the other items we ordered was so salty it was hardly edible. The hot tea wasn’t hot, and everyone we spoke to sounded absolutely miserable.

It was my second time eating the first time it had no taste it was very bland the second time I got to take out the food tastes like it was rotten spoiled I threw it in the garbage and it had my whole house thinking so if you choose eat there make sure you check your food smelling than expected because they giving you old bad smelling food
