A bit pricey, the atmosphere needs a little work (paint, some kind of decor... anything really. Just an empty plain room eh)

Best food in town! The house-made tortillas slap. The staff are the best people around, they’ll give you a laugh when you need one. The salads are so good!

Great Burritos! Awesome tasting tortillas. Staff was very nice and professional. Was a little hard to find on a first visit but with some Google earth view we knew where to park and enter the shared building.

Worth stopping here. Take it to go and eat at Oakledge Park!

The food is good but lacking customer service. I don’t like leaving reviews like this but have to be honest. The staff appears like they don’t want to be there. I tried to order today after taking a long time off but will likely not try again.

Very confusing. Beef burritos on the same menu as Curry and Greek salad. Beef burrito was disappointing. Watery ground beef with lettuce and tomatoes. About 3/4 through I think I spotted some sour cream. Definitely not Mexican food. Dining room is bland and uninviting. Sign on the outside is almost non-existent.

really enjoyed this place. first time going and i don’t usually eat this type of food. my son who loves this type of food but didn’t think he’d like it because of vegetables that are usually put in (like tomatoes) we both loved it. no tomatoes just chopped lettuce which we don’t mind. food was made fast,hot,fresh. large portions and i has been told it was expensive but i didn’t find it anymore expensive than places like chipotle or moes. would definitely go back sometime.

I've been wanting to try New World Tortilla for some time now and so happy I did. I ordered the chicken corn tortilla and it was delicious. Simple, yet flavorful and really great portion size. Two was plenty for a lunch. The service was friendly and quick even during lunch rush-hour. Only thing I'd say, is it was a little expensive, but then again, that's Burlington. I'd definitely go back!

So glad I tried something new and got the Thai chicken burrito! It is absolutely amazing and big portions. HIGHLY recommend! The restaurant is super cute. Busy at lunch time - definitely order ahead if you're on a tight schedule :)

I need to try more items on the menu, but the Chicken Vera Cruz Wrap is so darned good, it’s hard not to order it every time! I had it again last night with extra chicken (just $3.50 additional) and jalapeños on the side. It was large and delicious! Next time, I’m going for a salad…I saw them making one for a takeout order and it looked so amazing! I’ll be back soon (maybe tomorrow!).

The Greek chicken wrap was very good. My wife enjoyed the Thai wrap. Very pleasant meal.

Good food with great flavor! My burrito was already coming undone as I began to eat it. I think if all your food is a wrap you should be able to construct it so it stays together. Otherwise a nice lunch.

Nice spot, lots of space. Good service, but seemed a bit disengaged. They were occupied socializing behind the counter than helping me with the menu. Huge burrito, but was not put together well, fell apart once unwrapped.

Large burritos in freshly made tortillas. Expensive drinks other than tap water, which comes in a one sip sized cup.

Fresh tortillas. The wraps are big and filling. Greek salad wrap and the summer bbq are great rotating specials.

The Thai chicken in a curry wrap is rather marvelous indeed! Funky minimalist interior and friendly staff, and the grub comes quickly and piping hot.

Great lunch fare at a great price. Excellent service. The atmosphere won't win any awards, but this part of town prides itself on its industrial-chic. Like all of these old converted warehouses, the hard surfaces of the floor, walls, and ceiling make it loud and echo-ey- again part of the appeal for some. It's a great place to meet a friend for lunch, have a bit of casual conversation, and be on your way. Parking is most excellent. If anything, the portions are over-sized, but that's hardly a complaint!

Delicious wraps, fresh cooked ingredients, helpful staff, quickly prepared. Plenty of tables to dine-in. You can easily miss this place as there is not a lot of signage, but seek it out it, it will be worth the visit.

The longest black hair in my rice bowl and their customer service is non existent due to their phones not working or being turned off. Their Thai chicken used to taste good but now I don’t think I’ll be able to eat it for a while. Worst feeling ever🤢

Never ever disappoints (other than being closed on the weekend roflobster). I personally think every menu item is delish, but try the cheese steak!

Friendly staff and consistently great food

Staff here has always been rather surly, no big deal since the food was pretty good. But over the last 7 years or so, the food quality has gown steadily down hill along with the service. The staff seems to just choose when they are open or not, regardless of the hours posted on Google or their Facebook page. I've often called after 6pm and just had nobody pick up when they're supposed to be open til 7 (and I'm talking 6:25, not 6:50), or had someone ask me to hold only to never come back to the call. Terrible service and declining food quality have really turned me off of what was once one of my favorite spots in Burlington. Management needs to get their stuff together; their staff is not doing them any favors.

I ordered the Black Bean Corn Tortilla takeout. It came with the tortilla nearly falling apart as it was sopping in aquafava and relatively without flavor. There are such better options for 7 dollars, would've been a fair deal for less than half the price.

Delicious rice and pork burrito with a nice zing of citrus and cayenne pepper. Add a drink, tax and tip and expect to pay over $20.

I used to frequent this place and it was delicious. Now that I live farther away I can't come down as much. Their hours have made eating here impossible. I finally today had a Friday off to venture up for some. Hours said until 7. Two hours wasted as they closed 5 hours early. Disappointed 😞

Love the food, love the owners but the phone service is pretty poor. They’re clearly annoyed when I call and I’ve been put “on hold” several times just to listen to employees chat.

The Thai chicken wrap is delicious. Very flavorful and quite filling. About half the wrap is a full meal for me, so I always have enough for a great lunch the following day. Will continue to return and I definitely recommend.

The tortillas are the star here. Counter service offers burritos and quesadillas on housemade tortillas in four flavors. Get ready for a drippy mess, though delicious, with the fusion burritos. Order the quesadilla if you’re on a first date. New World tortillas are a staple in our house so I get a pack of fresh ones to go, and you can too!

Very unassuming outside. Inside is no frills. You come for the food. Huge burritos packed with tasty flavors. Really good. Worth a visit.

Literally the best tortillas anywhere in the new world. They make them fresh daily and they are delicious! I always buy an extra bag to bring home with me for breakfast burritos.

The food here is really delicious. Love that you can get unconventional burrito fillings. My one complaint, I was given WAY too much sauce. Made my burrito too messy hold or eat properly. Other than that, I'd recommend here👍🏽 just make sure to ask for light filling.

Like many small businesses, New World is working to get back to its pre-COVID performance. The food is still excellent, beer is cold, and you are in the neighborhood of multiple breweries. They are doing great work, and it will be nice to see the business back at its optimum.

This has been a go to spot. I feel the prices are a bit lower but the quality is a Lot lower. Too much wrap. Too little meat and way too little sauce.

Always love new world tortilla! It's the only affordable burrito place in Burlington, not to mention the burritos are twice or three times the size of Chipotle burritos! They use special, giant tortillas. Been coming here for 10 years, they're consistent.

I absolutely love this place. The Chicken Vera Cruz is my favorite wrap. I also really enjoy their hot sauce called Atomic Sunshine.

Warm flavorful tortilla, Yummy fresh fillings, and you can watch them make your wrap. Was not expecting such a huge wrap for the price, it was filling and delicious and a great bargain! About $13 for a wrap, bag of chips, and a large bottle of iced tea. Will definitely keep this place in my regular rotation.
