Had an excellent Greek Salad today. Flavors mixed nicely with their homemade Greek dressing.

We dined here on one other occasion, and enjoyed it. Today, however, was a step backward in food and service. I’ll just say we did not get what we had ordered, and thought it was understood - it was not, and we were charged more for it. Dine here, but just be careful your order is understood and the charge is correct.

This place was great in supporting an animal based diet. Instead of charging the full price for the gyro platter which included fries and pita, they accommodated by charging for 2 sides of meat and added a nice portion of feta. This was a great carnivore meal where other restaurants would have charged full price and extra for more meat without the carbs. Wifey enjoyed her gyro as well. Really liked the crunchy fries. Great food and experience in Lexington. Would recommend!

The food was outstanding. It was so fresh and delicious 🤤 My waitress's name was Santana, very cool, and she took very good care of us. The only complaint we had was their bar had no frozen options and they didn't have a lot to of other options to choose from. However, the owner even came to our table to discuss what options they do have with my husband. He ended up just drinking soda, but I had a decent margarita on the rocks. Santana even sugared my rim. 🥰

What a pleasant surprise. Delicious food and great service. The restaurant was busy but the second we entered we received a friendly greeting and were quickly seated. I had the pastichio which was very good. The boys had a Greek salad and fries and proclaimed it was excellent, as was the dessert. Their Tzatziki was very nice and makes for a great dip for the fries as well. We also had the Saganaki which is a large chunk of Asagio cheese served flaming with a nice "ooopah" flourish thrown in by the server. In short, we loved Niko's Grille!

We go to Niko’s every few months or so and it never disappoints. I had Greek appetizers and my wife had the chicken pita. The rice stuffed grape leaves are definitely a treat.

You sort of need to judge everything on a sliding scale. I was fairly disappointed with my meal, and Niko's certainly wouldn't survive if it were within 20 miles of a decent kebab, but it's the local Greek place in a small town. Good enough? I don't really think so, no. I recently visited some friends in Charlottesville and had a souvlaki at Tip Top that was better, bigger, and cheaper.

Pleasant staff. Good food. Plan to return sometime. Plus Lexington is full of history. A beautiful area of Virginia. Thank you Nikos.

Always excellent food and service, we've been coming here for the last 5 years or so. We try to visit Lexington every few months, last year we missed due to the vid. If you're looking for a quiet, somewhat romantic atmosphere, give Niko's a try. Daily specials are always excellent. We've enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner here.

Went to Niko's for the first time yesterday while on a day trip to wonderful Lxington, VA. The food was EXCELLENT! Best Greek food I've had a LONG time. My wife agrees and we'll definitely be returning. This is a don't miss spot! I recommend you make it part of your visit.

Disappointed. Gyro paper thin slices, served cold, and a small portion compared to other. Taste was also off and seemed like to much of a industrial product.

We decided spur of the moment to go to Lexington, Virginia for Valentine’s Day, 2024. We called several high-end restaurants to make reservations for dinner. All were either full or could only offer seats at their bars. My husband finally got a reservation to Niko’s Grille for dinner. I thought – Greek food for Valentines? However, it turned out to be the best restaurant meal we have had in months! The appetizer was fried calamari, so wonderful, perfectly crispy & delicious. We shared the Greek Salad with Chicken & the Grilled Chicken Sandwich followed by Greek rice pudding for dessert. The meal was a little piece of heaven. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We were treated like ‘part of the family’. Who could ask for anything more?

Cannot overstate how happy I am with this dining experience. My college is in town for a competition at VMI and we kind of randomly decided on Nikos. Having fairly extensive restaurant experience, I knew immediately when I walked in that everything was going to be great here. It is quaint and clean. The staff is friendly and the open kitchen is always a wonderful thing. Just a pro tip for any folks uneducated in the restaurant business...if you can see the kitchen and the kitchen is spotless, your food is going to be delicious no matter what you order. I hope I find myself in Lexington again soon so I can try something else on the menu! Salvador was out server and he was one of the best servers I have had the pleasure of being served by. He is the epitome of what service should be when dining out!

This was a stopover on our way to Charlotte, NC. From the very nice server to the food itself, everything was terrific! Would highly recommend, and on a side note I love Greek food, but my spouse does not, and he enjoyed his meal. So, they do offer non-Greek food too.

Family-owned, offering tasty Greek classics like spanakopita, dolmadakia, etc. The flounder was very moist, and the spanakopita was just right. We finished with a generous baklava. If passing through again, we would seek them out!

We stopped overnight in Lexington on our way to visit family for Xmas and found the restaurant on-line. Decided to try it based on reviews and menu - we were very happy with our decision. The food and service were very good and it was obviously popular with locals.

This spot is nice for a quick meal, but the service could've been better. For instance, I told the waitress I don't eat onions and asked if the Moussaka had any. She assured me they could remove the onions. But when I started to eat the Moussaka, it was all in onions and I couldn't finish it. I usually love Moussaka and never had this onion problems at other Greek restaurants.

Came here to celebrate my wife's birthday, it was a short 3 hr drive for us, but there aren't any good Greek restaurants near us. We came for dinner, about 5ish on a Friday, good crowd, friendly staff, our server was very friendly and attentive, offered some good recommendations. Growing up on Greek food, we know good authentic cooking, and yes this is authentic. Grape leaves were good, as was the whole meal. Everything was fresh, and there was a lot of it. Come hungry, or share a few dishes, the portion sizes are very generous here.

I was disappointed in the lack of authentic Greek flavor in the food, especially the tzaziki sauce and greek meatballs, pretty bland. The French fries were really good, maybe the restaurant is better at their American dishes. Staff could be a bit nicer as well

We were in town for a football game, travelling team, and went to Niko's Grille for breakfast. The restaurant was busy, but managable. We were seated right away, however when our waiter came he was abrupt, and rushed us to order. We waited over 20 min for our breakfast, never was offered more coffee, and after seeing others receiving their breakfast inquired. Our breakfast was brought out cold, cold eggs and cold toast. Our waiter never asked about anything. We discussed with the hostess, who was very kind, she took our meals, had the kitchen warm them up, and then delivered them back. They were "warm" but not hot, but edible as we were starving. As i was eating the breakfast potatoes i felt something hard in my mouth, spit it out, and found two (2) small stones in my potatoes! Yes, stones/rocks, we immediately informed the hostess and she was extremely apologetic. Needless to say, we did not eat anything more and left. I don't know how the dinner is at restaurant but i do NOT recommend the breakfast for multiple reasons. i feel genererous giving a three star.

We stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday after walking around Lexington all morning. It was nice and quiet and cool inside and a welcome break. Friendly greeting, immediately seated, and our drink order taken. My wife had the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich which came with fries. The sandwich was very good and the marinara was very good and not sweet. The fries had a seasoning crust on them and were very good. I had the Club Sandwich which was a good sized portion with lots of meat. The fries were also very good and nice and hot. The service was excellent and it was a great experience. The total bill, including two sweet teas, was $ 38.

We absolutely loved place! We were visiting from out of town, and went for brunch. Perfect breakfast food - the best eggs and potatoes I've had out in years. The service was exceptional, and the staff and owners were friendly and fun. We loved it so much, that we brought our husbands back the next morning.
