Nice little place, nothing fancy. Great service two very tasty meals . First time at this place and first time for Vietnamese food! We really enjoyed it and will return and try other dishes.

Delicious food and the nicest owners. I’ve eaten at this restaurant and at one they operated in Harrisburg. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. The owners are incredibly nice and friendly, you can tell they deeply care about their business and customers. I’ve never had a bad meal here. I love the Vermicelli with grilled pork or Vermicelli with egg rolls (vegetarian). Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. I had the vermicelli with the ground pork, grilled pork, and egg rolls. My husband got the spring rolls with steamed shrimp and pork and the banh mi thit nuong. We also got strawberry and honeydew boba. Everything was amazing. The service was also great; our waitress super friendly and attentive. It was so cheap! We will definitely be returning.

If you want authentic Pho and great service this is the place. The owners are awesome and love their community, giving out free food to help the homeless.

As a Vietnamese American who has been to numerous viet restaurants and basically grew up with my mother's cooking, I would say this place has good food. I ordered vermicelli dish with eggrolls to go, was delicious, but could be a bit fresher. There was no customers in there when I came in around 5. Waited only 10 mins for my food. I haven't tried other dishes, but if I come back in the area I would stop by and order their pho. Talked to owner who was a nice gentlemen and told me a bit of history of his restaurant. Wonderful Vietnamese food with a ton of vegetarian options!

I went based on the reviews on the map, 100 points! There is no Chinese service in the store, and the clerk speaks English or Vietnamese. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. I was visiting from New York and found this restaurant. I am so satisfied. I will eat there again next time. It is much better than the Vietnamese restaurant in Flushing. This place is even better👍

We had a wonderful meal tonight.- our first time here!! Everything was so fresh and delicious!! . We had the House Special Spring Rolls, House Seafood Pho Special, the Vermicelli with pork and shrimp , and the amazing flan! We can’t wait to go back - it’s definitely worth the drive! The atmosphere is so-so, but incredibly clean and organized. The owner was so gracious- and she was amazing - cooking, serving , and making everyone feel welcome.

It's a nice Vietnamese restaurant in the Palmyra area. If you have Vietnamese and Pho, you know how it works. As a vegan as I very pleased they had vegetable broth to go with my Pho. Thats so hard to find these days, Def will go back

This restaurant has a family operated feel, and a focus on customer service. The atmosphere is laid back and casual and service was smooth and quick. The food was flavorful broth robust, and aroma great. Our Shrimp and Chicken Pho had delicious broth and was perfect for recovering from cold, soothing on the throat and add siracha heat as needed to open the sinuses. My wife had veggie egg rolls that she said were fantastic! The Veggie Pho was good, but she said the broth was not on par with the beef broth. Still, we are happy they have a veggie broth option for those allergic to beef and pork. The detailed tapestry on the walls is also amazing, they look like paintings but are intricate threaded pieces of art. Stop in, enjoy a healthy meal and leave feeling better.

Customer service is great everybody is kind and attentive! The food is hands down some of the best I've been to quite a few places that just throw together greasy food but this place does Vietnamese food correctly. Fresh clean and unique everybody at Ninh kieu restaurant is human kind and understanding.

Only problem I have is you can't say authentic if it is not. I ordered 2 beef pho and 2 Bahn mi both of the pho tasted and looked like chicken stock which I did not want and do not like. Also ordered 2 Bahn mi that tasted like cheap frozen pork these are usually the same no matter where you order them and taste identicle but the pork on these didn't taste right and was very weird. I get its the only place around and inflation sucks but I paid what 45$ for 2 soups that weren't right and I didn't like and 2 Bahn mi that didnt taste right.

Great Vietnamese food in Central Pennsylvania! I was at Fort Indiantown Gap for drills and stumbled across this restaurant, and it will certainly be a regular food spot for years to come. The woman who seated and waited on me was wonderful. She was very attentive and gave me excellent recommendations on items to order. Their Taro Boba tea was as good as I've had anywhere. Their food was too notch with fresh ingredients. I can't wait to stop back!

Mom and pop shop serving authentic Vietnamese food. We had the summer rolls, eye round Pho and the pork Banh Mi. It was all so delicious! The Pho broth was very tasty. I’ll definitely be back!

Best pho in the surrounding area, hands down. They originated from their first restaurant in Harrisburg it is as awesome as well there. The flavor they put into their pho... especially the spicy bun bo hue, is unmatched. The grilled pork hoagie never disappoints either.

So kind and the food was great! Had been wanting to try this place for awhile now, being local, and I wasn’t disappointed.

The food tastes good and the woman who runs the register and takes orders is super friendly. I’ve enjoyed coming here, but my most recent visit I became very grossed out. The woman’s bathroom (single person use) was occupied so I waited my turn outside the door. The toilet flushed and was immediately opened by an elderly woman. She was not a customer and looked like she may have been the server’s mother who might help in the kitchen. She definitely did NOT wash her hands after using the bathroom and after holding the door open for me walked directly into the back where the kitchen would be. The sign above the sink may read “employees must wash hands,” but she certainly did not!

The food is excellent with reasonable portion sizes and interesting selections beyond just pho and banh mi. As of April 2023 they have a sign in the entryway that if students bring a report card showing they made honor roll, they get a meal on the house! Also senior, veteran, etc discounts available, and they have the best collection of family photos in the hallway on the way past the counter to the bathrooms. Boba tea available if you're into that.

Great Vietnamese food and wonderful family run business. The spicy seafood pho is my favorite, highly recommend if you like seafood.

Delicious, good prices and great service

One of the most important part of Pho and Bun Bo Hue is the flavor of the broth and the freshness of the herbs. This place doesn’t disappoint. The broth was amazing and the herbs were super fresh. The beam sprouts were crunchy indicating freshness. This place is far from us but we will be going back. The owners were also very friendly making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended.

I’ve come here a few times now, and I just have to say this place is something special. Having spent two months of my life in Vietnam, I can hands down say this is the best Vietnamese restaurant I have been to since I’ve come back to the states. Excellent service. Exemplary food. If you’re looking to try the wonders of Vietnamese food while in the states, this is a must visit!

We loved both the meat and tofu bahn mi options and will be going back soon to try the pho! Our young pkids loved the crunchy egg rolls and vermicelli noodles. I grew up in this area and am thrilled to see authentic Vietnamese food of this quality moving in locally. The vibe is family-run and family-friendly.

The food here is incredibly fresh and delicious. The rice paper rolls had just the right amount of ingredients with a yummy dipping sauce and the Bahn Mi sandwich was out of this world. The proprietors were super nice!

If you’re familiar with their old spot in Harrisburg you know you won’t be disappointed. Delicious Pho, excellent apps and amazing Iced Coffee. Don’t sleep on this place. John and his family are very good people!

Good experience overall at this family owned Vietnamese restaurant. The pho nam gan soup was ok, served in ceramic bowl (not plastic like many places lately unfortunately), but it needs more meat though and veggies on the side, like "rau ngo & gia do", cilantro can't compensate those. The food was 3 stars, but the owners are 5 stars, they are very kind and polite.

This place was great! I'm in the area for work , and I got excited when I saw Vietnamese was in the area. I got the #7 and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back again. Friendly staff, and very clean area!

Wonderful food for a great price. Owners are kind and up-beat. You can't go wrong with the marinated pork spring rolls and any of the Pho options.

It was pho-nominal. When we think of spicy we think of hot. But the spice in this bowl of soup was absolutely wonderful. If I had to guess, I'd say anise but there was so many other flavors going on that was hard to nail one down. All the other ingredients the bean sprouts, the cilantro, the jalapeno peppers, just would bring out different flavors in the bowl and it was amazing. The beef was tender and flavorful without overpowering the rest of the dish. I highly recommend that you stop by and treat yourself.

I didn't know about this fantastic food until this week. Invited by a group to enjoy a meal, I was pleasantly surprised to find myself dining on excellent noodles with peanut chicken and an egg roll. Everything was delicious.

Very good place. I had the bun bo hue and my gf had chicken and shrimp pho. The spring rolls were good too. Prices were excellent. The broth was hitting. It was so good that we did not add additional sauce. They always give discount for veterans and students. The Vietnamese coffee was okay but my gf liked it. I think the owner didn’t put enough condense milk in my cup.

The best Vietnamese spring rolls, I ordered a huge amount for farther day and enjoyed time at home with my family yummy spring rolls!

The best pho in the area!! It’s the only restaurant I will order it from, and have driven 40 minutes from home for it. Ninh Kieu was located in Harrisburg at one point, and they relocated to Annville. The restaurant is spacious and clean, and the spicy shrimp pho is a necessity!

Ninh kieu has a nice selection of vegetarian options and separates them which is very helpful. We were a group of 4 and everyone enjoyed their meal very much. Looking forward to another visit.

Okay, I can be rough on Resturant’s but if they want my business and they want my money, I want good food and equally good service. Ninh Kieu delivers on both fronts. Somehow with all the business they do they still remember my food allergies every time we go and always welcome us like we are family. The food is incredible, really incredible. The quality and portions never disappoint and we sometimes go twice a week. I love this place.

My significant other LOVES this place, he usually gets a large (beef?) pho, and I tried #35, beef vermicelli. Delicious!

We ordered takeout today - pork Bahn mi for lunch and pho/spring rolls/egg rolls to heat up for dinner. Some of the BEST Bahn mi we've had. Pho/grilled pork spring rolls/egg rolls also all top notch. We go to another local vietnamese place in our area, but will make the trip just a little farther when we want Bahn mi...which will be often. Super friendly woman that took our order and made the food as well.

The only way I can describe the food here is WOW!!! Everything is amazing we got a variety of soft and fried spring rolls, a couple bon mi, seafood pho, and quail. Everything in the soft rolls was bright crisp and flavorful. The bon mi killed ever stopping and getting a burger on the way home. For 6 bucks you get the most amazing, claw your face off good sandwich that's topped with carrots, radish, cilantro, and sauce.
