The best kabab I ever had. I will be back to try the pizza.

We are fortunate to have such a great food truck nearby. You are doing a great job, keep it up! I usually cook at home, but if I am tired, this is the place where I go. Their koobideh kebab is my favorite.

Best Koobideh and their FALAFEL is closest to what you get in Iran!

Best gyro I’ve had in Seattle! The food is so fresh. Other Mediterranean food I’ve had in Seattle has been greasy and over seasoned. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Can’t wait to go back and try the pizzas!

Was at an event where I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a chicken gyro plate. I was told it would be 10-15 minutes but food was ready after an hour. Seems like they can really slow down if it gets busy at all. Food was otherwise pretty good and a good menu selection.

Update 7/17/2024 Love the Mediterranean /Middle Eastern food. Had the gyro plate, which is incredibly good! Ofiginal 12/2023 This is the mushroom pizza and it was fantastic. Crust is chewy, yet tender and delicious. Have had the chicken sandwich, which was very good. Today I had the gyro plate which was absolutely delicious. My goto is still the best mushroom pizza I've ever had.

Deserves every bit of praise. We got 3 pizzas, and they were each great.

An amazingly cute Mediterranean food truck on the corner. The gyro plate was fantastic and the owner gave me some extra pita when I asked. The hummus was a bit garlicky and I loved it. The salad was fresh and crispy. My wife got the nirvana chicken sandwich and was munching away because it was so good. We’ll definitely be coming back soon! Oh and the meat is halal as well.

I've only had their chicken kebab and it's been consistently good. Someone in line was telling me their pizzas are really good, so I might give that a try one day. Nice people too, so will definitely keep going back as long as they keep this up.

An unexpected gem. I was walking by and ordered a chicken gyro because it looked good on the sign. I had no expectations but was blown away by how good it was. The chicken had a really excellent marinade. The ingredients were fresh, and portions were generous. Plus, the person working there was really friendly. I will go out of my way to come here again.

This place is a bit unassuming from the outside, but now i’ve tried their gyro, koobideh, and chicken pizza. All were fantastic… Fresh, high quality ingredients with skilled chefs. Don’t sleep on this place!

This place is absolutely amazing! I would forsure recommend the Gyro plate lamb/beef👌 The vibe is nice and service 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ they have on special now - traditional Persian food and I must say it is absolutely a must order. We tried the chicken last night and we are trying the beef and onion today- the chicken wing kebab is 💯👌

Ordered chicken kabob and koobideh. My first impression was that the food was so clean- wasn’t greasy or overcooked and sooooo colorful with the so many vegetables. I love the portions too- veggies (salad and roasted), rice and protein. Both the dishes were yummy and very fulfilling. Everything we ordered was freshly cooked, so each order takes 10-20min time depending on the crowd. I find the menu very interesting; I will come back again to try more dishes.

I got the Nirvana chicken sandwich was amazing, the service was exactly what you want it to be, and the wait times were less than 10 minutes. The outdoor seating was covered and sheltered from the wind. And there is easy street parking all around. Definitely one of the better food truck experiences I’ve had.

Hidden gem!!! Hands down the best gyro plate I've ever had in Seattle, with amazing garlicky hummus and tzatziki. Can't wait to go back and try the koobideh and the pizza. Hope this place takes off 😃

I’m telling all my friends about this pizza that is as good as or better than genuine Italian pizza. LOVE it! The truck has covered seats and tables for outdoor dining. Try the pepperoni or red pizza!

Nirvana food trucks is amazing, probably my favorite place to eat at in all of seattle. The owners/workers are super friendly. I highly recommend to visit Nirvana food trucks if you're in the area. The gyro plate is so good and has made me drive from SeaTac all the way up to Ballard just to get it, multiple times mind you. The sausage pizza with carmelized onions is definitely the best pizza I've had in seattle (that's saying something for someone who grew up in chicago). Can't wait to come back to Nirvana, I know it won't be long.

Worked years and years in pizza. Cooked and eaten an unreasonable amount of it. Was offered a free pie by the kind folk running this place while we were working up the street. Didn’t get to eat it til just now after microwaving it. And folks I made a face when I took the first bite. These guys so know what they’re doing and I’m so excited to get a hot bite next time. Crust - A+ No grain put on the peel to help launch their pizza, high end technique. Perfect Neapolitan style oven job. Chewy and charred. Toppings - A+ I am not mincing words when I say that I wasn’t expecting much when I saw the toppings. Cured meat with red peppers on a white sauce. Ingredients looked good, just not a big cured meats fan. 100% aces Getting the ratios just right is the mark the a true pro and they got them *just* right. I have never put this much effort into a review before and again, I just microwaved their pizza probably 10 hours after they made it. I’m trying to lose weight guys cmon

Had the Beef & Lamb Gyro, I will say it’s the best one I had in the Ballard neighbourhood. Pizza was also superb, will a regular here.

Show this place love. Great pizza but the Philly is absolutely unreal. Easily the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had. It’s perfection. I can’t get enough. The owners are the sweetest couple and make their food with pure heart. What a gem! Their pizza dough is a recipe passed down from generations and you can tell it’s unique and special. I can’t say enough good things. I’m an instant fan. Wow!!

I'm here at least once a week and always get the red pizza. I would love to try other things on the menu but the pizza is so good I haven't gotten around to it. The dough has a great chew with a crisp outer layer. Equipped with the perfect amount of sauce that strikes an ideal balance between acidity and sweetness, which complements the always fresh basil and mozzarella. You really can't ask for more. I'll also sometimes get a side of fries which are always fresh and accompanied by a delicious smoky lemon tinged aioli. If you bottled this sauce I'd buy it. Goody and Shokofeh are always smiling and making some of the best and most reasonably priced food anywhere in the city.

Honestly, I overlooked this place a few times because the menu seemed all over. I noticed there was a consistent flow of people and saw that the reviews were positive so I gave them a try. I am very glad I did! I got the nirvana chicken sandwich and cheesesteak. Both of the sandwiches were well executed with the grilled proteins. They let the meat actually cook and caramelized and hit the great balance crispy and moist. They come with grilled mushrooms that were fantastic too, with its own crisp edge and generous salting. I can see myself coming here much more often!

so impressive!! stopped by for a gyro out of convenience a couple of weeks ago- 10/10, one of the best i’ve ever had. i’m currently eating the philly and listen!! it’s so good. i’m lucky to live so close, but this food would be well worth going out of my way. i’ve been telling all of my friends, but the people of the internet deserve to know too! great people making amazing food with love and care.

The food at Nirvana is amazing. Two of us went there for lunch. We ordered a beef and lamb gyro, a philly cheesesteak and a mushroom pizza. All the food was great. The gyro and cheesesteak were particularly large, so we were only able to eat a slice of pizza apiece. The cheesesteak is the best I have ever had, better than cheesesteaks from Philly!

Got the Nirvana Chicken Sandwich and it was one of the best I've ever had. So good. Randomly drove by it today looking for a lunch spot and very glad I did. Will be back.

I come here multiple times a week.. it’s honestly some of the best food in the area and a place I would strongly recommend any foodies to (local or out of state). This unassuming food truck makes a variety of great eats (gyros, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, salads, tacos) with high quality ingredients. I love that the chef experiments with adding new options to the menu; they are very deliberate so you can’t go wrong with anything you pick. They make their food with love + pride, which shows. The owners are also such wonderfully sweet people! I’m a genuine fan.

Their pizza was great! This is absolutely a hidden gem in Ballard and I was caught by surprise. They use wooden oven and the crust was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend it. Would definitely return to try other items next time!

Was in the area, and they have a great set up for eating outdoors. We tried their beef/lamb gyros, as we as their chicken gyros. Food was tasty and fresh. Will definitely be back again next time we are visiting the area.

I am visiting from NYC. Needed lunch, and this was right outside where I was staying. First time and it was delicious- had pepperoni pie and a beef/lamb gyro with fries. Both cooked to perfection and stacked with ingredients pretty nicely. Food was ready in 10 minutes, walked over to 7/11 for drinks in the meantime.

The best wood oven pizza🤌🏼also pasta was delicious. The owner is really friendly and fun.

Nirvana is a rare exception to the rule that says too much variety means nothing is particularly good. It’s all good, plus fast and affordable to boot.

All of the food on the menu looked really great and there was a lot to choose from. There were salads, a gourmet Burger that I was interested in, as well as pizzas, sandwiches and giros. I'll be back to try all of these and I'll explain why- I ended up getting a giro based on a recommendation from a random stranger who was also in line and even though I wasn't in the mood for a giro, I ordered it. There was slight pressure from the lady the register as well as the gentleman who gave me the recommendation so I blurted out my order and crossed my fingers. No need for that in hindsight. this giro was possibly the best one I've had in Seattle. Maybe not necessarily the best pita bread I've had on a giro before but definitely the best beef/lamb that I've been served on a giro before. Succulent, moist, flavorful. It looked awesome. I was amazed by its dark vivid Brown hue, it just looked fresh, unlike the greyish shavings from an aging spit I might have expected from some random food truck. The French fries were super good. Produce fresh and bright. I'm actually so impressed that I'll be chasing the dragon once a week by trying a different menu item to compare and see which one is my favorite. The nice couple running the place was friendly and helpful and I can't help but be just a little bummed that this spots going to blow up and have longer lines..
