I’ve never been let down here, the staff are so friendly, the food is amazing, the portion sizes are huge and for a great price. They are cash-only but there is an ATM in their dining room. Just note that extras (xtra sour cream, etc) are an additional charge so make sure to include them in your initial order to avoid awkwardly scrounging for change after already paying.😅

The best food and the best people. Delicious, casual spot for dates, and get togethers. This is a staple in New Bedford and has been for over a decade.

The food was excellent but the service was ok. The inside is quite dark and loud. The chips, salsa and guacamole is delicious along with the tacos, burritos, and rice and beans. Prices are very reasonable. Note that kid meals for a taco only have 1 taco and chips. We are inside. The atmosphere is all right. There are a couple of two person tables on the sidewalk outdoors. Be aware they only take cash.

Could be a nice restaurant also for vegetarians, because they do have some options but unfortunately the veggie stuff tastes really boring. The vegetables weren't even flavoured with salt or pepper. I guess the meat is flavoured and gives the taste but it's no shame if the vegetables would be flavoured too or there would be an alternative ingredient like soy or pea protein, tofu, extra herb cheese like goat cheese or something else that gives some taste. The same spices for meat can be used for alternative protein sources. So as a vegetarian I would not recommend this place. Apart from that the staff were friendly and the vegetables seemed fresh.

We had early dinner with the kids. It was chill. Food was great, They have a kid’s menu which was a blessing.

Firstly I want to say their online google menu prices do not match with current prices. They only take cash, and they do have an ATM in the restaurant. I bought their steak quesadilla and chips salsa/ guac. The salsa was in house made chunky diced with pre diced garlic (which is the most flavorless garlic. Plz chop your own garlic, it tastes better) and not seasoned. Was difficult to scoop the salsa with the chips. Same thing with the guac, good but not seasoned. The steak quesadilla was very good. The steak was tender and had a strong beef flavor. I was surprised for a Mexican restaurant they didn’t have hot sauce on at each table. Overall 3.6/5.

Love no problemo's!!! Great food. Great ingredients. Great service. The only downside are they are a CASH only business, but they do have an ATM on property ($2.50 ATM fee). Finding parking does suck sometimes, but you're downtown, so what do you expect? They are usually busy, so expect a 15+ min wait time on your order. Also, they are a little pricey, but given that they use the best and fresh ingredients, it's worth it.

Best Mexican food in New Bedford Great service

Its healthy, delicious, awesome people work there, and the place has a nice look to it. The food is fresh, combined in an array of great flavors, and great amount of food for the prices they offer. I love it there. I don't know how the night life is there but they're open late on some days and I heard they have live bands.

Unfortunately, I just had to walk out of the restaurant with my 3 boys feeling extremely thirsty and tired. When we arrived there the place was busy and the host said we couldn't sit at the 5 seater, that we had to wait for a 4 top table. OK, so I waited with my boys for about a good 25 minutes watching while other tables became available. Still we were not seated! I had been completely ignored the whole time to the point where I had to approach the server again and she finally decided to let me and my sons sit at that 5 top that had been empty for 25 minutes. SMH So now we finally felt as though we were going to get what we came for. We waited another 25 minutes and felt COMPLETELY ignored. No water, nothing... no silverware... it was when I watched a customer come in, get seated promptly, got her silverware and drink in the matter of a minutes that I started to get upset. I'm VERY patient and this was absolutely uncalled for and I'm sitting there wondering why she is not serving us... Finally after the dehydration kicked in, the boys were restless, so I got up to leave. I made sure I let them know why. I'm not one to go about complaining and actually I always look for the best. This was not the best. Today, me and my boys were completely ignored and NOT served in this establishment and I'm wondering why... 🤔

A restaurant so good you would be an idiot to open anything similar in a 50 mile radius. Don’t know how else to say it. Best burrito you will ever have.

It was a very chill place and we were very comfortable sitting at the bar. The bartender's funny. I was with my old friend.I had not seen in a long time so it was nice to be somewhere that was pretty quiet but the food was definitely worthwhile.I think we both spent about $20 with a drink.I had a soda he had two beers. The burritos were nice and big. Neither one of us was able to finish, so we both took it home. Parking is very easy.There's a lot of parking around.You just have to drive around a little bit if you don't find something at first. They have a nice selection of beers. The food came out fairly quickly.You could tell that it was made with love. The chips and guacamole was absolutely delicious.

Very nice food the drinks are a bit pricey

First time here, did take out The man who took our order had very great customer service. He explained everything very kindly and thoroughly. The food was fantastic. I was literally thinking about what I was going to order the next time as I was groaning about how stuffed I was. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and my husband the spicy BBQ burrito. Our only complaint was the salsa has a lot of red onion in it. Not our favorite but we ate around it. I think it came to 28 for our 2 meals but if we weren't such hogs, we would have left overs for the next day. We'll be back 👍

A friend introduced me to No Problemo back in 2004, and it immediately became my new favorite restaurant. I moved to NH for several years and would actually convince my parents to bring me No Problemo burritos when they'd come visit because they are just that good! I'm so glad to be back in the area again so that I can stop in more frequently! Such a great place with great food and friendly people!

Food is good but they are super stingy with hot sauce. None at the table and they give 2 tiny ones with your meal. Asked for more and he reluctantly handed over 2 extras. But you need like 8 or 10 for a spicy burrito.

A few problemos… First time eating there and I was looking forward to having a margarita all day. No margaritas. First ordered chips, “salsa” and guacamole. The chips were good, guacamole was good, “salsa” was pico de gallo which is very different and I don’t like it with chips. Then ordered a chicken burrito with a side of rice and refried beans (separate). The beans were pretty good although a little dry. The rice was an attempt at Mexican rice and was terrible. No taste and too wet. The burrito was ok, not great.

Local damn treasure. Moved away and still talk about the great food and huge portions. Local owned. Local loved. Easily a hidden gem kinda spot, worth acquiring it.

Rats in the dining room. Told Staff and they didn't care. Which means it's been going on so long that they're used to it.

Fantastic. I moved to the area, went to a few restaurants. Once I went to No Problemo I didn’t bother going anywhere else. Everything here is delicious and great prices. No problemo is a no brainer..

Do you want to experience the greatest beef quesadilla of your entire life? You better RUN to No Problemo. Even reheated the next day this is an enormous portion with perfectly seasoned meat. Most places that offer quesadillas seem to rely on just slam jamming a ton of cheese between the tortillas and not really flavoring anything. No Probs focuses on making the cheese actually taste delicious instead of overloading you to lactose intolerant nausea, and fills it to bursting with the meat of your choice. The beef included was so tender and delicious it melts in your mouth, and the portion was so big, I haven’t even had a chance to dig into the decadent, newborn sized burrito I ordered as well. Cash only is annoying but I couldn’t care less, I will hit up an ATM any moment of any day if it means I can have No Problemo’s.

My wife and I were looking for a restaurant while staying in the area that was open late and had great reviews which is how we found this local gem. The atmosphere and decor is very cool coming from a Hispanic and has a great vibe. Our waiter was nice and he did a great job explaining some of the plates as it was our first time and was alsoveey accommodating when i requested a taco variation that was not on the menu options. I would highly recommend this place as good go to if you're feeling like Mexican food and a good selection of items. Having Del's lemonade was a positive since I had heard it was the lemonade of the Northeast. They also have in house red and green salsas, which were both very good but I enjoyed the green one more.

I have been going to No Problemo for many years but only occasionally. I was last there Monday, October 2 2023. No Problemo is a local place with a good following. It is in downtown New Bedford and seems to be busy everyday at lunch time. Most recently I ordered my usual pork burrito. I have had beef burrito and tostadas in the past. I have never had a bad meal from No Problemo and it is reasonably priced. I do like the atmosphere because it reminds me of restaurants near my old college campus. Parking can be a problem at times because it is downtown and there is only street parking. If you like burritos, I highly recommend it.

The taco salad was so good. I kept it simple (aka no dairy) but the ingredients are so fresh that it was delicious and flavorful. The guacamole was perfect and the addition of scallions doesn't go unappreciated. I love that they have tortilla chips instead of a fried tortilla under the salad that normally gets too soggy to eat. So clever.

The small seating area and popularity make it rather loud and difficult to hold a conversation inside. Would still visit again, the food is worth it.

Pretty awesome 1st visit. Lunchtime sat at the bar. Pay parking on street. Chips with salsa and guac were good, little much just for me. Korean BBQ tacos were very good. CASH ONLY... Seemed to be a good beer and alcohol selection. Definitely worth a visit. Doing a lotta takeout 2nd visit... Tried a few other tacos and the are great! The chips and salsa don't do much for me, chips are straight out of a bag and the salsa isn't anything special. The guacamole was much better IMO. Service was polar opposite as last time, win some and lose some I guess. The biggest issue is the area is super sketchy, it's just depressing. People passed out on the street, homeless everywhere. Good food if in the area, I've only been during lunch can't imagine what it's like at night

Always good, always tasty - great food. Definitely one of our local favorites! The dining room includes a bar, sections for table service or self-service, and of course they do takeout. Bring cash or use the ATM.

The food, oh boy. What an amazing value for the food. For ten bucks you can get an absolutely stuffed burrito bursting to the seams with fillings. It was delicious and almost beyond what I could eat in one sitting. The server was kind and filled us in on the specials since we were new to it. The only thing to keep in mind is the establishment is cash only, but luckily there's an ATM if needed.

First time ordering in a while. Staff rude and assumed I wanted to eat in without asking. Wait staff rude when asked to accommodate take out instead of eat in, even though they never asked. Obsessed with the plantain quesadilla and find myself thinking about it every other day and wishing it wasn't an hour + away from me and my mouth.

It wouldn't kill you guys to have an honestly priced menu and maybe season the food. I got a burrito the other night and it had absolutely no taste at all. The menu online is different from the one you see there. Its a classic bait and switch. Online the burrito is 650, but 850 in person. When I mentioned this they had no reply. It's a cash only place as well. The live show was awesome, but thats about it for this place.

Went there today and I won't eat here anymore this place employees don't know what they are doing I asked what was in the burrito tells me things that I took out and when I took a bite into my food there were things they didn't tell was in there I called them back they told me it was my fault and refused to make me another food like I will never eat here ever again

Felt pressured to get our order in quickly and then was pressured again to pay and leave. The food is great, and we have been here many times, but we may never go here ever again. We arrived at 7:30 on a Wednesday night, they close at 8:00, so I don't understand who made the staff act this way. I guess they don't want any customers.

I now live in Florida! New Bedford native! Every time I come home to visit this is a must-have stop! I always meet old friends for a good meal! Staff is so down to earth and fun very nice atmosphere in a downtown setting!

I am obsessed with No Problemo! I get the same thing, Miss America extra jalapeños! I call and they already know my voice! EVERYTIME I walk in they great me with a smile! And let’s not forgot how delish everything is! One of my absolute favorite places!!! I tell everyone to check it out! 😊

Grabbed some to-go here while in town for the week. Food was delicious. We tried two different quesadillas and a salad. Everything was incredibly fresh and portions were huge. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town

Bruh, I can forgive them literally never seasoning anything once in their entire lives. I can forgive the rude, hostile hipsters over the phone. I can even forgive them being cash only despite this being 2022. But DOUBLING the prices and then deliberately leaving the old menu online everywhere to get people in the door and then smiling and informing them that they now owe twice what they thought they would? I just paid nearly $13 for a quesadilla the size of a small dinner plate when online it's listed at $6.75, and they still have the nerve to ask for TIPS. I used to be in there at least once a week because it was close, but never again.

Good size portions. I had the buffalo chicken burrito. Quite tasty, and very filling. Quick service. Had takeout. 11/12/22 update: This time I ate in with my date. Cozy atmosphere and great service. Loved the vibe from our waitress. She was very chill and laid back but also on top of her service game. Chips and (I believe) housemade salsa to start. Salsa had lots of different veggies, but was lacking a bit in flavor. I had the buff-a-que quesadilla, came with sour cream, salsa and jalapenos. very good, though not as spicy as expected. That was ok because they brought three different flavors of hot sauce for me to use! Total bill for two adults with nonalcoholic drinks came to about $34. Good food and good value. No Problemo is cash only, but they do have an ATM inside if you don't have cash on you (it charges a $2.50 fee). Sorry I forgot to take pics. Check it out for yourself though!

On a work trip and decided to stop in for lunch. I had the Zeus Burrito and chicken taco. I was full after the taco. The bartender/staff were very friendly and the food was great! The Cayenne Garlic hot sauce was my favorite so I purchased a bottle to take home. Great atmosphere and food!!

Went here with my friends, for starters the staff is awesome, they are super friendly and welcoming to all customers. Food was pretty good too, portions are very large be prepared go get a to go box lol.

no probs has a really cool/alternative vibe, always appreciated the decor and overall design of the place. great drink menu/beers and I love the seasonal sangrias they've done. as for the food, it's consistently presented nicely and in great portions. their one downfall for me, is that it lacks flavor, every time. I understand and appreciate the desire to serve straight forward, fresh food, which is great and should not be overlooked, but the lack of flavor is extremely apparent and ultimately the food is just not as enjoyable as it could be.

Been going there for 15 years and today made the last day! Manager was out of line and the waitress was disrespectful and insulted me again! Don't go there! They're only nice to they're friends who eat there...I guess my money ain't green enough

They put cheese on my order when I specifically asked for no cheese because I’m allergic to dairy. I called back to explain the issue and they refused to make a new order with no cheese. This place is really bad with their attitude and customer service. It’s beyond comprehension why they didn’t redo the order.

Four of us enjoyed the dining experience after a day in Nantucket. The tacos, burrito bowls and salad were all big, fresh and delicious. Cool restaurant vibe in nice artsy area of Southeastern Massachusetts. My friend Galen is from Fairhaven too.

Top notch Mexican food. Some options are more affordable. Quality ingredients and portions so you pay a bit more.
