Service I think was slow but I consider it due to lack of personnel. But great attentive service…great food…relaxing atmosphere, loud if you make it but relaxing place

Took my friend there for his Birthday and they went over the top with celebrating his birthday. They brought a personalized dessert with the piano man singing him a birthday song. Thank you for the excellent service and for personalizing our evening. Thank you Noe Restaurant and staff from the Hostess to the server and for expediter, it was 5 star service! We will be back!

Although I went straight to the bar, the hostess was friendly and courteous each time. Bartender James was friendly and on top of it with every patron. Charcuterie board was huge and very good

The servers are amazing and the food portions are HUGE. They are very GENEROUS with their portions which is very impressive. Definitely recommend coming here!

Great Staff and delicious food!

To be fair, I have only eaten here once, and had only one menu item. But what I had was not great, at any price. But considering the prices at this place I expected good food. There may be some good food on the menu, but surely not what I got.

After paying I received the receipt for someone else's card, with a different amount than our bill. I let the server know and he said he'd fix it. But when I looked at my bank statement, I had been charged an additional $45 over my half of the bill, for no reason, with no explanation. Ambience was lovely, service was extremely slow, food was average at best.

Waiters are rushed and in a hurry.

Was attending a meet the last day with my colleagues, food was great but when i looked over to the next table the hot young waitress was showing a gentleman her breasts, Absoulutely apalled, please fire this young lady. but those were some RAD honkers !!!!

What a beautiful experience all thanks to our server Evencio! I don’t believe we would have had the ambience we received if it wasn’t for him. He went out of his way to turn on not only a fire pit, but also moved around heaters to ensure we had 2 working ones to keep us each individually warm. Amazing experience!!! I definitely recommend you come and visit and make sure you request the legend himself, Evencio.

Absolutely horrible service at restaurant. Waited to be seated, since no one at desk, for 10 min. Order took forever and was a very underwhelming bland chicken, noodle, pineapple concoction. Then another 15 min wait for check. I was willing to give them another chance so went 2 nights later. Lots of people waiting with no staff in sight. After 10 min went to my room and ordered room service. Food delivered quickly, hot and tasty. Got the burger and fries. Would recommend it!

Food was okay, I guess when it has to come up that many floors it loses freshness! The view was awesome but the service was a little snooty! When I came here with my mom and the restaurant was empty. We had a reservation and my mom walked right past the hostess to check out the view. I waited to check in but before I could a hostess chased after my mom and yelled excuse me ma'am it costs $65 a person to be up here. One word, wow!!! I get it you are an exclusive restaurant but that is no way to treat your customers.

I had an early dinner there last night, while staying at the hotel. I ordered the lemongrass chicken. The food was not fresh and I got sick right after. It did not taste good either. It certainly is not worth the price. I suggest you go somewhere else. I would rather go out of my way outside the hotel and not eat there again.

Used to be a fine restaurant and in back it is still lovely and quiet (front part noisy!). Food is just bar food w minimal selection and pretty fatty or greasy. Service was rushed without being personal or speedy (an unpleasant paradox). this is the second time this year I've tried it, thought it might have gotten some of it's good restaurant sheen back by now, but no. Definitely worth passing by.

The food looked amazing ; but tasted horrible No Seasoning at all on any of the food ! The fruit wasn't sweet either that I had for breakfast one morning ! Don't bother booking reservations you'll be disappointed !

For dinner, I let the staff decide what they recommend. They recommended pasta with my choice of meat. Pasta is al dente, ingredients were fresh. I’ve been to Italy and it’s very rare to find quality Italian food here in the US. So I must say that the chef really knows his stuff. It is Olive oil based so don’t expect a creamy sauce. It has tomatoes, olives, capers, and grated cheese on top. I got the steak as my meat of choice and it was tender and packed with flavors. They paired the entree with white wine… perfect combo for the pasta, definitely. For breakfast, I got eggs benedict. Potato wedges tasted ordinary but the eggs benedict exceeded my expectation- eggs are perfectly poach and the hollandaise sauce was divine! Highly recommended!!!

Had a blast for my 53rd Birthday

Staying in the hotel for one night. Service was fast and the steak I ordered was pretty good. Well seasoned only needed a little more salt to make that steak better but pretty good. Good place for a meeting or a drink or 2

I’m providing a blended score of 3 based on food and service The food brought the score up to a 3 as the service would have probably stalled this review at about a 1 Let’s start with the bad so we can end on a positive note Our waitress was one of the most passive aggressive servers I’ve ever encountered and mind you I do food reviews on a regular basis. One member of our party ordered French toast which came with roasted potatoes. She also asked for a side of hash browns. Server responds your food already comes with potatoes My friend responds she’s aware but would like hash browns as well. Server responds You’re going to eat all of that food because that’s a lot of food for one person to eat Entire table just stared at her I then ask if they have coffee and if they’re able to make a caramel latte Server answers No I ask no to which part She responds again no At this point it’s too early and I’m too tired and haven’t had caffeine so I wave over another server and he and I discuss my latte options One of the girls stated she forgot something in our room and the new server states he can call someone to bring our items down. Old server seems confused and our new server explains we’re in one of the top suites (added perk for me traveling so much and doing reviews) and it’s one of the nicest suites there Now our old server is Miss Hospitality as she feels we now have money Needless to say a caramel latte can all of a sudden be hand crafted and one appears As the chefs have nothing to do with service I will say I had 0 complaints about the food. The food came out relatively quickly and everything was cooked to perfection. The chicken and waffles was a fan favorite for the table. The chicken looks like chicken nuggets and we’re bursting with flavor. Dipped into whatever creamy sauce they created and it was pure bliss. I ordered the breakfast sandwich which arrived on super soft brioche bread and the bacon was deliciously crispy. I also got Tater tots and found myself doing a happy dance which sipping my latte. 0 complaints on food Service needs some work Perhaps don’t judge what people are ordering Offer options if something is not available And treat everyone the same regardless of perceived wealth or not That human standard goes a long way when it comes to service

This is a shadow of its former self. Basically a bar restaurant with poor service and big tables are in ugly rooms with no views. Spicy chicken wings, hamburgers and other bar food is the best you can get. Avoid this place.

Mixed bag...the menu really did not represent how the restaurant had been described. Two entrees, jidori kitchen and crabcakes were good. The caesar salad was nothing more than a lot of romain, forgetable croutons, next to no dressing and a excessive amount of grated parmesean. The mac and cheese had no flavor, the bowl had a water logged sauce in the bottom. Service was slow, had to ask for the check. Will not return, a shame because it is a lovely spot.

I ordered a medium rare burger and it came out 95% uncooked. Like the outside was warm but the inside was purple and gooey. I tried to take a picture but they took it away too fast. Ate too much of it to think about. They made it again but then the bacon tasted burnt. The fries are okay but generic. Mac and cheese was heavy and generic also. The steak bites were good but I don’t know if any of this is worth the price.

Service has gone downhill since the pandemic and just recently in December of 2021. For all the out of towners and local visitors, please do not go here. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

The food isn’t the best but the presentation is nice and so is the setting. The food is way too bland. The vegan crab cakes were okay and the drinks were really good. But the pasta and steak were flavorless.

Nice looking restaurant and bar. They offer brunch on the weekends according to a sign. The hostess is very nice. The only draw back the service was slow even though the places was practically empty. We order our drinks and asked for the bill because we were short on time. We then had to ask for the bill again and the server left before I could hand out my card to pay. We then had to wait again for the server to finally pay.

Main restaurant is closed but weather was great for out door bar.

I recently went out to eat with my parents. We ordered a range of meals to satisfy both meat eaters and vegans. I have to mention that we all enjoyed our meals. I concluded with a glass of wine and a slice of excellent cake. The service was outstanding, and the upstairs space was great for catching up with friends over a bottle of wine. Thank you kindly!

Wow! This location was ideal for me. My bookings arrived on time, as promised. Due to its excellent environment, it is highly recommended for both business and social events. Take my word for it! Without a surety, you will never be let down! They have a wonderful place to unwind and eat delicious dishes. What an amazing service!

This was our first time visit to Noe Restaurant located in the Omni Hotel and Resort, and it DID NOT disappoint!! Service was amazing, friendly and polite we couldn’t have asked for a more wonder dining experience. The food quality and taste was top notch along with the beautiful bar and restaurant area! The patio outside has remarkable views of the DTLA skyscrapers and its gorgeous. This restaurant is just WOW all around, u MUST try it! 🏆

The hotel stay was exceptional! To awake the next morning to a beautiful brunch was convenient and a refreshing change! The staff at the Noe was welcoming and provided excellent service! I had the veggie, egg-white omelette, my seed, the popcorn chicken and waffles. The fruit was fresh and the tea was like aroma therapy to my senses. The weather was delightfully mild and sunny which attributed to the relaxing outdoor atmosphere. Thank you for this experience!

Noe has amazing views, amazing food, amazing staff. We had the rib eye and it was cooked perfectly! The staff was on it the whole night. Service was top notch. Very inexpensive for what you're getting. I would definitely go back again and again.

Noe Restaurant and Bar, especially a waiter named Abraham, can’t be beat for knowledge and helpfulness for celiacs. This was only my second trip since discovering I had celiac disease so I was quite anxious. Abraham made excellent suggestions, was willing to make substitutions, and turned breakfast into a highlight of the day for me. Thank you, Abraham! I hope you are well and can stay healthy.

This hotel restaurant has great food and nice atmosphere. Where there are lots of good choices to eat in the vicinity, we almost always eat here once while staying at the Omni.

My wife order the filet mignon with grilled asparagus and lyonnaise potatoes. She was pleased with the most tender and delicious steak ever. Potatoes were very good, however the asparagus was slightly bitter. My beet salad with greens, Greek yogurt and sliced oranges was delightfully refreshing and yummy. My entree was roasted white meat chicken broiled perfectly and delicious. The veggies were sauteed shitaki mushrooms and creamy pureed yams and they were delicious. The desserts were good, but not great. The goat cheese cheesecake was flavorful and rich but not sweet, the sorbet with it topped with blueberries was yummy. However the menu said it was composed with lemon curd to blend flavor with blueberries, disappointed that I did not see or taste lemon curd. Beware not to eat too much bread in the beginning because it was hot and delicious. This restaurant is pricey but well worth it. I would pass on dessert or split one because dessert is not stellar like the entrees. The celebration was worth the price. And next trip to Los Angeles, this restaurant will be on our bucket list again. For travelers by train, this Omni Hotel is a short Uber or Cab ride from Union Station and far cheaper than paying $53 a day parking. The hotel provides a 3 mile limit shuttle service for guests. Very convenient and cheaper mobility.

A great deal we found on Groupon. Rooftop restaurant wit very upscale food...steak.pasta or seafood are all good choices. The salads are fresh and the bread and rolls are hot. I had a steak which was prepared exactly as I ordered. My wife had the fish she enjoyed. And my son who is a pasta critic was very pleased. If you do a Groupon the dinner comes with desert.. again very good. Parking was about 10-11 dollars wit no validation..worth the price

Noe is a higher end restaurant with an excellent setting in downtown LA. It is located in the Omni hotel and they do valet parking. We had steaks with starters of sashimi. Food was excellent and venue was great. Highly recommend for special occasions or drinks after work.

The restaurant is trendy and cozy and the upclose view of the city skyline (especially at night) is gorgeous. The service is typically good. However, and much to my chagrin, no one acknowledge my note about our two birthday celebrations left on Open Table which is Noe’s online booking service. Our waiter (a make man with an accent) made us feel rushed towards the end of our dining experience. Overall good restaurant... Stay away from the seafood bouillabaisse because it is as salty as the ocean itself!

We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday last Friday. The atmosphere and the decor is nice! The food was good. Our steak was cooked to what we ordered. I love the appetizer, the sashimi, was so delicious! The Mocha chocolate cake was a good end to our dinner. Then they surprised us with two complimentary house champagne, yay!

Good food, service, price and ambiance. Whenever they have a special on travelzoo for $95 for two, it will be a good deal. You will share an appetizer, two main courses, two glasses of wine and share a desert. Parking can be tricky.
