Real Motz.. Fresh Made! Best Wings I have ever had!

What a nice surprise 😀 as we were weary, and hungry on our way out of town and landed at this little gem. Everything we had from the crusty bread and oil that came with our meal, to the soup , and wings were scrumptious. The hit of the night, the recommended Grouper dish you see pictured. Delicious. We will be coming back to this great place.

If I could give a zero I would. I went there the night before and had great service so I went back today to try something different. My wings were soggy when I asked for extra crispy so I asked for crispy wings he said he would throw them in the oven when that’s not what I ordered. I ordered fried wings not baked. They ended up frying more but they weren’t all flat like I paid for so they brought more out in a tied up bag that were soggy and still not all flats. I’ll never be back. They also charged me 11 dollars for Alfredo sauce. Don’t go here

I placed an order through the slice app and it took 2 hours to get my pizza. Everything I called the store they would tell me the driver is out with the pizza. When I finally received it the delivery guy called me to come down stairs instead of coming up the stairs. Then the pizza was cold. I called the store and they said a supervisor would call me back since they couldn’t compensate me. Never heard from them.

I love the meat lover Calzón they have. The large one can feed 4 people easily. It's a must try it.

Lunch menu has several different choices. Good value. Good food.

The best veal parmesan ever! The pizza is top notch, calzones are delicious.

Penne Ala vodka and tge bread was fantastic

Being from the North, there were pizza shops on every other corner, so it seemed. Domino’s was a necessity afterward. Not that I care! In my opinion, Norma is one of the best in Central Florida in terms of taste, price, and service.

We ordered the two large calzones, and they were extremely filled with lots of meat, bacon, meatballs sausage. I was Wow'd!!!!! A large bowl of sauce comes with it and it was in a huge pizza box and we got two of them. We were both stuffed and we only ate a third of it! And my girlfriend bought a box of garlic rolls on the side and I tried one and they taste homemade. They have to be homemade nobody makes rolls like this that taste so good without being homemade. Extremely pleased but we will try a pizza next time and try to eat it all. I give this place at 10++++ !!!!!!!!

Very cozy and family orientated place..

Awesome food, service and portions. We found this place coming back from SeaWorld and was happy we did. The meatballs, pizza and chicken parm were great. Loved the bread with oil dip!

This use to be one of my favorite places. I discovered door dash delivered. The last few times of ordering my food is cold and leaked all over inside the bag. We order pasta and my favorite is the chicken Francine. My wife is all over the pasta menu. Door dash is killing your food and disappointment is over the top. It's not worth it at this point. Hope you all fix this. I won't be ordering again.

Great New York style pizza (thin crust) I ordered pizza by the slice and choose chicken black olives and pineapple for toppings. Pizza came out delicious with no flop while holding. Cheese stayed in tack and didn't fall off. Shay was an excellent representative of the pizzeria ensure the pizza passed a quality check. This place has a wonderful dining area with historic photos of Nonna Maria family. With a bar for dining parties.

We hadn’t been there in awhile. The menu stated that with a dinner you got a salad or soup and garlic knots We ordered salads that came in small bowls not plates, we also got small loaf of bread that had a plate of oil and some kind of herb with it(way to much) , all you could taste was the oil. No garlic knots. My husband ordered Chicken Parm and I got Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. My husband said that the sauce was a jar sauce with no taste to it. My Fettuccini came out and that also was a jar sauce with no taste and microwaved chicken pieces. I asked the waitress why no garlic knots and was told that they are with the dinners anymore that they have them with take out now. That would have been nice to know beforehand. The only thing this whole meal had going for it was that it came out hot. This used to be our go to Italian restaurant but after tonight it will be our not go to Italian restaurant. Has gone down hill. We also both got a small glass of soda at the price of $3.75 a glass. I we should had seen this seeing we were the only ones in the restaurant.

I refer this place to all my friends, then I get two weeks of undercooked chewy not crispy crust. I know the people in charge make great pizza, I just don’t want the doey undercooked I’ve had the last two weeks. Look after your help better please.

My wife and I go here often, love their pizza! She tried calling, number was incorrect. I was able to find the correct number and update it on Google Maps. Hopefully you will receive more calls!

I hate to do this BUT. I usually have good service and food when I go to Nona Maria’s. But the last couple of times has been very disappointing!! Today’s pizza was a major disappointment and a costly one too. I ordered a large meatball and sausage Pizzia. It looked good when they showed it to me. But when I got home it was totally burnt and disgusting!! Be aware when getting take out. Make sure you check the bottom.

We love everything about Nonna Maria's. The owner's, the server's, the atmosphere and of course the delicious food. From the pizza to the crusted grouper, to the yummy Greek salad, to a delicious glass of wine.. The lunch menu is so very affordable too.

The food is amazing. Staff is amazing. MGMT is amazing. Will def be back!

I would like to correct my previous review which appears to have been removed. I share the same name as my son and use his account for various things he shares with me. I mistakenly spoke on his behalf. Somehow thought I was doing him a favor until he told me what happened due to my actions. My review had nothing to do with the food as I have never had it. So, to anyone who saw it, it was irrelevant and disregard it.

These guys have the best and most authentic Italian food anywheres near. They have good servers and if anything goes wrong they are fast to correct it. The owner is serious about his business and wants everything to be right. Atmosphere is wonderful! I highly recommend this place.

Authentic Italian Restaurant?? No way. The lady taking my order couldn't pronounce half the menu. The cooks were DEFINITELY not Italian. Actually none of the staff were Italian. I got the Chicken Parmesan sub sandwich, Chicken was dry and old, my wife got the Philly Cheesestake, they added some type of sauce that made it ...sweet..maybe..I don't know, it didn't taste good. I also got the zeppolis, totally disgusting, dough was hard and chewy, the canoli was ok, not the best, but edible. Would not recommend this place.

This was almost a really bad review. Last night we ordered a pizza online, for delivery. This was placed at 5:45 and told to arrive 1 hour later. We waited until 7 to call and check in they said they were bringing it now. We waited until 8 and called again. They said they were really sorry but the driver delivered it to the wrong house. At that point we just wanted food so we allowed them to remake the order and were told it would be 30 mins at the door. Here is why they still get 5 stars. They made the pizza and the wings absolutely perfect. Exactly what we go to Nonnas for. Not only that, but the owner himself came with the driver to deliver the pizza, shook my hand and apologized, explaining when online ordering it can do that and to call in from now on and it's much easier. ( I like doing it that way anyways these days with everything online) He also brought 2 cheesecakes and my girlfriend LOVES cheese cake. Respect goes a long way people and I respect that man and will continue to eat here!

Absolutely amazing food. Anytime I am close by I order from here. The portions are large and the food is always fresh and hot. The pizza is everything you want and more. The crust is perfect, the sauce is the right amount, the cheese is plentiful, and perfectly melted. I don't say this lightly, it is some of the best pizza and calzone I've ever had. Definitely worth the try.

Have been dining at Nonna Maria's for four years. Ordered pizza and requested SPECIFICALLY little to no cheese so that crust would be VERY CRISP. Server said she completely understood. What came out was a pizza with the most cheese I have ever seen on a pizza so the crust wasn't crisp. I told our server who couldn't have cared less. I then told the other waitress who was very nice and wanted to help but we didn't want to wait for another pizza to be made.

Good pizza and wings. We ordered the meat lovers and Bianca. Lots of meat and the bianca was simply delicious. The wings were very toasty and saucy. They played Italian music, acoustic guitar which adds a nice touch to the dining experience.

Food is delicious. Server/ service not so much. We ordered a large meatlovers calzone Saturday and got small. Today went for lunch ordered a large meatlovers calzone , large antipasto salad and meatball Parmigiano sub. We got a large meatlovers Stromboli. After waiting 45 minutes we got the salad and sub. We were the only table there period The antipasto salad had some lettuce, coldcuts rolled up, 2 slices mozzarella cheese ,Salami, and green olives with pimento on top, didnt come with any bread or crackers it was disappointing . Meatball sub had lots of flavor. Yes, server said he could take back Stromboli and bring Calzone but we had already waited 25 minutes and still waiting for salad and sub. He kept telling us the rest would be right out. Normally you serve the salad first.

I go pretty frequent to get wings or the Greek salad. The Greek salad is my fav. It’s sooo good. The wings are usually pretty juicy and have just the right amount of sauce on them. I always get it to go, but the servers are always polite. It’s a good spot for some good food.

Remove to Florida 25 years ago this is the first Italian we have found that is as good as New Jersey New York restaurants

Just gave this place another chance, placed my order at 550pm. It's now 725pm and still nobody is here. As much as I would like to have a great place to rely on this is not the one. Pizza is really good……BUT order garlic knots which are my favorite combo with pizza, and the knots have almost no garlic, very dry, basically bread rolls. Really disappointing. Fill these things with garlic please!!!!

The food is great. Starting to nickel and dime loyal customers. $.50 for extra dressing? $5.29 to throw some spinach in the primavera. Can't get thru on the phone. Oh boy, my favorite place is gone.

I am 42 years old and never do reviews. I figured, if you didn't like somewhere then just don't go back. Which we won't be going back to Nonna Maria's. We'll go down the street to Anthony's from now on. Tonight my husband and I went here for dinner after a LONG day at work and then some errands. He hadn't eaten all day so he was starving. Rather then grab something quick from the Chinese place next door, we decided on Nonnas for a sit down experience. The server was nice. She brought us garlic knots that were hard and burnt on top. (We didn't complain) When our entrees came out, my husband took one bite and said, "This awful. Not at all what I expected." I told him to let the server know, surely you can exchange it for something else. Meanwhile, he nibbled on the burnt garlic knots and his salad.When our server came back, he told her that could not eat what was served to him. She said, "Just because you didn't like it, doesn't mean you don't have to pay for it." Then she brought him a slice of cheese pizza as compensation. (Like he was a 5 year old) She brought us the check and yes, his meal which was over $20, with only 1 bite taken out of it, was on the bill. Then she boxed MY food and took his away. AFTER CHARGING US FOR IT?!?! At least let us take it home to give to someone else!!! WE PAID FOR IT!!!!!! NOPE! We just spent over $20 on literally NOTHING and my poor husband are my left overs when we got home. What a waist of money and poor customer service. Instead of having a a repeat customer, you have a 1 star review. So, if you want decent food and decent service , where your hard earned money is well spent, drive the extra mile to Anthony's.

Best pizza around. Service is friendly. Did I mention the pizza was amazing? Order a XL cheese and smash it by yourself. Picture to upload? Nope, ate it already.

I give up… They can’t get my order right, super slow, they don’t care, staff is apathetic at best, rude at worst.

I order to go food quite often and the past 3 times I've ordered soup with my meal and EACH TIME I have to ask "where's my soup?" It's on the receipt!!!! Can I just get what I ordered the first time?!?!?!

Been going to Nonna‘s for years the past year has gone way downhill. This is the third time we’ve had a poor experience first time lasagna was ice cold in the middle. Second time pizza was burnt third time chicken tenders were greasy. Children’s spaghetti was like eating rubber. And the staff is less than attentive. It’s a shame.

One of our favorite places to order takeout from that isn’t a chain. Sometimes it’s inconsistent (more than twice the garlic knots were dry, but when they have minced garlic they’re amazing!). Caitlin is always rude and sounds stressed on the phone, but the food makes up for that so we’ll continue to give them our money.

Great food owner very friendly, only place for exceptional pizza

The chianti was good. Third time coming here. Thought I give it another chance. Waited 13 minutes at the table before a server to show. Order the Baked Ziti, chicken gnocchi zuppa. Soup came out, I took 3 bites the soup was good a minute later the baked ziti came out. The server says, too soon. Here, take the full bowl of soup away, Ma che Cazzo. The ziti wasn't ziti, it was penne, and it wasn't bake. I left the food there. The ricotta tasted sour as well. Now I'm trying to get this sour taste out of my mouth.

Eggplant stringy. Garlic knots had no garlic. Forgot my soup.

Excellent Buffalo Chicken pizza. The dough and crust are excellent. Glad I stopped in on my way through to grab a good bite to eat.

Ordered the Italian wedding soup and pizza. The pizza was fine. The Italian wedding soup had a 1/4 of a meatball.

The issue was the quality of the Pizza was hard to bite and the order of the Garlic nut bite thought to bite too. I think 🤔 or too much Flour or recycled food from yesterday not fresh pizza or Garlic. Not recommend this place. I threw the pizza away and the Garlic Familia was mad 😡 of me throwing it away. When order pizza another location near me hopefully is good. Hopefully, Tiramisu Is good to eat crossing my fingers.

Fantastic quality every time we order.

I went into eat at 11:30 today. I sat down. 2 servers there and they weren't busy. The server brought a menu and walked away. I sat there while three other tables where waited on, that came in after i did. I told 1 of the servers I would like to get service. She told the server that was supposed to be helping me. Again she went to a table that had already ordered talked to them and then another table she waited on and stood there talking. .I had asked for ice tea, never got it. 20 min. The place started getting busy. I told the girl at the register I would find some where else to eat. I really wanted to try this place. I'm a really good tipper. I work in a restaurant too. What a disappointment.

Our son, wife and granddaughters were visiting and we decided to order dinner for 8. Used their "app" to place the order for food & delivery. When delivery time came, no food arrived. My daughter-in-law called the restaurant and was told "the delivery driver is on the way". 30 minutes later, still no food delivery. She called the restaurant back and was told "we never received your order". OK - so how could you tell us the "driver was on the way" if you never got the order!?!?! Against our better judgement, we RE-placed the order via phone directly with the restaurant for pick-up. When my son & DIL went to the restaurant to pick up the food, they were told "we don't have an order with that name". OK. So the app doesn't work and your employees apparently don't know what they are doing because they couldn't take a phone order??? Finally they found our order because the order taker misspelled the name and they found it only by asking my son & DIL "what we ordered". This is NO WAY to do business in a small town like Debary! We will go elsewhere next time. Don't use their app or the phone if you want to order food for takeout.

I got the sausage pasta dish. The service was not the best salad came in small bowls couldn't even mix, my dish had such large onion pieces and so many onions!!! Our bread came out with the meal and not with the salad. The place smells like piss turned my stomach. When you walk in a Italian restaurant you want to smell food not the restroom.

Not a big fan to their red sauce, I'll stick with their pizza which is really good, service was nice, not too crowded.

When you decide to try something new definitely come here! Just wow what an amazing experience last night, food: incredible, service: unmatchable, atmosphere: super calm, comfortable and relaxed environment!! Huge shout out to our server Elisa; she made some awesome suggestions, kept our drinks filled, made sure our food came out quick and just went above anything I’ve experienced in awhile. Will definitely come back when i want some FRESH pizza!

We ordered online and the Alfredo was bland and way way to thick. There was almost no noodles and the ones that were there were covered with this nasty Alfredo sauce. We haven’t gotten our money back!

if i could rate this place no stars I would ! I wanted to give this place a second chance , waited 1 hr for my food and guess what ? I get no dinner tonight because they mixed up the orders with another clients order. Such a terrible experience ! never again !!! please don’t waste your time and order delivery from this place

For me, this is the no-brainer pick for best pizzeria in the Debary/Orange City/Deltona area! Everything I’ve had from them has been great, including one of the cheesiest calzones I’ve ever had!

The server Kaitlyn (sorry, might have the name spelled incorrectly) was awesome and made our experience wonderful. She was on point with everything.

Pizza was good! definitely don’t order the Calamari I feel terrible for the poor octopus that gave his life to be turned into that garbage food, Definitely worst calamari ever produced. Just don’t offer that on the menu. Maybe head to Italy or any coastal region relearn how to cook that. My dog did Seam to think it was edible but with that being said one time he ate his own feces.

Pathetic pizza, do NOT eat. I liked this place when it was named "Gentillis". That dude knew how to make a proper NY style pie. These folks are cutting too many corners nowadays. What is this mushroom dust you are using instead of whole sliced mushrooms? It gross.

We go to Nonna’s Trattoria every time we visit St Augustine. I was excited to bring my Mom to celebrate an early Mother’s Day, and everything was just as amazing as all of the other visits. The food is delicious and the Staff is always welcoming and friendly. This will always be our go to place for authentic Italian cuisine.

I thought that I had found the perfect Italian restaurant. My first impression was a very good one, thanks to the chef Mike who, in my opinion, is a great front man when it comes to representing the owners interest. He's curtious and pleasant to deal with. So I promised that I'd come back with friends next time and I kept that promise. Unfortunately, the staff present on my second visit was not as accommodating, I was told that the cook could only prepare those items on the menu and would not deviate from it. I can get that type of service at any other "Italian" restaurant (come to find out they're not really Italian, they're Argentinian). I don't eat chicken at McDonald's, just like I don't eat sushi unless it's from a Japanese joint. With that, I'm saying there's nothing authentic about Dońa Maria's restaurant! So, there's nothing special about this restaurant and no reason for me to gather here with my friends. If you can't please your customers, you don't deserve them!

My family and I were greeted upon arrival. Our server was very friendly and checked on us several times. I originally wanted 2 pizza slices but was informed they don't serve them after 4. So I ordered a large pizza. Was a bit disappointed by that. There was a bit of a wait for the food to arrive. Nothing stood out, nor was it bad. 3/5 for pizza, salad and calzones. The restroom toilet was unflushed and appeared to have a plumbing issue. The attention to detail was lacking. My in laws ordered a white pizza with pepperoni. It came out without pepperoni. They fixed it quick putting the toppings on and bringing it back out. I asked for a side of marinara for my pizza when I placed my order. She never brought it, however it did show up on the check. We informed her and she took it off easily. Friendly atmosphere. Nice servers. The pizza lacked sauce. And attention to detail could use work. Overall a decent place for a family meal.

A small town treasure amidst a sea of chain fast food! You really can’t deny the wholesome atmosphere of Nonna Maria’s- whether you’re dining in for a lunch special or coming in for a nice dinner, there is an abundance of community from the kitchen to the dining room. The best pizza in town and a diverse and interesting menu full of options made with care and pride.

Whoever runs this place is very rude and orders are going out wrong.

I went there to try it again at the owners request to resolve my bad experience and so glad I went back the food is so amazing and homemade taste ! The cannoli was delicious and the meat ball parm was like my grandmothers . Thank you Kim and Madison for making this time around worth it ! Garlic knots were so fluffy! I had the white pizza with spinach and tomato- very good. My brother was disappointed in his wings, and it took quite a while for the food to get to the table. Overall positive experience though. Polite and friendly service. Cute setting.

It’s very disappointing that the owners don’t allow a refund on food missing from your order nor will they allow a credit towards others items for their mistake. We were missing a small antipasta salad from our last order which was my husbands dinner. No offer of apology, but was told they would credit my account on a future order. I just placed another order tonight as the food is good here. I asked if my credit could be used towards my order and was told no, it had to be for the exact same item. Well, my husbands is out of town so that did not work for me. Unfortunately, they are not customer focus, which is very disappointing. Most places allow a refund for their error. But not to allow a credit on this order is absolutely ridiculous. It was their error, not mine.

The Food and Staff are Phenomenal!!

I was really looking forward to enjoying a meal here with my daughter here as we’ve ordered from here several times before and love the food, but I will not be eating here any longer. When we walked in we were not faced with any warm welcomes- after a minute some girls in the corner said we could just sit wherever we wanted. We sat there for 10 minutes and there was nothing, nobody waited on us at all (was way before closing time & it wasn’t too busy) When we got up to leave no one paid mind or acknowledged our existence and we left as if we were never there. I only gave 1 star because there is no choice for zero. Deeply disappointed.

Tasty food! You just have to go there with a big appetite.
