AD was very personable. We enjoyed the experience and appreciated the delicious food. My family loved the extra extra hot sauce and the other sauces were great as well. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Highly recommend Nor-BQ for any big occasion/bday/graduation party! I planned a special surprise party for my fiancé and wanted to do something different this year and WOW! The tepanyaki trays were A1!! Everyone was asking where I found them. I could only imagine how great his live cooking events are. I’m already planning on booking him again for a smaller live cooking in my backyard soon. Professional cooking, and planning without a doubt!! 5 Stars all across the board!

NorBQ / William is AWESOME! I had them for 2 different parties. We had a small (12) family birthday dinner party in April. The chefs were very happy and friendly while cooking for us. Adolph even got his guitar out to entertain us while the other cook was cleaning up. My family and I enjoyed the experience so much we hired them to cook for us in July for a much bigger party (70) on the hottest day of the year and we weren’t disappointed! I was so stressed out about this party and William answered all my texts and calls and reassured me that everything was going to be great AND IT WAS! This company is very professional. They come in, set up and get things cooking before you even realize it! The food is so delicious and flavorful you are hoping your guest leave you some leftovers!

The food was amazing but prices and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Them for any dinner party event you’re throwing. Their spicy sauce was delicious as well. Super happy and will use them again in the future.

Love the fact we can have fresh teppanyaki at our house! We have had Will come out this past December for our Christmas/Work party and he did absolutely amazing. We loved it so much we called them out to cook for my husband’s birthday. We had the honor of having AD come and cook for us this time, He did his thing and had an amazing attitude despite the 115 degree weather. Great service, super friendly and AMAZING food. And you get to keep the leftovers!

Wow! Wow! Wow! I can’t recommend Will enough. We hired him to travel to San Miguel, CA for my mom’s 60th birthday celebration. He was warm and hospitable, hilarious and truly cared about making sure everyone had a great time. We had about 35 people attend and the plates were piled high. We upgraded to filet mignon and added shrimp to each plate. The food was delicious and I’m eating a plate of left overs while writing this review LOL. I can’t wait to hire him again. You will not be disappointed if you decide to hire him for your event of any size!

Great addition to our sixth grade graduation party! Kids loved the food- fried rice with bacon was the hit. Adolph came in and had the food ready quickly. Set up and broke down in an hour. I sat on the couch while he cooked outside in the heat and fed everyone. Highly recommend. What a treat!

I have used Nor-BQ both in my personal life for a private Birthday Dinner and in my profession life to serve my employees and members of my gym for a special event. Everything he comes on time, is very professional, entertaining and not the mention the food is incredible! Ask for the extra hot spicy sauce if you like heat. I will definitely be using him again in the future and recommend home for any personal or catering events!

This young man has an incredible thing going here! Food was delicious, affordable, and visually appealing. We hired him for an event now twice for our small gyms out in Fresno and Clovis and he had delivered an excellent product and service both times. Man Big Will is the Man one of the best chefs in the valley for sure he always puts his heart and soul into his food and you can for sure taste it ! He is such a people person and always strives to make sure his people are taken care of ! I love Nor B Q I will never go to another tepanyaki spot because I love his food that much ! I have been enjoying this man's food for a decade. I am so glad he opened up this business! All these years he has been perfecting his recipes and honing his skills. He is also incredibly personable and will make sure you and your group are wearing a smile. He is a family man and the best friend someone can ask for. Even if you just met him. His food is so delicious and brings a soul food feel anywhere. When I was in a horrible motorcycle accident, we called Nor-BQ multiple times while I was in the hospital to feed our family (which isn't easy with egg and milk allergies.) As always, Nor-BQ came through with delicious food that lit up the kids faces and gave us a much needed break from the kitchen without getting dull fast food. I had a chance to visit Will’s Nor-BQ at ArtHop one night; immediately I was excited because of how good everything smelled! I didn’t have to wait long at all and I was given a generous amount. Let me tell you, everything tasted delicious! And the sauce just took it to another level. If you’re looking for a tasty meal and great service, Nor-BQ is your guy.

Truly one of a kind experience. On multiple occasions I have been served some of the best food I have ever tasted. Will has went above and beyond to provide the best experience and atmosphere. I have referred others to Wills food and they have raved about the experience. 10/10 will continue to eat amazing food.

By far the best teppanyaki catering I have EVER had!!! I have been to two parties that he has cooked for and it does not disappoint!! Not only is the food and sauces delicious but William makes sure everyone is having fun!! He is very professional and on time!!! This is our third year to have William cook for our company Christmas party. Our families vote to have him back every year. His food is excellent. He makes it fun for the kids to watch him. He cleans up when he is done and you don’t even know he was there. I highly recommend him for any get together you have. Big or small. He can handle it.

DELICIOUS and flavorful - Better than any teppanyaki restaurant I’ve been too!!!! The only con I can think of, was there wasn’t many cooking tricks, but Will had some other fun things in mind that kept the party going for our friendsgiving haha

His communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to ensure my vegetarian family members had a special entree and their meals were cooked first to prevent any cross contamination.
