The owners and managers speak horribly of their employees. It's not an experience the customer wants to hear. They are unprofessional, and the comments and behavior are quite racist. Do yourself a favor and don''t shop here. It's a shame as it's a good product with a horrible management team lacking in professionalism.

I'm a regular customer at this Sylvania location for years, And always get the Bundtinis without frosting self pick. The Manager always accommodate my Schedule and does for me close to Their closing time. She even did it for me at one minute before they close! Today, for the first time , 25 minutes before closing, a new worker refused to take my order claiming that she can’t do it even though it’s always has been done for me before! Very disappointing experience.

Taylor the "Owner" seemed to be very unprofessional. During my visit I heard her gossiping about one of the employees and how horrible of a person they are. The things I heard Taylor say would NEVER be acceptable and I would never repeat to anyone, let alone a coworker. I would not recommend supporting a business with these low class work ethics. Take your business elsewhere..

Closing at 7pm is a bummer. Delicious food & great service.

I went in today around 4 for a birthday cake and the worker there was so sweet and amazing. The cake was beautiful. She did absolutely amazing❤️

We ordered bundtinis for a birthday celebration, they were delicious! Ordered online with no issues and the staff was delightful at the time of pickup.

The Owners came into our office and gave us free cakes to try and they were amazing! Because of this we are promoting them this month and giving one of our customers a free cake to help spread the word as to how great they are!

Place is small but clean and they make great bunts all sizes. Just yummy. Staff is wonderful. If in the area you must stop.

I don't think I ever receive better customer service than at this Nothing Bundt Cakes. Every time I go there they welcome me and are so cheery and upbeat. Plus the cakes are always delicious, especially the gluten-free chocolate chip buntlet.

This was a very easy process starting with accurate and easy online ordering. Since I severely lack phone skills, that is EXTREMELY important to me. I was greeted and treated like they wanted me there...not like an inconvenience. The cake was ready on time, looked how they said it would look, and she even carried it out to the car for me so I could focus on the balloons. As a person who is very anxious and does not like new places...I know I will be going back.

I forgot to order dessert for my husband's 70th birthday party. I emailed early the morning of the party because they weren't open yet. They called me back when they opened and within 1/2 hour I was picking up 48 bundtinis and a cake for singing to the birthday guy! No problem whatsoever and they were happy to help! Thanks for the great service!!!!

This is the second year I have had a cake from here for my birthday. I have to say it is so good!!! It is so moist and perfect in every way. I will be getting one again from here :). (The cheesecake frosting is heavenly.)

Nothing Bundt cakes is my favorite place! I love the snickerdoodle!😋I heat it in the microwave for 25 seconds it so delicious! If you need a quick gift the triple tower is a perfect gift!

I was so excited to try this place. Tiny cakes. Ok so they aren't bundt they are upside down cupcakes. Bundt cakes has a hole. The cake is wet and it's very heavy. Definitely need a nap after. I'd really like my 37 dollars back. Dnt waste your coins

My employer got everyone these cakes for a work meeting and wow! They were the most delicious cake that I have ever eaten. This will be my new go to.

Been here 2 times, usually for holiday celebration. The cake is always good. It is very moist and fresh. The frosting is thick and creamy. Just wish they had longer hours.

I'm not sure the names of the two ladies that helped me today but they were so pleasant. They set up shop at Flower Hospital today and when I heard they would be a vendor, I had to stop by because my wife and I had been wanting to try their cakes for some time. The two ladies were so patient while I couldn't decide which flavors I wanted. I endes up purchasing 3 and for some reason they felt the need to give me a free one. They didn't know I needed that kindness. My wife has been in the hospital and my birthday is this week. I appreciate their kindness more than anything. They may never know how much. And on top of that, THE BUNDT CAKES WERE AMAZING! Snickerdoodle, Lemon, Carrot, and Red Velvet were the flavors we tried and we loved them all! Thanks again ladles! I got the chocolate birthday cake and a assortment of bundtlits, I think they are called but whoa!!!!! The chocolate cake is so most and delicious without being overwhelming, like you can eat the whole thing!! All the other flavors went way beyond my expectations!! This will be my new spot for all birthdays!!!

We bought 5 smaller cakes to try a few out, Snickerdoodle, Carrot, Strawberry and Cream, Lemon and Confetti, all of them were amazing! The frosting is delicious, the cakes are moist and delicious! Will no doubt be back for more.

Initially received two bundtlets as a gift. Just loved them. They were so moist and delicious. Have now given them as gifts quite a few times and they continue to be my “go to” gifts. Recipients are always delighted. They are the perfect little gifts. Additionally, I bought several unique items at Christmas. Very glad that we have a shop in our area.

Gave these to my staff for team member appreciation day and they were OBSESSED! Every single one of them was fantastic. AMAZING 10/10 recommend.

The red velvet cake is delicious, highly recommend. The bundtlets are yummy but can be a bit dry, comparatively speaking. I appreciate that the owner encourages children to read during the summer with her reading incentive program!

ok customer service- both ladies behind the counter seemed offended when I asked a question about the flavors/products. Never been inside before. $21 for a dozen minibundts"- received one as a gift. Nothing spectacular. I may give another location another chance...

Had my 1st cake Friday at Amazon. They provided us cakes and let me tell you. It was the best cake I've ever had and the frosting was so delicious. Will definitely be visiting soon to get some more delicious moist cake.

Thank you Ladies at Nothing Bundt Cake Toledo! We got a gender reveal cake to surprise our girls to introduce their sister since they were not allowed at the hospital since covid. These ladies went above and beyond making the moment magical and we're just as excited about the experience as our family without even knowing us! I got the red velvet Bundt cake. It has delicious cream cheese frosting. There are some sporadic chocolate chips that were the cherry on top. Great customer service. I’ll be back soon!

Cakes are amazing..... my only complaint is the hours. Often I'd like to pick up cakes for work but not open early or late.

Ordered 2 dozen Thursday morning and they were ready for pickup at 4pm. Great all around! Bought them for a co-workers last day, she was able to take the rest home! Loved them and will be back!

The cakes are excellent, but what I really liked was how easy it was to go in and pick cakes to try as a first-time customer. They have mini bundt cakes already packaged with flavors clearly labelled so you don't have to guess or ask what each one is. A great place to try for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Visited yesterday for the first time. They have a sample tray, so you can see how moist and delicious they are before buying. Bought 3 of the small cakes, and they were all DELICIOUS! They also have some little gift items that are darling!
