With Oceano Kitchen being temporarily closed for renovation, we decided to take advantage of the offsite catering they are offering and hire them for a private dinner party. They came up with a menu and were very responsive and communicative regarding our requests. From the canapés that were served during the guests arrival, to the appetizers, main courses, and desserts- it was phenomenal. Every single guest said it was the best meal they have ever had, and I completely agree! The preparation, experience, and creativity of Chefs Jeremy and Cindy were evident in every dish and detail. Their team was extremely professional throughout the set-up, dinner service, and even the clean-up. The pricing is more than fair and definitely worth it, considering the amount of preparation and work involved, and the quality and quantity of food they serve. I highly recommend trying them for your next private event-you won’t be disappointed!

Very disappointed after being told how great it was. We ordered a 73$ veal chop, it was thick and tasteless, no pasta, bread , vegetable and nothing on the menu to order really all carte to compliment it. Just a thick piece of meat. I would not return there as there was no atmosphere and the food wasn’t good.

I think Dawn should have gone to Carrabbas if she wanted some bread sticks. Oceana should have Michelin Star. The veal was incredible, we did pair it with the Orichiette which Chef Eric prepared for us after they already closed the kitchen. Atmosphere at the bar was great with Chef Frank chatting about previous meals we've had at Oceana. Can't wait for the Pizza Oven and renovations to be completed. Hands down the best restaurant in Palm Beach County

Hands down some of the best food in Palm Beach County!!! What a pleasant surprise. You read about it being a James beard semi finalist. You read menu changes daily, check the menu only to see a handful of dishes sourced from local farms. This is brilliant, the entire staff front and back of house all seemed chill, enjoying their craft, prepared, and friendly. When they have the time to get everything ready before dinner service and then just get to have a good time plating food, it's awesome. Menu isn't overwhelming or redundant that neither customers nor staff will get bored. Executing delicious and beautifully presented food. When you have a highly trained chef who has held previously a Michelin star for 6 years now down in Florida doing his own thing it's pretty cool. If you are one of those people who might be apprehensive of a small unmodifiable menu... just trust Chef Jeremy! He came over to my friend and I and introduced himself, he took good care of us because we are both in the hospitality business. Everything was Great. I am eager to return again.

Jam packed on a Tuesday night, should indicate something good and it indeed indicated something great. Their new dibs creates an urban, modern vibe that mingles well at their current address. We started with a mortadella toast app, with a red onion jam and pistachio nut sprinkled atop Sullivan bread, it was to die for, outstanding! We each split the two main courses, a Curry Salmon which was excellent, but the Orechiette, with sausage, clams and beans, was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in a while and that says a lot. Now, we’re the portions small, yup, especially for the price, however, I’m not one to argue price, when quality is top notch, just wish there was slight more of it. It was so good, after the app, I forgot to snap photos

We got a salad and spare rib appetizer, the scallops were never fired so I think they forgot about them, and so cancelled that order. Food was okay but I think the pretentiousness, and the hostess who was extremely rude, and unless you are a regular I guess you don't get any kind of smile or kindness. I lived in Manhattan for 7 years I've been to Il mulino and many great restaurants and they were so much nicer to ALL guests.

Our first experience dining here and we were quite pleased. Our waiter was professional, prompt and helpful. We shared the cerviche which was the best I’ve ever eaten as well as the delicious blue crab tacos. We each had the scallops that were cooked to perfection. We also got 2 desserts to share and they did not disappoint. Even the beer was so good and icy cold. I look forward to seeing their future renovations.

Chef puts out a limited q was daily menu so check before going to make sure it's to your liking. Our menu was heavy on pork which was not preferred by my dining companion which did not inhibit her enjoyment but it could be an issue for some people.

Absolutely perfect meal. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavor was the perfect balance. Its a daily created menu and I wasn’t that excited about menu options off the rip, but surprisingly humbled by how amazing each dish was. I’ve been searching for a restaurant to completely wow me and this place did. I’m a foodie and have lived in south Florida my whole life I finally found my new favorite restaurant. 10/10 as usual! We used to line up and wait for the select few tables at Oceano’s old location. The new spot on Lucerne lives up up to the line— but now there’s no wait, and AC! We had our favorite server, Tessa, guide our experience and help us choose some dishes and the drinks to accompany dinner. The salad was incredible with complex flavors in every bite, the soup was portioned and served so we could share and enjoy, and the beef crudo was rich and well balanced. My favorite tonight was the swordfish and crispy cauliflower in a romesco sauce. Dinner was timed perfectly, so we didn’t feel rushed and the ambiance of the new location paired almost as well as the fantastic wine selections. Best of all, we left full and happy. The trick is to bring a few people so you can try everything on the many!Can’t wait to see what’s on the menu tomorrow! Congrats to the team on the seamless transition to their new spot— we will keep coming back!!

We tried out Oceana Kitchen on Lucerne in L Dub last night. I know this restaurant has been around for a long time in Lantana, but we've never been, and wanted to support a new L Dub business. The waiter suggested that we get four or five different things to share on the daily menu. The prices ranged from $19 for a bowl of soup to $43 for a VERY small piece of swordfish; it could not have been more than 3 or 4 ounces. The street toast was basically toasted bread and a small plate of melted cheese with a few anchovies in it for $28. The celery root salad was basically high end cole slaw for $22. There was no other salad on the menu. The food was tasty but extremely small portions and very high prices. I ordered a glass of pinot and got a two dribbles in the bottom of a stemless glass for $16. The service was excellent but I think the waiter was one of the owners. Also, they do not take credit cards. The waiter gestured to an ATM machine in the entryway. The atmosphere was nice and open air and I love being in downtown lake worth, but ...

My wife and I saw a mention of this place in the newspaper. We thought we would give it a try so I checked out the website. We decided it was not for us based upon a couple of things. It is cash only. No credit cards. This usually implies the business is trying to cheat on taxes and that is the reason for no traceable cards, etc. Second was the statement on their website stating, “All modification to menu items politely declined.” So I want some ketchup on my burger? Or no truffle oil on my fries? I’m SOL. Good luck with your business, but I’ll take my $$$ and go to Burger King where I can have my burger my way, I can pay with a card, and the price is $5 and not $29!

It’s cash only. The snapper is actually halibut, they ran out. Very sparse “fix” menu. Don’t try to modify any items on the menu, its not happening. We were not feeling the place so we got up to leave and was promptly charged 12$ for 4 waters, do with that what you may.

This is a local gem!!!! Amazing every single time we go!!!! They use local and fresh ingredients which are served in an innovated way that accentuates every flavor and texture. The chef is extremely creative and what is even more impressive about the innovation is that the menu is different every day. Also the desserts are to die for. Happy to say this is one of our to go to's. The menu is a little pricey but it's is all well worth it in terms of portions size and quality. The atmosphere is intimate, cozy, and even romantic. We had a great 1st meal at Oceano and then a 2nd meal that was a bit more disappointing. Putting aside the lack of reservations, which results in long waiting times, we found the menu a bit spotty on our last visit (dinner for 5). In particular, the $105 strip steak was unremarkable. Pizza was solid. We still would recommend as a fun new discovery, but we hoped for more after our initial great first impression.

I went there with my parents and partner and I must say the first welcome was a little interesting but once we sat and got our menus the experience changed for the best. We took a couple plates to share and it was beyond what we could expect. I wish I took more photos of everything we ordered but got caught up in the moment. Very savory and great experience overall. The menu changes everyday so I can’t wait to go back and try it again! Oh and they inly accept cash. So make sure you got enough ;)

I honestly am dreading writing this review bc I don’t want to ruin my chances of getting in next week. But this is it ladies and gentlemen. This is the epic food Florida is not used to. You want to be mind blown? Go here-run, don’t walk, or you won’t get the Wagyu Strip. There is no where that you will go that is better, and I don’t say that lightly. We’re foodies, and my extra weight I carry will prove that to you. This is the place you go to when you want good food, maybe the best food you will ever have. And don’t be an a*shole, trust the chefs and don’t make any modifications-they know what they’re doing, not you. Thank you chefs-you constantly deliver. We are lucky to have found you!

Whatever your personal dining out budget is - this place is honestly not worth it. The gimmick seems like it should be effective at justifying the price point ("fresh/farm to table", curated daily menus. You know the drill) but it's not, and the cracks show very quickly. The service is off - akin to shopping at a haute boutique. Everything is done with a light air of condescension as if to make me feel I should be grateful to get to sit at one of the 6 or so picnic tables they have set up. I wasn't impressed or taken in as I don't find the "someone's backyard" aesthetic to exude an air of exclusivity. Sorry. The food is... disappointing mostly. It's not bad per se, but it's one of those places you go to and come out with a single distinct impression: "the sauces were very good!". You know the type. $20+ lamb appetizer consisting of sad, thin, fat forward little ribs that even PF Changs would be too ashamed to serve drizzled in a lovely, zesty labne cheese sauce. Was the sauce a delight? Yeah. But I sure wish that for $25 I'd either gotten some food to go with it or at the very least a damn jar of the sauce to take home. The pizzas, if you've ever had any decent pizza, are just boring and only made interesting by, again, their pizza sauce that tasted like one big garlic and I enjoyed that. Everything else was utterly unremarkable. Except the check. I mean seriously people... I know this area is on the richer side of things, and there aren't *that* many choices, but this place deliberately serves subpar food with subpar ingredients and portions and justifies it with a reconstructed curdled flavor essence drizzle topped with small batch toasted almond crumble dusting. Go eat some actual food somewhere else as this is not a real fine dining experience.

I knew we could be in trouble when our silverware was wrapped in a paper napkin and we sat on hard picnic type benches. Close to $40 for pasta or fish stew. Tonite they have a $29 burger on the menu. I can go to Buccan and get a prime burger for $21 along with superior service and lovely atmosphere. They say they are a casual restaurant and they definitely are.

An elevated dining experience. The proverbial culinary delight. A unique menu changing daily. The Peruvian chowder was incredible and I could have ordered another tuna crudo. Foodies delight! Such a standout restaurant. Talented and imaginative chef turning out great food on an ever-changing menu. Good wine. Casual outdoor space that is comfortably inviting. We practcally ordered the entire menu and each and every dish was a beautifully constructed treat. Go early. Be prepared to wait. But just go!

Perfect little place for a date night. Small menu made things very easy to choose. We sat at the counter top bar inside and talked with the chefs as they cooked, using only a wood fired oven. The food tasted amazing, especially the freshest tomato salad. Dessert was to die for. We will make this a regular for date night near home.

I’ve been coming to Oceano for years. This is, hands down, the best restaurant in Florida. Small plates meant to be shared, big flavors with beautiful presentations, friendly and knowledgeable staff, perfectly curated wine and beer list. This is the place you bring your foodie friends. I’ve never once had a bad dish come out of Chef/Owner Jeremey’s kitchen. This man is a culinary wizard, and a national treasure. Were I still in the industry, I would be beating down his door every day for a position at his restaurant (which seems to be staffed almost exclusively by folks he’s had with him since opening the place, which is indicative of a dude who’s great to work for.) It’s a cozy place and there’s almost always a wait to get a seat, but the waiting area is comfortable and the host and servers offer you drinks while you’re waiting. Also, the wait time doesn’t matter because the food and service is worth it. Menu changes daily based on the chefs creative whims and what’s available from their local vendors, so if you see a dish on their menu that you HAVE to try, don’t wait to go.

This is one tiny spot you definitely should visit. Amazing rotating menu, great and helpful service, great outside dining. I can see why the chef’s prior restaurant received a Michelin star. Truly outstanding and perfectly casual. The best combo!! We tried everything on the menu (but the gigantic steak which looked fabulous) when we dined and loved it all. The scallop presentation was the best I have ever had anyplace. Cash only and no reservations!
