I ordered the ribeye Pho. It was plain and ribeye was just beef shank. The ribeye sandwich was very salty. No napkins or any drink was offered.

First visit since COVID. This place has gone downhill since then. Way overpriced - $17.9 for a ribeye and brisket pho. Serving size is on the small side. Noodles are tougher than other places, and the soup is oily. The flavor is good though. Overall very mid. Probably won’t visit again anytime soon

Fantastic food. I had the spicy short rib sandwich, basil roll, and some of the crispy rolls. The bread on the ban mi was absolutely perfectly flakey contrasting with the juicy meat and vegetables.

I went here for a late lunch to eat in the restaurant and ordered a vermicelli bowl. Disappointed that I was served my order in a tin foil to go box and not ceramic ware which clearly was available because one of the employees had a meal with a ceramic bowl as I was leaving. Food was ok, small portion, mainly sad that I was wanting to enjoy a meal out and it was less than expected especially for what I paid.

This place is a great value! I got The Sinner with a cup of pho broth to dip in. The sandwich was delicious, with a nice balance of veggies and meat. The pork belly was cooked to perfect tenderness. Dipping it into the pho broth took it over the top and there's enough broth to share. I'll definitely be back in the future!

This place is overpriced, the spicy pho we ordered there was nothing in the bowl, 15% is the noodle and meat, 85% are the super oily watery taste soup. This place is not recommended for sure.

I went in and I had ordered pho. They rang it up and it seemed overpriced compared to other pho restaurants which only came in 1 size no other option. and as I sat down and waited they had brought me out the pho. As I tried my first bite. I had noticed that it was lukewarm and the soup was not hot and it was in a very shallow dish. The flavor was fine, but I do not enjoy my soup brought out to me served warm I prefer soup hot. I was disappointed because my meats were still raw from not able to cook thoroughly in the warm broth. since I have never had this issue with Pho at other restaurants. I boxed it up where I can enjoy it at home after heating it up properly.

Visiting SLC and looking for something different. This place caught my eye so i ventured in. After being greeted by the friendly staff I headed to the counter. Wasn't sure what to get. They suggested the garlic ribeye bahn mi. After i ordered they offered a complementary spring roll to enjoy while I waited, how nice! In a few minutes I was out the door with my sandwich and headed to the airport. No problem slipping it past airport security, and the good people at Uinta Brewing were cool about me eating it in their place as long as I was drinking beers. This sandwich is a flavor extravaganza! The rich unctuous beef is perfectly balanced by the crunchy and bright fresh vegetables and the gentlly tangy acidity from the dressing. It is just a tad messy, probably due to its journey on Trax and the trek to concourse B. With a slight beer buzz, 5% of course, and a full belly, I am ready for my flight and a nap!

I have been enjoying bahn mi sandwiches for two decades, having lived on the west coast for most of my adult life. I specially love the pickled vegetables and always ask for extra.
