It's really not tasty. I came here for lunch before heading to the airport and was surprised to see the worst side dishes.

We love authentic Korean food and this was so much like our favorite Korean restaurant. We were happy to find an excellent Korean restaurant while at the beach. The people were absolutely lovely and fast for everything being cooked from scratch! We loved all of it but a couple favorites were the spicy pork Bulgogi and the Japchae.

Worst experience ever. If you’re looking for an authentic Korean restaurant, this is not the place to be. Upon arrival, the inside looks like it needs a little renovation, which we didn’t mind. The lady inside was nice. We tried to order sweet and sour chicken, but the lady said that they were all out of sweet and sour dishes even though it was 2pm. We settled for black bean noodles, stir fry squid dish, and kimbap, which the lady was hesitant to accept (she said something along the lines of ‘uhh, let me check’) but decided to accept the order When the kimbap arrived, it was small cut of cucumber, pickled radish, spinach, and egg with a lot of rice. For an $8 roll, it was outrageous price. The kimchi was too fermented, almost gone bad and the lemon water that was served tasted like dish soap. Even though the food was poor, we attempted to pay for the kimbap because we ate 3 pieces and tried to cancel the rest of the order. The lady and kitchen staff confronted us asking why we would order 3 other items but cancel at the last minute. They said the food was ready and we said never mind, we will accept the food and pay for all. However, both the lady and kitchen staff repeatedly demanded an explanation to why we want to cancel in the first place. We were hesitant but eventually told the reasons why (kimbap, too fermented kimchi, and dish soap tasting water) which prompted the kitchen staff to tell us to leave. From this experience, I do not recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a place that could provide an authentic Korean cultural food.

I had an amazing dining experience at this Korean restaurant! The food was incredibly flavorful, authentic, and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes – you won't be disappointed!"

The food here was amazing. Portion and prices were so great. The lady that was serving was also cooking and she was so pleasant. Like she knew what we wanted before we asked. From the outside the place doesn’t look like much but definitely worth trying. We had the ramen and bibimbob both were excellent and fresh.

Unforgettable experience. Superb service and GENEROUS servings of wholesome, delicious, lovingly made dishes. We enjoyed Kim-bap and mandu for appetizer, what felt like endless ban chan served intuitively by the highly efficient owner and two servings of the lunch special bulgogi and a steaming hit bowl of Thuk Mandu Cuk, all delectable. You can hear the sizzle and telltale signs of high-level cooking behind a curtain to what must be akin to a magic show. The cook sent plates at lightning speed. The whole dining room turned over in the hour my three-top was there. I cannot wait to go back. I'm eating the leftovers as I type this. Okki Dokki!!

I cannot believe i just came across to this Korean restaurant. Food was awesome and the owner's service was unforgettable. I will definitely be back. I enjoyed eating stir-fried squid today. Stay healthy and see you again~♡

Tteokbokki was amazing!!! The portion size for $15 is amazing and comes with a decent amount of banchan. The nice lady serving didn't make me feel stupid for being too shy to pronounce tteokbokki, I appreciate that too lol

Authentic, just the way I remember it tasting in Korea over 20 years ago. They are super friendly and the food was simply perfect. It’s worth a try!!!

Tiny mom and pop place, absolutely amazing food. Be patient and don't mind waiting a bit because it takes alittle while for the food. The owner gave us a free order of fried mandu for the wait. Absolutely delicious authentic Korean food. I'd highly recommend if your looking for real Korean food. The restaurant isn't much to look at but the food makes up for it!!!! The lady who brings the food is the sweetest person and makes you feel so welcome!

Wow, I haven't had good Korean since I left Korea! Was stationed there many years ago. Went with a group of friends, and we had a great lunch. The lady that runs the place is fantastic. Highly recommended. Great little place to grab lunch. Get there early for lunch, not much seating available. We will be making this a regular in our lunch rotation.

The food and service was so good we went twice during our week long vacation. The lady who owns the restaurant is so sweet and very helpful. She makes you feel very welcome. She even helped me put my noodles away in my to-go box! We definitely plan to come back on our next trip down here.

Delicious authentic Korean food served by the sweetest little Korean lady you will ever meet. She made us feel like we were eating at my grandma’s house. We enjoyed our time here so much that we came back a second time during our stay in Ft. Walton. We will certainly be back every time we visit the area.

I love this place with all my heart. Super friendly, food is amazing. You might have to wait sometimes when it gets really busy. The wait time for some of the seafood dishes is worth it. If you like beef galbi you'll love it here. 2022 update: Still as delicious as always. Still very friendly. Very affordable considering the prices at other Korean restaurants nearby.

Amazing Korean food and phenomenal staff. The restaurant gives me an at home vibe. It's definitely worth eating at. The bibimbap is very delicious, and the kimchi is extraordinary!! You will be glad you stopped in.

Best Korean restaurant in the area! I adore Okki Dokki. It is the most authentic and reasonably priced Korean restaurant in the Destin to Pensacola area. The restaurant is small and has limited seating, but the food does it all. I am Korean-American and this is where I go to get my Korean fix. This restaurant is a cute mom and pop shop, where the owner works herself. She takes care of everything in the front of the house and is the sweetest Korean Grandma. She is always friendly, personable, and makes you feel valued. She says encouraging words and serves great food. She makes your visit here that much more memorable and special. My favorite is the Hot stone Bibimbap bowl. It is sooo reasonably priced and she adds tofu along with bulgolgi beef. That isn't a common thing to do, and that is why I love getting it here! The fried Yaki Mandu is also killer.

I lived in Korea for 5 years, this restaurant has the most authentic and best Korean food I have ever enjoyed outside of Korea. Service is fantastic, portions plentiful and always given more without even asking. Price is right. Most enjoyable meal and restaurant in FWB period.

We went for lunch, and it was so good! Yakimandu, bulgogi, bibimbop, and soup were all delicious. Service was excellent and so helpful and friendly. It was like being an actual guest not just a customer. Definitely recommend.

There are places you go to eat and places you LOVE to go eat. Okki Dokki is one of our favorite places in the area. We regularly drive over an hour to eat there. Flavorful food, great service, and an owner who truly cares about her customers and their dining experience . You won't find better Korean food anywhere.

I've been eating there for the past 12 years. Not fancy, not big, but, brother and sister give a wonderful feel at home attitude. Big and new does not make a good restaurant. Great service and excellent food with a feel like family atmosphere make it a favorite. Just try!

The absolute best bulgogi I've had yet and the "Okki Dokki lady" is the nicest and most hardworking, holding the front of the house together all by herself which is impressive as they are usually very busy. If you are in the area and like authentic Korean food, I highly recommend you give this place a try!

Beware of undisclosed 4% surcharge for credit card use. If had been told about it, I would have payed cash. Otherwise the food was good Korean fare in an unpretentious setting for a reasonable price.

Our favorite Fort Walton Beach lunch spot. We prefer local restaurants and try to avoid the national chain eateries. The food is freshly prepared. The owner and cooking team take great pride in preparing each dish. It's always a fun experience, but seating can be tight during the lunch hour rush.

Okki Dokki has the best Korean food. The restaurant is small and you must have patience. "Momma " who must be in her 70's is a one woman wonder. She is waitress, busser and cashier. She is open for lunch only M to F and tables fill up fast. Don't expect a quick meal. Relax and enjoy. You won't be sorry !

Not the fanciest restaurant in town, but the owner is literally the sweetest person ever and she feeds you well. The seafood pancake is the best thing on the menu, but I also enjoy the beef and/or spicy shrimp bulgogi. One of my go-to spots for lunch, I highly recommend it! ❤️

I love Okki Dokki truly one of the best places for home cooked Korean cuisine in NW Florida. I love the bibimbap, the kimchi is absolutely delicious as well. Very low key & small but intimate. Best place to have lunch or go out with a friend. Wish she was open for longer but I always stop by when I’m in the area. Awesome Food!!

I've grown up coming here for over 10 years, always made a 7 hour drive worth it just to eat there. I moved to California for a few years where korean food is in abundance but no matter what I've tried and ate, I always missed this food the most. You may have to be a little patient with the service especially if its packed, but if you know that going in, you will not be disappointed.

I never write reviews, but this place is such a jem I had to. The food is so amazing and the atmosphere is adorable (I always go when it’s raining outside :) ) plus the owner is a sweetheart. Please please go support this little restaurant you’ll love it.

What an experience! I love locally owned restaurants and this one was it. It’s a small little place owned by a husband and wife duo. They were both so sweet and made some of the best food. This was my first time trying authentic Korean food and it did not disappoint. You just don’t get this type of service and quality of food anywhere else. Don’t miss this little place if you are in the area. We had the beef bulgogi and dumplings!

The older woman that took my order was an absolute angel. I’m guessing she’s the owner. My jajangmyon was equally as great. Like honestly she only took my order and my payment but why did it feel like I saying bye to my granny by the time I left 😭 please go to Okki Dokki to see what I’m talking about haha

Some of the best Korean food I’ve had! Authentic, real home cooking taste. We got the jajangmyeon and bulgogi and it was delicious. They offer you yummy side dishes like kimchi, and other traditional veggie sides that really complete the meal. I would recommend if you are craving authentic Korean food or have never tried Korean food before. 10/10!!

I lived in Korea for the past four years and I've visited multiple places in the states. This is hands-down the most authentic and delicious Korean food I've tried outside of the peninsula! Not only is the food incredibly good, the staff were so kind. There was not a single bad dish on the table, we ate until our pants were too tight and then had just a little bit more! If you want to try true Korean food this is where you need to go.

Food was amazing. Reminds me of my favorite Korean spot that got taken out by hurricane Michael in 2018. Portions are big. Quality is pristine. And the owner is an absolute angel. -- A must if you are in Fort Walton!

We are looking forward to our next visit already. A trip to Ft. Walton is not complete without a trip to Okki Dokki! Southern Koreas finest cuisine cooked and served up by an actual Korean grandmother. The hole in the wall atmosphere actually makes the food taste better. You would need to take a 16 hours flight to get more authentic Korean.

My wife and I ate here for the first time today. We both ordered one of the lunch specials. She ordered a beef and rice dish that she enjoyed. I had the Korean noodle soup, which was a ramen soup. The broth was good and the small bowls of veggies were a welcome addition; however, the dish was a big disappointment because the Ramen noodles were the ten-cents-per-package dollar store variety. For $11.99 I expected better.
