Great food and service. My server was great. Had their fried chicken, mashed potatoes with country gravy and green beans. My favorite comfort food of all time is fried chicken. This didn't disappoint. The fried chicken was cooked perfectly. The chicken was very crispy and juicy and had lots of flavor. The country fried gravy was some of the best I've had in a long time. Put it on everything.

Hubby & I went to check out the salad bar. It's a cute diner. Clean and cozy. The service was great even though most all the tables were occupied. Our server was on top of it, had it all under control, while smiling! 😁 She was fabulous! The salad bar was great! A lot of choices and everything fresh! It was nice. Along with that, there are 3 soups to choose from. I chose the chili, and hubby chose the Maryland crab.🦀 Hubby went back for some vegetable beef and enjoyed both. I'm looking forward to coming back to check out the dinner special. 😀

Servers are always great food is good but over priced. Ordered a grilled ham and cheese sandwich it had 1 slice of ham cut in half and 1 slice of cheese 7 dollars with tax.

Nice, clean family atmosphere (conversations do become loud at times). Home style comfort food to include a variety of desserts. Friendly, attentive staff. Recommend for meals at any time of day.

Had breakfast here today. The food was out super quickly and it was all delicious. The server was bubbly, friendly & efficient. This diner is our favorite in the area. We will definitely be back. All the food in the picture was less than $20

I'm from PA and came to town to shop. Wanted to grab dinner before heading home and decided to eat here. BEST DECISION! Great food! Best mashed potatoes and the breading for the pork chops so tasty!! Planning to come shopping again to eat here lol.

So many options. Breakfast was good. Full salad bar. And so many pies. Server was on top of her game.

My family likes this diner the best in Martinsburg. I usually get the scrapple and eggs, but recent got an omelet with scrapple. Always a great affordable breakfast.

Olde Country Diner is a gem! From the moment we walked in, the friendly service made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and hot, and the desserts looked simply irresistible (we sadly didn’t leave room). Highly recommend their homemade sausage gravy. Best of all, the prices were affordable. Thanks for a great road trip stop!

This is the place for home cooking. I went in about an hour before closing. Not a good time to go to a restaurant!

Cute little diner. Very disappointed that eggs are not fresh but rather boxed liquid eggs like you get at chain fast food restaurants. Yuck! Omelette was also very thin. Server never came back to check onus or never offered once to refill my coffee. Won’t be back.

This is a lovely little place to stop for any time of day. The gravy and biscuits were definitely the best thing on the menu. The country fried steak was the other winner, nice and crispy- the batter they use is super flavorful. The pancakes and waffles are a little tasteless, but the syrup is delicious. We also got a lemon meringue pie but the verdict is out on that for now. The server did say they sell out of their baked goods within a few hours, though, so keep that in mind if you're going just for some sweets.

The gallons of sweet tea are horrible since they reopened. It is very weak.

Unless weak coffee and soggy toast is your thing I'd recommend Sissy's for breakfast in Martinsburg. It's okay but I doubt if I'd go back.

I wish I had pictures! Very clean interior with a happy wait staff! Food is kinda like mama cooked it. We’ve tried about half of the lunch/dinner menu and have been happy with the quality. Salad bar is fresh and consistently cleaned and replaced. Many pies to choose from, good filling, just wish the pie lady had time to make real crust. Baked crust is good, but the no bake pies have the pale crust that makes me a bit sad. BUT, if you’re lucky enough to see cake on the bar…you will be in heaven. The owner (i think) makes a fantastic cinnamon roll!!! He nailed it!!! We eat here about once a week…I’m hooked.

Very LOUD echoes off walls. Food was ok. My chicken was a little overcooked. Garlic bread was a roll with butter across the top and some parsley sprinkled on it.

We stopped here on our vacation road trip. We wanted something besides fast food. It was the BEST! Very casual, great service, the food was amazing and the desserts looked really great! Unfortunately we were too full to try any, but there was so much to choose from! I had liver and onions, mashed potato’s and green beans. It was out of this world! It’s been a long time since I had that. My husband had the mushroom Swiss burger with fries. He loved it all! The fries are super crispy on the outside and tasted great! They have a good looking salad bar too. I highly recommend this spot!

Sweet potato fries are great. Smaller independent restaurant with a small town feel to it. Sizeable portions and a nice price. I have tried several of their entrees and have not been disappointed yet. Home cooked style food is a great alternative to the standard restaurant fare.

Carryout order of fried chicken and club sandwich was outstanding. Love the french fries. Service was courteous and efficient.

The Olde Country Diner is a local gem. The staff was amazing - welcoming,  super friendly and very effecient. We stopped in late afternoon on a Saturday and they were pretty busy though we were seated right away and did not wait very long for our meals. The menu offers hearty, country-style dishes like chicken fried steak, meatloaf, sandwiches, burgers and homemade pies! If you dont have room for dessert, bring some pie home! My burger was hand forned 1/3 lb on a big soft country bun. It was a little too well done to my liking, but still juicy. Country fried steak was great- crispy outside, tender inside. The salad bar was fresh and well maintained with someone checking on it regularly. Pies all looked delicous! The food is definitely "goated with sauce". You can taste the artistry & love in every fish you try. Even the veggies in the salad bar are fresh & unlike most other places. Service was great, by caring servers who quickly & efficiently took care of your needs. Truly awesome fried chicken & immaculate pies.

I love the lady that prepares the salad bar she does it will love all of the waitress are excellence . The only thing my wonderful husband don’t care for the spaghetti everything else is on point.

This place is clean and the staff is friendly. The quality of the food is first rate. I eat here a couple of times a month and have never been disappointed.

A great place for a home cooked meal. It's the only place around with a very good salad bar. The staff is very polite, happy and very professional.

Old Country style. Everything is very good, but my go-to is Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, a couple of eggs and sausage or bacon. Heavenly 😇❤️

I was passing through and stopped in for breakfast. Hash brown casserole was tasty. Unfortunately everything else was terrible. I ordered country ham and eggs. My over easy eggs were completely raw. The ham was like a piece of leather and so salty. Inedible. Won’t be back.

It was pretty busy when my in-laws and I went, so service is bound to suffer. The food was pretty good and the dessert was better. We are going back, so that is a good sign.

They made a steak and cheese sub for me during breakfast hours and that was about the only thing I wanted to eat and they hooked me up today!!!

The food was delicious. For a country home meal this is the place to go. There are a few attitudes flying around, nothing that can't be brushed off. The pie was a little expensive, however worth the price for every bite, couldn't make it a habit though.

From standards like country fried steak to chicken livers, wife’s favorite, to creative hotdogs you will find something to satisfy. The salad bar is also fresh and well stocked. If you love pies the selection will keep you coming back. A great local habit.

This place is fantastic! Outstanding food and really good employees/service. We are newer to the area and went here for the first time (Oct 2023). Prices are very reasonable for the quality and volume of food. My family and I will be returning.

The Olde Country Diner was a great dining experience. Friendly, welcoming staff, fresh, tasty food, and a well stocked salad bar with great shields to keep it clean. Highly recommend. Good crowd after 4 though so be warned.

This is the only really good Diner in Martinsburg! If you want great country food go here! Their HOMEMADE desserts are to die for!

I visit this diner at least a couple of times per month for breakfast... They serve great breakfast food. Quick service, and friendly servers.

Feel sorry for owners. 1cook and 2 take orders women. (Can't say ladies,cause you have to act like a lady to be called one).. But anyways, the way they acted on Sat Aug. 26th cause me not to be going back there and I will let others know how rude they are. It's a shame a good place like that has to be stuck with people like them..

Never have had a bad experience. Everything is homemade and you can tell. The staff is fantastic! The salad bar is the best around and their Maryland Crab soup is delicious. If you're in the area, make sure you stop in...you won't be sorry!

Not the conventional “diner” menu, after 11a it’s more a kind of “light lunch and burgers” menu. Inexpensive tho. I wouldn’t recommend the egg salad but the Ruben is great!

I love this restaurant. Food is always great and their salad bar was amazing! Everything looked very appealing, fresh and very tasty! I also had a slice of their chocolate pie.... it was to die for! Waitress was very good as well, she stopped by several times to check on me.

The food was very good homestyle cooking all the portions of food were very ample. All the desserts for homemade we have the coconut cream pie was delicious will we will we will return to olde country diner when we come back to Martinsburg again.

Stopped by on the way back home, saw ad and stopped by. Food was very good service was good, all home made food including the pies. If I'm ever in the neighborhood I would go again.

I love the food here! The catfish is so good. But let me tell you, the ribs I had yesterday, 6/17, were kickin! Wow, talk about tender, flavorful ribs. I will definitely be watching for that special again!!

The food at this place is amazing and the service is even better the waitress would notice that you are almost done whith your drink and would come give it to you and you wouldn't even have to ask. And the Mac&Cheese is definitely something to try next time you come here.

My parents go here more than I do but it is a wonderful place for food. The staff are very nice and helpful. It really is a family friendly environment. I Love their blueberry pancakes!
