Olive Branch Cafe in Greenwich - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I visited the establishment at 2:25 p.m. today and was informed by an employee that they were closed, despite the posted business hours indicating they should be open until 3 p.m. I hope the owner is aware that some employees are not adhering to the established business hours, which may result in the loss of potential customers.

I miss the old owners great people great food but now the new owners are very humble nice and clean more people working food is awesome they make it with love price a bit to expensive but over all everything is great

This is my third time ordering from them and now I’m giving a review. The food overall is just OK. They don’t put any real effort into making the food. The customer service I thought was good until today. The fact that I ordered my food at 1:45 and the food got here at 2:55 and the location is only five minutes away from where I am, that’s a huge problem for me and I expressed that to the owner upon going to the location after I received my order and when I brought this to his attention, he did not care whatsoever. He closed the door, locked it back and walked away as I was still standing there , explaining to him what happened?

Ordered delivery through DoorDash, within 10 minutes they cancelled my order for no reason. This WAS my first and LAST order here. BEWARE

Store was mostly shut down with only 2 menu options left 40 minutes before closing. Good was okay, but listed hours and practicing hours should match up better imo

I've been therea couple of times , so this based on a few experiences.Overpriced, mediocre food. The staff can a little rough . Had a bacon ,egg, and cheese that was terrible. The bacon was soggy and looked like it had been cooked in a microwave oven on a stale roll and with unmelted cheese. If you're going charge a premium the food needs to be better.

Poorly managed, understaffed, and undertrained.

Placed an order online through Grubhub for pickup. When we arrived the restaurant was closed completely. Nowhere did it say closed on website or Grubhub. After dealing with Grubhub customer service to receive refund (so far partial) they are still taking orders and list as open.

Place is highway robbery 9$ for a bacon egg and cheese with chilling never again

Beware when ordering a wrap . I ordered a wrap. I just ordered a wrap. All the wraps listed on the board are $9.95. I saw one I liked, but I wanted to change an ingredient to American cheese. When I looked at the bill, they added 75 cents for the actual wrap and another $1 for cheese. When I asked why they were charging more for ingredients that were in other wraps at $9.95, I was told because I was making my own wrap not on the board. I didn’t ask for anything extra. The actual wrap is in every wrap, as is cheese in most. They just looked at me as if I was asking something ridiculous. Rip off!!

I had the lunch special. Jimmy was extremely nice, made a great recommendations, and the food had a nice flavor.

High quality food. Lots of space inside to sit and eat. Wide variety of snacks and drinks. Great paninis and breakfast sandwiches. Friendly Staff!

Pretty busy location service is fast and reasonably priced. Great pizza and other Italian food

Stop by just for a quick lunch. Had a small salad, a small chilli, and water. A great lunch. Fresh and delicious.

Its way over priced, the only thong good are the bagels and muffins. Obviously they dont make them. The cream cheese taste like card board. Ive been going there for muffins every morning for 2 year and the 2 times i orderd a bacon egg and cheese and it had raw bacon. The first time i took the loss second time i brought back. Didnt want to get sick again. An ice coffee 2 muffins and a bacon egg and cheese cost $15.83 what a rip off. Ill never spend a dime in there again. The old owners had great food and better prices these new owner's are just greedy, jr and jimmy are great guys and are very polite its to bad ill never go in there again. As of that 4.9 star rating it must be friends of the owner

Quick stop on a drive up north for breakfast and it was perfect. Super nice staff, quick, and sandwich wraps were easy to eat while driving

They can make a nice fresh sandwich for you at a reasonable price in Greenwich. Convenient to walk to from the Bruce Museum. The museum does not have a cafe.

Had a lunch meeting there and the food was ok. Sandwich was a bit bland for a chicken curry wrap. Salads looked better. While we were seated, the incessant, LOUD chopping from the salad area was incredibly rattling to our ears and nerves. It was like a drumming solo (actually a duet, as there were TWO choppers). We almost left. Flashing menu is really odd...when your reading it the menu flips to a new page....HUH? SO I guess for take out its ok.

Probably the only deli type take out breakfast place near Greenwich train station. People there are very warm hearted and nice. The price is very good.

I love this place. They are super kind and have never messed up any order of mine. They also are nice when they deliver. I will recommend this place for anyone because they have very good food and their staff is super nice.They are very professional. Great place!

Their specials are always different and they offer a decent amount of options. Their paninis are so delicious and their sandwiches too. They have some fresh fruit and so many beverage options. A bit pricey but for Greenwich I don’t expect any different and they give you a decent amount of food which makes it worth it. The service is fast and super friendly. 100% recommend 👌🏻

Pretty good food compared to other places nearby but if you're ordering for delivery on seamless /others. Can't find a place with slower delivery. You can't even call in either cause you go straight to an answering machine / pre recorded message about soups of the day

Great service, good food, fast and professional. Layout is made to get you in, get your food and go. Or if you want to eat in they have a cozy area to do so.

Orden en el mostrador. La comida es fresca y sabrosa. Una amplia variedad de hamburguesas, wraps, sándwiches, platos calientes y ensaladas. Me gusta la construya su propia ensalada. A todo el grupo de amigos estaba comiendo con gusto su opciones.

Nice people, coffee, breakfast sandwiches. No frills, well, maybe some, but basic and to the point. Clean space. Nice in and out type but parking can be tricky.

I love the hot breakfast sandwiches before work in the morning. And it's super convenient being right next to the train for the commute.

El Olive Branch Cafe está convenientemente situado cerca de la estación de tren. Tuve una envoltura griego de desayuno; fue bastante bueno. El interior es limpio y decorado de forma moderna. Lo único que no me gustó fue el French Vanilla café-- que parecía que alguien había puesto aromatizantes artificial en una taza de café regular.

Nice sandwiches with plenty of interesting choices for lunch. Clean with pleasant atmosphere. You could eat in or take away. Also very convenient to our hotel.

We had an enjoyable lunch. They have a large menu - hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, custom salads, desserts, and coffee drinks. I had the grilled vegetable wrap with fresh mozzarella on a spinach wrap. It was freshly made and very tasty. My husband had a grilled chicken Parmesan hero. He really liked it - generous serving as well. The servers were very attentive too,

NIce deli, various menus, daily specials and food quality appears to be little better than the average deli. They are little pricey...

I go here a few times a week for their salads - they are delicious! I like the warm blackened chicken on mine, and they have really good ranch dressing. I've gone to various other salad spots in the area (Leafline Salad Co, Chop't), but Olive Branch is my favorite. Also, it's so easy to park because they have their own little lot for the shopping strip on the west end of the stores. Would love this place even more if they did CHOPPED salads! Note that this place is a really a deli, not exactly a sit-down place (although they do have a few tables).

They make some great salads and sandwiches. I was missing my Cuban sandwich Thursdays when I moved from New York- until I realized that Olive Branch makes a pretty mean Cubano panini.

We had an enjoyable dessert. We were able to sample flavors. I had the key lime gelato with bits of Graham crackers. It was very flavorful and creamy. My husband had chocolate gelato- he liked his alot too. The gelato is very reasonably priced. In addition to gelato they make sandwiches, salads, and coffee drinks. We will definitely return.
