Please check your vegetables before allowing customers to eat molded broccoli I didn’t realize it was old until I saw black mold spots on it. Really not feeling well and I would like a refund

I wish I could rate the food i wasnt even offered a drink or menu. I walked into to the bar, passing a manger type, and two servers. I didn't receive any acknowledgment (not a big deal at first). I figured I'd give them a moment. One server walked right past me without a word or stating someone would be with me. The manager was literally 2 feet from me. I was the only one at the bar, so it would be pretty tough to miss me. I waited 15 minutes without any type of service. At that point, I decided to go to Outback. The experience was disappointing.

Loved the friendly staff and great food.

Our newest visit 7/29/24. We had sophia as a server, happiest server i think ive seen in my life. She made us feel very welcome. Food was great. Old review: We love going here a few times a year. We both tried something completely different. I had the shrimp carbonara was great. Wife had a chicken dish , but the chicken was tangy like an Asian dish. So we didn't finish it.

Our server was excellent. Being it was early in the day, it was quiet and the food was delicious!

My meal was excellent, and our server Michelle was sweet and polite as you could hope for.

We ordered takeout. I got the chicken Alfredo . I found the food incredibly bland. I remember it always being intense and amazing flavor with plenty of garlic. Not anymore. Must have changed the recipe over the years.

As always, they were great at dealing with my allergies. And while there was a problem at the end of our experience, the manager Jill made it right. She has excellent customer service intuition and has always been pleasant to see.

The lunch menu is about half the size of the dinner, but still enough. The noodles were a little dried out, but not bad. The wait staff did seem to gather by the station , which is less than welcoming when your table is close. Overall, what you expect from Olive Garden.

Nothing can beat this amazing restaurant. Their breadsticks with salt are amazing! So are their pasta and soup. Their service is great 10/10! And the restaurant is so neat and organized! I 10000000/10 rate this restaurant.

As chain restaurants go, this one just passes the bar in all major categories except family friendly affordability. Food offerings are plentiful but average on the Italian Cusine Richter scale, and the service is hit or miss depending on your waitstaff but always informative, accomodating and polite if not expedient or capable of clearing an overburdened table of used dishes. Atmosphere is well appointed and the cafe/bistro/bar quite charming with nostalgic Italian mid century favorites softly piped throughout the restaurant. Just a bit pricey for bread, pasta, salad, soup and chicken entrees (and anything a la carte like dipping sauces), although plentiful in the all you can eat categories. Ingredients to comprise these items have gone up with inflation and it is reflected in their menu pricing. Avoid their expensive desserts at 10$ a pop. It simply is not worth the cost.

Everything was great! The food was fantastic as always, the service was excellent, I think our waitress checked on us 10 times or so which was just fine. And the quaint Italian atmosphere with “Mambo Italiano” playing really made for nice little evening 😊

The Olive Garden was a great choice as we had one family member who needed to order Gluten-Free pasta. They were very accommodating. One of the managers came to our table to make sure that we understood what they could prepare with Gluten-Free options. WOW!!! Everything turned out just fine. Leadership On Duty!!! When a manager is willing to get involved on a special entree that tells me that "attention to detail" is on the top of their list!!! Thank you so much for that little bit of extra attention!!! Everyone had a great meal. All the entrees at Olive Garden are fabulous - love those bread sticks. Brian worked our table and he was very pleasant - "tell me when on the parmesan cheese"!!!! We had a good laugh about that!!! (Note the ad on TV). Give the Olive Garden at 2201 Grant Road a try - great food, great service, and a fun place to share a family night out.

Always a good meal with large portions so I have some leftovers for lunch.

Ehh it’s Olive garden you know you’re not getting authentic Italian food and you’re okay with it. Salad for days and bread sticks is really why you go!

We had a great lunch with family for my grandson birthday. They all came out and sang to him and he got a free dessert. The food and the service was great!

I am very impressed. My husband has a gluten allergy, and your manager ensured there was no cross contamination at all. She personally saw to his meal. I really appreciate all the attention to detail given to ppl with food allergies. Thank you so much. It truly was a worry feel and delicious meal.

Birthday dindin and I ordered shrimp alfredo with gnocchi soup. The waitress over the phone was great, wished me a hbd and extra bread sticks. The shrimp was very rubbery and sauce was watery. Last the soup tasted like dishsoap.

Saddened by My Last Time Coming Before Moving I have loved Olive Garden my whole life, and moving closer to restaurants and stores I loved, Olive Garden was high on the list. Before moving back to a place without such restaurants, I decided to make Olive Garden one of my last stops. I arrived around dinner time and was seated immediately. However, it took an excessive amount of time for our waiter to greet us. By the time we were greeted, we were already quite thirsty and knew what we wanted to order. After finally receiving our drinks, the food arrived 10-15 minutes later and was very good. Unfortunately, I quickly ran out of my beverage and needed a refill. Despite pressing the call light on the table kiosk, no one responded. Numerous waiters passed by, cleaning tables, but none checked on us for refills. At one point, a cleaner or possibly a waiter sprayed my leg and possibly my food while cleaning a nearby table. They didn’t apologize, and I didn’t want to risk getting sick from the food. After more waiting, we had to wave down a waiter just to ask for a refill. Frustrated, I paid the bill and left. While the food was great, the service was disappointing and tarnished what should have been a fond farewell to one of my favorite restaurants.

I don't know why they fell they need to box your food for you but unnecessary also too expensive for what they give you don't get the bread sticks and endless bowl of Alfredo sauce because they will only give you a 1/4 of a cup for 8$ I asked if they could fill the bowl and was told that was how it comes so therefore when I got home I could only eat 2 of my 6 bread sticks there was no more sauce I just don't understand they make so much money to not give what was asked for. Anyway I eat at like every olive garden I see because I love them so much but this was such a big disappointment that I'm not sure I'll be back honestly it's not like it only happened once because I dined in and and had carry out. On 2 separate occasions and it was like that both times and when I asked for a refill on the Alfredo sauce with my bread sticks when I dined in, they really weren't. Friendly For anna hurry about it in any way like I said extremely disappointing

Our waitress Stephanie was THE BEST. She was sweet and literally soo kind. She sang me happy birthday and had one of the most beautiful voices. She truely is amazing.

Food really needs yo be seasoned and not pamper to the few that complain....it's an Italian restaurant that's not serving Italian quality food for sake of a miniscule number of crybabies.

My family ordered Togo family meals to consisted of spaghetti, meatballs, salad and soup. We got our meal and got home to share with the family. The spaghetti noodles was only filled a partial amount and would not feed the number specified. The salad came in a big bowel but only had a couple pieces of tomato, and olives. We only got a small amount of meat sauce. The meat balls and soup is the only thing that seemed right. Spouse and I paid over 100 dollars in food. I would not recommend their family Togo meals to anyone that doesn’t want to get what they pay for. My family was upset as they hadn’t eaten all day and was super hungry. Such a let down.

Stopped in for some food while driving through billings back to Canada, it was 8pm and most other restaurants were closing around 9, so decided on Olive Garden because it was open until 10pm, and it's rude to show up at a restaurant right before close. That was a mistake, the service was terrible. When the waitress brought out the plates for our salad they were visibly dirty, and so she took them back and brought out new ones, which were also visibly dirty, when we asked again for clean plates she responded by saying "they just came out of the chiller, I don't know what you want me to do" obviously we wanted new plates and for her to make sure they are clean before bringing them out since clearly either the dishwasher wasn't doing their job properly, or there was something with the chiller that was causing a black greasy film on the plates. Prior to ordering we asked to split the cheque between the two couples, and she said we could do it on the little terminals on the table, however because there were still items showing on the terminal from the previous guests as cheque #1, and our food was showing as cheque #2 we were unable to split the cheque. We asked several times for those items to be removed, and eventually just gave up, because after the second time there was still 1 item remaining on the cheque, and we paid our food on 1 card, got some to go boxes for our leftovers, and left. Once we had left we realized that we never received the "entree to go" that we ordered, however by then it was too late to turn around and go back.

If you like to carb load, this is your place. I like the salad. Soups were okay but chunks were cut too big. Most marinara-based sauces and sausage offerings are too spicy and acidic so I end up with heartburn and upper gastric upset. As I get older, less tolerant of Olive Garden.

Waitress came right over, it was very busy when we went in. We had to sit in the bar. Waitress keep checking on us, never felt like we were forgotten. Brought our drinks right away. Food is delicious. My grandchildren ate picky. They are everything up. We will be back again

Went with my husband last night. Waiter was very attentive. Tha salads are always good, but I belch the iceberg lettuce. I had the tour of Italy, last time the lasagne was like the picture. The linguini was creamy and yummy. The chicken was moist and flavor was scrumptious. This time the lasagne and chicken were kind of crispy and the linguini not so creamy. It tasted good but was not what I expected.😒 Billings, Mt. Location. I worked for a sicilian Italian he was a excellent cook. Andy's in Fremont ,Nebr.

Great service from our server but manager was very rude and claimed our whole party was drunk prior to eating when none of us had drinks. She cut us off after one drink.

Always have a great experience here! Staff are friendly, food is excellent and the atmosphere is warm. They did remodel and no longer have the Lion wall sculptures which is a bummer though. Food is excellent but note they haven’t updated their wine list. Try it before you buy it.

Our server seemed to prejudge us immediately. We were tired from a road trip and maybe looked a little ragged. I am very generous with tipping for good service. She was rude and short with us. My son who is in service was very upset. It affected our ability to enjoy the meal. I only left 10%, and felt very guilty in doing so. In this economy I know servers struggle, however her behavior was insulting.

I had some issues with ordering online for whatever reason, decided to call and I spoke to Auria who was extremely helpful with assisting me and also placing an 11 person order over the phone . Did not feel rushed at all like with other restaurants, I could tell by the tone of her voice I had her full attention which myself working as customer service brings great pleasure to hear.

Ate here a few weeks ago. Our server was amazing and the food was delicious! My only real complaint was the smell, we were seated in one section and asked to be moved because the sour smell was so overwhelming. I think it might be time for the carpets to be cleaned

My boyfriend and I went to this Olive Garden for my birthday dinner and our waiter was Adam. He gave such great service and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. We will most definitely be back especially if Adam is our waiter!

I like to seek out local restaurants generally, but it is always a pleasure coming to Olive Garden. Everything is consistent and the food is good. Service was attentive and very friendly. Though the decor appears to be original it is still in very good shape.

They go out of their way to make sure I'm happy with the special way I need my soup prepared.

We came for a date night in when it was super packed but our server Payton was just the best. He managed our table perfectly and always made sure we were taken care of without having to ask. One of the best servers I have had in a while.

5 Brods standing at the greeting station NOT 1 could greet or say hello at the least. Get new greeters that aren't Brods... or tell one of 5 they can Greet at the LEAST.

Our waiter was named Payton. He made us a superb superb all you can eat salad and I ate the whole blooming thing. Great. The spaghetti was nice, too.

Ordered on line. Website is easy to manage. Got lasagna and fettuccine. Large portions, everything was there and came out before promised. Heated up nicely at home and was enjoyed!

We were traveling with a toddler and the staff was extra helpful.

I recently ordered curbside pickup. The Chicken Alfredo dish. The chicken was very dry and somewhat burnt, barely any noodles and small portion of Alfredo sauce. It looked and tasted like left overs and the breadsticks barely had any seasoning and were hard. Definitely went down hill.

Came here for my Veterans Day free meal. I really appreciate it because their food is always so good. Today I had the chicken Parmigiano and it was great. I was seated right away and attended to promptly even though it was quite busy. My server was friendly and attentive with drink refill requests.

My family drove in from out of town for a pre appetizer and dinner before the basketball game. My aunt and I had an entree, son had an appetizer and daughter in law had soup. We did not want big meals. Aunt and I shared our entrees. We are a family and we share. Each entree comes with a endless salad. Waitress brings a bowl and has my aunt and I share a bowl of salad. Technically we should get our own IF we were not a family of sharers. My son and daughter grabbed a scoop of salad. We were visiting having a great time. Waitress stops by and notices we are sharing. She says we can't share our salad. If we keep sharing she will charge us. I said, "So we cant share our food in this restaurant?" She said we can't share the salad. That makes no sense when your making me and my aunty share. Our intent was not to drive an hour to share endless salads at Olive Garden. She did not present that to us when seating us nor did I see it on the menu. That ruined the whole Olive Garden experience. Italians are communal people and they make big meals and they SHARE with their loved ones! You are Olive Garden "Italian" Restaurant. We all left upset. Olive Garden, if you are regulating salads. Please put a disclaimer on your menu and have your waitresses let us know we can't share food prior to sit down. Imagine my son and daughter who have small portions of salad on their plate, now embarrassed and upset to eat it. Thank you!

Was super excited to have some dine in food, as we live so far away where there isn't any good dine in food to be had. All of the times before I have eaten here were great experiences but tonight we were passed by several groups and five two persons couples. Wait was suppose to be 15 to 20 minutes while we waited 40 minutes as people passed us. The server glancing at us everytime she took another two person by, who had walked in after us. We went down the street to Famous Daves, where we were seated right away and finally able to order some Good food. Very disappointed tonight by Olive Garden Staff. Not sure what we did to be over looked and treated that way.
