The service was exceptional. It is so nice when a server is kind and caring!

I went for dinner and they gave minimal lunch sized portions for dinner pricing. They bring 2-3 breadsticks for 2 ppl. Someone was sitting in our seat randomly when we arrived at table and they couldn’t even wipe it off. Server was ok but overall experience was not good.

To dark for my eyes, but love this place and food.

Never disappointed when I go there. Always know what to expect. Everything was great from start to finish.

Not having gone to an Olive garden in 8+ years, this was a pleasant visit. A special occasion for our party. Only had $50 to spend so got the soup and salad with bread sticks. Splurged and got two strawberry lemonades also. The waitress was wonderful and had a nice time chatting with her. Food was delicious and just how I remembered it. Plenty to eat and we were stuffed. The bill was $40 for the 2 of us, plus tip = $50. Perfect.

Everything on the menu is delicious! My favorite is chicken Alfredo! Absolutely love it. Unlimited soup salad and bread make it all the more worth it.

Dark gloomy and no service whatsoever! Place is empty at 7pm! 20 minutes have not seen waiter yet.

We have been here many times my husband and I. I got the lasagna fritta and calamari he got the chicken parm dinner and it was good but the best part was Zymiria she was a very nice young lady with a very personable demeanor. She’s def a gem at this location

As soon as you step through the door you are greeted with a foul smell. Generous portions. Food on the bland side. You now have to ask for a straw with your drink.

Met with owner about a complaint I had about rude, disrespectful, immature staff. Owner brushed me off until he heard who I was. Then talked with me but took no accountability. I found him very immature and rude. Didn't care to address his customers concerns, only wanted to talk about famous people he knew.

One of my favorite restaurants to bring the family. I will always and forever love the soup and salad. My husband managed to win the All you can eat Pasta Pass for 1 entire year back in 2019. We were eating gooood!!! I love Olive Garden because they have vegetarian choices too and it’s kid friendly. The service is always top notch and the atmosphere is first class. Bravo to Olive Garden for keeping their standards of service and delicious dishes a head of all the rest! I highly recommend!

I come to Olive Garden quite often. My favorite dish is the Eggplant Parmesan. It is light crispy and has a kit of mozzarella cheese and sauce on top. The eggplant are always prepared to perfection! Can I say chefs kiss! Oh I didn’t want and I love the grated cheese on my soup salad and entree! What a fabulous touch to show customers they are being doted on! My mother loved coming to Olive Garden as well. I’m keeping her memory alive in many ways and coming here is one of them.

Believe it or not, this is our daughter's favorite place. So, for a back to school dinner, she chose OG!! Our server Sam was excellent, and she did an amazing job staying on top of everything. My wife ordered the steak medium rare with pasta. Our daughter ordered spaghetti with meatballs, and I had the soup and salad. OG is a terrific value and everything is always correct and fresh.

This is the first time we came to Olive garden and actually enjoyed our food. Every time we go, we anticipate the best because of the commercials, food looks so good and when we get there we're always disappointed no flavor this time it was delicious

My son and I came for lunch, haven't been here in a while, it was delicious. The lunch portions are very filling. The bread sticks and salad were on point! My son loved his chicken alfredo, great size kids meal! Our waitress, Dawn was very polite and provided great service. My son says this place deserves 5 stars!

What's not to like about The Olive Garden? I enjoy it. The reason I gave 4 stars for food is that I'm allergic to seafood. The appetizer came with a lightly battered assortment of foods that looked delicious. Shrimp was included on the plate. There were other non seafood items that I wanted to try on the plate and asked if the non seafood items were cooked in the same fryer as the seafood, and they said yes. Seafood allergy people beware! This is a common practice in many restaurants. Always ask before ordering fried foods in any establishment that fries seafood. I also want to note that the lunchtime menu prices are significantly lower than dinner menu prices.

This review is mostly about our waitress, Tamara! There aren’t enough stars to give her! Shes attentive, compassionate and very thorough! I feel like it’s important to point out the good in people and their hard work. In fact, good is an understatement! I HOPE the next time we visit, we have her! Exceptional professionalism!!! Please recognize her! :) Ps, the food was amazing! As always!

The food is always good at Olive Garden.

Food was plentiful. Service was pretty good considering how crowded. No more little chocolate mints after dinner. The sauce a bit to acidic and my ravioli were more mozzarella than anything so they were a bit slushy. Won't hurry back but was ok.

Everything is perfect. Just almost all of our orders were too salty. It would be nice to reduce the salt level for the health manners. I will order next time by specifying “less salt please”.

Lunch spaghetti portion was in a sidedish!!!!!!. Less than a side or child's portion!! Chicken marsala was not good. Tasted and smelled like beef. Was dry. Some od the pasta was chewy. Sad!!

Sam S was the BEST! She was kind, friendly, and extremely efficient. Before I could ask for anything, she brought it to the table.

So you're about to go bankrupt and your solution is to raise prices. Not a very great solution. Personally I may start with the restaurant. Start by cleaning the unholy goodness out of that place. Seriously, it smells like an assisted living facility with urine galore. That is gross af and I do not want to go there and smell that. If I wanted to eat that desire left when I smelled concentrated urine. Next maybe try doing better quality with the food. Like not having pre-made prepackaged food. You can easily taste the lack of quality in the food. Have you even attempted to go near your competition? I'm talking about the good places thar makes Alfredo from scratch and not some warehouse to be shipped to olive garden. To me your best is the breadsticks and Alfredo sauce.. not because the sauce is good but because it's something to dip the bread in. If you want to remain in business and maybe even excel, you got some things to fix.

Grabbed lunch here a few times in the past month and everything was great! Our server Jennifer C had a positive attitude and was just all-around amazing at making sure my girlfriend and I had everything we needed. The hostesses at the front do a great job as well at making customers feel welcomed. Even in this tough economy it is good to see Olive Garden is keeping food affordable. The $6 take-home entrees are a huge plus if you don't want to have to cook the next day... Will visit again soon :-)

We had an excellent experience . Food was hot and delicious. Waitress Tamara was very friendly and checked on us to ensure everything was going good. Manger Jennifer came by the table to check on us. Love this place.

The food was cold including the breadsticks and for me to get a small little Alfredo sauce on the side they were going to charge me 8 bucks! 8 bucks are you insane! Inflation I get but 8 bucks for a tiny little side is crazy! Won’t be going back!

Nice simple dinner of their soup and salad and breadsticks. Outstanding server. Have plans to go back next week. Hope we can get same server. Continues with great flavorful soups and salad and really warm breadsticks. Best of all was our server.

I give my opinion and made a huge mistake. The bartender was a elderly woman and she was not very nice. We had to ask to be moved. The manager and the man that helped us after that was so kind and our service was great then. The food was hot fresh and ready

Love the breadsticks and salad. Had the shrimp appetizer and it was amazing! The salmon seemed a tad smaller than I had remembered but it was still yummy. My broccoli was way over cooked but oh well. The highlight was our server “Jennifer with the blue mascara” I cannot say enough good about her!

Jon was our server this time & he was fantastic full of life and laughter. He's such a fun server. The time before we came in with our kids and Sam was our server. He was great with the kids he knew how to engage with the kids. I highly recommend both these guys they're both a lot of fun and make you feel welcome like family. The hostess Mel is great I love her attitude she likes to joke around and always asks how we're doing that day. My youngest was being a little unruly from sitting still and Mel pulled out a finger puppet to play with her. I saw her walking around a lot checking on other tables clearing dishes getting refills. I even see the managers often smiling. Very friendly staff we definitely recommend this place.

I absolutely LOVE Olive Garden. Best discovery ever I started going when I lived in Pasco County in 1991 and continued when I moved back to Pinellas County in 2008. Thirty-three years of Olive Garden, I've never regretted. The service has been excellent as of late, and the prices are affordable. The survey below doesn't mention Zoupa Tzcana, which I adore.

My friend and I meet once a month for lunch. She suggested Olive Garden. I hadn’t been in years due to a bad experience. I thought it would be a good idea to give them another chance. As we entered, we were greeted by some very nice young ladies. We were welcomed happily then taken to our table. I was impressed with how clean everything was. Our server, Jason, was very sweet and made us feel welcomed. We ordered the, “All you can eat soup and salad” dish with breadsticks and raspberry ice teas. Only a few minutes passed and our food was delivered. The zoopa soup was loaded with large chunks of sausage, potatoes and kale. Very happy with such large portions! The salad was served in a huge bowl. Everything was fresh, every bit of lettuce was nice and green, no brown, spent leaves. Very happy about that too! Our server, Jason, came to check on us often, refilling our drinks, soups and salads, even to bring us another breadstick, to make it even lol. I am very glad Olive Garden made the necessary changes and improvements. The food was excellent, the service was wonderful. I highly recommend you give Olive Garden a try. You will be very happy and leave full!

Food was excellent and service was good. I think paying on the kiosk ruins the atmosphere of a fine dining experience. The music could be lowered a little.

I had my daughter's graduation party at the Port Richey location on a Sunday. I had 17 adults and our server, David was awesome! I didn't get the name of the other server (a woman), but she was equally attentive and quickly provided service with a smile! The food was perfect, everyone commented on how good their dish was and no one left hungry! Their never ending first course was outstanding! I enjoyed the salad and a couple of my family members who had soup couldn't say enough how good it was! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the confusion or misunderstanding when I first got there. I spoke to Jayson, the GM, on the phone and he was very professional and explained their no reservation policy and I respect that. However, I was told to call ahead 1 to 1.5 hours earlier to let them know how many in the party. When asked to call ahead, I figured it was so they could start getting tables ready, right? Not the case. They wait until the entire party arrives before setting up tables, even if you have a party of 50 or more. This part of the policy was never explained to me so I was upset because I live in Spring Hill, 40 minutes from the closest location (Port Richey) and got there an hour before the party to set up thank yous, party game, signature and well wishes for my daughter, etc. and was told I had to wait until everyone got there. This also concerned me because I sent invitations for a 1:00 party and my guests would now have to wait for them to set up tables before being seated + I needed to get things ready to make my daughter's graduation party special. I was pleasantly surprised when Jayson came to the lobby area where I was waiting, and took the time to sit down, explain everything and ensure I was a satisfied customer by accommodating me. Jayson did a great job in calming the situation (me) by calmly and respectfully communicating their policy and reassured me they will take care of me. I was able to get everything set up before my guests arrived and left a very happy customer! All in all, it was a very enjoyable party! Later that evening I received a couple texts from my guests saying how nice everything was, which I credit to Jayson, David and the other server! Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE this location. Jon was an amazing server. If you ever come to this location definitely ask for him. The general manager jason was soooo nice and made my visit here amazing. The host was super sweet as well. I wish I could pick up this location and move it close to my house.

Took my daughter's good friend here to celebrate her engagement and have a girls afternoon out...our server Chelsea was polite and helped us a lot. The chicken marsala when you ask for extra sauce and have it with angel hair pasta is delicious!!! We had a nice leisurely late lunch and the server let us take as much time as we needed. She did her job very well and made our visit enjoyable. Olive Garden is always a great choice.

The table was so sticky I ask for a manager I say this is the second time an a week the table was sticky I was watching the young lady cleaning the table an she did wash the table than he say that they cleaned the table he lied to me so I got up an left I

The food was amazing, it was hot and delicious and all their dishes were very tasteful. The staff were very polite and respectful, although we did have to wait a little longer than usual for service and for our food. The environment was a little loud due to a lot of kids dining, but none the less it was a great experience.

My experience here was ok I came on mother's day so expected it to be busy,however my server was awful he never brought refills kept forgetting anything we asked for had to ask where our drinks were at 4 times. He finally brought them after we were served our meal completely for got a soup and a salad had to remind him to please refill a water 3 times and honestly my soup and Alfredo were both ice cold. I love olive garden but will not revisit this location in the future.

Ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo to go could find NO Alfredo sauce on my noodles only powdered parm I think and was swimming in grease in container I had to mop out with paper towel chicken was good I ordered on the side but for me I had to add my own spice for flavor also I noticed some brown and wilty lettuce in our salad and it was only 11:30am I love olive garden maybe not this one

Always have a great meal here. I always try and sit in the bar area where service is top notch. Normally get bottomless salad, soup and appetizer but everything I've had is always good. Prices are fair as well. Have done take out once which was just as good.

This was a very small wedding luncheon in semi-private space. The staff handled all requests wnderfully.

Horrible experience for my birthday dinner. The restaurant was not busy and the staff was pretty much standing around in front of customers, gossiping, and making phone calls. I came for the bread sticks and Alfredo but I think next time I will opt to make it myself at home. The server didn't suggest a thing or care to be there. I heard another server's whole story on moving to the area, etc. These should be private conversations not in the ear shot of the whole restaurant. I have many years in waitressing and customer service and have never had such a bad experience for lack of professionalism. The manager was also there and a part of the whole conversation too. Olive Garden District Manger please tell your staff to do better.

First off we never come 10 min before the time of lunch ending. Second, the salad was really bad, ie. Salad dressing was more of cheese than ever. Soup very salty. Pice was o point.

Everything but my main dish was delicious! My son got shrimp Alfredo (yum!) and we each got soup and bread sticks. I got the shrimp scampi as my main. It is supposed to be made with a garlic sauce, and has asparagus and tomatoes mixed in. It tasted like someone just squeezed a big tomato into the pasta.( If you really like tomatoes, I suggest it) No other flavor at all. However my lovely server Tina was quick to notice and fixed everything very quickly. She was absolutely amazing! Overall we had a very pleasant experience and highly recommend.

Very busy night to be there. Food was not hot when it came service was a little slow but again it was extremely busy they had a full house or wait was the most 20 minutes. I will probably try it again and give him another opportunity

With tired family after a busy day “touristing”, we opted to order takeout at Olive Garden. I wasn’t able to order online (tech issue) so called in. Fast personal service on the phone by a smart cookie who made it super easy. I showed up at the appointed time and my order was hot and ready! Back at the hotel we really enjoyed the massive amount of salad, lasagna, chicken fettucine and of course the garlic breadsticks. We normally try to eat at small local venues, but needed something super reliable for takeout and Olive Garden did not disappoint. Thanks So Much!!

So normally I love Olive garden's soup salad and breadsticks that's what we go there for but the last time I went there it wasn't so great because I had one bowl and then my stomach got really upset after I ordered the Alfredo sauce for my breadsticks which used to come free with your breadsticks you just had to ask for it now they charge you $5 for a bowl of it but after I ate it my stomach got really upset and I couldn't even eat my other bowl of soup that I planned on getting.

I've always liked Olive Garden. Their food is reliable, their portions are big and the service has always been relatively good. It like American Italian comfort food to me. I personally think it is always a bit too loud for me but that won't keep me away.
