This location Olive Garden is such a great experience every time we come here . We had the pleasure to be served by Melanie and she was such a kind person and made our lunch an amazing time. W had the soup and salad for lunch and some fetuccine alfredo . Loved everything!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with this Olive Garden. We had a death in the family and we wanted to send a meal to a family members house. It was kind of last minute. I called and talked to the manager Mickie, who put me in touch with Reese, the catering manager. She said no problem in getting our order delivered later that day. Not only did Reese deliver the meal herself, it was a wonderful and fresh meal according to our family. The lasagna was better than our homemade! The cherry on top was the sympathy card my family received signed by the staff at the Olive Garden. They really went above and beyond with this and my family and I are truly grateful and touched.

Bad service. Then server was terrible. She took care of others that came after us. They were given bread sticks even after we’d ask two times before. They mixed up our order then wanted to blame us for our dish having bacon even after we said we cannot have bacon. Then the server remembered after the fact the discussion we had about bacon being a dietary restriction and they never apologized for this mix up. And even after all of this still no bread sticks yet while the table next to us were having a second round of salad and their drinks topped up from the same server.

We love the zuppa soup & alfredo. However, their service makes it uncomfortable when i wanted to ask for the 2nd refil on the soup.

Typically I have a great experience at Olive Garden but not today. We were a table of four in which we had to ask four times to receive bread sticks while other tables who were seated after us received bread sticks twice before we received ours for the first time. We also were not brought more salad and my husband was not offered more soup as we were expecting unlimited soup and salad but after having to ask for bread so many times we let it go. When entrees came out, my order was unfortunately incorrect. I mentioned to the waitress that I had bacon in my ravioli in which she proceeded to tell me that it's a carbonara sauce and the bacon comes in it. I had to remind her of my order which did not include carbonara sauce due to dietary restrictions. Only then she remembered and walked away with the dish... While I waited, we still didn't get any bread sticks, no salad was brought out to maybe hold me over till I received my correct order. Not that we wanted extra salad since the bowl we did get was not fresh salad. Additionally, while the other three in my party were eating, they got to enjoy their food with the tray of dirty dishes beside us. I'm not sure what made our table different from the rest of the guests who seemed to have a lot more care and attention provided to them but that hospitality was not extended to us. If I could pick a positive, the restaurant was clean and well kept. Otherwise, I will not be returning to this location.

Madz was our waitress and she was amazing. Very intent on making our dining experience unforgettable. I've never had this level of attention at any other Olive Garden. The only negative was the breadsticks were not fresh. Other than that every thing was great.

Was seated immediately. The food was great as always. Staff was friendly and location was clean.

We love Olive Garden, we tried in different places. But unfortunately today is the worst day. First the service was bad. We got unwiped plate with cover of water. How could u give unclean, and cold plate like u just took from fridge. Second, the salad not fresh and the server didn’t even ask us how much cheese we liked, she put just a little. We saw she served better in next table. Maybe because of we are Asian so she thought will not get gud tips? But u guys don’t know, we both work in restaurant. We never gave tips under than 20%. Third, we ordered shrimp carbonara and ck&sh carbonara but she gave wrong food, she gave us CK carbonara. And without said sorry, the server keep saying the order was right! Until we saw the food then she said wanna give us the new one, but we said it’s ok just cancelled that order! So disappointed. I went there cus I wanna eat Shrimp carbonara like what I had before in Orlando. Tasted so yummy🥲my husband got his order but unfortunately too oily. So in the end we both god bad day today🫢 No matter how bad the food if the server treat customer with gud service, maybe I will not write all our experience here. I hope u never judge people by the cover! Just serve with ur heart! Do ur best to make customers happy and gud tips will come to u! Well, my husband still gave 20% tips although we got bad service and worst food!

Took 25 minutes to get our table and hostess had to talk to other employees that were not working.Said we had to wait for table placement. Only pushing two tables together and part of the plates were set.it took the water Mile only 20 minutes to get all our food out. He had excellent service.Food was great to. If it wasn't for this me andy family would never go back again

The hostess was very nice and so was our waitress. Everything else was not that great. Our salad was not good. A lot of the lettuce was already brown. Didn’t look good. We asked for another salad and I guess waitress forgot because it never came. I got the shrimp scampi. It was good the only thing I had a problem with was with the tomatoes. A lot of the tomatoes they put in my pasta, were the ends of the tomato. The part you would cut off, I had a whole bunch in my pasta. Had to keep picking them out.

Today's visit was the first time I walked away unhappy. The entire experience was horrible. From slimy bad salad, no additional bread sticks the entire visit, no refills on drinks, they set us by bar and we kept hearing loud banging coming from the back. Other customers were complaining because they hadn't been served either. The main courses were terrible. It tasted like canned food. My son's had plastic in it. It was his birthday so it was extremely disappointing. I paid and left but I feel like that meal shouldn't have cost me a thing. I had an upset stomach all evening so I am unsure if the food was even good. I never have this type of experience at an olive garden so this was just plain disappointing. Not too mention in a special day for my son too!

Our waitress forgot to bring us the condiments we asked for, while we were eating. At the end she didn't bring the drinks to go that we had requested. I finally got up to find our waitress in the kitchen waiting around talking to her colleagues. For all the money you paid you should get better service.

We always love going to the Olive Garden. The soup and salad is to die for.

After a BJJ tournament Olive garden was able to accomadete about 35 people with 12 being children and we were seated right away. The service was wonderful! The food was delicious! Thank you team.

The service was incredible, our servers name was Meagan and she was just super devoted to providing us with quality service, she refilled my drinks without me having to ask and she was just such a vibe, super smiley and I just loved having her as my server, will definitely come back and I look forward to it, also there was no signal but I think that’s just the building, no biggie , dinner without a phone was great anyways.

The place is nice, everything is clean, it looks good. The waitress's service was terrible. I don't know if it was because we were Latinos and she treated us with a little racism and discrimination. She didn't even go to the table and didn't bring the dishes she gave her. We ordered the food, it was more or less because the lettuce in the salad was in bad condition and the potatoes that I ordered for my daughter were sour, we really felt disappointed.

The food tasted ok, was room temperature and not outstanding in any way. Our server was pleasant and courteous.

Rather disappointing experience. Server began by telling us that they had no Chardonnay, the Red Blend or SauvignonBlanc. I asked isnt Chard one of the most popular wines and server said yes. I asked why didn’t the mgr assure that they had enough on hand. Server said they told the acting bar mgr about low levels but nothing was done. So that’s how our meal began. Also, there was a line so we said we’ll eat in the bar. Walked in and sat at a table in the bar area. Young man came running over and asked us to leave the table because those tables in the bar were part of the overall dining room and made us sit at the bar. He was very polite but we were taken aback because we’ve done this at other Gardens with no problem. So, again, that’s how our meal started. We did not remember how salty the food at Olive Garden is, from their Italian dressing to their tomato sauce to the never ending bread basket. We like real Italian bread, hard crust soft center. Their bread is soft infused with a lot of salt and a weird taste of garlic. Server was great. Service was fine. Overall very disappointing. Oh, one more thing which speaks to the dreadful condition of corporate America. A young woman sitting next to us wanted a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Lo and behold, they had none because it wasn’t ordered. The woman looked up at the display of wine above her and noticed a bottle of SB in it. She asked the barkeep if they could open it. Barkeep said no, it was in the display and couldn’t touch it. What? This woman wanted a drink and the wine was there but stupid irrational corporate rules prohibited barkeep from serving the customer. Insane!

My server Meagan was amazing. We went to Olive Garden for my sons birthday and he loved it. Also thank you D Anthony for also assisting with bring the cake out and singing. You guys made this moment memorable for my son.

Ordered tour of Italy. Chicken Parm was melt your face off hot. Lasagna was just over room temperature as was the linguini. Service was fast. The waitress was attentive and pleasant.

Ordered take out last Night Picked up at 7pm everything looked correct went to open the 2 house salads and seen lettuce onions were discolored and bottom was slimy ended up throwing out.

Olive garden is a nice place to eat with family. There is always the never ending bread sticks that I like and salad if you're into that. This location was very welcoming and the service was amazing. The food is good and on point.

Family dinner to celebrate birthday. Very very busy. Did not take reservations. Said an hour wait. Managed to find us a table when we said we would be going elsewhere.

Got the chicken Alfredo, enough for 3 meals. Then I got the deal to bring an entree home for hubby.

I hate complaining but our server Ethan I think was terrible. I am a server myself, and this man had the audacity to say dont worry about it when I asked why it took 20 minutes to get my receipt back. The excuse I received was he was cut and was busy doing sidework, however when you still have a table why is sidework your priority? No customer should ever have to be disrespected by an employee regardless of what their needs are. I have never been disrespectful to any customer as a server, and if I told a customer “dont worry about it” and walked off I promise you I would have been fired immediately. The hostest/manager in training with red hair completely made up for the experience and was extremely polite and respectful and is a prime example of good customer service, I cannot say the same for our server on the other hand

We had a party of 17 PEOPLE, we threw absolute chaos at these 2 servers and the handled it with CLASS, GRACE, MANNERS, and they went ABOVE and beyond. I remember one of the servers was Benjamin. I don't really care for Italian food but I care for this atmosphere so much I try to come here regularly.

There was a black waitress there. I don't know her name but very good at what she does.

We went to lunch at this restaurant on a recent return from shopping. This is one of the best Olive Gardens that I have been too. Some have been hits and some have been misses. This definitely was a hit. We had the eggplant and the chicken parm.. along with the lunch came soup for one of us and salad for the other. The soup was fresh and the noodles firm along with the beans. The salad was plentiful with tomatoes and olives. Both were excellent. The eggplant was cooked to perfection and the chicken was abundant. The meals came with delicious garlic bread sticks. Our waitress, Kay, was attentive and took great care of us. To top it off the establishment was clean with piped in Italian music. Wonderful, wonderful wonderful!!

Bread was hard and over salted. Soup was barely war. If you come in after 10 it's like they don't care about you. Vey unhappy. Usually love it here.

Always good food and great service at this particular location. I have not try other locations in Lakeland nor other cities in Florida, This is my favorite restaurant despite negative reviews from other locations, this location is absolutely exceptional in customer services, and I give you true testimony of such.

Everything went great today & Walter was AMAZING!

We arrived on what appeared to be a busy night and were greeted by a large line. There is limited waiting area and we decided to choose another location. Although we were only briefly inside, the hostess acknowledge us rather quickly and politely. We be back on a less then busy day.

15 min wait turned into 1 hour . When checking in talking to Greater Employee pushed me and told me to get out of the way.. I asked to speak to the manager and that was the one who pushed me. The manager!!!

My wife and I went out for dinner on Saturday night (2/17) for a nice date night. The hostess was great, the waitress was just about perfect and the food was fantastic!! The only thing that made this a tough night was the 2 couples with 3 kids that were sat in the corner near us. The kids all had tablets or iPads and the volume was at the top, the parents were conversing very loud and didn't pay any attention to the fact that their table was ruining the night for the 12 tables in the room. I watched as people from other tables were rolling their eyes and looking in disgust towards that table, it was so bad that the table next to them stood up and walked out. It's obvious some people don't have any consideration for others nowadays. Atmosphere would have 5 stars if those couples never showed up. They should have gone to McDonald's!!

Went today for a early lunch with my family. We all decided on the soup and salad. We had the minestone, fagioli and the Toscana. They were all very yummy. Our waitress Aysha, was given a large party after brining out our souls, but she made sure to keep tabs on our table, she had a couple of her fellow servers check on us and while passing by to attend the large party gave my daughter a thumbs up motion checking of we were all good. The manager even stopped by the table to check on how we were enjoying the meal. Were very pleased with our meals and service to today, we will be back again

The waitress was professional and one of the few that could break up the bill on a large party without a melt down. The kitchen had several orders wrong. The support staff mostly just made more work for the lead waitress. She was the only thing that made the experience okay.

Atmosphere, Server, and Food were wonderful. Salad dressing was not as good as we remembered but it's been a while so maybe it's changed maybe it's us. Will definitely be back.

Food is great, service sucks. If you're quoted 30 minutes, you can plan for well over an hour and you'll be sitting for at least 20 minutes before you even get your drinks. And if you do not respond immediately to their call first call for your table, they will skip over you and give your table away.

Only went to meet up with friends (who were ordereng).. I personally didn't buy anything. Staff was still friendly, engaging and didn't make me feel obligated.

We came to dine 10/5 at 8:30 pm & asked for a booth to be comfortable (it was not crowded & there were lots of open areas/tables). We waited 15 mins & then a young blonde “hostess” walked up to us & said, “We don’t have a booth for you with that thing(my daughter’s wheelchair)”… “That thing” …. I corrected her & told her it was a wheelchair & that is my daughters accessibility & how she gets around. She became rude & argumentative & stated people with “those” can not sit at booths (even though the wheelchair would tuck in under the table). I still have no clue why she refused to call it a wheelchair. We had to ask for a manager to see if she could accommodate us, but she was also argumentative. You could tell it was late & they were all fed up & ready to go home. So we left. My daughter in the “thing” was humiliated. Discrimination is still alive & well nowadays!! Do better Olive Garden.

Food was just ok but our server Kevin was fabulous! Very cheerful and attentive, great job.
